Excellent hôtel ! Les prestations sont largement à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles, mais honnêtement, ce n’est pas ce que je retiendrai le plus de notre séjour. Ce qui fait vraiment la différence ici, c’est la bienveillance et la courtoisie de tout le personnel, notamment avec les enfants. C’est tout simplement incroyable. Nous avons voyagé avec notre petite fille et elle a été accueillie avec une attention et une gentillesse absolument remarquables. Le directeur passe régulièrement pour s’assurer que tout se passe bien, et la seule petite remarque que nous avons pu faire a été prise en compte et réglée dans la foulée. On sent vraiment une volonté de faire en sorte que chaque client passe le meilleur séjour possible. L’ensemble du personnel est exceptionnel, avec une mention spéciale pour Dimitri, toujours avec son sourire et sa bonne humeur communicative. Mais surtout, un immense merci à Enzo, qui a été absolument incroyable avec nous et particulièrement avec notre fille. Une personne qui a vraiment marqué notre séjour. Et si je devais retenir une seule chose de cet hôtel, ce serait probablement lui. C’est clairement une des raisons pour lesquelles nous reviendrons au Sea Diamond lors de notre prochaine visite. En bref : allez-y les yeux fermés ! Un hôtel magnifique, mais surtout une équipe humaine qui fait toute la différence. Nous avons passé un séjour formidable et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. ❤️

Nous avons passé 1 semaine à cet Hôtel pour notre lune de miel (merci pour le surclassement). Tout était parfait, de l’accueil avec ANKUSH et toutes ces recommandations pour profiter de l’île, du massage avec VANISHA & GEETA au SPA 💆🏼‍♀️, du petit déjeuner au dîner (Merci ENZO ☺️ et toute l’équipe). La carte du midi et soir est différentes et variées, les plats sont excellents (bravo pour les cuisiniers). Le buffet du petit déjeuner est grand (sucré et salé). Le cadre est idyllique et reposant, le service de chambre est top. La vue est magnifique ! Si vous cherchez un endroit calme et reposant c’est l’idéal Nous recommandons cet établissement les yeux fermés ! Barbara et Guillaume

- Some members of staff were warm and friendly. - The room itself was excellent and actually one of the nicest rooms we stayed in during our entire trip. It was spacious, open and comfortable. - The hotel is in a really nice setting with lovely scenery, and the outdoor spaces are well looked after - Great beach with clear water and a very relaxed atmosphere. Feels peaceful and quite private

I know when we read reviews of hotels where almost everything is positive and there are a few negative ones, we often assume those guests just like to complain. So I’d like to preface this by saying that most of my reviews on Booking.com / Google etc are really positive and I always like to call out when staff have done a great job. Unfortunately, whether we just had an isolated poor experience or not, this hotel was by far the lowlight of an otherwise fantastic trip. After the first couple of nights, we were genuinely looking at alternative accommodation for our final night because we were desperate to get out of there. - Service was consistently slow and disorganised. There seemed to be so many staff around but often nobody actually helping with anything. Breakfast was particularly bad for this, with lots of waiting around for really basic things. - The food looked good and there were plenty of options, but unfortunately the quality was poor. By our third night we ended up going out for dinner specifically to avoid eating at the hotel again. - Some staff were lovely, but others were strangely unfriendly. Walking down the pathways we would smile, say hello etc. and regularly get no eye contact or acknowledgement at all. It created quite a weird atmosphere. - We also felt there was too much pressure around chargeable extras. Obviously there’s nothing wrong with offering additional paid options, but at times it made the experience feel quite transactional. The guided tour we received upon our check in felt very much geared towards the optional extras and we came away feeling very confused. - Breakfast and other meal services felt very disorganised. We regularly saw senior staff pulling junior staff aside and publicly telling them off or instructing them on what they should be doing. It didn’t give the impression of a well-run operation and was uncomfortable to watch. - Towels, sheets etc.

