Localização soberba e com todas as condições necessárias a umas férias inesquecíveis. Destaque para a simpatia e empenho de todo o staff em tornar tudo perfeito. Comida incrível e restaurantes temáticos com bom nível. Boa animação noturna e bom protocolo de atividades diárias. Destaque para o Lor Disab e também para a Boat House

Penso que um alojamento desta qualidade não deveria permitir que o acesso as tours fosse com prestadores exteriores. Acabam sempre por incomodar enquanto estamos na praia a relaxar, embora aceitem sem excessiva insistência a decisão dos hóspedes. Connosco correu mal, porque agendámos uma tour de barco para fora do hotel, e quando percebemos que a metereologia era muito questionável tanto o agente que vende no hotel como o motorista insistiram que tudo ia correr bem. 1h30 depois, já no cais de embarque, obviamente que com os ventos e ondulação intensa não houve tour. Esta insistência determinou a perda de 1 dia de férias que poderia ser utilizado para outras atividades. Portanto, aconselho os turistas a terem precaução no agendamento de atividades náuticas, de acordo com as condições meteorológicas e também o Zilwa a rever a política de trabalho destas empresas dentro do hotel, nao gostei.

Il me manquait la baignoire dans la chambre et la piscine était très fraîche (une piscine chauffée aurait été très apprécié )

Dès son arrivée on a une vue magnifique sur la piscine à débordement et la plage La chambre est joliment décorée avec la petite véranda , très ergonomique , l'essentiel y est . Les repas sont diversifiés , il y a un grand choix . Délicieux . Le personnel est très professionnel , accueil et service de haute qualité.

The location was excellent - the gardens were very well maintained - layout of the hotel and the communal areas very well designed -our room was spacious and comfortable The specialty restaurants can be recommended. - liked the Indian and Thai restaurant equally. The food at the buffet restaurant was of a high quality and you are spoilt for choice - many tasty well-presented options

The very uncomfortable little wooden bench on the patio - rather replace it with another comfortable designer patio chair that was a joy to sit on and relax while enjoying the view and garden

Le manque d’activité proposée lorsqu’il ya des journées de pluies

La struttura è bellissima, molto ben curata da tutti i punti di vista. Ci sono 3 piscine dislocate in tutto lo spazio davanti l'hotel e 3 spiagge con mare calmo di facile accesso. In tutta l'area delle piscine e spiaggia ci sono tantissimi e comodissimi lettini. Gli asciugamani sono forniti dalla struttura con cambio giornaliero o quando preferiamo. Essendo un hotel molto ampio quindi con tante persone non c'è confusione anzi, c'è molta tranquillità e non c'è bisogno di fare le corse per aggiudicarsi il lettino. Anche zona ristorante molto bella circondata dalla piscina (atmosfera rilassante) è molto tranquilla, il ristorante apre alle 18.30 e chiude alle 22 quindi non c'è mai ressa al buffet che fra l'altro è sempre rifornito abbondantemente in tutta la fascia oraria. Ci sono anche altri 3 ristoranti (indiano, Mauriziano e Thai) che vanno prenotati qualche giorno prima e sono compresi in quasi tutte le tariffe (noi avevamo HB e 1 volta potevamo accedere a tutti e 3). Le camere spaziose e molto pulite, cambio giornaliero asciugamani. La bellezza di svegliarsi davanti al mare non ha eguali. Il personale è sempre stato gentile in tutto, sempre sorridenti e disponibili. Il giardino molto curato e con tanto personale per la manutenzione. In spiaggia ci sono anche attrezzature gratuite per la clientela, pedalò, canoe e una zattera che ci ha portati nell'solotto davanti (sempre di proprietà dell'albergo) un posto esclusivo con circa 20 sdraie e possibilità di pranzo, molto suggestivo, consiglio almeno una volta di andarci. L'hotel dista circa 1 ora dall'aeroporto, noi avevamo la macchina a noleggio e lo abbiamo raggiunto facilmente. Abbiamo soggiornato nel mese di agosto (il loro inverno) ed abbiamo trovato sempre un tempo bellissimo, temperatura diurna sui 26°/28° e serale sui 18°/20°, vento leggero e piacevole e non umido! Insomma consiglio assolutamente la struttura.

