Mooie, grote kamer met alle faciliteiten. Veel lichtinval omdat de hele wand aan de straatkant een ruit is. Vrij centrale ligging Vriendelijk personeel Uitgebreid ontbijt (continentaal+ Engels)

We wilden nog een nacht verblijven doordat de luchtvaartmaatschappij onze vlucht voor de tweede maal cancelde. We wisten dit maar erg laat, dus wij naar de receptie. Maar er was eerst geen plaats meer in het hotel, nadien toch, een kamer aan (meer dan) het dubbele dan de prijs van de dag voordien!!

Ik kwam voor het concert van Hilary Duff in de AO arena. Ik moest gewoon de straat naar onder wandelen en was in het station waar de arena was. Kortbij metro en shoppingcenter was ook niet onbelangrijk.

Ik kan geen punt vinden.

It was a great location for shopping, close to trams and train station. Staff were very helpful. Mention to Ruby at reception and Hannah & Jesse too at the restaurant/bar. Room was comfy and food was nice.

I have struggled to find fault and the only thing I could say is the lobby bar was, cold in the evening but I'm always cold.

La situación del hotel es fantástica, cerca del centro y a escasos metros de estaciones de autobús, tren y tranvía. Habitaciones con grandes camas, baño completo, frigorífico y caja fuerte. Gran hotel.

Very nice looking venue in a great spot, close to everything we needed and all of the staff were lovely and approachable and helpful.

The lifts are a little scary with how much they shake and the noises aren’t the most pleasant on occasion

Overall the hotel is very clean and smart. Our suite was amazing at first sight, but after the initial 'wow!' there were a few signs of wear and tear here and there although nothing major. All of the staff were very friendly and polite, and the Club Room for guests staying in the suites was a lovely calm space with complimentary tea and coffee during the day plus complimentary alcoholic drinks, canapes and snacks in the evening. The food on offer for breakfast, both the hot options downstairs and the continental option in the Club Room, were excellent. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Manchester both on foot and by bus or tram.

There were some niggling signs of wear in the room which were a pity (wear and tear on the headboard, some damage to the top of a unit (thoughtfully hidden by carefully positioned complimentary prosecco and chocolates on arrival, so forgiven!), marks on the skirting and walls in places) but nothing major.

Communication between front desk and booking.com, some confusion around whether I had paid or not . I paid before arrival and this wasn’t communicated to the hotel !

Cleaning team were very noisy in the morning, although their cleaning was not that good at all. Price is a bit high for the service provided.

The receptionit who booked us in was extremely freinly. The room was good and the location was ideal for us.

Room- after being upgraded to premier suite, beautiful view and toom was spacious Location, perfect central location, China town, arndale center walking distance Staff, helpful and super accommodating when we needed to change room Laura moved us to a Premier room and showed us around to make sure we were happy with it

Rooms are tired. Water marks on ceilings and water stains coming through fron the shower into the bedroom. The skirting had been affected by it too. For a brand like IHG they should keep this maintained. Breakfast was nice but for the price of breakfast there woukd atleast be pancakes. Pretty basic again for a Crowne Plaza

The Staff, Connor and the female staff he worked with and the same with the lady in the club room were so helpful and nice. We stayed on another night after our two days because we enjoyed it so much

Stayed many times (21 and counting!) and as usual the staff were brilliant, especially the breakfast crew who we now know by name! Room clean and comfortable (but see below) Breakfast excellent with plenty of choice. Two minute walk to the Interchange and 5 minutes into the centre.

Always stay in a queen room. Usually no problem but this time 312 was a little tired and had problems. There was no bedside cabinet and no table ..one was found quickly though. The entire trim of the bottom of the shower cubicle was broken and had come adrift and was in danger of making it impossible to open bathroom door! This was fixed quickly though with great efficiency. Never had any problems before so came as a bit of a shock.Probably just unlucky with the room allocation! As a tip,the higher the floor the less the rooms are used so might well avoid overuse.