Hôtel splendide et bon accueil. Très calme. Au delà du site très beau, la cuisine comprise dans la demi-pension est exceptionnelle. Goûter sympathique. Le personnel et le directeur sont au petits soins. Nous avons pu bénéficier le vendredi soir d'un pot d'accueil absolument somptueux tout en musique avant le buffet Mauricien. Les chambres sont immenses et le check out tardif facile. Beaucoup de transats disponibles. Dans l'hôtel vous pouvez faire du canoë, du pédalo, paddle, du vélo gratuitement. Des sorties en mer sont proposées en supplément ainsi que des massages au spa qui sont extrêmement agréable. En solo ou duo. Le forfait 2h est incroyable. Nous avons également pu faire de la plongée au club Padi de l'hôtel attenant. Les moniteurs étaient très sympas. Une station de taxi à 50 mètres pour toute excursion.

Les propositions récurrentes pour le restaurant japonais payant ( qui est vide). Attention le lagon n'est pas transparent : snorkeling pas intéressant.

Beautiful boutique resort with exceptionally clean and comfortable rooms, lovely gardens and excellent food. The size of the hotel was perfect for us - peaceful and private without feeling isolated. The evening turndown service, in addition to the regular housekeeping, was a particularly lovely touch and made the stay feel that little bit more special. The Mauritian buffet on Thursday evening was particularly memorable, with an amazing variety of delicious local food, all included along with drinks. Complimentary tea was also offered every evening, which was another thoughtful touch. Most importantly all food was halal. What really made the stay special, however, was the staff. They were warm, courteous and remarkably attentive, often remembering our preferences and plans and asking about them later. Reception was extremely helpful and efficient. It is difficult to single out individual staff members as we had such a positive experience with almost everyone we met.

Only minor points in an otherwise excellent stay. Drink service was occasionally quite slow, and housekeeping could be more consistent in replacing towels and room amenities. Neither significantly affected our overall experience, but they would be worthwhile areas for improvement.

The only thing that could be improved is the room service. It was extremely clean and they very kind all the time, but during our stay they forgot a few times to leave new towels and toilet paper. They quickly solved the issues but I think it could be avoided.

The best hotel we have stayed at so far - and we have stayed at quite a few! Everything was absolutely amazing: delicious meals, exceptional hospitality, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful views, and stunning rooms and facilities. We truly loved every moment of our stay and would happily come back!

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux au Sea Diamond Boutique Hotel & Spa. Tout était parfait du début à la fin, et nous repartons avec de magnifiques souvenirs de l’île Maurice ! L’hôtel est magnifique, très bien entretenu, calme et offre un cadre exceptionnel. La plage est superbe, la mer magnifique et la piscine très agréable. Les chambres sont absolument fabuleuses. Tout est réuni pour passer un séjour reposant et profiter pleinement du cadre. Nous étions en demi-pension et nous avons été très satisfaits de la qualité de la nourriture. Les repas étaient délicieux, variés et toujours très bien présentés. Un immense merci à Shravan, Enzo et Ryan, ainsi qu’à l’ensemble des serveurs, pour leur gentillesse, leur professionnalisme et leur attention tout au long de notre séjour. Ils ont vraiment contribué à rendre nos repas encore plus agréables. Nous souhaitons également remercier toute l’équipe de l’accueil, qui a toujours répondu rapidement à nos sollicitations, avec beaucoup de gentillesse, de professionnalisme et un véritable souci de bien faire. Toujours disponibles, souriants et à l’écoute, ils ont largement contribué à la qualité de notre séjour. Un grand merci également à Lorie du Kids Club, qui a été adorable avec notre enfant. Nous avons adoré séjourner dans cet établissement ! Les infrastructures sont exceptionnelles, le personnel est aux petits soins, ils sont très accueillants et profondément gentils. 🫶🏼 La chambre était incroyable ! très grande, très propre. Le petit déjeuner propose tout ce qu’il faut ! Nous avons également dîner au restaurant asiatique de l’hôtel et nous souhaitons remercier Joseph pour la qualité de ses plats et sa gentillesse 🙏🏼 Sur la plage de l’hôtel, nous avons pu réserver une excursion et l’équipe nautique s’est occupée de tout ! Vous aurez la possibilité de réserver plusieurs activités nautiques ce qui est très agréable ! Les opérateurs travaillant avec l’hotel sont tout aussi gentils et agréables (taxi, excursions…) Ce qui est également super c’est que dans le prix de la chambre, il est compris du pédalo, du kayak, du paddle pour une durée de 30 minutes chaque jours. Pour un séjour en famille, entre amis ou en couple nous conseillons à 1000% cet établissement. Nous avons hâte de revenir séjourner ici 🌞