Se devo trovare qualcosa ma solo per un gusto personale, pietanze un pò troppo piccanti e speziati. Ma c'è una bella varietà di scelta quindi ci sono anche alternative, anche pizza.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön in angelegt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war immer zuvorkommend und das Angebot ließ im Grunde keine Wünsche offen. Durch die Weitläufigkeit hat man immer einen schönen Platz am Pool oder am Strand bekommen. Die Animations-Angebote waren unaufdringlich und das Essen in Ordnung. Das Hotel legt Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit. Besonders das BBQ auf der Hotel-eigenen Insel fand ich schön.

The overall big hotel feeling can make you feel like you're missing that personal touch. The staff was nice but again, not very personal.

Great hotel. We were in all inclusive and it gave us lots of options of restaurants inside the hotel. Some good concerts in the evening and a few more activities included.

The hotel is big so some rooms are a bit far from the breakfast. The all inclusive package is not all inclusive - quite a few things were extra (options in the menu, certain drinks). Even having a small snack in the afternoon was a very limited quantity despite being in all inclusive. Or if you wanted a fresh juice from the juice bar, it was also extra.

the staff where amazing. Ashley and Kunal where exceptional managers that kept us well taken care off. I will definitely go again! Also not forgetting Kunavi from guest relations, she was amazing!

I wish i could have stayed there longer

The view as come into the entrance is so beautiful it made me well up! The perfect antidote to a 12 hour flight! Great staff, facilities for kids, lovely food, beach was lovely and could swim/wade to the island.

There could have been more family facilities like a playground and another foosball table as this was very popular! Also more seats around the bar area in evening. Beach was beautiful, water not clear but you can do snorkelling from hotel in a boat trip.

De locatie is prima , mooi zwembad en zee bij accommodatie. We zaten een week hiervoor in een ander resort voor een lagere prijs wat veel meer luxe en activiteiten had als deze . Jammer dat je moet betalen voor bv tennis .

De kamers waren best klein , wij verbleven met een gezin van 5 en een van onze kinderen moest bij ons op de kamer . Hierdoor alles erg krap en ook weinig kast ruimte voor de spullen. Hierdoor was het erg vol en rommelig .

The staff speak of the owner/ manager with positives that they themselves pass on to the client, and it's so natural too. Staff filled with positives that helped me feel positive, just what I needed to combat a new illness I'm battling. Chef Sheila (and her boss - see photo) spoilt me, crafting the soaked chia I asked for and going a step further too with gluten-free pancakes as a treat. Neema, Priya and Luveena at the Spa gifted me, my husband and son brilliant treatments, away from the hubbub. As long walks or standing still challenges me, the golf cart crew saved my hips often. With the beach restaurant manager helping when it was a busy time. Everyone was extraordinary here. We will be back. We were wonderfully supported by the entertainment crew. Everyone helped me in my restricted diet, and helped me know I can ask, I am not being difficult or annoying, and I was not made to feel like the burden I think I am. I appreciated that lots.

Ants, but that's the same anywhere. Soap edge the path or lemon/clove spray deters them. The cleaning team try hard, the rooms were spotless and well maintained.

Il faut des chaussures en plastiques pour aller dans l’eau, le premier jour (arrive l’après midi/fin de soiree) on nous a dit qu’on nous mettait des chaussures de côté demain matin, résultat nous n’avons eu aucune chaussure de tout notre séjour, on a demandé tous les jours, à chaque fois on nous a dit non revenez plus tard

The hotel's location, atmosphere, and the attentiveness of the staff were very good. We were very pleased that they tried to assist us with everything we needed. We especially want to thank restaurant manager Nitish for helping us with everything. We would also like to thank Arwind and the other staff members working at the bar. A hotel with a concept that families and adults can easily choose.

There is nothing negative about the feedback they provide when we report issues we don't like or find uncomfortable, and the attention they show to satisfy us.

Die Anlage machte einen sehr schönen Eindruck und wurde immer gepflegt. Essen im Karay (Hauptrestaurant) am Abend war gut. Frühstück ließ auch keine Wünsche offen.

Ich habe mir das gesamte Hotel ein wenig kleiner/gemütlicher vorgestellt. Aber es ist eine sehr große Anlage mit sehr vielen Urlaubern. Es wäre toll gewesen wenn die Pools oder zumindest einer geheizt worden wäre. Es war Anfang Juli nämlich ziemlich ein durchwachsenes Wetter, bewölkt, luftig, dadurch relativ kalt (20-25°C). Leider war das Wasser in den Pools extrem kalt. Bei dem Pool an der Bar sollte unbedingt etwas gemacht werden, die Stiege wird irgendwann einen Abflug machen mit einem Urlauber, die Haltestangen an der Kante des Pools haben zudem scharfe Kanten vom Winkelschleifer, da auch Kinder in dem Hotel sind finde ich das ein wenig bedenklich.

