A pia do meu banheiro estava entupida e também o chuveiro estava estragado. Pedimos para arrumar e eles arrumaram, porém no primeiro dia não teve nem como usar a pia do banheiro.

Close to universal, had a decent breakfast

Dark, damp, depressing, smelled like mildew, carpets were damp feeling, beds were uncomfortable, there was something that looked like poop smeared on the curtains, the room was freezing and we could not adjust the thermostat, the pool was freezing, the hot tub is out of order, the whole pool area is covered in mildew, the eggs were too liquidy, the back door to the property doesn’t lock at night or require a key to enter, I think you get the picture.

Omg that intelligent educated 😍 wonderful lady at the desk. She's so amazing and respectful. It took her a min to find my booking room though but she's amazing sweet soul. Great view from 4th floor and closr to universal resort.

Room was comfortable and well kept, staff was very nice abd profesional, WiFi was good. Location was perfect for us, just a few miles from the Universal Kids.

Breakfast was basic but OK for one day. The main problem, we found, was the reduced space to move near the drinks/food areas.

The hotel was very clean, the indoor pool was a big hit with my kiddo, and breakfast was tasty. The employees were friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely accommodating. Every request I made was satisfied. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend and stay again. The pricing was very fair as well especially with all the amenities, indoor pool with hot tub, and included breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay

First of all I liked it all especially James he was amazing person person!!! Very polite respectful, helpful. I can say he's so cool ☺️. I hope he's always there working with your company because you guys need someone like him. All the staff are nice too but James is one of the good ones!

The breakfast had a lot of great options.

The rooms were extremely outdated. I was also given wheelchair accessible room which wasn’t very user friendly. I’m not sure why as i did not request that type of room. It was also a bit noisy.

Easy to get to and decent parking.

Had to ask for an extra day several times front desk kept saying they didn’t have any from the time we checked in at 3 pm to the next day at 1ish. Asked cleaning staff explained there were 5 of us and only provided 4 towels. Luckily after being denied again the cleaning staff brought us some extra towels.

The gentleman at the check in was very rude!! My ac wasn’t working on the last day and he said oh well it’s too hott it’ll turn on eventually didn’t try to do anything about it!!

This hotel was located in an area easily accessible to most of Frisco, making it a nice choice for us to look around and explore. Breakfast was easy and check in was simple. I would stay here again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay! The hotel's location was excellent and made it easy to get around. We felt safe throughout our visit, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The room was clean, spacious, and offered great value for the price. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a nice variety of options each morning.

The only minor downside is that some areas of the hotel feel a little outdated, but everything was well maintained and comfortable.

La ubicación, es perfecta. Todo está súper cerca y hay hasta opciones de comida caminando.

El hotel es viejo y no hacen nada por qué no se le note. Casi todas las sillas están rotas del área del comedor, las paredes están muy despintadas, parches mal hechos en las habitaciones. Se nos entrego la habitación sin shampoo ni crema en el baño además con la tina tapada.

The breakfast was great. Some of the staff we're very friendly.

The shower was broken, but they did fix it. Ac stopped working, and we had to unplug it. However, after a hot night, they let us know that we had to unplug to make it work. The closet has mold in it, and room service doesn't clean your every three days. We had to put wet towels and trash in the hallway in bags for them to carry out trash and wet towels. Our key card stops working on the second night.

The only thing I liked was the decent breakfast in the morning.

House keeping is only upon request, and you have to do it during a certain time only in the morning other wise they don’t come and take out trash, give you towels or change the bed etc etc. The number to housekeeping guy spoke very rudely both times I called. The beds are hard as a rock. Pillows don’t make a difference unless you stack 3 on top of each other. Not comfortable whatsoever. Ac isn’t good, had to put it on 60 just so the room doesn’t feel musty and old. I’ve had better rooms at way less expensive places. 300 for 3 nights was not worth it to me. To each their own.

I paid for first floor room, and was given one on the 2nd floor.

My room had a weird smell when ur walk in and water was all over the bathroom floor was told someone would come look at it and no one ever came

The front desk attendant Mr.Lee was super kind. The property was close to our primary location of business.

The hotel is super dated and not many things have been updated. The elevators sound like they’ll be out of commission soon.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The property was nice and clean. The indoor pool and hot tub were very nice!

The property was clean and inviting when we arrived as a very late check in. Very nice people there & very accommodating. We stayed 2 nights. The people that were working there made all the difference in the world. I had just had surgery and they went above and beyond for us, even when leaving the property and checking out! The person at the front came to help me into the car without anyone asking him, he was just that nice. I could’ve done it myself, but I won’t lie, he made it MUCH easier and was so patient… I wish I would’ve got names so I could recognize them each, individually. The people made the place for me on this one.

We were in Frisco for a graduation held at THE STAR so the location was perfect. Easy check-in, Good breakfast options.

The room was filthy. There was a large clump of hair on the side of the shower. It obviously had not been cleaned. We ended up leaving and staying at Aloft a few miles down the tollway. Disgusting and bizarre room. Disgusting facility. Completely out of synch with the surrounding attractions.

Frisco hotel was as gross as you can get. First when we got our room the toilet paper roll was empty. Should have been a red flag. Then when I walked to the bed it was an odor, pissy odor. The sheets had a yellowish tint and the mattress had to be soaked in piss! I would have left but it was late and requested another room. This one was better but stay away from room 205. It’s been used for pissing games!

They gave away my room before I arrived. After I had called the front desk to verify i would be there. Made it to where I had to find a new hotel at 11 at night

The breakfast on the last morning the area was trashed. The breakfast offered was scared and the tables and chairs were dirty in addition to the trash cans were over flowing with trash. The first two morning the area was kept very nice and cleaned.