Wunderbare Unterkunft im Norden der Insel. Sehr geschmackvolle Zimmer, eine kleine süße Bucht mit Sonnenuntergang Deluxe und insgesamt sehr ruhig. Wir mochten es sehr gerne und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir konnten Tretboote und Kajaks ausleihen, haben das Fitness Studio genutzt und einen Klasse Schnorchel Trip gebucht. Das Abendessen ist immer wieder eine Überraschung - wunderbar gestaltete kreative Teller .. wir würden immer wieder kommen Danke für alle aus dem Team für den tollen Aufenthalt !

Nuestra experiencia fue bastante decepcionante para un hotel de 5 estrellas. La habitación era bonita, amplia y agradable, aunque el desagüe de la ducha no funcionaba bien y en ocasiones había un olor desagradable. La limpieza era correcta, pero llegaron a olvidarse de dejarnos toallas. Lo peor fue la atención en recepción y la organización. Durante el check-in, nadie nos preguntó si necesitábamos ayuda con las maletas y tuvimos que subir nosotros mismos las 4 maletas, mientras veíamos cómo a otros huéspedes sí se las llevaban. Esta diferencia de trato nos hizo sentir bastante incómodos. Además, en varias ocasiones recibimos miradas incómodas por parte de algunos recepcionistas, llegando a percibir un trato clasista. También tuvimos que llamar 4 veces a recepción para que solucionaran un problema con el tenderete de la entrada, algo que demuestra la falta de coordinación, a pesar de que hay bastante personal. Las instalaciones son bonitas y la ubicación es aceptable (6/10), pero la comida está muy por debajo de lo esperable en un hotel de 5 estrellas. En definitiva, el hotel tiene buenas instalaciones y una habitación agradable, pero el servicio, especialmente en recepción, la organización, el trato al cliente y la comida necesitan mejorar muchísimo. Nuestra valoración: 1/10.

There was nothing to like about the Property the moment we stepped in the attitude as the reception is to save power lights off at the reception Main resort we were instructed to turn off the AC when you leave the room. This is right at the reception we are being told and there’s so much negative about that staff over there.

The Property claims on the listing and we took screenshots of the product listing of the resort where it says private beach private beach means that it is specific to only the people living in the resort whereas there were dogs unattended roaming around the Restaurant we made videos of it we provide provided evidence. It is not a safe property to deal with because next to the pool there is a way from where you go to the public area to public housing and from there people used to come with dogs multiple dogs this is not small dogs Mauritius is not like UK where everything has to go through a compliance of animals and pets sharp teeth dogs roaming around with the tongues out unchained roaming around the whole Restaurant the lobby area and they are claiming this on their listing that they have a private beach which is extremely long. The manager said to us that your five year-old child protection is not our responsibility. These are the words it is not a friendly resort, it is not a family resort. It is not a safe resort.

Kleines feines Hotel, super nettes, unaufdringliches Personal, Zimmer sehr großzügig und modern, bequeme Betten. Essen zum großen Teil sehr lecker und für jeden etwas dabei.

Lediglich die Schlafgelegenheit für unseren Sohn war (für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie) nicht angemessen. Auf Nachfrage wurde dann aber eine weitere Matratze hinzugefügt, was die Situation zumindest verbessert hat. Sicherlich wäre es komfortabler, hochwertigere Zustellbetten zu beschaffen.

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel mit schönem Restaurant am Wasser , wo es Frühstück und Abendessen gab. Sehr zu empfehlen. Extrem freundliches Personal. Sehr hilfsbereit und alle Punkte wurde direkt verfolgt und geholfen. Viele Parkplätze vor Ort und angenehm ruhig. Strand ist etwas kleiner aber war nie überfüllt

L’emplacement était top Le personnel de l’hôtel était sympathique , surtout le manager qui était soucieux de notre bien être et nous a surclassé. Point positif pour la carte du restaurant au dîner avec des plats variés et copieux.

