This is not our first visit to the hotel, and it lived up to our expectations in all areas of service.

Wonderful breakfast. Everyday up to 09:30/10:00. The staffs are rather kind and the room is suitable and comfy enough. The hotel is well localized, near to the train station and bus stops. Several market nearby and cozy places to eat a pizza or grab a beer. The best price option in the region.

The cheapest way to reach the hotel is through the train station (Wandsworth Town). However, the Southwest Railway (train service) is rather unreliable and many times the trains (connecting the Wandsworth Town station and the U-Tube/London-Center) were cancelled or severe delayed. It means, by staying in this hotel you need to plan in large advance the transport way to avoid any surprise (as we experienced).

Louis at the reception greeted us with professionalism which set the tone for our stay. It was difficult to find an affordable hotel room for multiple nights in London for 4 days but we felt at home at this Holiday Inn Express. Louis helped us with all of the questions/requests that we asked.

The woman’s bathroom on the ground floor made my wife feel uncomfortable with what not thrown in the trash/toilet.

Air con broke but was told that prior to arrival ! Given a fan and asked for an extra one . Unfortunately it didn’t work lol !

The staff were very accommodating and pleasant throughout my stay. Especially the staff member Jake who went above and beyond for me upon check in and was extremely pleasant and genuinely made me feel like a valued guest. The free breakfast was also a great addition to the stay which provided a large variety to choose from.

I only had two issues. One being the bath towels that were provided. Once used fabric particles from the towel immediately stuck to my person as well as all my clothing and became a nuance each time they were used. So much so that I had to purchase a lint roller to clean up the many fabric particles that were left behind. Secondly, during the morning breakfast provided for the guests I noticed guests entering the food hall and seating area barefoot. Granted, they too are entitled to enjoy their holiday to their own accord. But in publicly designated areas of the hotel staff should be able to insist guests wear appropriate footware. Especially in food designated areas for hygiene reasons alone.

The staff is very kind and helpful. We arrived at 10 in the morning, asking to leave our baggage at the reception and were surprisingly offered an early check in. They really made our trip a lot easier.

No option to the kind of eggs, no air-conditioning, the coffee was decent enough. The walk by the river was good but the traffic to leave the area was horrendous.

I liked the food during breakfast. The room was fine. Bathroom was nice.

I didn't like that I was told about not working airconditioning after I booked a room. On checking of amenities, air conditioning is included. The management should have at least mentioned that the air conditioners are not working while customers are searching not sending notifications about it after booking.

The staff was really nice and the breakfast buffet was decent, the rooms were clean and well maintained.

The AC issue would have been fine if the windows opened more than 10cm. Since the AC is under maintenance, somehow for the whole summer, we should have at least had the chance to open the windows under these special circumstances. The lobby was nice and cold though.

Breakfast was good. The hotel was clean and the staff were very polite and accommodating.

The a/c was broken which was not made clear at the time of booking. The room was, therefore, very hot. A fan was provided but did not cool the room. The windows open only slightly and being above a petrol station on a busy road meant that it was really very noisy. So, I got little sleep.

The Aircon was under construction so rooms facing the dun were very but fans were kindly provided.

Pulito, colazione ottima (abbondante, a buffet, alternative dolci ma soprattutto la full english) staff super gentile e cortese. Letti comodi. La stazione del treno é davvero vicina, e l'area é servita da diverse linee di bus. Circa 45 minuti per raggiungere quasi tutti i punti di interesse.

Non c'era l'aria condizionata in camera (in manutenzione. Hanno sopperito con un ventilatore e tutto sommato siamo stati abbastanza bene), non c'era un armadio dove riporre i vestiti (soggiorno di una settimana, ci avrebbe fatto comodo). Non funzionava il ventolino del bagno. Non c'è una fermata della metro vicina. Circa 45 minuti per raggiungere quasi tutti i punti di interesse.

The room size was good, nice bed, near an overground station.

