Location - very nice and quiet Roomy and the terrace was a good addition. Spotless everywhere Attentive staff - smallest requests were met promptly Comfortable beds with good quality linen Well stocked kitchen.

We booked two apartments. The soft seating in 101 was just a little high to be as comfortable as the seating in 301 but it did afford views of the seafront from several angles which was a benefit.

Good location close to a tram stop, seafront location, parking at the door. The apartment was warm and well equipped. Staff are very attentive, polite and helpful and try their best to implement good policies.

The walls are paper thin so we were kept awake all night by a rowdy neighbour. The hotel called us to remind us of the rules in relation to making noise so I'm assuming everyone had this call however not all guests are respectful of others. I've had this issue when staying here before and can only assume the walls are thin. I also think the parking charge of £7 a night is steep especially when you check out early and are still charged for a full day. I would recommend finding on street parking for free close by. Parking should be complementary especially when the apartments aren't the cheapest. My sister dropped an earring in her room and when she got down to get it she found lots of litter under her bed. Otherwise the apartment was clean.

It's a little away from town centre, but there's a tram stop just round the corner, so not really a great problem.Could do with a sweeping brush in 1 of the cupboards.

Location was fine, parking was great bonus and staff and accessing keys was smooth process.

Facilities need upgrading. Rooms looking grubby. Floorboards unbelievably noisy, beyond creaky and doors are the same. Walls very thin, could hear neighbours TV, phone alarm and calls for prayer. Rooms didnt smell great but that could have been coming from rooms below. Clothes now smell of curry and onions. Location was good and parking outside was handy but £8 a night.

It was in a quiet and nice location, staff are always helpful and kind. 3rd time staying with granada apartments this year. The apartment is well kept and to clean standards. Tram across the road for easy travel.

Unfortunately I am a wheelchair user, and my mum uses aids to get around. I called before coming to check there was a lift because of the wheelchair, I was informed that there was. The lift did not have enough space for a wheelchair and most days was not working. Leaving me and my mum to climb stairs in pain. Although the radiators were not on, the apartment was like a heat box so it was incredibly warm and uncomfortable. We had a party of 7 people it was quite small which meant the heat regardless of the fans and windows being kept open didnt do much.the windows open from the bottom out, so I was incredibly anxious with the kids because they'd be an easy accident waiting to happen if kept open as in the bedrooms they are located right beside the single beds, so they had to be locked shut at night making it impossible to cool the apartment down. However in cooler weather and for people without mobility needs the apartment is well located and probably well suited to others. I much preferred the granada apartments in Bispham a little further up. If booking again I will likely return to those apartments. Tram is located right across the road in both apartments so is very helpful.

The apartment was clean and well equipped with a nice big shower and plenty of hot water. Close to trams and only a nice 20 min Walk along beach front to center. Sainsbury supermarket close by Staff very helpful and quick response with any inquiries

Our apartment was clean and tidy. Nice modern decor. Easy to access. Good location. Good kitchen facilities. There were a couple of minor issues, that I would have raised if there were staff on site, but there is an option to WhatsApp staff, which I didn't do due to our busy schedule.

No hairdryer was found in our apartment despite being listed as available. I could have raised this, but I needed it on the day we were leaving and there wasn't really time. The main double bed mattress was a little firm and thin, so not the most comfortable. The fitted sheet left for the sofa bed was too small, so unusable.

The property was very clean and in a beautiful location.

I stated I am disabled but this wasn’t a concern as there was a lift, this would have been great if the lift was working but night one and two of our three day stay we were unable to use the lift which isn’t great when you’re two flights up and can’t even manage stairs at home.

This was perfect stay for us. Loved having a separate living area to relax and we could make our own food if we wanted to. Also loved there was a bath option as well. There was a fridge and freezer and a dishwasher. Everything you need for a lovely break away. I can’t wait to come back.

There could be an improvement to the shower. It was not the most powerful. That’s the only thing I can find but it did the job.

The apartment was clean and in good location. The apartment was in quiet area away from the busy town centre. It was within walking distance to the centre and tram stop was just outside apartment. Being on the promenade there was lovely walks in both directions with access to nice beaches. Response from apartment was excellent, I messaged that hair dryer was faulty and had it replaced in 10 mins.

The place was quite grim, and after considering some of the reviews before booking, I was confused by some of the ratings based on my experience. At first glance, the place appeared clean, but once we started using things, it became clear that this was not the case. The cutlery was not clean properly, and some of the mugs were stained. However, the biggest issue was the bedding. The pillows, duvet and mattress covers were stained, had hairs and in poor condition. I found this particularly concerning, as the bedding should have been clean and ready for guests upon arrival. Fortunately, I made the host aware of the issue, and they were prompt in addressing it. The staff who dealt with the problem were very polite and responded quickly, replacing all of the bedding. However, I was disappointed that I had to ask for this in the first place. Had I not checked everything carefully, I would have assumed that the bedding was clean and ready to use. I also noticed that the carpet underneath the beds appeared not to have been vacuumed for some time. Fortunately, there was a hoover outside the door, which I ended up using myself to ensure the carpets were free of dust. Overall, I felt very uncomfortable during my stay. While I appreciate that the staff responded quickly and politely when I raised the issues, the cleanliness and condition of the accommodation really put me off. Based on my experience, I would not return or recommend this place.

The room was very warm thankfully the light fitting in the main room and 1 bedroom had a fan and the other room had a fan provided but it was still really hot. The apartment above was noisy as it had creaky floors and they were up late but other than that it was fine

Absolutely red hot even though we had fans, very uncomfortable to sleep, had the windows opened day and night but no better, not enough seating for 4 adults, the small room was overpowered by a island which took loads of space, this apartment is really for 2 adults.

