Was not impressed, not much cut up fruit which I am a lover off. Disappointed.

Reception man wasn't very nice. Didn't like the closeness of the bed near the bed. I banged my legs alot on the corner. Sink was blocked water took a long time to go. Shower wasn't too hot, nor powerful.

It was great - good room, comfortable bed, nice shower and decor, very good breakfast. Complimentary tea and coffee and access to an iron were appreciated.

The room was a little small for the price and also was a shame to not be able to connect to Netflix.

The building and everything was lovely and the staff nice.

The air conditioning in my room didn’t work, I reported it on my way out for the evening and the woman on reception said she’d look into it. But when I came back it was not fixed (a spammer showing on the screen) and I was too tired to do anything but go to bed. The windows do not open and I passed a terrible night of poor sleep in what was a very warm stuffy room. I messaged the hotel in the morning to say I thought a reduction in the charge would be appropriate but they didn’t reply so far.

great location for us going to the Co-Op Live Arena, very close hotel was not busy, great decor nice and bright and we could easily get a drink until the room was ready we also didn't know how to get to the arena easily and the staff were great and told us we could get an uber there and back with no issues, cost us less than £20 return

bigger car park, we were lucky to get space when we got there but within an hour it was full on a plus though there are 2 24 car parks nearby

Příjemné místo kousek od centra, asi 5min pěšky. Dostatečně vybavený pokoj na kratší pobyt. Bohaté snídaně včetně čerstvých vaflí. Čistota a klid. Příjemný personál na recepci i při příchodu na snídani. Poměrně moderně zařízeno, dobrý výtah. Dobrá kosmetika v koupelně. Častý úklid.

Postel tvrdší, docela něpříjemné spaní, pouze jedna peřina. Klimatizace nešla moc dobře nastavit, takže i přesto že venku bylo akorát (18-20C), v pokoji bylo stále teplo, vypínala se v noci a po návratu po celém dni se nikdy nestačil pokoj vychladit na příjemnout teplotu alespon 22C. Snídaně bez změny, sladké pečivo 2 druhy a stále to samé.

Floor was dirty with blood marks, walls were dirty too. Shower tray was greedy and very dirty.

I was charged 3 times for my room, which reception admitted was their mistake. I received one payment back after 3 days, but it’s now been a week since our stay and I still haven’t received the 2nd amount back. The last email I sent, I have had no reply to! So not impressed. Wasn’t too keen on the breakfast either. The hot food was a bit rubbery. Coffee was good though.

When called Uber, it was not easy to find the pick up point as cars cannot park in front of of the hotel Also I did not like the disable room. Shower water goes everywhere if not careful although I like the flexible shower hose

It was very clean and ideally situated for our purposes. The staff were friendly and it was a no-nonsense experience.

The rooms were equipped with everything you need for an overnight stay. The beds were very comfortable and rooms clean.

The breakfast was far too busy. I had to queue 3 times just to get what I needed for my family to eat.

Breakfast could finish a bit later like 10.30. TV are smart TV but had no Internet connection. The ac was poor. The mattress was too firm.

The room wasn’t clean, was very small. Stains on the curtains and walls… the bacon was rock hard at breakfast there wasn’t much option.

Cheryl at the reception was so lovely she helped us to get our room earlier than the usual check-time. Breakfast is nice and have gluten-free and vegan options. The hotel itself is walking distance to Chinatown and Northern Quarter.

Good range of breakfast was put on show to the residents to choose from..Plenty of space for tables and people to move around in safely whilst toing and frowing from the serving area. Staff were very pleasant and helped with any problems that occured.

Howether.....The breakfast times were from 6 to 10 Which should give you plenty of time..but when you use these hotels you tend to stay out late and want to relax a little in the morning..and get up around 9ish to10ish..we got in there for 930ish and by the time we'had a brew to pull us round from the night before it was 10am...And the serving partition was slammed shut in front of us...With a lady saying sorry the kitchen is now closed..Other people had done the same and were dissapointed to be turned away so bruntley.. The opening time is 6am and the waiting chart says there very quiet at that time..How about moving that hour to 7am and close at 11am..🤔 Also the scrambled eggs could have been a bit firmer as they were rather sloppy when put onto the plate.

That there was no parkingspace, we had to park on the parking area across the hotel. Our windows of our car were smashed in and there were things stolen from our car.

Very welcoming hotel rooms were really clean and the breakfast was really good

Molto vicino al centro. Il parcheggio interno è costoso ma non era disponibile per cui abbiamo parcheggiato a 300 metri in un parcheggio pubblico super economico. Colazione ottima e varia. Frigo e cassaforte in camera. Bagno grande e moderno.

The cleanliness of the facility was excellent

The cleanliness of the property was very good. However, I may not have fully understood the housekeeping procedure. As instructed, I left the towels on the floor so that they would be replaced, but unfortunately, no fresh towels were provided. In addition, one of my items of clothing was left on the floor after the room had been cleaned. Although the overall cleanliness was good, I was a little confused by the housekeeping process. It may simply have been a misunderstanding or a communication issue

The reception staff were fantastic; welcoming and charming. The place was clean and comfortable. The woman managing breakfasts was welcoming and recognised me on the second morning; impressive given all she must have to deal with. The wooden room card-keys are a nice touch, the bathroom was great and bar prices not annoyingly high (same as London, where I'm from). When I turned the TV on in my room a clever hacker had left a funny message on the screen pretending I couldn't adjust the air conditioning (I actually could). After the first night I pointed this out, and they a) had an engineer to my room within half an hour who showed me that the aircon did work and how best to adjust it and b) the manager, the engineer and someone else to my room soon after, that morning. By the time I returned for the second night the TV had been replaced. It meant I had to relearn how to cast from my phone to the new one because the software interface was different, but the hacker's message was gone. GO TO MANCHESTER ART GALLERY.