La propreté de l’environnement notamment la salle de bain avec des portes moisies sous le dessous des meubles vasques. Une invasion de petite fourmis dans la douche. La piscine privée de notre chambre n’était pas chauffée et donc très froide et inutilisable (c’est dommage). Nous avons donner notre linge à laver à la laverie qui n’a pas été laver et de plus des taches bleues sont apparues sur les vêtements. Nous n’avons pas été dédommagés Le buffet petit déjeuner est très limité il n’y a pas beaucoup de choix nous avons été très déçus. Pour finir, nous étions venus pour notre lune de miel et nous n’avons eu aucune offre concernant ce séjour comparé à tout les autres hôtels… Service 5 étoiles à revoir…. Ça en vaut un 4 étoiles et encore

Quiero empezar diciendo que esta es una reseña completamente sincera. Este hotel tiene cosas que me han encantado y otras que, sinceramente, creo que no están a la altura de un cinco estrellas. Lo primero que quiero destacar es todo lo positivo: el hotel es muy bonito, moderno y está totalmente renovado. Las habitaciones son espectaculares, las vistas impresionantes y tanto los jardines como las zonas exteriores están cuidados al detalle y siempre impecables. Quiero hacer una mención muy especial al spa, porque fue, sin duda, una de las mejores partes de la estancia. Las instalaciones son increíbles y la atención fue excepcional. Quiero agradecer especialmente a Deepa, Greta y Anaselle, que nos trataron con una profesionalidad, amabilidad y cariño extraordinarios. Ellas hicieron que esa parte realmente valiera la pena." Dicho esto, sí sentí que había aspectos que deberían mejorar.

Aunque había mucho personal, la organización no nos pareció la mejor; en varias ocasiones el servicio fue descoordinado, y era habitual que la comida llegara antes que las bebidas, incluso agua. Además, el buffet de desayuno fue probablemente la mayor decepción, para un hotel de cinco estrellas esperaba un buffet mucho más completo y de mayor calidad. En cuanto a la comida y la cena, la presentación de los platos era espectacular, muy elaborada pero el sabor y la calidad no estaban a la altura de esa imagen y personalmente esperaba bastante más. Por último, valoro que cuiden los jardines, pero me sorprendió que cortaran el césped con desbrozadoras antes de las ocho de la mañana, justo debajo de nuestra ventana. Un detalle así rompe por completo la tranquilidad que uno espera en un hotel de esta categoría. En definitiva, es un hotel muy bonito, con muy buenas instalaciones y un spa inolvidable, pero creo que necesita mejorar la organización del servicio y la experiencia gastronómica para estar realmente a la altura de sus cinco estrellas.

Es war für uns ein traumhafter Aufenthalt. Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Wir hatten schon einen tollen Start, als wir bei Ankunft gleich zu einem Frühstück eingeladen wurden. Die Anlage ist sauberer als jedes andere Hotel, das Zimmer phantastisch inklusive seitlichem Blick aufs Meer. Frühstück und Essen für uns auf 5-Sterne-Niveau - wie eigentlich das ganze Hotel. Der Strand ist wunderschön, für Schwimmer vielleicht etwas zu seicht. Wassersport-Geräte inklusive, Wasser gratis auf dem Zimmer, Abendveranstaltung mit Gratis-Getränken zum Kennenlernen, usw. Und die Mitarbeiter:innen noch freundlicher als die Menschen generell schon auf Mauritius. Danke an das gesamte Team für diese herrlichen Urlaubstage!

Das Hotel ist etwas abgelegen mit wenig Infrastruktur rund herum. Wir hatten ein Mietauto, so war das auch gar kein Problem und das Hotel ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Und ein paar Tage können auch aktive Urlauber:innen problemlos ausschließlich im Hotel verbringen - es wird alles angeboten.

