My stay at the Arlo was incredible. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are so friendly - they made us feel welcome right from check-in to check-out. One of the hosts said to us as we were leaving, "whenever you're next in New York, just know that this is home". A massive shout out to Alex who greeted us every single time we left and entered the lobby and always wished us "a beautiful day", Alex, you are amazing and your kindness goes a long way.

The location of the property was amazing as it was a short walk to Times Square but also Central Park. The Cafe downstairs served the best flat whites and we liked that there were quite lounge areas for if we didn’t want to spend time in the room

Zimmer sehr klein - für den Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet. Mit 2 großen Koffern kommt man an die Grenzen. Sehr laut. Matratzen waren durchgelegen!! Es fährt gefühlt alle 5 Minuten in der Nacht die Feuerwehr oder Rettung. Ubahnstation ca 10min zu Fuß entfernt. Sehr dreckiges Viertel!

I loved our room, it waa super comfortable. Although the AC wasnt working that well, it was ok!

I didnt like that much the fact that everyone can see you from other buildings when you have the roller down.

The location is excellent for a first NYC visit: Midtown is extremely busy, but many sights and neighborhoods are walkable. The street-level bar is stylish and lively, although getting a spontaneous seat can be difficult as many tables seem to be reserved.

Breakfast itself is very good, but the service was consistently poor. One morning, despite having breakfast included, we were told to wait 20 minutes for a table due to insufficient staffing. The biggest disappointment was housekeeping. Even after raising it with management, the service wasn’t satisfying.

Brilliant location for first-time visit to New York. Easily reached via the Air Train and subway. In Hells Kitchen a few minutes walk from Times Square, the Empire State etc. Cool hotel, interesting decor. There’s a cafe and bar. Room was clean, serviced every day. Decent shower, comfortable bed. Considering the location, very quiet at night.

Nothing other than a plug socket next to a mirror would have been handy.

Had a nice coffee bar in the lobby

It advertised itself is being close to the seven, and it was quite a few blocks from there. It is in quite a noisy part of town that upon departing was very busy with homeless and bike shops etc. the rooms are TINY

Durante il nostro soggiorno di 9 notti, per ben 3 volte non è stata fatta la pulizia della camera: rientravamo in albergo verso le 21 e la camera non era stata pulita. Pertanto, su nostra richiesta, ci veniva solo consegnato il cambio degli asciugamani dato che il servizio di pulizia a quell'ora non era più effettuabile. Abbiamo prenotato il pernottamento con la prima colazione inclusa... peccato che diversi piatti e bevande, inclusi nel menù dell'albergo, per noi fossero degli "extra" da pagare a parte.

Great location. Easy walk from Penn station. Clean and comfortable room. Nice facilities on-site with excellent service and cocktails.

I've stayed at the Arlo several times in NYC as well as Miami, DC and Chicago. This was the 1st time that we did not have a coffee maker in the room. This was a quick stay so it wasn't a big issue, but I prefer to be able to have a quick coffee in the room 1st thing in the morning without having to leave the room. Please bring this feature back!

Great food in the restaurant. Central to the hustle and bustle of New York. Fantastic rooftop bar!

The Arlo hotel is certainly more cosy and charming than the majority of the surrounding hotels in Midtown. The staff is nice, efficient and service oriented. Good breakfast and restaurant. The room is comfortable despite the size (a bit challenging for 2 suitcases!) but this is the standard in Manhattan.

Given the proximity of other buidlings and hotels, it would be great to add a day blind for ensuring the room privacy. I had sometimes to close the window with the black-out blind made for the night - what's a pity.

the staff were extremely friendly. The coffee shop in the main reception was great for coffee and croissants in the morning and the roof top bar was lovely. The views were amazing all though the drinks were a little pricey.

you could only access the bed from one side and so at time I had to climb over my partner to get out.

Das Hotel war an sehr guter Lage. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf Mahlzeiten im Restaurant hat man als Hotelgast Rabatt.

Leider haben die Steckdosen im Zimmer nicht funktioniert und es gab dadurch wenig Möglichkeiten unsere Geräte zu laden.

房间太小了，连行李箱都没地方放，人走路都费劲。没有座椅沙发，只能坐在床上。厕所也很小很窄。

It was not eco friendly at all. Not even a sign to not change the towels if guests preferred. The cleaning staff also kept leaving my room light on everyday after they cleaned! Terrible waste of energy!

Die Lage war perfekt. Das Hotel liegt ruhig und doch sehr zentral. Die Zimmer waren praktisch und modern eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber. Es gab Duschgel, Shampoo, Bodylotion. Der Blick vom Bett aufs Edge war spektakulär. Am Bett sind Anschlüsse zum Laden des Handys etc. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir hatten um zwei Zimmer nebeneinander gebeten. Dies wurde uns ermöglicht. Wir hatten eine Verbindungstür zwischen den Zimmern. In der Lobby konnten wir unser mitgebrachtes Essen gemeinsam essen. Sehr gemütlich und cool eingerichtet. Das Gepäck kann am Abreisetag im Hotel deponiert werden. Ich würde immer wieder das Hotel buchen.

La vue de notre chambre était exceptionnelle ! La literie très confortable et l’hôtel bien situé.

Notre première chambre était humide nous avons donc changé et la seconde avait une vue incroyable.

