No heat. They gave us a portable heater. Had to have it on all night to stay warm. It was noisy. The bathroom door wouldn't close properly. Did online self check in and still had to wait 20 minutes to get our room (at 6:00 pm). Breakfast was sparse.

Very nice variety of food for breakfast. My husband liked the pancakes, bacon & sausages and I liked the yogurt, fresh fruit & toast.

I do not appreciate wooden cutlery!

The bed was one of most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept on. It was old, and we kept both sinking into it. It would have been okay for one person. Unfortunately the elevator broke while we were there. No one's fault. They were very apologetic but it was the weekend.

It was a good location for us. The staff was very friendly and the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

The hotel took a holding sum even though I had pre-paid on booking.com. Five days after checking out of the Hotel, the pending sum has still not been removed

The staff were all very nice and pleasant. The breakfast was great with plenty of choices which was impressive. The staff managing the breakfast were on the ball making sure all the food was stocked.

The only issue was that on the first day the elevator didn't work so we had to carry our luggage to our floor.

Stay was very good, staff went out of their way to accommodate. Breakfast was great! Would stay there again!

Nice location not too far from airport approx 15 min , the staff was really very friendly.was able to do a late check-in.

I travelled for a golf tournament in north Calgary and the hotel fulfilled all my requests and made the stay trouble free. Exceeded expectations. Thanx.

Did not feel secure in an outside room. Room was very small. One thin blanket on the beds, we were very cold and the heater did not work. Air from the heater was barely warm at maximum heat.

Second night was better than the first. Did not like the dark shabby room the first night. Stayed another night.The second room was better.I asked for her switch.

It was close to the highway so I could leave quickly to get to work. Staff was very nice. Helped me through a little problem.

My kids almost asked me to go and book another reservation. We were disappointed that it had no pool. The rooms are very tight. No way to move around easily. Now I'll need to check for these facilities in my next booking going forward. How can a hotel not have a pool?

Easy to find, location was great for what we needed which was easy access to Crossiron Mills mall.

Breakfast was okay at best. Room was okay but the fan or heat when running was super loud. No batteries in the remote which was easily fixed and light bulbs in the bathroom burnt out

The washing machine in the middle of the night was shaking my bed very strongly, it actually startled me. Also, my deposit is not back and that seems strange.

It was cheap. We had to extend our stay due to weather.

Room was cold,toilet ran all night. Could use an upgrade! Note to self, you get what you pay for!

If we need a place to stay for a very reasonable rate we will be back.

Breakfast was fine but quite limited in choices.Location was great. I believe they would be wise to change their brand of coffee.

Bed was slightly uncomfortable due to the mattress which i believe needs to be upgraded. I awoke with a sore back which is unusual for me when sleeping in almost all hotels.It was only transitory and not a big deal.Our room was on the 2nd floor . There was an elevator but the physical location of our room required us to walk across the parking lot, climb a set of stairs, walk down a long corridor to our room on the outside.This was a cold night and my wife has had 4 knee replacements and 1 hip replacement so isn't the most mobile individual.

I was disappointed... there was bugs in my room, I crushed one underfoot, and left it so it could be seen. I packed up and left by 1:40 am because I could not sleep (with bugs on the brain). The worst part, was when I left, I told the clerk at the front desk and he, with a jovial smile and attitude said, "oh ya, there is a lot of them". Not a bit of concern on maybe why I was leaving, seeing it was 1:40 in the morning?? My hope here, is two fold; 1) get your bugs dealt with, 2) get your staff focused on the customer - teach them to listen more intently

There was nothing that I liked this is a horrible hotel and needs to be updated.

Bad beds, tv didn’t work the so called hot tub has a note on the door saying it’s condemned from the health department. This place needs to be shut down permanently I would never recommend this place to anyone. They should have refunded my money.

The room was clean, the bed was reasonably comfortable, and the staff were very accommodating.

There are a lot of people hanging around out front. My room overlooked a dirty back alley. The proximity to KFC was very evident due to the smell in the area.

Restaurant was great. Rooms were good. Friendly staff. The gal in the breakfast area was wonderful!

Bit noisy. AC was hard to control and ran all night.

The laundry took extremely too much time! 2 hours wash time is outrageous! Then an another hour to dry!!! We only did 1 load.

The staff were amazing!! When my car wouldnt start one of the hotel cleaner help boost me with his car! I would definitely start here again! The restaurant staff were amazing, when we ordered food they included an ice cream with chocolate sauce on the house for my little one!! Absolutely amazing!

I think my bed needed a new mattress. Not the end of the world, but it did have a large dip in the center that you would roll into.

Not a big deal but I couldn’t use the plug for the hair dryer the lady in the morning told me I had to turn on one switch but I wouldn’t know as there was no tags anywhere saying that that’s how it will work … maybe my old age ..:)

Small room.. Breakfast was disappointing.

Breakfast was excellent, only 1 day had omelets, they were very good, wish they served them everyday. Pancake maker was good, sausages were very good as well. Staff was friendly and attentive.

House cleaning staff only came in our room once during our stay of 5 days, so we didnt get fresh towels or a refill on coffee for in the room unless we went down to the lobby. Also didnt have our garbage cleared out.

I am a repeat guest. It is a good place to stay, good value gor money.

Cable package could be a bit better and maybe leave some instructions on where to find the guide etc., as the remotes are very basic.

Like how easy it was to get back on the highway to head to Edmonton

I didnt like the fact that when we went to have dinner we walked through a gaming section people playing machines etc the whole place was rather off putting we actually ended up leaving and eating in town