Głównym problemem, jaki napotkaliśmy podczas pobytu było ciągle dopytywanie się i proszenie się o uzupełnianie wody, która powinna być uzupełniana podczas sprzątania pokojów dwa razy dziennie, po kilku razach stało się to irytujące, ponieważ był to jeden z podstawowych obowiązków obsługi. Dodatkowo, pomimo, że zgłaszałem problem w recepcji z nieszczelną wanną, przez cały nasz pobyt nikt nie przyszedł jej naprawić, mimo, że za każdym razem zapewniano mnie, że zostanie to naprawione od razu. Nie polecamy również burgerów z oferty lunchowej, ja i moja żona mieliśmy po nich problemy trawienne i odbijało się nam po nich starym olejem. Jak na hotel z pięcioma gwiazdkami było sporo podstawowych błędów, co trochę zepsuło nam pobyt.

I truly recommend Sea Diamond Hotel, for everyone seeking a romantic stay. The staff is truly friendly and attentive to your needs, going up and above to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. We truly appreciated the massage at the SPA given by Geeta and Vanisha and how attentive they were. We also enjoyed the fine dining which included a wonderful cooking show, a fun and exciting experience! There are no words to describe the views from the private beach either! The food and the cocktails were great and the waiters were amazing. Great value for the prices paid and the rooms were very clean as well.

- Empresa de actividades del hotel poco recomendable. Precios desorbitados, excursiones que no se ajustan a lo que te habían vendido, mala respuesta posterior. - Nos dieron un golpe al coche de alquiler en el parking del hotel, pero las cámaras no captaron de quién se trataba.

La habitación la arquitectura muy bonita y el encargado muy agradable

Teníamos reserva a las 14h y tuvimos esperar más de una hora para entrar y el personal de entrada burlándose y que un hotel de tan alta gama que se escuchase a los de piso de arriba caminar y cualquier movimiento eso no estaba a la altura

Der Barbetrieb und Tea-Time waren sehr gut und das Personal freundlich und aufmerksam. Natürlich auch, wenn man vor allem eine Flasche Wein oder eine Extraleistung (Essen im japanischen Restaurant, extra Shrips) mit Aufpreis gewählt hat. Die Aufmerksamkeit war dann ausgeprägt. Beim täglichen Tea-Time klappte es mit dem Iced Coffee mit extra Karamellsirup immer perfekt. Vielen Dank.

Der Zimmerservice während unseres Aufenthalts war nicht immer zuverlässig. Mehrfach fehlten nach der Zimmerreinigung grundlegende Dinge, wie Handtücher, Toilettenpapier, Seife oder die täglich vorgesehenen Wasserflaschen. Auch nach einem Anruf bei der Rezeption wurde das Fehlende teilweise nur unvollständig oder gar nicht gebracht. Dass einmal etwas vergessen geht, ist selbstverständlich kein Problem - da dies jedoch wiederholt vorkam, empfanden wir es auf Dauer als mühsam. Hier besteht aus unserer Sicht noch Verbesserungspotenzial bei der Organisation und der Kontrolle des Housekeepings.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour au Sea Diamond. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et très confortable. Le personnel est vraiment exceptionnel : très gentil, accueillant et toujours disponible. L’hôtel bénéficie également d’un cadre paradisiaque, idéal pour se détendre et profiter pleinement du séjour. Une très belle expérience

Un petit point qui pourrait être amélioré concerne le dîner : le menu à la carte est correct, mais nous aurions personnellement préféré un buffet, avec plus de choix et de variété. Concernant la piscine privée de la chambre, il fallait appeler chaque jour pour demander son nettoyage avant de pouvoir l’utiliser, ce qui n’était pas très pratique

تجربتي في الفندق كانت جيدة من ناحية المطعم، لكن للأسف مستوى الخدمة في الفندق نفسه لم يكن بالمستوى المتوقع. كنت أتوقع اهتمامًا وخدمة أفضل، خصوصًا أن الفندق من المفترض أن يقدم تجربة متكاملة للضيف. حتى بعض الطلبات البسيطة مثل الثلج، كنت أضطر أجيبها بنفسي بدل ما يتم توفيرها عن طريق خدمة الفندق. أتمنى يتم الاهتمام بجانب الخدمة وتجربة النزيل بشكل أكبر، لأن مستوى الخدمة كان أقل من توقعاتي.

