Entry smelled clean and fresh. Room was clean. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful! Parking was easy no complaints!

Everything was very clean, the location was very quiet.

The air conditioner in the room was quite loud. Half of the lights in the room did not work. The free breakfast in the lobby was pretty bad. The eggs and bacon were both burned and raw in places- you kind of had to dig around for edible pieces. I certainly didn't expect a gourmet free breakfast, but this food was pretty horrible. The badly worn vinyl seats in the dining area were indicative of what to expect from the food. The coffee was quite good for a machine though.

This has been one of my favorite stays! Breakfast was great and there were plenty of options. Room was clean and was tidied daily. Thermostat worked amazing haha. My kids enjoyed the heated pool also.

The beds were very comfortable. There was only one staff member the night clerk on Monday night, August 3 had treated us with courtesy, kindness, and respect. He was very helpful.

Conversely, the morning desk clerk on August 4, 2026 had an attitude of she was being bothered when you asked for anything. She had a bad attitude and was nasty and hateful in dealing with my party that was there for the night before. Hotels are known to be in the hospitality business. Sad to say, no hospitality was afforded us by this particular clerk.

I was disappointed with the customer service. I accidentally left my personalized YETI Rambler at the hotel, and the staff confirmed they had found it. I offered to pay for everything, including a prepaid shipping label, and only asked if they could place it in a small box so UPS/FedEx could pick it up. Unfortunately, the manager said they would not do it because they didn’t want to take the time. It was frustrating to see such little willingness to help a guest with a simple request. I expected much better customer service.

No quarters available to use laundry facilities on property. Bathroom light did not work.

My room smelt like poop sulfur. They first said we pooped. Then they put air freshener. Then I asked to change the room. They said no refund no excuse. Then maid came up said. Poop. Maybe maintenance. Uses the room. Spray more . Then. Later after lady in front desk. Got more rude. Then. Tells the hotel next door to come talk to me about old pipes. That all room smells like that. . Then. I told her fine I well yelp you. She asked me not to and proceeded to still be rude

We had no sheets on our bed I had to go down and get some from front office as well. The mattress was very dirty. The room was not ready for anyone to stay

This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. Before arriving, I requested adjoining or at least nearby rooms because we were traveling as a family with a baby. Instead of informing us that nearby rooms would soon be available after cleaning, we were immediately assigned rooms on different floors, making it very difficult for our family to stay together. The room we received had a strong mold and mildew smell. We requested a different room, but the replacement also had the same damp odor, although slightly less noticeable. This is not just unpleasant—it is a potential health concern, especially for babies, young children, and anyone with allergies or respiratory conditions. The cleanliness was completely unacceptable. I found grapes left on the floor from previous guests. A room should have been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival, especially considering families with small children stay here. My baby is at the stage where she picks up everything from the floor and puts it in her mouth, so finding food left behind created a serious choking hazard and made me question the hotel’s cleaning standards. We had also requested a crib for our baby, but the front desk simply told us they only had one and that it was already being used by another guest. For a hotel with this many rooms, having only one crib available is unacceptable and shows a lack of preparation for traveling families. To make matters worse, the room phone was broken. We couldn’t even contact the front desk unless we used the speakerphone to make it work. Overall, this property appears to have significant maintenance, cleanliness, and customer service issues. The persistent mold smell, poor housekeeping, broken equipment, and lack of basic amenities made this an extremely disappointing stay. For families traveling with babies or young children, these issues represent more than an inconvenience—they create avoidable safety concerns that should never exist in a hotel room.

I liked everything except the staff

The front desk staff was not very courteous when asking for identification. I had to go back to my car twice because of how the situation was handled. While I was waiting, the man in front of me was told that his reservation would not be ready until 9:00 p.m., which meant he had to wait about three more hours. The lady behind me was asked to bring her husband to prove that the credit card was his. Later, when I went to breakfast with my family, I was asked in front of everyone what my room number was while the employee checked it off on a sheet of paper. I did not notice anyone else being asked that question. It made me feel singled out and uncomfortable.

The location was great access to stores, restaurants, and easy access to highway. The staff was friendly, kind and helpful. Definitely a place to return. Rooms were very comfy and clean.

The only downfall was the breakfast in the morning. The food was cold even in the food warmers. Bacon was burnt and hard to eat. The guy putting out food wasn't pleasant either.

Hotel facility and location was good. No compliants about that. I also liked that the wifi worked well and that the hotel had complementary printing service as well.

Most of the staff were not friendly at all. Two major cases in point. First was the male staff who handled the breakfast arena weekdays. He was the most unfriendly and not so nice person. He never smiled or even made any effort to make the environment warm and attractive. It felt as if he was being forced to come to work weekdays. He couldn’t even be nice to my 2 little children who were just being children and happy to always come to breakfast in the mornings. We stayed in this hotel for 12nights and his negative attitude was consistent through out our stay. Second experience: We expected a package who showed delivered on our app but got missing in the hotel. We went to the reception to complain and the lady at the front desk did not handle the matter well at all. She was very hostile and immediately went on the defensive with my wife who was just simply complaining that her package was missing. She was almost exchanging words with my wife at some point during the conversation. At some point, the receptionist took out the frustration on our 2 little kids who were just being kids and running around in the hotel. We escalated the matter of the missing package to the Hotel manager via email as well. Eventually, we took initiative by ourselves and decided to go to Candlewood Suites located just opposite the hotel and found our package was accidently delivered there. This simple initiative was what we expected the lady at the reception or the hotel manager to immediately suggest and check once the compliant was made. But alas, this was not the case. Our frustration on these complaints is the fact that this is a Hotel and guest treatment plus hospitality should be paramount at all times. Unfortunately, it was not. Hotel staff should understand this the most and the Hotel management must do everything to ensure that staff understand this clearly and showcase it in their daily interactions with guests at all times.

The location is great. The hotel was clean enough. That’s pretty much it.

I didn’t like that. My cost at booking was 165 but they charged my card 240. I didn’t like that I asked for two queens, and they gave me a king-size bed for me and my adult son to share. I didn’t like that the AC didn’t work and the curtains wouldn’t open.

They just robbed the money without even checking in asked to cancel the booking. U told losing out one day rate as cancellation policy but they just ignored and robbed 7 days money without me checking in also. I am going to consumer court and sue the hotel.

Great breakfast selection, which was refilled when needed. The location was centrally located for our needs while in the Frisco area.

Room lighting and electrical outlets were lacking. ie: no ceiling lights and more outlets needed. Also needed more towel bars needed.
