Staff members were so kind and helpful, location was also so good

Furniture was old, the pool bar and restaurant were not clean, the plants in the garden and side of the pool were untidy and not cared for. Food quality was no so good and quite expensive.

The room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was great, and all staff were helpful and courteous

The noise from a wedding party on one of the days. the noise went on until 10pm.

The greeting was a beautiful introduction to Balinese culture. So warm and friendly. Our room was out of this world. It was a luxury apartment! They managed to have a walk in wardrobe vibe. Separate bathroom room with a huge bath in the middle. It was the type of space we needed after a 16 hour flight. The property had organsied our taxi from the airport which was seamless and really helpful. The breakfast buffet was a treat and the food quality was amazing. Erica and Keisha were so warm, accomodating and went out of their way to make sure we had the best experience. The gym was quaint but really clean, slick and they offer fresh cold juices and cold towels. The swimming pool is salt water and we enjoyed the layout. The staff really makes this place such a brilliant place. Everything feels functional too. They have their own private exit and arrangement with local businesses so you can access the beach.

There isn't enough pool chairs and the guests can be quite rude about saving chairs or just taking yours. We had to ask the staff for help regarding extra chairs. The rooftop bar and evening dinner didn't meet out expectations compared to the rest of the facilities and experiences at the venue. That doesn't mean to say it wasn't good- just we didn't enjoy it as much as breakfast or visiting another hotel to watch the sunset.

I can't fault anything about Le Meriden....from the staff to the room , it was exceptional. Special mention to Smiley who went out of his way to make sure we're comfortable.

L'hôtel est agréable mais un peu calme(pas d'activité. La piscine au bord des chambres est très sympa malgré une odeur importante d'humidité dans la chambre liée à la présence de l'eau au bord de la terrasse. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié. Nous avons mangé et bu à 4 pendant 1 semaine pour 500€ ce qui est un excellent rapport qualité prix.

Le fond de la piscine blesse les pied, prévoir des chaussons. L'odeur d'humidité nous a obligé à relaver tout notre linge au retour même celui pas porté. Le manque d'activité, aucun vacancier ne se parle. C'est triste...

Много Топло посрещане , изненадата която направиха от персонала за рождения ден на съпругата ми. Приготвиха по добра и удобна стая , както и специално удобно легло за синът ми . Храната за закуска беше изобилна и много вкусна. Пред хотела е плажната ивица на океана върху която има наредени дузина рибни ресторанта със пресни рибни деликатеси . Вечеряхме нам по време на залезе и беше изключително красива и романтична. Благодарим на персонала за любезното отношение към нас.

Piscine très bien et grandiose. Chambre très bien et très propre. Personnel très serviable et très gentil. Hébergement avec toute commodité. Avant un départ parfait grâce à la conciergerie pour garder les bagages et prendre une douche avant le départ même si la chambre a été rendue. Petit dej buffet grandiose et très varié. Le Skype bar très sympa. Hotel très bien placé devant les warungs de poissons frais.

Las instalaciones exteriores a la habitación estupendas. La piscina no muy grande pero suficiente, la recepción, el bar, todo muy bien. Estéticamente la zona de la piscina es preciosa, por el tipo de construcción. La atención del personal fenomenal. La habitación era enorme, camas cómodas buena distribución. El vestidor fenomenal. Nuestra primera noche fue la final del mundial de fútbol, de madrugada, y prepararon una pantalla en recepción para poder disfrutarlo. El hotel bien ubicado, a pocos minutos caminando de la playa de Jimbaran, donde puedes disfrutar de sus famosos restaurantes en la arena.