- Staff were always friendly and ready to help. All spoke English, French and Creole really well in my opinion. - Room was spacious, clean and had excellent storage space. The bathtub always had enough hot water as well as the shower which made it a lovely relaxing experience. - Breakfast buffet was lovely and fresh and à la carte dinner had a lot of choice and again was cooked to order. - Swimming pool was a good size and beach was nice to swim in. - Communication wasn’t clear enough. We didn’t know there was ‘tea time’ between 4 and 5 for example until our second day as this was not said during check in. - Although a clean hotel, housekeeping was not done at designated times. Quite often I had to call reception for towels and new soap for example. One time my bin had not even been emptied, no tea bags replaced but they’d taken away dirty towels without replacing them. - They’d always answer at reception however it would take a considerable amount of time for them to do what you’ve asked, for example bringing water bottles and bringing a towel.

Maintenance and staff behavior, we had a bad experience at the Restaurant and Bar, few staff were not courteous and not welcoming!!

The hotel is peaceful and relaxing, with a beautiful beachfront location. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Enzo, Fabrice, and Lanedo, who provided excellent service throughout our stay. The resort is clean and ideal for a quiet getaway.

The breakfast and dinner buffet had limited variety, and additional dining options required extra payment. Our balcony did not have a sea view as expected, and the resort offers limited activities compared to larger hotels.

The rooms were big.

The staff were very rude in the restaurant and argued with guests regarding the very poor service. Coffee and meals took more than 45mins to be delivered, and it was cold. This exceptionally bad level of service and conduct is not acceptable for a so called “5 star” place. It was a very stressful environment that ruined the holiday day.

Шикарное расположение и роскошные виды на восход и закат Посетили азиатский ресторан - все очень вкусно В отеле есть приятная услуга - если вылет позже чекаута, они предоставляют спа комнату с возможностью принять душ

Есть сложности с сервисом: 1. Завтрак в 7.00 - по факту в 7.00 сотрудники еще домывают полы в зоне завтрака. Мы утром спешили, для нас своевременный завтрак был критичен 2. По четвергам закрыты все рестораны, предлагается только шведский стол- было дорого и невкусно 3. У нас были включены завтраки. Официанты после обслуживания за обедом и ужином переспрашивали, что мы заказывали, чтобы оформить счет. Считаю это не соответствием уровню 5 звездочного отеля

The hotel portrays itself as a 5 star hotel, and that in itself leaves a guest with a level of expectation. The hotel management needs to re-assess its ranking and rating, as it has trained and managed its guest facing staff as if they are 1 or 2 stars. There were inconsistencies between staff statements and what was considered all-inclusive. The all-inclusive just ended being a smoke-screen for a hotel that was never geared for service.

I hated the false advertising of the hotel, Mauritian Govt should have stricter rules around false advertising and deception of guests. Hotels that publish false data should be investigated. If I had been aware of the problems of the hotel, I would NEVER have booked the holiday in Mauritius. I would have taken my family to any other island for an island holiday.

Nous nous sommes demandés si cet établissement était vraiment un 5 étoiles. Une arrivée vraiment décevante. Nous avions précisé que cette réservation était pour une lune de miel, aucune attention n’a été faite. Une fois la chambre récupérée, nous sommes allés boire un verre sur la terrasse qui propose une vue splendide. Résultat : 30 minutes d’attente alors que nous étions seulement 3 petits groupes de 2 à 3 personnes sur la terrasse. Des serveurs qui s’agitent pour préparer le restaurant du soir mais personne pour servir les clients. Obligé d’interpeller quelqu’un pour passer commande. Une fois la commande passée, les tapas (chauds) arrivent mais sans les cocktails « on revient bientôt avec les cocktails ». 20 minutes d’attente plus tard le serveur revient vers nous toujours sans les verres et nous indique qu’un des deux cocktail n’est plus disponible ! Résultat ma femme n’a rien eu à boire, on a mangé des tapas froides et elle m’a regardé boire mon cocktail. Juste inadmissible. On arrive dans la chambre pour prendre un bain avant d’aller manger au restaurant, et qu’elle fut la surprise quand nous nous sommes aperçus que l’eau était marron !!! Juste inadmissible. Nous avons dû insister pour changer de chambre. Après 45 minutes de négociations avec tous les responsables, nous avons enfin eu le droit d’avoir une nouvelle chambre. Bien évidemment encore 45 minutes d’attente pour « préparer la chambre ». juste inadmissible. Beaucoup de moustiques dans l’enceinte de l’établissement. En bref, nous avons eu hâte de changer d’hôtel pour continuer notre tour de l’île. Nous avons vraiment été déçus par le service proposé par cet établissement qui est très loin du standing exigé par les clients d’hôtels 5 étoiles. Par ailleurs, aucun geste commercial n’a été proposé par l’établissement, il a fallut qu’on revienne vers eux une fois les extra payés, et sans une excuse ni un au revoir on a eu 10% de la somme en espèce.

