I really enjoyed my stay here Kathie and Pete were lovely hosts. The family room was nice and clean the beds were comfortable, the fridge in the room was always topped up with milk & water if it was needed. The breakfast was tasty and there wasn't a long wait at all it came out within 5 minutes of being seated. Overall they work really hard and it shows with their hotel it was really cosy, I recommend if you're staying in Blackpool definitely check this place out

In the daytime there's a lot of car parking spots but when it got to late afternoon/evening there's not any places to park I had to go a few streets on but that was the only issue but that obviously isn't the hotels fault it can just be a busy road. I had no issues with the hotel.

The staff were wonderful, breakfast was amazing and the room was lovely and clean. The hotel is a short walk from the tram straight into the centre or a pleasant 20 minute or so walk. Would definitely stay again.

Shower wasnt great, couldn't get a comfortable temperature. Door for the room rattled with the wind at night causing repetitive noise.

First come first serve parking but other than one night when there was an event on we managed to park in the street with no issues.

10/10. Would not consider staying anywhere else in Blackpool now. Spotlessly clean. Hospitality could not have been nicer or more helpful. Breakfast as expected was truly exceptional and varied. Kathie makes sure you full and set for the day ahead. Beds very comfortable. Property only one minute away from the lovely promenade then your walk along to the centre. Highly recommend staying here.

A wonderful stay — highly recommended! We recently stayed at North Crest in Blackpool and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Kathie and Pete are exceptional hosts who go above and beyond to make their guests feel truly welcome. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that nothing was too much trouble for them. As a family travelling with young children, we were particularly impressed by how attentive and accommodating they were to our little ones' needs — they made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable for the entire family. Breakfast was delicious and well presented, setting us up perfectly for our days out in Blackpool. The room service was excellent throughout our stay, and the property itself was immaculately clean — a real credit to Kathie and Pete's dedication to maintaining such a high standard. The facilities were outstanding and the overall condition of the property was impressive. Everything was well-maintained and comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. I had a lovely experience as a single lady travelling alone. The hosts made me very welcome. It isa lovely little B/B guesthouse. It was very clean and my room was very comfortable. They have a lounge/bar area with comfy settee and is lovely to sit and chat outside of your room with guests and the hosts. Breakfast was delicious - a full cooked breakfast. The mushrooms and black pudding were yummy! It is located in the quieter northern end of the promenade which suited me fine. There is a lovely outside seating area to relax in good weather. This type of stay beats the likes of Travelodge/Premier Inn by miles.

I couldn’t find anything that I didn’t like about my stay at the North Crest Hotel. If I had to nit pick it would be the fake grass in the seating area of the garden. I’m not a fan of artificial grass- a shingle/pebble area maybe better? But that’s just my opinion.

Everything, this is the nicest B&B in Blackpool. It has so many noticeable little added touches.

If I have to be really picky. The bedside cabinet and underneath the bed need a dust and hoover but absolutely does not reflect the property.

Peter and Katherine where great host, couldn't do enough for you, room was lovely, clean, beds very comfy and more than big enough for 3 of us. Bar area comfy and good value. Plenty to pick from for breakfast, cereal, cereal bars, yogurts, full cooked breakfast etc - Fantastic!

We liked everything about the property and our hosts. You have to find a spot to park on the street and you might end up parked a few minutes walk away if you are unlucky but there's nothing they can do about that.

Katherine and Peter are great host's happy smiley and very welcoming, the breakfast menue choices are exceptional and beautifully presented with a smile and a good morning, did you sleep well & did you enjoy your day yesterday etc. We left 2 items of clothing in the wardrobe and hadnt realised until Kathy called us, Kathy very kindly posted the clothing out to us and would not accept any reimbursement for the cost.....Now that goes above & beyond for you doesn't it. If you have a trip to Blackpool planned look no further than North Crest you wont be disappointed.

Water pressure in bathroom and particularly the shower, was very low. Continuous noise from fridge would trouble some people. Ear plugs helped alleviate this for us, and aided a good night’s sleep.

The room at the front at the very top was extremely warm & uncomfortable. A fan was available but didnt make much difference. I don't see there much else that can be done on a warm day

Beautiful furnished room, and delicious breakfast. A really warm welcome. Lovely and quiet. Water and fresh milk provided and dressing gowns. Towels nice and soft. Plenty of mirrors and storage.

The shower is electric and not very powerful.

Finding a place in Blackpool that feels both luxurious and genuinely family-friendly can be a challenge, but the North Crest got it spot on for us. Despite traveling with a toddler and a baby, the atmosphere remained incredibly relaxed, and we never felt like we were "in the way." The rooms were immaculate and spacious enough for the whole crew, with thoughtful touches like the mini-fridge for milk making the routine with the kids so much easier. Pete and Kathie were fantastic hosts, ensuring we had everything we needed for a stress-free stay, and that award-winning breakfast gave us the perfect start before heading out to the seafront. It was the ideal quiet base for our family getaway.

Lovely bed and breakfast, room was lovely, comfortable and nicely decorated, with coffee, tea, hot chocolate and biscuits, water and milk in the fridge on arrival. Breakfast was beautiful excellent choice. Lovely couple who ran it. About a 30 min walk to the tower however at the end of the road is a tram stop. Would definitely go back. Only the location really was a bit far out but we did book very last minute and trams are available if you don't like walking.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, breakfast was excellent and plenty of choice. There is also a reasonably priced small bar. There is a tram stop at the bottom of the road otherwise it's a very pleasant 15-20 minute walk to the centre.

Nothing really but anyone with mobility problems might struggle with the stairs but we were okay with them.

Lovely owners, friendly & fab location. Very homely & room was well equipped with added touches. Definitely will return this was my second visit.

Unfortunately was some fly larvae worms within the apple juice dispenser at breakfast which was an unfortunate situation / accident which was dealt with and staff completely apologetic. Still will return in future, kids loved this hotel.