Había deficiencias muy graves en la habitación. Le he puesto puntuación baja en limpieza porque, a pesar de que la habitación estaba limpia, tenía un olor a humedad exagerado, yo diría que insalubre. Teníamos que tener la terraza abierta y si cerrábamos teníamos que poner el aire acondicionado al máximo. No pedimos cambio de habitación porque nos pasábamos todo el día por fuera y tendríamos que haber anulado planes para poder hacer cambios. Decidimos que nos perjudicaba más comunicar esta incidencia. Si mi habitación olía así tenía que haber más habitaciones alrededor que olieran igual de mal. Totalmente intolerable en un hotel de esta categoría y al precio que pagamos. Es imposible que no supiesen las condiciones en las que está la habitación, ya que entraban todos los días a limpiar. También había un sillón de lectura en la habitación incomodísimo. Yo creo q estaba roto. Nos habíamos alojado en otro hotel de esta cadena y teníamos expectativas de encontrarnos con algo del mismo nivel, y la verdad que, por el tema del olor, quedamos muy decepcionados. Fue tremendamente molesto.

What a lovely, friendly and welcoming hotel. I really enjoyed my stay even if I was only working. The gym had a fresh juice that helped my stomach from all the rich food I do has to offer :) and the greeting I got every morning and evening was comforting. Thank you to you all

Uns hat ausnahmslos alles gefallen. Die ganze Hotelanlage ist wunderschön. Die Hotelgröße fällt überhaupt nicht auf. Auch die wirkliche Freundlichkeit der Angestellten kommt von Herzen. Kein Wunsch bleibt offen. Wir haben uns die 5 Tage im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Ambiente war schon fast familiär. Ein Ort zu dem ich jederzeit wieder reisen würde! Das Frühstück mit allem was das Herz begehrt, dazu auch noch sogar bis 11 Uhr. Unser Zimmer mit Blick zum Pool war riesig, das Bett sehr komfortabel und riesig. Der Blick vom Balkon tagsüber wie nachts ein Traum. Ein tropischer Garten mit ein schön geformten, nie langweiligem Pool. Dank eines Zugangs für Fußgänger im zum Strand gelegenen Teil der Hotelanlage nur wenige Meter zum Strand und extrem vielen Strandlokalen. Der Strand war absolut top. Von allen Stränden die wir auf Bali besucht haben hat uns der vor dem Le Meridien am Besten gefallen.

Auch nach langem überlegen fällt mir nichts ein, was mir nicht gefallen haben könnte.

The location right opposite the beach and the many restaurants that serve you on tables on the beach sand where you can eat and watch the sunset. The property is clean, modern, lovely marble room and bath. Staff is so very friendly and accomodating. Water bottles as many as you want free. Breakfast has a great variety of foods. Very relaxing atmosphere by the pool.

Need to cross the small car park and walk through restaurants to get to the beach.

We came at the wrong time. We booked for 2 nights and our second night/day was actually public holiday. So all of the local places are closed

The staff were incredible, they were super accommodating when I had mistakenly booked the room for the night earlier than I actually needed it. The room was absolutely incredible, breakfast delicious and all the facilities were immaculate. Will definitely stay here again and again!

Great hotel. Close to the airport. Rooms were very comfortable and pool was lovely. Special shout out to Smiley and Rere who were fantastic with our 5 year old daughter.

Drinks on the roof top bar were a little disappointing

The staff firstly were the absolute best. Our room was really large and we loved the lagoon access right from our room. All the seafood restaurants along the beach are right outside the hotel. Very quiet location, no loud bars etc nearby.

The prices of drinks. Just crazy high. A little can (250ml) of seltzer cost $18 (incl surcharges). Bottle of wine around $90 (same one at the restaurant across the road $40). That is our only gripe.

Every single thing about this property is world-class. From the gorgeous and friendly staff, facilities, palatial rooms, to the restaurants. Just stunning. The staff are so helpful but also so engaging and happy. The food was delicious as were the cocktails. We had our own entry into the pool from our room.

We were allocated a spacious; well appointed twin bedroom overlooking your beautiful inner pool area with views.