Mycket fina rum, skön säng och allt på rummet var helt och rent. Ett stort hotellområde med flera pooler och poolbarer. Fanns gott om lediga solsängar. Rent och fräscht överallt. Vi provade 2 restauranger och det var utsökt mat på båda. Många roliga aktiviteter och trevlig personal. Vi bokade cykeltur med guide, snorkling och glasbottenbåt.

Havsbotten var dyig och man behövde badskor, så vi valde poolerna istället. Vatten på rummet ingick, men man fick fylla på själv. Blev krångligt! Det fanns vattenstationer, men det vattnet smakade klor. Vinet var inte gott, men man kunde säkert beställa annat mot avgift. Frukostbuffé och middagsbuffé var oväntat tråkig mat och dåligt utbud av frukt och grönsaker. Boka restaurangerna istället, de var mycket bättre.

The food was excellent, and our dinner at Karay Restaurant was outstanding. A special thank you to our waiter, Porah, whose service was exceptional. He was attentive, friendly, and made our dining experience truly enjoyable. The breakfast team was amazing, with a great selection and delicious live cooking. The omelettes were especially excellent! A special thank you to Kushal from the Front Office team for the very warm welcome. He was extremely helpful, attentive, and always available to guide us with any information we needed. He also followed up to ensure everything was going well, which made us feel truly valued. Our room was ready on time, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. As local guests, we felt genuinely valued and warmly welcomed throughout our stay. Although I don't remember all the staff members' names, everyone we met was friendly, professional, and attentive. Merci to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back soon. Highly recommended!

Pas d'eau chaude 2 fois en 8 jours. Matelas pas super épais. Un peu mal au dos.

Wat een fantastisch hotel is dit. Werkelijk een paradijs. Mooie kamers, goede restaurants en buffet. Het ontbijt is ook een aanrader. Schone kamers, heerlijk strand.

Op de eerste dag duurde het ruim een uur voordat onze koffers op de kamer waren. Dat bleek een miscommunicatie en kan gebeuren. Wat hieronder volgt is echter veel ernstiger en doet afbreuk aan de hoge standaard van het hotel. Bij aankomst vertelde de barman dat op het strand "Big John" excursies regelt. Hierdoor kregen wij de indruk dat hij bij het hotel hoorde. Kort daarna sprak hij ons aan en boekten we een walvis- en dolfijnentocht voor €280. Achteraf bleek een vergelijkbare excursie online ongeveer €150 te kosten. Dat prijsverschil is niet het probleem; ons was een boot met maximaal zes personen beloofd, maar uiteindelijk zaten we met veertien mensen aan boord. Ondanks een zeer ruwe zee voer de organisatie de open oceaan op. Dat leidde tot gevaarlijke situaties: een passagier liep kneuzingen op en ik werd samen met twee anderen uit onze stoel gelanceerd. Het scheelde weinig of ik was met mijn rug op de rand van een stoel terechtgekomen. Bij het uitchecken gaf het hotel aan dat het strand openbaar is en Big John geen medewerker is. Toch wordt door de manier waarop hij wordt geïntroduceerd gemakkelijk de indruk gewekt dat hij aan het hotel verbonden is. Ik vind het teleurstellend dat het hotel gasten hiervoor niet waarschuwt en niets lijkt te doen tegen deze praktijken. Ik raad andere gasten dan ook af om excursies via strandverkopers te boeken. Daarnaast lopen er de hele dag verkopers over het strand die souvenirs en andere producten aanbieden. Je wordt voortdurend aangesproken, wat de rust op het strand aanzienlijk verstoort.

Personal sehr feindlich, großzügige Anlage und schöne Liegen am Strand. Vor allem die vegetarische Auswahl beim Essen war super!

Das à-la-carte Restaurant nach mauritianischer Art war leider furchtbar. Das thailändische Restaurant z.B. war hingegen super.

