Water pressure in the shower isn’t great, but this is expected for an old building on a hilltop.

Een prachtig en sfeervol hotel met een geweldig uitzicht over Tepoztlán en de bergen. De tuin en het zwembad zijn heerlijk, de kamers comfortabel en je loopt zo het gezellige centrum in. Ook het ontbijt met uitzicht is echt een pluspunt. Alleen al voor de prachtige tuin zou ik hier zeker nog een keer boeken!

De badkamer was wat klein en gedateerd, maar door de charme van het hotel vonden wij dit eigenlijk geen probleem.

La comida de room service no la recomiendo en absoluto, nos mandaron todo quemado y frío. Evitarlo. Por otro lado, nos tocó una época de celebración religiosa en una iglesia al frente: a las seis de la mañana tbombas de estruendo y tambores hasta las ocho. La verdad que recomiendo averiguar eso antes si la intención es descansar y dormir un poco mas

The Internet connection in our room was weak. But when we brought our computer to the bar, the connection was fine.

We absolutely loved our stay! One of our favourite holidays! The food, location and people were outstanding.

La Ubicación es muy buena, puedes llegar caminando a la zona Arqueólogica del Tepozteco, pero sobre todo las instalaciones son increíbles, un ambiente relajado, la comida del restaurante de calidad, el personal muy amable.

Vielleicht die Heiß-Kalt-Regulierung und dass am Sonntag quasi alle Tische zum Frühstück zum Reservieren gab, da es auch Gäste von außerhalb gab. Der Rest war wunderbar.

El hotel es muy bonito y el desayuno muy bueno, está muy bien ubicado.

El cuarto de arriba tenía una tina de hidromasaje y era muy ruidosa, nos tuvieron que cambiar de cuarto.

Great breakfast (it was included in our booking). The hotel itself was pretty lowkey. You can hear street noise and neighboring dogs/roosters but we didn't mind it at all. Everything was that we wanted to go to was walking distance from the hotel. If you have mobility issues the streets will be difficult for you. Extremely hilly and cobblestones. Hotel staff allowed us to speak to them in our broken Spanish but easily switched to English if we were having a really hard time. We appreciated it but was not expecting it. No A/C but the room came with a fan. That with the open balcony doors provided comfortable nights. We really enjoyed our stay.

El lugar está cerca del centro y el hotel está casi rodeado de los cerros hermosos del Tepozteco. La vista es muy bonita!

Sólo que tendrían una pequeña ceremonia en el área afuera donde se disfruta más la vista de los cerros y no pudimos sentarnos o estar cerca de esa área casi toda la tarde. Fue la única tarde que nosotros estuvimos en el hotel.

En mi habitación el baño tenía olor feo.

El desayuno incluido en el precio estuvo muy rico y no había que esperar mucho tiempo a pesar de que era a la carta. El hotel tiene dentro el temzcal del cual hicimos uso con costo extra y que tambien nos pareció una experiencia agradable. Las habitaciones amplias y bastante cómodas.

No me pareció seguro haber proporcionado el número de tarjeta al momento de llegar, crea desconfianza. Creo que las vistas y la alberca están mejores en las imagenes que en realidad. Los masajes que ofrece el hotel tienen un precio mucho mayor que los que encuentran en la avenida principal.

The room was clean and comfortable. The property and gardens are meticulously maintained and absolutely beautiful. We loved the outdoor space and really enjoyed the pools and the restaurant where the servers were so friendly and the food and drink exceeded our expectations.

Really beautiful hotel! A great location with beautiful views. The gardens are gorgeous! And the staff was top notch. Everything was wonderful.

The staff are impeccable. Meals delectably elegant. Views are stunning. They offer ample towels. Water pressure is perfect and hot water abundant. But the staff is why this place is so wonderful - without their diligence and passion for their customer service, no business can succeed and these owners are so fortunate to have exceptional people working for them (I hope that translates to good careers with benefits and room for advancement, because they deserve to be treated and compensated generously) I cannot wait to come back with another tour group. My guests were so impressed, days later, they are Still talking about it. Thank you!!

En recepción la atención fue buena. Pero falta más atención; en estos hoteles se espera excelencia. Mientras salía hoy, no me recibían la llave que debía entregar.., me hicieron esperar; tuve que dejarla ahí para irme al estacionamiento porque debía salir... Pequeños detalles marcan la diferencia. En general todo excelente pero por este detalle falta " la cereza en el pastel" . Valoré positivsmente todo. Agradecido.

Quite possibly the best hotel we've ever stayed in. The staff, surroundings and general vibe of the hotel were second to none. The hotel is beautiful and every corner you turn you can't help but take a photograph. One our next trip to Mexico, we'll be coming back to Tepoztlan just for this hotel!

Some features of the room are a little dated, but even then, they still suit the decor and vibe of the room.

La Posada cuenta con un maravilloso complejo hotelero con abundante vegetación y habitaciones sumamente espectaculares. La ubicación es sensacional. El personal es extremadamente amable y servicial.

La comida del restaurante simplemente no puede competir con el resto del estándar del hotel.

Great location overlooking the town but only a 10 minute walk into the centre. The accommodation and grounds are gorgeous and the staff very helpful.

El servicio del personal del restaurante muy malo, tardado… Mencionan que el agua está climatizada, por eso fuimos, pero es muy fría.

Que hotel tan espectacular! Es hermoso, es muy romántico. Se ve la montaña divina! Tiene unos vibes increíbles. El desayuno estuvo delicioso! Tiene un restaurante al lado delicioso! La habitación que nos toco la numero 8 estaba muy cómoda y limpia.

This is the best-positioned hotel in town, with great views and beautiful gardens. I prefer it to other hotels because I like the old world feel and old world hospitality. Hotels like Amomoxtl have fancier pool areas, but I think the Posada property is much prettier with better views and is more intimate. The owner of Posada has lived at the hotel for decades, and staying here feels like you're lucky to stay at someone's beautiful home.

Las vistas que la habitación proporcionaba. Y la hamaca en la terraza te regala una tarde de relax interesante. Las camas tienen buena calidad.

El desayuno no es compatible con lo que se propone el hotel. Se escuchaba todo el bullicio de la plaza central (eran las fiestas del pueblo - no sé si el ruido en otras épocas es igual).

La ubicación y vistas de este hotel son inmejorables. El personal es muy atento y amistoso, me gusta mucho la comida y el ambiente. He venido varias veces y siempre me voy feliz.

El agua de las regaderas podria tener mas presion y las almohadas definitivamente hay que cambiarlas..

This is by far the best hotel we have been in. Rooms were big and full of light. Breakfast was delicious with options to personalize the included menu. The property is full of hidden spaces to relax and enjoy. The view is incredible and the staff goes beyond expectations to make the experience unique. Looking forward to go again for a longer stay.

Es gibt einige Hunde der "Eigentümer", die aber nicht weiter stören, denn sie sind stets an der Leine...