I bring my own cotton blanket and cannot understand why medium weight duvets are provided as the only bedding option in a tropical climate. The wardrobe strip lighting in the entry was totally unnecessary and I ended up disconnecting it to have darkness. The natural daylight highlighted a badly panted wall when you entered the room and that finishing could be easily repaired. Once I couldn’t get the shower hot and had a cold one… complicated.

Alles! Alles was gewoon ronduit voortreffelijk. Het team stond dag en nacht klaar om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. De kamer was zeer ruim en zeer schoon. De kamer had ook een eigen toegang tot het zwembad wat heel fijn was. Het ontbijtbuffet was zeer uitgebreid en lekker en vers! De gym was zeer goed onderhouden en schoon. Een fijne plek om te sporten. Achter het hotel op 2minuten loopafstand waren de seafood restaurantjes aan het strand. Erg fijn!

My wife and I had an absolute direct hit staying at Le Méridien Bali Jimbaran—what an incredible hotel! The location is fantastic, right next to an amazing beach that’s perfect for taking in those iconic Jimbaran sunsets. The overall quality of the hotel, along with the outstanding service from the friendly staff, made our stay unforgettable. A special mention has to go to the amazing lagoon pool, which was easily one of the highlights of our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for modern luxury and top-tier hospitality in Bali!

Lovely resort near the beach however it had a damp smell in the room that hit you every time you walked into it.

The highlight of our stay was chef - Gede who went over and above to cater to our daughter’s severe food allergies ; meticulous about cross contamination and actually buying ingredients not on the menu to make meals safe for her ! Thank you chef - Gede

It’s more a 4 star than a 5 star experience; the patch of beach in front is very communal with hawkers and no private stretch

The hotel is beautiful, the staff is super helpful, the room is very big and nice, probably the best room I have stayed in Bali.

Incredible staff (super friendly and eager to help) who made every accommodation for you to get the best out of your stay. Loved the lagoon pool, proximity to the beach, and the art studio. Our second great stay at the hotel! Staff were just as great this time around. A Lovely little treat was brought to our room in the evening as we were returning guests. We left very early for our flight but still staff helped with our bags and collected us in the golf cart. I can't recommend the hotel enough!

Staff are lovely. Rooms are big and clean. Close to the beach, just behind a row of restaurants. Quick walk to main street. Breakfast was good, not the biggest selection I've had, but all you need. Calm and laid-back experience.

Dated common areas, a bit 90s style . Questionable and tacky statues around the pools, cheapens the aesthetic. They need updating . The pool is nice but a bit small for a hotel this size. Limited sunloungers. Cocktails at the pool and rooftop bar are not good quality.

Super friendly staff, great variety of activities and amazing pool. It's also right in front of the beach. Large bedroom with comfy beds.

The facilities were a bit outdated and could use some updates, but the overall quality of the hotel is great.

We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel. What truly makes this place special is the incredible staff. Everyone goes above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. During our stay, my wife suddenly lost consciousness at the beach. The hotel’s response was absolutely outstanding. Within minutes they arranged transportation to the clinic, provided a wheelchair, and even sent a staff member with us to the clinic to assist and make sure everything went smoothly. We are incredibly grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care during such a stressful situation. The hotel itself is beautiful, with spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms. There are excellent facilities for families, including a kids’ club and a wide variety of activities for children of different ages. Our 13-year-old daughter especially loved the arts and crafts workshops with Esaa, who was incredibly kind, patient, and creative. She made every session fun and inspiring.

The noise!! The smoke!! Lots of work getting done on properties around the hotel till all hours of the night, even after midnight. It was so hard to sleep. The burning smell and the smoke every night from the seafood restaurants along Jimbaran beach.

The location, the rooms, the cleanliness of the restaurant and the pool, and the friendliness of the staff. It especially pleased us that our room was upgraded for the last two nights, which we were happy to accept. In connection with this, I would especially like to highlight Edgar Mahendra’s kindness and his offer.
