The parking situation is terrible. When I tried ribgetvoutvof the parking garage I had to wait there until staff came to help... 15 min. I then had to park a half mike away to avoid the garage. When I went to take a shower... the body soap was completely empty. I used the shampoo on my body.

Our experience with this hotel was not only bad it was terrible the customer service was rude and not helpful the self parking is a complete joke they we had to go back and forth to the desk for help with the garage door and they did not help at all we could not get our car out and it was miserable I would 100% not recommend coming and spending your night here

Our stay was everything we needed. We had a rough start to the evening and Bob at the front desk made everything very easy and comfortable for our stay. Thank You Bob! The hotel amenities were great and the beds were comfy. I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, ease, and the grace of Bob!

My stay at Canopy by Hilton Dallas Frisco Station was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've had. The biggest issue was the valet service. My vehicle keys were lost, and after finally locating them, it took more than 30 minutes to bring my vehicle around. That delay caused me to arrive late to the main event I had traveled to attend, which was the entire reason for my stay. What happened next was even more concerning. When my Range Rover was returned, it smelled strongly of marijuana smoke confirmed by the Night manager as soon as the car was brought forward from valet. My vehicle has never been smoked in, and there is no question that someone smoked inside it while it was in the valet's possession. That level of disrespect for a guest's personal property is completely unacceptable. The following morning, I spoke with Marcos at the hotel, who assured me the matter would be addressed. Unfortunately, more than a month has passed, and I have received no meaningful follow-up or resolution. Even Hilton Customer Care has told me they have been unable to get a response from hotel management despite repeated attempts. Mistakes can happen at any hotel. What separates a great hotel from a poor one is how those mistakes are handled. In this case, the lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through has been far more disappointing than the original incident itself. As someone who has typically stayed with Marriott and is a loyal Bonvoy member, this was my first Hilton experience. I expected a level of professionalism consistent with the Hilton brand, but unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations. I sincerely hope the hotel improves its management oversight and guest service so that future guests do not have to go through a similar experience.

After a frustrating experience at the neighboring Marriott hotels, where my room was double booked then cancelled despite having a reservation for over a month, I walked into Canopy by Hilton looking for help. Roy and Juliet at the front desk immediately showed empathy and understanding. They quickly helped me secure an available room and even allowed me to check in early. What could have been a terrible start to my trip, after driving 4.5 hrs from Houston, was completely turned around by their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. Roy and Juliet are outstanding representatives of the Hilton brand and truly care about their guests. Thank you both for going above and beyond! I highly recommend Canopy by Hilton because of service like this.

Coffee machine was dirty and didn’t work well. Brown water came out for a moment when I turned on the shower. My door hinges were rusty. Not much within walking distance.

Room had some trouble smelled like cigarettes and was a beeping noise all night that would not stop from side of bed white box that was connected to wall

The location was great

For some reason the beds were not made at all. The only thing that was cleaned was the trash was taken out. I am not sure if this is normal for this location. The staff also wasn’t the friendliest.

Loved the gym and locker room area. Best hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. Gorgeous lobby and restaurant area. I give 10 stars because my only complaint is a “me” problem.

The strong perfume fragrance triggered my reactive airway. I have mild asthma and got a little wheezy. It was uncomfortable to breathe in the lobby and hallways and lingered in my room. I had a cup of coffee and that helped open up my lungs but that is my only complaint. It was like walking through a perfume department at the mall

I’ve only been to the bar for food and drinks - where I dealt with Brian. He’s is an excellent bartender that knows their stuff! He’s super friendly and always checked in at the right times. He gives good recommendations and kept everything running smoothly without being over the top. Really makes the place feel welcoming and easy to enjoy.

Best sleep I've had in a hotel in a long time- the beds were so comfortable. Usually hotel mattresses don't cushion the hip joint very well but this one did! Hotel is clean and elegant. Friendly staff. Kitchen is a bit slow but food was good.

Jeff was amazing. Prompt with service during 630am breakfast. Coffee was set 100%, creamer, sugars, etc. Im staying all week and was pleasantly surprised when this was setup and ready. The first 2 days of my stay, Coffee setup was not ready as I left for my commute between 630-645am.

Zeff did a great job serving breakfast. He was a one man band and handled everything smoothly. French toast was delicious.

1st time staying at a Canopy and I love it! Esthetics, location, some of the food items, the bar, the lovely hallway to the room, bedding soft, room very nice!