Clean and quite fully equipped.

Firstly on arrival in room and room only noticed flooring had a bounce to it when standing in living room and bedroom. After day 1 did mention to someone on phone wasn’t offered another room. Secondly wife is disabled ,unable to climb 50 stairs although there is a lift other tenants on level 2 every day didn’t close the lift so therefore to get lift to ground level I had to walk to second floor to close lift door correctly , also reported. Reported a fan not working, no replacement!! Due to bouncing floor making us feel queazy, and lift situation we decided to check out early . I’ve taken a video of glass of water placed on table and water is moving around in glass

We stayed here for 4 nights the apartment was very clean when entering, it’s got easy access to centre with trams and buses, they had fans in the apartment to help keep us cool, will definitely be back

Vollständig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, toller Blick auf das Meer mit der Chance auf einen tollen Sonnenuntergang, in der Küche waren alle wichtigen Utensilien vorhanden, eigener Parkplatz gegen Gebühr, fußläufig gibt es einen Coop und auch das Zentrum ist so zu erreichen, alternativ fährt die Straßenbahn oder der Bus nahe der Unterkunft, gegenüber ist ein kleiner Park mit windgeschützten Bänken.

Modern and clean

​We really liked the apartments and the fully equipped kitchen. It had everything we needed for cooking. Since we were traveling with a small child, having a proper fridge to store food and a gas stove to cook meals was incredibly important and convenient for us. The kitchen was very comfortable!

​The biggest downside was that it was extremely hot inside. We couldn't leave the windows cracked open because the noise from passing cars was so loud that we barely got any sleep. ​We were also very disappointed with the cleanliness. The cleaners definitely need to do a better job: there was dust everywhere, and the floors looked like they hadn't been mopped in ages – they were sticky, and after walking around in white socks, they turned completely black. Cleanliness is definitely something they need to improve.

Great location of the apartment, next to 2 tram stops, extremely helpful for getting to the main strip and attractions. Very helpful staff with all queries we had, and very fast communication via phone call or messages. Very clean, well equipped for our 2 night stay, car parking was next to the building entrance, Very spacious rooms and comfy bed. The bed is much longer than standard, useful for me (over 6ft) who is too tall for standard beds. Cot bed was available as requested, one of the key reasons for booking among many.

Location/ quiet area The team were genuinely hands on when regarding any queries but it just seemed like it was one thing after another.

- Could have been cleaned better - carpets were dirty - no hot water - fans were dirty had to request for them to be cleaned weren’t usable - had to request additional fans due to the heatwave and it being a sauna in the apartment - apartment was quite outdated with modern touches - windows were dirty - not enough cooking utensils - lift service not really reliable (old so not much confidence using it so having to carry luggage up two floors with narrow landings) -Bedding wasn’t really comfortable pillows were hard - miscommunication with allocating parking but was resolved almost immediately - security with the doors and apartment lock didn’t really feel safe as one code opened both

Was a lovely stay at the Granada , local to everything, but far enough to enjoy the peace also . A stone throw away from the beach which again was lovely and clean and the kids loved every minute. Also thank you to Granada for recommending places to eat such as Terra Nostra a lovely family owned Italian restaurant which was 5 mins on the tram. Would definitely come back for all this .

Apartment was well equipped with kitchen utensils and electrical equipment. Adequate seating area and good TV with extra channels; disney channel was great for our granddaughter. Great for tram stop.

Some road noise but it is on the main promenade so to be expected.

Dishwasher was clean not full of floaters

Bad cooking smells when walked in main door. 2 night stay with daughters. Arrived Friday night, No hot water in the building till the next day. Floors were dirty, especially the bathroom , towels looked like they hadn’t been washed and spots of blood on one. I had to spend a lot of time messaging and talking on the phone to the manager they sent cleaners over to change towels and clean everything. We felt so uncomfortable. No normal tv channels on either tv couldn’t really watch anything.

When we got there the apartment was very cold and the beds were especially cold. We put the heating on and after the first day the place felt warmer, it would have been nice if it had been warm for us arriving.

It was clean, tidy and quiet considering we were right on the sea front. Hosts were amazing with communication.

Apartment #101 Stunning apartment. Spotlessly clean and fresh. Very spacious, took a couple of hours to get used to the layout, got lost a few times! The hosts were only a phone call away for any issues that may have arose, however we had no need to call. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk plentiful in kitchen which was a greatly appreciated, plus enough toilet roll for our family of 5. Stunning views from our windows and able to watch the sunset. Comfy beds! Thank you Granada apartments! We will return :)

The lift did not work, the apartment, while clean, could really have done with touch ups in paint, a bit rough around the edges, They are marketed as deluxe and priced accordingly, it feels a bit more like as many beds as possible have been put in the apartment making it feel not very deluxe, Furniture is quite basic Good if you are a large family or party , it may feel better value for money, but it sleeps 10 and only has living room seating and dining for 6,

Fanulous location, literally at a tram stop, but slightly up from the noisy part of town! Perfect for our family of 6 - beds galore! Clean, comfy. Parking at the door, we were just so impressed with the apartment. We especially appreciated the manual, it had some excellent where to eat suggestions which felt like they really knew what they recommended.

Very welcoming from the owner/manager, We loved our stay here in a perfect location nice and quiet but just a tram ride to where ever you wanted to go. The rooms are very well kept and cleaners do an amazing job would rate more than 10 if there was a higher score to give we will definitely be back