Идеальная чистота в номере. Уборка каждый день. Ухоженная территория. Очень много персонала. Персонал доброжелательный, всегда готовы помочь. Великолепная кухня. Шеф-повар замечательный профессионал! При заселении на ресепшн узнали, что у нас накануне была свадьба и бесплатно заселили в улучшенный номер! Рекомендуем этот отель!

Вход в море -очень мелко , приходится долго идти от берега, но это проблема многих пляжей Маврикия.

L'accueuil exeptionnel, la gentillesse du personnel , la beauté du site et l' hôtel !! La suite immense, restaurant merveilleux cocktail fabuleux. Petit déj délicieux.... Wahou wahou wahou Mo kontan Sea Diamond.

De rentrer chez moi ....mais c'est pour ça qu on risque de revenir

This is a beautiful hotel with lush gardens, a wonderful private beach and a romantic setting for delicious dinners and breakfasts. Special mentions to the staff who were wonderful hosts to us: Gishnee, Bella, Vimanee, Nabsha, Chef Lopez and Enzo among others. Our 3-course dinners were fantastic. There are a few water activities that are free such as the kayaks, stand up paddle boards or pedalos. You can hire a rental car from the hotel for a decent price.

Although the hotel was beautiful, there were a few things that let it down: our room had a really blocked drain in the shower and the walls were paper thin so you could hear even normal voices in the next room. We had really loud neighbours but that is not the hotels fault! The dinner was included in our package but it does not include any drinks, not even water! Also, there were too many housekeeping visits from staff at all times of the day and even night. Perhaps this could be more coordinated by management.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument exceptionnel au Sea Diamond. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu l'impression d'entrer dans une bulle hors du temps. Le lieu est tout simplement magnifique : cocotiers, sable blanc et eau turquoise. Vraiment l'endroit idéal pour déconnecter, se ressourcer et profiter pleinement de chaque instant. Mais si le cadre est extraordinaire, ce sont les personnes qui y travaillent qui rendent ce séjour si unique. Un immense merci à Bella et à Ankush pour leur accueil si chaleureux, leur disponibilité et leur attention de tous les instants. Ils sont toujours présents avec le sourire et font tout pour que l'on se sente comme chez soi. Nous souhaitons aussi remercier tout particulièrement Suraj, Ryan, Pranav, Shravan, Enzo, Diana, Stone, Raj au restaurant principal. Toujours un sourire, un mot gentil, une attention... Ils ont rendu chacun de nos repas encore plus agréables. Un énorme merci à Caroline et Pranav pour le capuccino chaque jour, cette attention m'a vraiment touchée en plein cœur 🫶🏽 Un grand merci également à Shravan pour son délicieux cocktail préparé spécialement pour nous, qui mériterait d'ailleurs largement sa place à la carte tant il était excellent! 😉 Enfin, un immense merci à tout le personnel. Derrière chaque sourire, chaque service et chaque petite attention, on sent une équipe investie qui se donne à fond pour offrir des vacances inoubliables à ses clients. Votre gentillesse, votre professionnalisme et votre bonne humeur ont été précieux et ont largement contribué à faire de ce séjour l'un de nos plus beaux voyages. Nous repartons le cœur rempli de merveilleux souvenirs, avec une seule envie : revenir un jour retrouver ce petit coin de paradis. Mme Fatima et sa fille de la chambre 314 😊

Great location in the north. The staff is super friendly.

If anything, we somethimes had to ask for cuttlery at breakfast and call somebody to order, but it did not bother us.