The beef sliders....the beef looked under cooked and the mini bun it came on was a little hard. That item may need a revamping or offer chicken or veggie sliders. Restaurant ran out of chicken wings...but hey I guess they must have been really good or the go to option.

The location proximity to The Star, major roadways. Room size was great. Comfortable bed. Check-in was quick.

Lack of available free parking. Valet was slow. Hydration station on the 6th floor is not clean and has a vile smell. Room was not cleaned well on check-in. Drawers were definitely skipped by housekeeping as long hairs and debris were found inside. Housekeeping only performed a room clean 1/3 days. Bathroom sliding door would never stay put and would slide back.

Zeff was the absolute best! Great service and great attention to detail!

It was very expensive, and the parking situation is pretty awful. You’re pretty much forced into valet parking where they constantly request tips after paying $32 per day, plus service charge, plus sales tax. The place was great but the parking situation is enough for me to not stay there again.

Parking prices and valet is the only complaint. I hope Hilton can include a parking into the booking fee in the future. The extra fees felt unnecessary since the parking garage is 2 feet away from the hotel.

Convenient location. Comfortable lobby with a lovely outdoor seating area. Well-designed spacious rooms with lots of storage. Zeff was very helpful in the breakfast/restaurant area. The front desk was helpful and efficient, and the workout area was well-equipped.

I had a nice stay at Hilton Canopy Frisco Station! The hotel is clean and new and in a walkable location to shops and restaurants. The front desk staff, and Zeff at the breakfast bar were all helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. The beds are comfy and the rooms are spacious with extra touches, such as a steam iron. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

I thought the hotel decor was very nice in the general areas as well as the room itself! Very nice and comfortable and quiet. Room was exceptionally clean and bed comfortable. I was also happy to see the wall outlets had usb charging ports and that they were functional. I wasn’t feeling 100% well so I asked JD for some ginger ale and he went out of his way to get me a couple of cans. He provided top notch service. I would have liked to have seen a larger area of snacks, drinks and necessities available for purchase but what was available was presented very well. Overall a great night stay for my job interview trip!

Shaun at the front desk was a great help, the valet parking was a great touch that eliminated the stress of finding a random parking spot on the side of the road. If you a cowboys fan this is the place to stay, the Ford center aka the Star is right down the street, like 200 yards.

Our food was amazing and the service was fantastic. We really enjoyed our visit! We ordered the quesadilla and the omelette and would highly recommend.

The receptionist gave us exceptional service! She was friendly, yet professional and very informative. She went out of her way to inform us about things to do in the area and places to eat. At Canopy Frisco for 3 nights while my son participated in US Army Bowl Combine. Had a great stay but Shai needs to be rewarded upon her exceptional service for my goof today! She was the first to welcome us at check in and then after we left, drove to airport I realized I left my wallet in the room safe!! I called the hotel to let them know I’d be back and after arriving not only had someone run to room to retrieve the wallet, Shai was back and realized I had also left my keys! Goodness!! It is people like her and her genuine kindness that make a place shine regardless of the amenities a hotel does or does not provide. Blessings to you Shai!! I cannot thank her enough.

Great hotel and room, but the best part??? the staff! VERY friendly, go out of their way to make you feel special. And Shai was by far the staff member of the year for finding a pair of shoes we left behind!

JD was very helpful with our unique request of needing an early check in for a medical school interview. We are traveling from Missouri and we needed a quiet space. He took great care of us and made us feel like we were a priority!

Plain modern hotel without much service.

Only valet parking and the whole routine is archaic. Means to be modern and hip but it's just inefficient and stupid. Not at all walking distance to the area restaurants and shops. Plain and soulless public spaces

So many things are wrong in this hotel. But the most grievous are the inhospitable clerks at the front desk, the parking scam that forces you to use valet parking, the disgusting state of their rooms (yuck smeared on the shower walls, stains on the carpet, black grout in the bathroom and a general bad odor) and the cleaning person who is talking on her phone the whole time she is “cleaning”. Stay away if you know the difference between a good hotel and a trashy one.

I’ve stayed here several times and each visit has been exceptional. The hotel is clean and most importantly the entire staff has been so friendly each time and made us feel so welcome. I wish I knew everyone’s name because they all deserve to be recognized but I can say that Zef was great when I’d go down to get my breakfast.

I really felt at peace here. The customer service is always welcoming. The food is amazing. Chef Zef was very accommodating and the food was delicious. The atmosphere here is so comforting. I love the cleanliness, decor, atmosphere. I really loved the music as well. The location is perfect!