Great view of The Edge from our room, the rooms were really clean and well equipped. The rooftop bar was lovely (but be prepared for rooftop manhattan prices). The bed was really comfortable and there was a good sized bathroom. Location was perfect for midtown location - very close to a few subway stops.

Nothing significant! The ‘cooler’ for the water wasn’t very cold, a refrigerator would be more useful - be aware it is not cold enough to keep perishables in.

The location was great, the staff super professional and efficient and friendly. The room was very small, but clean with a big tv. Was fun to watch movie at night in bed. The bar, the cafe, the rooftop was awesome! The lobby area was cool, it's a fun and trendy place. Oh and they allowed checkout at 1 pm which was a great!

The ONLY thing is that the room we had, I'm guessing it's the cheapest standard room, is VERY small. There's barely room to open your suitcase. There is no closet or drawers, so we kind of hopped over our suitcases on the floor (we were 2 ppl). If you're planning to stay a while, suggest u get a bigger room. I would definitely do that next time I stay, and I would stay there again because everything else was perfect.

Die Lage ist super. Die Zimmer sind natürlich klein, aber intelligent aufgebaut und sauber. Das System der Aufzüge ist super.

Alles war perfekt, das Team super freundlich, die Zimmer sehr sauber, die Lage perfekt. Sollten wir wieder nach New York reisen, dann nur ins Arlo Midtown!

Die Lage war sehr zentral. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt und wir haben jeden Tag frische Handtücher erhalten sowie Wasser. Auch der Roomservice hat einwandfrei funktioniert.

Never disappointed by the Arlo. I stayed here somewhat randomly the first time but it is now one of my go-to spots in NY. Love the garment district location and the amenities are perfect. Don’t miss the rooftop deck or the atrium seating just to hang out and enjoy NY. And use an umbrella if it rains!!

The room was not as clean. There was a pinkish spot on the pillow case the minute I look at the bed from entering the room. There was yellowish spots on the carpet .

I stayed 3 nights before at four points midtown which was slightly more expensive but its rate on your site was lower (I don't understand how). So in comparison with it Arlo was super small, without a bottle of water and a proper closet. Although I saw the room is only 16sqm it still was surprising.

We like the location, the hotel itself had a very good vibe and decor. Also the workers were all very helpful and nice. The rooftop bar was a great addition with a good vibe as well.

The cleanliness. The lobby at times felt stuffy due to old and stained furniture and seating. Thats really it.

El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad y alrededor puedes encontrar todo lo que necesitas: tiendas, cafeterías, metro... es un hotel relativamente nuevo y tiene unas instalaciones modernas y cuidadas. El personal es muy amable. Nuestra habitación tenía un buen tamaño, pero es cierto que tenía categoría de "habitación accesible". La verdad es que estamos muy contentas con la elección que hicimos. Las vistas desde la habitación eran muy bonitas y las camas cómodas. Valoramos especialmente que a pesar de ser un hotel grande, limpiaban las habitaciones cada día aunque fuera tarde y el sistema de llamada de los 5 ascensores es todo un acierto porque rápidamente tienes a tu disposición un ascensor libre.

No me gustó que el baño tuviera cortina. Tanto a la habitación como al baño le faltan armarios o estantes para dejar la ropa. La camas dobles son buenas, pero algo pequeñas si duermes con hijos.

I recently stayed at the arlo Mdtown I ate on the Rooftop bar and our waitress was Nina A lovely lady very kind and ao helpful and gracious A lovely member of your staff The hotel is fabulous great location Comfy beds clean rooms .

The location and the rooftop were lovely. I also really enjoyed that the room had a partial view of the city lights.

A little more space to open and store luggage would have made the room more comfortable.

It was truly amazing. We liked everything. Big Bonus: They have a really good coffeeshop integrated in the ground floor. I can't really say anything negative about this place

All the staff was friendly and on top of everything we needed and very helpful. We had reservations for the roof top bar but due to weather, and the manager didn’t hesitate to move our reservations to the restaurant. We really loved our server Camillo, he made a very special night for us more memorable. From taking a video for us (when I got proposed to) to just simple small talk. He was wonderful.

Generally ı was quite happy and satisfied with servise room The view from the 26th floor is amazing! :-) :-) The location is great. Times Square is only about a 5-minute walk away.

There was no coffee or tea in the rooms. It would have been nice to have some.

La chambre était super un petit peu petite mais très optimisé et nous le savions dans tous les cas grâce aux photos disponibles. Le personnel à la réception y est très chaleureux. L’hôtel est propre et beaucoup de services y sont proposés !

Nous avons été réveillé un matin à 6h30 par une alarme générale, descente de 18 étage à pieds arrivés en bas aucun membre du personnel personne nous orienter nous guider ou même nous expliquer ce qu’il se passe. Ce sont finalement des clients qui nous disent que finalement nous pouvons regagner nos chambre, bien sûr, à pieds de nouveau 18 étages. Le personnel du rooftop n’est pas très agréable est serviable, beaucoup de restrictions mises sans forcément mettre les formes …

Everybody was super friendly and helpful! Any questions we had were answered promptly via text message. The hotel was our refuge in a city that left us breathless.

The Arlo in midtown was a great hotel. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The price was also great considering in NYC all hotels are very expensive. The location was perfect. It was close to every attraction without being in the middle of the crowds and the staff was very welcoming and courteous. I will definitely stay there again.