Everything was expected, except the staff, they were even better than expected. They were really exceptional!

The bed was honestly so comfortable! The best night sleep I’ve ever had! The room was about 5 minutes delayed after check in time, but we were provided with a free glass of prosecco for the inconvenience, which was really lovely. 5 minutes usually wouldn’t be an issue, but we were just in a rush, but the staff were really good about it.

I was in the mindset that its a 4 star hotel but to my disbelief it was not and the experience was bad as my floor had renovation work going on with paint all over the place hated my stay plus fridge was not working

The room allocated to us was ideal for family, however, the only one chair in the room and it looks stain, dirty and and not looked after

Breakfast was great. Location of the hotel itself was perfect. Loved every bit of it. We had to park not too far which I didn't really like but the fact that we got a discount for using the carpark from the hotel made me relax. They're spot on. I'll definitely be using the hotel again next time I'm in Manchester.

We were first floor on main road and road was very noisy and busy. I understand it's in a busy city but a higher floor would have been better. Also we were evacuated due to a fire alarm, which can't be helped, and when we came back in it went off briefly again so I was on edge all night waiting for it to go off again.

The hotel was very good value for money, clean and the complementary waters were a nice touch. The breakfast was fresh and tasty and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our visit.

The beds weren't the most comfortable, we found ourselves rolling into the middle.

The hotel is situated in a goid location, beside the Arndale centre and is also convenient for trams and trains Staff were all lovely and accommodating. Food was nice, nice vibe in bar in the evenings Ac wasn't working properly in our room and we were moved promptly to another room, nothing was any bother

Good location, was quiet at night and the bed was comfy, nice touch having the robes and slippers available, water in fridge on arrival.

The shower seals looked like they needed replacing, and there was a gap next to shower which was dusty/dirty and needed a clean, apart from that the room was well presented

I requested rooms with 2 double beds per room and had the request approved before arrival. On arrival I was told all those rooms had gone and nothing could be done? My friend went back to the hotel before me so I thought I’d just get a spare key from reception I got greeted by a security guard that said I couldn’t enter the hotel without a key and questioned wether or not I was actually staying at the hotel. Very uncomfortable

Every time you walk in to the hotel lobby / reception you can just smell the most gorgeous smell - I’m not sure what product the cleaners use but it so nice! All staff were great. We had a toilet that wouldn’t flush and I reported it and as u got back to the room later on it had been fixed by maintenance. Great staff / great team.

The staff didnt seem very happy. For example at breakfast we were told we could order some food but no one came up either day to ask if we wanted to order anything. On the first day I had to go.to the hosting station to get something. It was the same at reception on the day we checked in the staff memeber was lovely and very chatty. But the otber two times we went up the staff seemed irritated about us coming to talk to them. The food also wasnt very fresh ie eggs tasted weird and the bacon was hard and chewy so all we ate from the hot section was beans and hashbrowns

Un super hôtel à garder en tête. Pratiquement tout était excellent.

La douche pour les personnes un peu grandes ou larges pose un vrai problème. La nôtre ne faisait pas la jonction entre les deux portes ce qui en plus permettait à l’eau de fuir sur le sol de la salle de bain. À revoir.

Breakfast buffet was nice, initial look of the room was good until we realised it wasn't what we booked. Location was great, central.

We were not given the room we paid for, we have booked a room with 2x double beds, when we got there, there was one. We let the reception know and someone dropped in a single collapsible bit of metal with the thinnest 'mattress'. Not comfy and certainly not worth £160+. The lady dropping it off didn't even acknowledge us and ran off without saying anything so we wouldn't have the chance to question it. It would seem this is quite a common thing for this hotel as they had a number of these 'beds' on standby and there was never any intention to give us the double room, once the 'bed' was put in there wasn't any space to move around the room anymore. A number of the electrical points were also not working and the iron was broken, throwing water all over our clothes as we picked it up.