Dobrze zorganizowana przestrzeń, bardzo dobre obiady i kolacje, możliwość spróbowania kilku restauracji z daniami z karty, bardzo ładny teren, super obsługa, super drinki, obsługa przychodzi z zamówieniem na plażę, pokoje wystarczające, dostaliśmy lepszy pokój niż zamawialiśmy (z jacuzzi na balkonie i sea view), co chwilę są jakieś atrakcje.

Woda na plaży bardzo płytka oraz mało przezroczysta przez muł/piasek, przeciętne śniadania.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel was beautiful. The property is very photogenic, and we were able to take many great pictures during our stay. The rooms were comfortable and had enough storage space. Room cleanliness was excellent throughout our 7-night stay. The beach towel service was very well organized, and the towels themselves were of great quality. The evening entertainment and shows around the main bar were enjoyable and added a lot to the experience. The staff were exceptional. Everyone was warm, friendly, and helpful, especially Poorvi and her colleagues, who always went above and beyond to assist us and made us feel genuinely welcome. Despite some shortcomings, we still had an enjoyable holiday overall thanks to the positive atmosphere and the people working at the hotel.

The hotel's location is quite far from the main attractions. The airport transfer took approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes, and most popular tours and sightseeing spots were also around an hour away. Although we informed the hotel that we were celebrating our honeymoon, no special arrangements were made. We were told that honeymoon amenities are only offered to guests who book directly through the hotel's own website even though it was exactly same price. The rooms had poor sound insulation. At around 3 a.m., we could clearly hear our neighbors having a conversation, which affected our sleep. The Wi-Fi was extremely poor. Downloading a 200 MB video took around 30 minutes, and the connection frequently dropped around both the pool and beach areas. Although there was a huge variety of food available, only a small number of dishes were actually flavorful and memorable. Vendors and tour sellers regularly approached guests on the beach. Even after explaining that we were not interested, we had to repeat the same conversations almost every day even while sunbathing or trying to sleep. Service around the pool and beach was disappointing. Waiters seemed to take orders only about once an hour, and only if you managed to get their attention. The all-inclusive package did not provide good value for money. It cost almost twice as much as the bed and breakfast option, yet the alcohol selection was very limited. Most included cocktails were local rum-based drinks, while there were only a couple of whiskey and vodka options. Many well-known classic cocktails required an additional charge, which did not match our expectations of an all-inclusive experience.

Un cadre magnifique les personnels était super gentilles souriants accueillants. Les masseuse qu’on avait eu Pratima et Sharmilla était tellement douce souriantes on a passé un bon séjour dans cette hôtel aller découvrir la beauté de cette endroit le point positif c’est que ya des animations tout les jours et un petits concerts chaque soir

Das Wasser in der Lagune am Hotel ist sehr langweilig und nicht so klar.

The breakfast you had a good choice. Lunch was nice too. We stayed 4 nights and we got to try all the restaurants. I would recommend the hotel.

Chambre assez standard, petit manque de propreté, odeur assez désagréable dans la chambre (sans savoir si cela venait du lit ou d’ailleurs).

Magnifique hôtel dans un cadre très agréable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les nombreuses activités proposées, qui permettent de profiter pleinement du séjour. Le personnel est avenant, souriant et toujours prêt à rendre service. Les repas ainsi que le petit-déjeuner sont copieux, variés et excellents, avec un large choix pour satisfaire tous les goûts. Une mention toute particulière à Shamila du spa pour son accueil chaleureux et sa gentillesse. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et recommandons cet établissement sans hésiter.

Beautiful resort! Lots of pools and by the beach. The resort is massive so lots of walking. There are multiple restaurants so lots of options for dinner. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Room is clean.

Although we enjoyed our stay, there are few things to bear in mind before visiting. There is a 15% service charge to everything you buy at the resort. There is no ATM at the resort and not much to do nearby/ within walking distance. Not many options for lunch (we were half board) so had to take a cab to the mall for lunch. Cabs can be expensive. My partner got sick from eating at the Thai restaurant. Booking dinner was at 6.30pm or 8.30pm. The first slot was usually booked up so we had to opt for 8.30pm most nights which clashed with entertainment so we missed entertainment most nights. Sunset is early in Mauritius (before 6pm). Although there is lots to do at the resort, most activities finish at 3pm. Eg we couldn’t even play mini football after 3pm. There needs to be more to do in the evenings as this is when people want to chill at the resort. Although they advertise a bbq at the private island, this costs nearly 60 euros pp, and the menu isn’t great. The room is open plan so no privacy when showering. The walls are VERY thin. We had kids next door to us and they were very loud in the mornings and evenings. Our room was 10 mins away from the reception/ main area. Sometimes was difficult walking back in the dark as the path isn’t well lit so can be confusing.