We were told the air conditioning was not working due to repairs however it hasn't worked for the last year according to reviews on Google pretty silly to lie when the truth is easy to find. The TV didn't have proper channels so I had to watch football highlights on my phone. The breakfast was poor & badly organised. Pitbull made me think the holiday inn was going to be something to sing about.

Location was good for where we was going

The breakfast was far too busy and tables too close together. We ended up not having any because people were queuing and touching the food with their hands. Was not asked if we had any allergies or tolerances either so no idea what was in the ingredients. The room was ridiculously hot, although the small fan was already on it was just blowing hot air around the window needed to be open but it was far too noisy. Was very uncomfortable to sleep

Non c'è aria condizionata, quindi è stato necessario dormire con la finestra aperta e ventilatore sulla.scrivania al massimo. Per quanto la.zona non sia rumorosa entra comunque rumore e luce. Stanza poco illuminata.

they informed us while check in only that the AC is not working, instead of providing proper answers for our query when it can be repaired they told us change if you want. Room size was very small, even facilities were also not as per mentioned in the portal.

The fact that the air con didn’t work And I didn’t have notice of this until I turned up At the property. In the picture you see my son sleeping with no sheet no clothes as he was so hot. My son has adhd and autism he couldn’t bare the heat anymore he had to go and stay with my brother on the last night. We couldn’t go there as there wasn’t enough space. We even brought A fan. Still wasn’t enough.

La ubicación es lejana de los atractivos turísticos, pero cercana gracias a la estación de tren cercana, lo que permite llegar a los lugares de interés en forma rápida y segura. El entorno se siente seguro, se puede salir a caminar por el barrio y por la costanera del Tamesis. Hay un mini supermercado y local de comida rápida cercano. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Podemos destacar a Krishna de recepción y a Lucas del restaurante. El que ha estado en un Holiday Inn Express, conoce casi todos los Holiday Inn Express... Los desayunos variados y abundantes... ricos los frijoles en salsa de tomates por las mañanas, a pesar de no tener esa costumbre.

No me gustó el que a pesar de haber reservado con bastante tiempo y haber establecido contacto antes de nuestra llegada el 22 de junio de 2026, sólo unos pocos días antes nos informaron que el aire acondicionado, con temperaturas históricamente altas, estaba siendo reparado desde abril 2026 y que en su lugar habría un ventilador. A pesar de no haber sido muy necesario el AC, me habría gustado decidir antes si me quedaba o no en el hotel y no verme obligado producto del poco tiempo para ver alternativas.

Unfortunately air conditioning didn’t work because hotel had the whole system being replaced, my friend was sweating too much. Additionally toilet brush was missing.

Good overall stay, clean room and great breakfast The breakfast was really good, with a nice variety. The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Additionally, the main bed in the room was quite large and comfortable, which made our stay pleasant.

The baby cot provided was not of good quality and lacked a proper mattress, coming only with a thin pad. Fortunately, because the main bed was big enough, our child was able to sleep with us comfortably, so it wasn't a major issue for our stay, but the travel cot could definitely be improved.

Hotellet har en god beliggenhed med masser af gode bus- og togforbindelser til det centrale London. Desuden ligger det kun 3 minutters gang til Themsen og en skøn promenade langs floden. Der er også gode indkøbsmuligheder tæt på og en hyggelig hovedgade med pubber, spisesteder og butikker.

Vi savnede håndsprit ved morgenmadsbuffeten. Det ville være rart med et lille køleskab på værelset. Vi var på hotellet under hedebølge, så vi savnede at kunne holde vores drikkevand koldt.

I booked this hotel for my son’s birthday i made reservations 4 5 days before we were fully dependent on this hotel and when we reach there we got to know entire hotel Air Conditioner is not working because of the renovation, it was a 2nd of August weather temperature was 30 degrees, can anyone stay in hotel room with just fan air ? We just cancel that hotel on the spot find an other one and just went there, whole day was wasted.
