Very clean and great location. Had safety features in bathroom were great! Plenty of room for luggage and very roomy.

There wasn’t anything in particular that was wrong. Only one elevator for 4 floors and only two luggage carts.

The pool is absolutely freezing cold and this was a huge disappointment as it’s the reason we booked was for pool and slide.

Nothing at all. Our stay at your hotel is a nightmare. It was very dirty: carpet smelled like dirty socks unclean, very tough bad smell, not comfortable, towels at the bathrooms were very dirty even though it seemed washed and yellow stains on them, disgusting, noisy room that we couldn't' sleep the first night with feet walk on our head late at night, sofas are dirty, table is dirty, swimming pool unclean. At the bottom line, we spent our money for nothing.. we really wasted money. I don't like the food at breakfast : scrambled eggs are cold and without a taste. Cheap jams. Is this how hotels Holiday inn look like 3 stars. Some other hotels 3 stars looks way better than this. Sorry to say it but this is the reality. We will never ever come back ! Higher Managers should consider changing these carpets there as they were disgusting if you like customers to come back again. True, I couldn't' find the room I was expecting in exchange for what I spent :$ 414.00 for 2 nights the least you could do was to make it clean. To me that what customers like me are looking for without even being lucuourious or expensive furnitures. In other places you should reimburse me my money and this is my least right if customer couldn't find the comfort and cleaness. I hope this review reach higher Managers and consider theses point I mentioned before. Of course you gonna delete it as other bad reviews from customers I think. My mom and my wife and me are breathing dirtiness while staying for 2 nights. Bad bad bad stay . If we knew we wouldn't choose it at all but unfortunately photos at your web couldn't reflect feeling and smell of rooms inside because you make as fancy as possible to attract booking and purchase. I won't recommend it to any body I know from my community and no thank you for your hotel at all until you change these defects.

Staff that were cleaning were not the good for customer service. Kids were playing hide and seek for 6 hours, using the elevator and the floors and was not managed by management

This location was fantastic! Seriously such a good price for such a great place. Clean, spacious, and very friendly staff.

The only complaint isn't even the hotels fault. The Continental breakfast is amazing selection for a hotel offering and pretty decent tasting as well. The complaint is that during our stay there was another family that took major advantage of the free breakfast and they didn't leave much (or anything some mornings) for everyone else and the kitchen can't make food fast enough for everyone else at that point.

The cost of the room was ridiculously expensive. As it was almost $1000 for the two nights. The guest above us decided to return to their room late in the evening and continue to play music until after 1 AM. We had to call the front desk two or three times to complain. There was loud music as well as stomping and banging that occurred even after the music stopped, they continue to bang and stomp on the floors until well After 2 am. The hotel told me that they could not do anything to compensate me as I had booked through Booking.com despite paying such a large amount for the room and none of my children slept that night.

Not enough parking. Vacuuming breakfast area before we were done eating. It could have waited 15 minutes till everyone was done.

The staff ate great there’s no problem there

Our first night was great. Our second night we were on the third floor so the family that was upstairs had kids and they were jumping from the bed to the floor until midnight. It was loud screaming. We barely got any sleep.

The front desk/ management was absolutely incompetent. Charged me $466 for one night when I was quoted $99. I got the lowest $99 rate bc the front desk checked a man into our room we were already checked into. This man was given a key & entered our room where my 2 teenage daughters were. The front desk giggled & apologized. We were with our hockey team & when the boys were up to hotel shinanigans they targeted our room as the problem even though we were asleep when the complaints came in. Instead checking out the complaint themselves, they called the cops & had 3 cops wake us up at 1am & escort me & 3 kids out of the hotel.

Breakfast was good, could have had more seating area, room was a good size for 2 adults and 4 kids. I would stay there again if we had too. The mini fridge worked good and was a decent size.

Room could have been cleaner, there was lipstick on the wall in the bathroom and one towel had lipstick on it. We had to ask for towels everyday. The disposable cups and coffee never got replenished everyday. They only had 2 luggage carts available. The chlorine in the hot tub was too strong and burnt the eyes.

Would like a third bed option in rooms instead of the more uncomfortable pullout couch. One day (out of three) there was cold air blowing in the pool room and the hot tub wasn’t working properly.

All the front desk workers were amazing with me, they try their best to help me and they were always so welcome, always smiling and being kind. Ruby, the first to welcome me, was so helpful and patient with me that made my stay way better.

Breakfast was good, loved that it was a hot breakfast. Eggs were kind of gross. Using fresh eggs would make a world of difference! Front staff checking in were exceptional!!!

No smart TV. Cable options were super limited and there was no way for me to to cast ftom my phone or laptop. There was a lag between sound and video of almost one full comercial which made watching TV very difficult. Also the signal would drop for a couple sec frequently.

Staffs are nice and clean. Breakfast was ok, but crowded.

Swimming pool is too cold. The slide is very dark and fast, I will not suggest under 5 or 6 years old to do it on themselves.

Ruby our checkin person was an absolute dear. Helped with everything. Took our family photo for us. All the staff was happy and helpful. Made our trip fabulous

The young lady at the front desk was very helpful, I did not get her name but she was lovely. Room was nice, and had everything we needed. Me and my girlfriend had a very nice stay.

We all loved the breakfast! Really appreciated all the variety and hearty eggs & sausages. The beds and pillows were supportive and the room was not stuffy or hot. Great location and easy to find. Friendly staff.

We asked for a bereavement discount as we were travelling for my mom's funeral but the front desk was not able to give one.

A clean, modern stay that was restful

Front desk person was nice, breakfast was ok. Bed was comfortable.

We travelled with our niece and nephew so had a bigger crew. Was excellent for the kids. Good breakfast and hot coffee.

The beds were VERY comfortable...great shopping etc in the area...saw a deer down the street too lol The pool was nice kids loved the speed of the water slide...hot tub was great for me...that being said the deck needs some TLC if not like a redo...breakfast was good but not great...scrambled eggs over cooked and the sausages just didnt seem right lol

Had a few nights here while doing tourist stuff in the area. Great location for Drumheller, historic village and Calgary. Used the Ctrain park and ride for main city which worked well and much cheaper than parking in city. Staff at hotel were very friendly and helpful especially Ruby who was excellent and went above and beyond a credit to the hotel. Main down side was that the aircon was extremely noisy.

Staff were friendly and helpful , only complaint was our tv didn't want to work .

Convenient as a base to explore the area,but nousy and we had issues with no hot water.