The hotel territory is very beautiful, well-maintained and pleasant to walk around. The reception area is impressive, with a breathtaking view, especially during golden hour. The hotel offers many activities, which makes the stay easy and enjoyable. The All Inclusive concept is very convenient. The service was good, and the team was generally helpful and welcoming. The food options were excellent, with good variety and quality in all the restaurants. We appreciated being pre-booked for the à la carte restaurants, which made the experience smoother. The BBQ on the island was a very nice and memorable experience.

1) The rooms look quite tired and urgently require renovation. The furniture also needs attention, and the bed felt unstable / possibly damaged. 2) The bathroom layout lacks privacy. The shower is located in the same open area as the entrance door and wardrobe, so a fully separate bathroom would be much more comfortable. 3) The AC could only be set to around 24°C, which made sleeping uncomfortable. Many sleep guidelines recommend a cooler room temperature, commonly around 20°C, and some guests cannot sleep properly at 24°C, especially in a humid climate. 4) The concept of collecting some items is acceptable (tea, coke, etc), but drinking water should be delivered to the room daily as a basic hotel standard. 5) Pools are not temperature controlled and were quite cold. I also noticed that dirt sticked to the bottom of the pool wasnt cleaned - as it was there for days. I guess there is no specific cleaning of the bottom of the pool

The all inclusive package is very good value - We booked the entry level room and it is spacious and beautiful - Resort was stunning and spotless - The variety of restaurants and quality of food was amazing - The food hygiene is excellent - Our room was decorated for our honeymoon :)

- The swimming area was very shallow (no fault of the resort but something to keep in mind depending on what you are looking for - We visited in an off peak time, which was great in terms of space and availability - I am not sure how this is managed in peak times

Sehr schönes Hotel, alles grosszügig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Grosse Poolanalge, direkter Zugang zum Meer und verschiedene Restaurants.

Der Spa bereich könnte optimiert werden. Die Lage und Ausstattung sind ebenfalls toll. Aber ich wollte ein Waxing buchen, welches mir zuerst angeboten wurde. Als ich dann einen Termin vereinbaren wollte wurde ich auf den nächsten Tag verwiesen um den Termin zu buchen. Am nächsten Tag war es wiederum nicht möglich, da die entsprechende Stelle in den Ferien war. Wieder haben sie mir gesagt, dass sie es abklären werden. Drei Tage später war dann die Fachkraft wieder da und ich konnte einen Termin buchen. Das Ergebnis nach der Behandlung war allerdings ernüchternd da die Haare an den Beine immer noch da waren. Da war ich etwas enttäuscht.

Tout était parfait. Etablissement à taille humaine très bien équipé et bien entretenu. Localisation dans un environnement exceptionnel. Le personnel est extrêmement bienveillant, que ce soit au bar, au restaurant à la réception. La qualité des cocktails au bar est remarquable. Les repas sont d'une grande qualité et variété. Il y a toujours des transats libres que ce soit autour des piscines ou à la plage.

Si la plage est vraiment superbe, la baignade n'y est pas toujours facile du fait de la faible profondeur. L'hôtel très famille avec énormément d'enfants en bas âge, élément à considérer pour les personnes cherchant le calme. Mais globalement parfaite destination sur Maurice, avec un excellent rapport qualité prix

Nous avons fortement apprécié : - le confort, la décoration des chambres et de l'hôtel en général - le côté familial de l'hôtel avec beaucoup d'attentions de la part du personnel envers les bébés et le matériel nécessaire mis à disposition - les piscines, la plage "privée" - la nourriture servie était excellente quel que soit le restaurant - les activités proposées étaient très variées et beaucoup sont inclues

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est au nord ce qui induit de faire un peu (voire beaucoup) de route pour atteindre certains points d'intérêt de l'île.

Les 2 plages , les animations du matin au soir , le personnel hyper à l’e oute et gentils . Un hôtel où je reviendrai les yeux fermés . J’ai oublié les piscines , les restos à la cartes en all inclusive et gran zil 😍

I have given the hotel feedback directly and likely (since more recent to the visit) it most closely reflects our feelings. In summary these were ‘excellent, consistent with expectations and descriptions and in particular the low impact/sustainability initiatives which were wonderful to see’. All in all a wonderful stay at a fabulous resort that we will recommend.

