Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Airdrie

A pleasant stay - Staff was helpful.

Clean facilities.

Location is a bit far from grocery stores, liquor store, etc.

friendly and good environment nice place to stay

none

Very clean and quiet

Had everything we needed

Very clean hotel

Was a bit loud (children eunning ans shouting) on the main floor where our room was located

The staff is absolutely amazing people ❤️ so friendly so inviting

Breakfast was very delicious and many options.

Receiving my check out email with bill.

The staff were very friendly and kind. Check in/check out was fast. The breakfast was one of our favorite parts! There were so many different options and very delicious! The kids really liked the pool, although I thought it was quite small and crowded. I would definitely stay here again.

the customer service was ok, i did have access to things like hot water i thought there should be kettles in the room. Also the room was quite small. The fridge in the room wasn't working some of the food we brought got bad. Pictures on the internet was quite different from what the room looks like.

Quick and easy check-in (booked online with booking.com). The room was fantastic, beds were really comfortable.

Multiple drunken people about being loud all night. Plus a hockey tournament going on in town i belive, so there were lots a U18 people running up and down the halls playing hockey and yelling all night long and super early into the am. Staff didnt really care to much and just let it happen.

Very clean room. Staff were very kind and professional.

Pillows were a little uncomfortable. Breakfast could be better. It was served in disposable plates.

Love everything about this hotel

It’s a bit of a puzzle to get in but not that hard

Clean and comfortable

There was a lot of noise with children running up and down the hall and slamming doors 7-10pm on Saturday Dec 6. Road access to the hotel was confusing coming off the highway

Excellent service by all the crew Very good facilities Very close to the airport

Breakfast starts a bit late for people who has a flight to catch

The pool wasnt too deep for kids, the room was nice and clean and it was close to town.

it was all good!

The Fairfield Inn was perfectly serviceable for my business trip. The accommodations were comfortable and met all my needs without any fuss. The room was clean and functional, providing a quiet space to work and rest. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were professional and efficient. Overall, it was a reliable and convenient choice for a business traveler looking for a straightforward stay.

Was told the pet floor was on a different one, not the case, very loud barking dog at 7am.

Good

Great staffs with nice facilities

Comfortable beds. Good complimentary breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay. The buffet breakfast was great with enough choices for a full filling breakfast. The only problem we had was that the pillows were too soft even when we stacked four pillows together they still did not provide the firmness that I wanted. The staff were friendly and apologized for the pillows- hopefully there will be some firm pillows for our next stay.

Great location and great cleanliness

Not a thing

Would like a restaurant.

Nothing.

Nothing I can say. I will be back next time I love this hotel

Very beautiful place to Stay

We were greeted immediately upon arrival! Staff was very friendly and super helpful, made an excellent suggestion for us for dinner.

Beds are comfy, room was clean Breakfast was awesome!

Clean Room... Staff were courteous and friendly... Shops were a bit of a drive....

Aside from a completely inedible buffalo chicken wrap from the in-house restaurant (that they credited me for upon checkout when I just casualty mentioned it in passing) - this place was beautiful. Great room with two queens and a pull out couch, which we needed because we were one couple and two singles who didn't want to share a bed. Fairfield is one of the VERY FEW facilities that offered this option during our 12-day travels through AB & BC. Aside from great facilities, kind and attentive staff, and easy parking, another highlight was the breakfast that was included with the room. Fairly large and plentiful variety of items, and everything was really good (except maybe they could not crisp up the bacon so much that it turns to dust when you bite it). This was the seeding Fairfield facility during our trip. and I highly recommend them.

Everything was perfect

A licensed bar would of been a bonus

Good breakfast included

Everything here was great except the pull out couch bed was wonky

Was told the weekend timing for breakfast at almost missed it but otherwise great stay

clean and spacey of the room, very friendly staff, good breakfast !

Very friendly staff! Cozy and clean rooms!

Goo

Good stay. We appreciate the hot breakfast.

Generally was good and clean, rooms were quiet and so were the hallways. The pool area was way too busy, even close to closing time at 10pm it was overrun and loud. Tried to go in twice and both times it was full of people and a lot of yelling. Not a relaxing environment to enjoy a hot tub!

It’s okay

Really convenient stop over outside of airdrie

Good

Comfortable beds,

Washroom doors need to be replaced,

All was great!

Easy and friendly check-in, special requests accommodated immediately, clean room, comfortable beds, decent breakfast, very pleased overall.

Very clean and nice room.

Great comfortable stay for great price. Hotel staff were super nice and accommodating

Great location for dogs as there is a retention pond with a trail around it. Room was Clean and spacious.

Good for a night stay.

Nice and quiet, staff are friendly and accommodating! Definitely would stay here again

Was clean

No gluten-free options There are no options for people with food allergies Paper plates for breakfast No kettle/jug in room had to heat water in the microwave for hot drinks Was miscommunication about the prices of using the washing facilities Bathroom sliding door stuck and dropped. Therefore, each time you use the bathroom during the night, you woke your roommate

Family friendly, complimentary breakfast

Good

Was clean and comfortable with a good breakfast.

Nice clean hotel. A little tough to access from highway 2 but much more reasonable than Calgary hotels. Ask for a room on the east side of the hotel to avoid traffic noise from Highway two.

Good quiet hotel

New Clean Great breakfast

Breakfast is very good!

No!

The staff were so wonderful! Excellent customer service.

Pet friendly

Excellent front desk staff was extremely helpful!

Area is industrial.

Great place and breakfast was great!

room was very spacious and clean. Pool was excellent. Loved the hot breakfast and spacious dining space.

We spent two nights here. While I understood they didn't change the linens and towels daily, I thought they would at least clean the room and empty the garbage daily. I think it is expecting too much to ask travellers to leave a tip for housekeeping when they didn't even enter the room during our stay.

The room was very clean and spacious. There is a nice walking path right by the hotel which was lovely.

Nice and close to the highway, dining options are a short drive away.

We loved the breakfast, staff were excellent, only downside was a small gym and swimming pool didn't have any slides. Location was great, quiet neighborhood but closer to shopping and restaurants.

Clean and quiet. Friendly staff

Very clean and quiet hotel. Many dining options around. Would highly recommend.

Pros: Has EV charging onsite. Reasonably priced. Has good breakfast selections. Has amenity like laundry, pool, and gym onsite. Cons: Not much around to explore. 30mins to Calgary.

Very clean and extremely friendly staff. I Would highly recommend this hotel - pool and hot tub were amazing breakfast is a bonus.

Great stay

great hotel, no complains.

The rooms are very clean and nice. We felt quite comfortable. Very happy with our choice to stay here.

I love it

The property is nice. Check in was fast and friendly. The pool and hot tub are a nice bonus. Never tried the gym. AC is noisy. Rooms are clean and nicely appointed. Easy enough to find. Nice choices of microwaveable food, snacks and drinks in lobby. Have help yourself coffee and water as well.

Wonderful stay, great hotel, great service

Its a newer hotel, had a great stay.

Clean and friendly staff.

All

As expected. Good for the value, friendly staff.

They could have changed the breakfast from one day to another, but regardless, the breakfast was good

Hotel seemed to have been half renovated. Looks ok from outside and lobby but the rooms had older AC and looked a bit worn. This hotel seems overpriced. Especially a every other day room service policy seems to be contradictory the price.
