Es una maravilla de hotel hemos disfrutado mucho de la estancia. Es un hotel precioso muy limpio y muy cómodo , el restaurante es muy bueno y el desayuno es lo más, te hacen un café buenísimo y tienes cocineros por todas partes haciendote tortillas muy completas y buenos huevos no le falta de nada es simplemente perfecto.

There was only one person serving on Friday night at the Sky Bar. At one point I waited 45 minutes just for a beer. Maybe fix the system?

Rooms are very good. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast and food in general was great in the hotel. The shuttle is a good way to go around. Centrally located in Sandton. The bathrooms are a bit dated, could be upgraded, but nevertheless maintained well.

There should be an option for beds in twin room to be together for couples and families.

Mir hat alles gut gefallen, das Zimmer war sehr angenehm und sauber, es gibt Trinkwasser in Flaschen auf dem Zimmer ( kostenlos ), der Zimmerservice war sehr gut und ausgesprochen freundlich. Beim Frühstück ist alles verfügbar und gut.

The explanation I received at reception was not clear. * I waited in the breakfast line for about 35 minutes. * When I got to my room, there was no fridge. I requested one, but I had to wait about 7 hours before it was provided. * I also contacted reception/room service, but I would sometimes wait more than 2 hours for assistance. * When my food eventually arrived, it was cold. * Overall, the service was very poor and disappointing, and the long waiting times made the experience frustrating.

I liked the location

The room was dirty. The bathroom as well. The towels were old. The room service wasn’t up to standard. Food took about an hour to arrive. I ordered a cheese sandwich and I got nothing close to it. They also don’t make certain things (sandwiches) at a certain time which they don’t stipulate. The carpets in the room were also just in need a deep clean so the room was smelly. The bed was concave on one side. The bathroom also had dirt on the crevasses.

The hotel had a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. And rooms were well maintained and pleasant. I had a very positive experience and would be happy to stay in Southern Su Hotel again.

Didn’t feel like a 4* hotel. We had problems with the shower as the cold taps were stuck which meant we couldn’t use the shower on the first morning as the water was scolding.The food in the restaurant on the first evening was not good as so salty.

It’s not 1980 , they must change their TVs to smart TVs . I raised this to the staff and they said they aswell have been raising it for some time with no change .

The breakfast was so nice. The restaurant managers are wonderful people. They made every one feel at home. The driver in the complimentary van is a wonderful person. He made out stay smooth.

We had requested an early check-in. The staff at the reception did not give us the impression to care at all. Only, a young lady by the name of Mamello tried to accomodate us.

The bus service to and Sandton Mall were such a bonus! For a solo traveler this made my life very easy and safety was not a concern.

Staff were helpful and efficient, particularly the travel assistance staff. Room was clean and comfortable. However, air conditioning was difficult to operate. There were no instructions for use and we had to request assistance to turn it on. Breakfast was excellent. However, there was an hour’s wait between ordering and delivery for dinner when we ordered à la carte on a buffet night. Well located with a large mall next door.

We arrived around 8h30 pm for the room that was supposed to be prepared around 19h00. Only to find it it unchecked and we had to wait longer by the reception. Getting inside there was no water or fridge 😕 we had to ask for the fridge and it took long before we could get it

The bathroom had a weird stench coming from one of the ducts under the vanity.. the shower drain was broken? .. the carpets could be vacuumed more and the air conditioner was not going to warm . They could fix that

Good location, friendly and understanding staff. Great pool - me and my friend actually swem on Saturday (29/08/26) lol. Was Great to see ironing board and hairdryer.

No microwave - we therefore had to go downstairs to the bar to ask the staff to warm our pizza up. Fridge. TV has limited things to watch. Hence we turned it off for the entirety of our stay.

The level of unprofessionalism displayed by the staff, particularly the manager, Mr. Lemohang, was extremely disappointing. When a concern was brought to his attention, his response was rude, dismissive, and completely unbothered. His attitude came across as arrogant and demonstrated a concerning lack of regard for customer service and guest satisfaction. This was especially disappointing given that the front desk is often a guest’s first point of contact and therefore plays a crucial role in shaping the overall impression of a hotel and its brand. Unfortunately, my experience gave me the impression that guest concerns and experiences were simply not a priority. This was my first experience at a hotel where I felt that management showed such little concern for its guests. Needless to say, I will not be returning and would not recommend this hotel based on the level of service I experienced. Secondly, our room had a sewage smell that didn't go away perhaps a plumbing issue in the hotel.

L'emplacement est idéal. Le personnel est à l'écoute et toujours disponible. Le petit-déjeuner est juste incroyable.

Le fait de n'avoir qu'une seule bouteille d'eau de moins de 1l disponible chaque jour dans la chambre alors que nous étions deux et que nous en consommons beaucoup. Nous l'avons dit aux dames de ménage mais rien n'a changé jusqu'à notre départ.