3eme séjour au Zilwa, pour nous l’hotel avec le meilleur rapport qualité prix de l’Ile. Plein de piscines, plages et d’activités familiales, jamais le sentiment d’être envahi. Restaurants indiens et thai très bons. Super service de guest experience! Petites attentions pour notre anniversaire de mariage qui ne sont pas passées inaperçues. Bouteilles d’eau et thé gratuites. Séjour catamaran a prix raisonnable.

Seul petit bémol - qualité du restaurant ´buffet’ principal un peu en dessous. Faire attention aux prix ´touristes’ facturés pour activités extérieures (problème général dans l’île, rien de spécifique au Zilwa).

Die Anlage selbst ist wunderschön, genau was uns gefällt. Verschiedene Pools und Liegemöglichkeiten. Anlage ist sehr grün und sauber. Aktivitäten wie Boccia vorhanden.

Der Service war unterirdisch. Kaum ein lächeln, ungeschultes Personal, keine Führung und Organisation spürbar. Zudem ist das essen am Buffet meist kalt und nicht sehr geniessbar. Das Thairestaurant ist nicht authentisch. Einzig das Indische Restaurant hat uns geschmeckt.

L’hôtel est vraiment super, avec ses 4 piscines, sa plage privée, ses 4 restaurants (indien, thaï, mauricien, international) et son énorme espace chill autour d’un grand bar. S’y ajoutent des activités gratuites (pétanque, volley, foot, jeux de cartes, paddle, planches à voiles, kayak, pédalos, même excursion d’1h en bateau pour faire du snorkeling - oui, oui, gratuit) ; parfait pour se relaxer tout en faisant quelques activités. Contrairement à ce qui peut exister, les prestations sont top et la qualité de la nourriture est excellente (nous avions pris demi-pension : avec cette formule, en plus de l’excellent petit-dej, nous pouvions réserver dans un restau gratuitement avec service à table ou profiter de l’énorme buffet qui change tous les jours). Nous avions un peu peur d’être déçu de la nourriture, surtout quand des formules demi-pension ou all inclusive existent, mais pas du tout ! Un réel plaisir de se laisser porter. Pour le reste, le personnel est au petit soin, et tout est fait pour que l’on passe un agréable moment. Bravo !

Honnêtement, il est difficile de pointer du négatif si ce n’est pas pour être tatillon car tout a été vraiment au top. Allez, si vraiment il fallait dire quelque chose, il est à noter qu’il y a beaucoup d’enfants, et que malgré qu’il y ait une piscine réservée aux adultes, celle avec des enfants est juste en dessous, donc ne comptez pas sur du calme :-)

Die Anlage ist wirklich sehr schön. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Positiv überrascht hat uns das Buffet-Abendessen. Die Auswahl war sehr groß und einige Speisen wurde im Rahmen eines Show-Kochens direkt zubereitet. Sehr gut hat uns gefallen, dass zum Strand wirklich nur Hotelgäste Zugang haben (war bei anderen Hotels nicht so) so hat man wirklich seine Ruhe! Alles im Allen ein Top-Hotel und absolut empfehlenswert.

Моего мужа и ребенка за 2 ночи в номере покусали какие-то клопы или блохи или муравьи. Это был конец отпуска уже и отдых, к сожалению, омрачен этим. Мы жили в номере 1404, номер на первом этаже. Когда мы заселились, то в номере были приветственные макаруны, ребенок съел один неглядя, а на втором заметил, что он весь в маленьких муравьях, мы выставили их из номера. В номере на столе ползали муравьи. После первой же ночи у ребенка и у мужа были пятна на руках и ступнях, после второй ночи стало еще хуже. Также в детском клубе были незаинтересованные воспитатели, когда я привела ребенка в 8 вечера поиграть. В детском клубе нет игрушек для малышей 3х лет, все завязано только на активности, причем многие из них не в самом детском клубе, что неудобно. Не рекомендую данный отель для отдыха с детьми, много курящих, на ресепшне при заселении очень сильно курили люди, было не чем дышать.

Not very much, it’s a tad bit difficult to get reservations to their excellent restaurants but we got them and especially loved the Mauritian cuisine