The breakfast was very English and a bit sad compared to what was on offer in Vietnamese city hotels for half the price. The scrambled eggs were good, but the bread was basic sliced rubbish of options white or brown. Or croissants. There were pain au chocolat (spelt 'pan'). Bacon was overdone, juices were boring apple and orange. The overall feeling was of supermarket fare presented with zero flair. Sauces and condiments were like you'd get at a burger van. If this is representative of what English people eat at home I am obviously some sort of middle-class ponce who has been spoilt by travelling beyond Spain. For a 'four star' hotel I would have expected a more interesting spread with some imagination (like watermelon, mango, more cheeses than thin cheddar, and a wider variety of hot food), but if few complain it'll never change.

Air conditioning didn’t work in the bedrooms. The foyer and breakfast area was far too hot which made breakfast uncomfortable. 3 out of 4 coffee machines at one point didn’t work.

The hotel was lovely and the room was fantastic. The girl on the front desk was absolutely charming and professional.

The price of items onsite was very disappointing. Charging £4 for a standard bottle of water or £4.50 for a can on energy drink is appalling.

Very kind and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean room. Nice breakfast. Great position, within walking distance from the city centre. Should the hotel car park be full, there are two public car parks quite close to the main entrance. Definitely very good value for money.

The restaurant can get quite busy, depending on the time. Also, it might be nice to have complimentary bottles of water in the room, beside the tea. No big deal, anyway.

The hotel was great, we were given a disabled room which was lovely and big, beds were lovely and fresh and the choice of breakfast was very good. Staff could have not been any friendlier and accommodating. Thoroughly enjoyed the visit. Only one major flaw, see below.

Though I have given a very positive review I was very disgusted by the state of the carpet on our wing. There was water stains, lots of other marks and it seriously would make me consider coming back so it’s in urgent need of replacement

The rooms were lovely and clean. Most of the staff were polite, happy to help, and approachable. Can't grumble for the price which included breakfast.

Some staff were uptight and a little rude. Very slow check-in, over half hour having to wait for papers to be sorted then having to sign papers for 4 rooms I had booked. Breakfast was tasty for what the little I had, but I feel the system needs rethinking as it felt like a free for all, there wasn't any structure, people were just pushing in, especially about 15+ flight attendants who just came out of nowhere and just seemed to feel they were entitled to what they wanted before everybody else who was there.. Made me not want to wait as staff didn't seem to care, so I didn't get much, and then both hot drink machines broke so couldn't get a drink either.

I was charged what I thought was an extortionate amount for a celebration arrival package for which I could have done myself a lot cheaper but my partner really appreciated the surprise so it was some what worth the effort and request

We had several issues. We were places in a disability room originally. Had to ask to change. On arrival we buzzed for carpark, no answer had to double park outside hotel to gain acess… when returning home with car after evening out.. buzzer for car park was off the line and we again had to drive round to ask for shuttle to be open. Staff attitude both times not good. Our room had a broken nozel in the shower and the shower door locked us in the toilet, air con did not work had a maintenance alert on the dial. Staff couldnt find our reservation things seemed very un orgonised.

breakfast was not good at all. Was pleasantly surprised to see it included in the price of the room - but i would rather have had the option to pay and had an edible breakfast! Very cheap produce and so not good at all.

Rooms were easy access and the building was very secure, I felt safe leaving my possessions in the room while away

The lighting in the bedroom wasn’t great, the spot lights were right overhead so if you were lying down in bed you’d be in the full beams. Also the showers ran out of hot water at the night time, and the power socket in the bathroom was broken.

Colazione buona ma non molto variegata. Palestra veramente ben fornita. La hall aveva spazi grandi e poltrone comode con un servizio di ristorazione e bar. Stanza abbastanza pulita con letti molto comodi e bagno molto grande. Staff cordiale che ha risolto in breve temo anche un problema con l'acqua calda. La posizione è incredibilmente vicina al centro con 10 minuti di camminata

Aggiungerei un pò di varietà alla colazione per chi viene dall'estero. Migliorerei la pulizia delle camere (la moquette soprattutto). Starei più attento al cambio degli asciugamani durante le pulizie della mattina poiché l'ultimo giorno, oltre a dimenticarsi il cambio degli asciugamani, dopo averli chiesti in reception uno dei due era molto sporco e oserei dire quasi non lavato.

It wasn't clean. Our room wall was dirty even the corridor carpets were not clean. When we reached parking was not available we had to park our car far away which was not even safe. There is no way to stop car on the parking entrance even to drop luggage. Breakfast was very average hampton birmingham which is a 3 star had better options. Didn't seem like a 4 star hotel. Too much noise coming from outside as there is some construction going on nearby and no view from the room

Had vegetarian food which was good

Didn’t like the whole gay pride thing being pushed on guests staying . It’s unnecessary. Menu for evening was very poor and not accepting cash wasn’t great either. Instead we went next door to premier inn for dinner and drinks and spent over £100 in cash !!!!

Hotel overpriced for facilities we didn't have. Poor bathroom facilities. Shower very poor. Breakfast was very poor. Cooked items were Luke warm. Considering I paid £130 for a nights stay in what was described as a excellent hotel in my opinion it was no better than a travel lodge. Oh and I had the added bonus of being able to see a homeless person taking a toilet break from my window. What a wonderful morning view. Very disappointed customer 😒
