It was a good sized room. Bed was very comfortable.

I had booked the handicap room with a walk in shower. I did not get it because she said I book thru Booking.com and it did not state I booked the walk in shower. My husband has mobility issues and climbing into the tub for a shower is difficult. Even though we arrived early and the room requested, was available, she wouldn't switch us in case the other person needs the walk in shower! She was happy to give a shower chair to assist in showering! That was appreciated. Maintenance needs to sit in the desk chair. It wants to flip you backwards. Junk!

Easy access to main roads and other amenities . The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The property itself was clean and very quiet .

Outside noise was easily heard in rooms, there was a weird banging every few minutes in the wall in the early morning. Hotel ran out of hot water for a few hours in the morning do to full occupancy

The staff were very nice and just welcoming. The room was very nice comfortable bed, spacious washroom and room, very clean and comfy feeling like home. Great lighting they had lamps in different areas of the room. Tv had YouTube. Other than that room was amazing! They had complimentary breakfast simple but nice.

The only thing the washroom stand bath is low to the floor so water comes out a lot as they don’t have proper shower curtains on and is more like a normal curtain.

We had our dog with us, but somewhere there was a miscommunication so they didn’t realize we did and so put us up on the top floor. It was a bit of a hassle to take our pup out to do his business. It turned out technically if we had a dog we weren’t even supposed to be on the top floors. It wasn’t anyone’s fault though, just a booking mistake.

This is a newer hotel on the north edge of town that we used as a base for daytripping in the Calgary area. We had an "Airbnb-style" king suite that has a small living area with a sofa, and a separate bedroom which included a second TV. Both TVs were new 55" smart models so it was like being at home. Bathroom was great, lots of room. Fully functioning kitchen including fridge, stove, microwave, dishes, utensils, cooking tools, and there's also a small dining area with a table and 4 chairs. The entire unit is 520SF in total, so it very much feels like staying in a small condo as opposed to a hotel room. Breakfast area off the main lobby was good and extremely well-maintained, although it can get a bit noisy at times.

This is relatively new construction and everything looks really nice, but the lighting in the kitchen area is inadequate. Even when you turn on the main overhead light, it's still improperly lit. I reported this experience to the front desk and suggested they install some under-cupboard supplemental lighting.

Beds were clean and comfortable. Quick check in. Shower great. Breakfast was great.

Some of the bathroom cupboards were banged up already. Exit was under construction.

There are very few electric outlets available in the room. One supplied on the bedside lamp did not work. I ended up pulling the cabinet away from the wall to plug in my CPAP machine. There were no USB ports for charging, I was travelling across Canada and had 5 different devices to charge overnight but there was no available outlets. For me that was a real negative and not costly to add USB ports or an adapter secured to an outlet. In this situation I would have considered USB ports as a standard in all rooms.

Close to highway yet quiet

This hotel is located near many stores and restaurants, which is so convenient! The staff were incredibly friendly, and I felt at home immediately. There's laundry, a gym, and a great breakfast. It's a 25 minute drive to the airport, so not far, but not so close that you can't afford it!

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was always fresh, and I enjoyed the availability to grab a latte during the day. The rooms are so clean, as is the building itself. Inside and out you can tell the staff pay close attention to cleanliness.

My only complaint would be that there was only one working elevator. It became a slow wait for the one elevator, especially during checkout and cleaning times. At one point, both elevators were out of order. It was not a pleasant walk up and down four flights of stairs all day.

Breakfast as what they call it should not be mentioned like so. Only very simple few items and they were disappointing. We went to Tim Hortons the second and last night. They even run out of coffee in the hotel on our first night.

Third, the room was very clean, smelled fresh, bathroom spotless and the booking met all needs for the night. Thank you. Lastly the breakfast was excellent quality and very nutritious, plus good coffee and selection of teas. Definitely will return to this hotel.

Breakfast was good but potato tots and bacon were cold and hard boiled eggs. Overall pretty good just nice to have the hot part of the breakfast hot. The rest of the buffet was good and good selection. Just a minor bump in the road I would definitely stay here again.
