Kaffemaschine mit guten Kapseln, sehr gute Lage ohne hohe Lautstärke. Sehr aufmerksames Personal.

Leider keinerlei Fenster zum öffnen. Die Türe in unserem Zimmer wurde schonmal gewaltsam geöffnet, dadurch war das schließen nur mit viel Kraft und hoher Lautstärke möglich.

The spa was nice

The pillows were rock hard uncomfortable, very loud noises in the hotel throughout the night

Superb location with stunning St Paul’s literally outside and one minute walk to the Thames. Very comfy bed and decent shower! Solid breakfast buffet on offer and staff are attentive.

Room temperature was very warm on arrival and the aircon was noisy. Swimming pool was heavily chlorine and the facilities were looking a little tired in places. The Shop in the foyer is extortionate!

Location was great, room lovely and use of the spa a bonus!

The room was perfect - good size- decent furnishings - new bathroom - generous tea and coffee making facilities- clean and well maintained

The spa was a bonus but not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel- water cloudy- people not required to shower or wash feet before entering- towels lying around- closes at 8:30pm consider extending opening times for people working late?

It's a basic clean room, nothing special, but good enough for a work stay! the roof top bar / restaurant is very good - with excellent views!

The hotel was very hot, but the rooms itself had individual controls so was fine in the room itself.

Super Lage, das Frühstück war sehr gut und ausgiebig, schöne ruhig Zimmer, das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, aber die Lage war hervorragend und das Restaurant Terra Rossa St Pauls ein Stück die Straße hinauf ist absolut einen Besuch wert

Die Zimmerreinigung mussten wir leider an der Rezeption beanstanden da unser Zimmer an zwei aufeinander folgenden Tagen um 18:30 Uhr immer noch nicht gereinigt war! Nach einem langen Besichtigungstag wollten wir vorm Abendessen aber unbedingt duschen! Nach der Beanstandung war unser Zimmer jeden Tag perfekt!

Only drawback was the spa was very overcrowded

We were here a year ago and the hotel , its location and staff were first class and so we came back. However, the staff this time were so unfriendly and at times very unprofessional. The food in the lobby bar was also poor for the ridiculous prices charged. I won’t be staying here again after this poor experience.

The location is great if you are looking for a quite area. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious

The guys at check in didn’t speak great English therefore couldn’t properly explain how I get to my room. It’s like he expected me to know my way around. I was booked in another block ( western block). Very cheeky The western block in its entirety is dated, carpet along corridors is old and stuffy, wall paper is peeling, the lift looks like a goods lift. I kept hitting my small toe against one of the tiles along the bathtub as it was not even. Finished my stay with a vet swollen toe and was limping for 2 days. All part of an outdated structure and finishes

Mooi hotel op een fijne locatie met veel eetgelegenheden in de buurt maar toch niet vol in de drukte. De executive lounge was heel fijn om na een lange dag even tot rust te komen. Kathleen die werkte in de lounge was zeer vriendelijk

Very centrally located directly next to St Paul’s cathedral it’s close to everything. Room was spacious and quiet with a very comfortable and big bed. Staff was excellent.

Fantastic breakfast buffet - very large offering. Something for everyone. Rooms are clean and modern. Staff were very helpful. Very close to St Pauls underground station and 5 mins walk to river

This is a very large and busy hotel. We were down for breakfast early but very busy when we were leaving breakfast each day.

The location is lovely, easy to get too and good locations to eat without having to go far

I think that because we were younger than the average age of people there they looked and treated us differently and not in a good way

The quality of the food could be slightly better?

Never got to stay at the hotel , My partner broke her leg, so we had to cancel taking the 2 Gran Sons away .. The hotel did agree to extend our booking, then renagged on what Nick the hotel staff member had agreed .. Disappointed a big brand can be so cold given our situation, we offered to return with it the boys , so we only need one room not two ..

L'hotel est tres bien situé pour toutes les activités au centre de Londres avec les transport en commun juste a coté. Les chambres que nous avons eu furent tres confortables et nous avons très bien dormi. L'accès à la piscine jusqu'a 22h fut tres apprécié pour un moment de detente en fin de journée. La conciergerie fut un bon plus pour laisser nos valises le dernier jour et ne pas avoir a les transporter tout le long de la journée.

Dans la chambre que nous avons eu il manquait le sèche cheveux et quelques refections de robinetterie auraient été les bienvenues avant notre arrivée. L'accueil du personnel fut variable à la reception, entre une personne relativement distante et froide et une autre par la suite tres accueillante

В номерах нехватает свежего воздуха.окна не открываются.плохо.нет бидэ.только душ с верху.спа и бассейна зона очень устарела.в бассейне попадаются волосы когда плывешь .воду думаю не меняют.запах нехороший две сауны тоже уже требуется ремонт.иногда много отдыхающих и мало места

The room was perfect, the bed so comfortable and the staff were amazing. So helpful. This is definitely a 10/10 hotel. Location was 10+ and the breakfast was over the top!!! Great service. The rooftop bar is amazing. A little chilly that night so they provided us with wraps and turned on the heaters. Outstanding view of the city. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to experience the Spa but it looked wonderful.

Executive room was good value. Kathleen in the exec lounge was amazing, so friendly and accommodating. She really looked after all the guests in the lounge. Bed was comfortable.

Shower, was rainfall so had to get hair wet every time you showered. Had to step in and out of the bath to shower. It felt unsafe as there was no nonslip mat or grab handles.

The bed was very comfortable, one of the best I've stayed in and the location is fantastic. The decor of the hotel is very nice and clean. Breakfast was great apart from no fresh decaf coffee, only put off a sachet, which is not great for a 4 star hotel.

The room was small, and o booked an executive room with a king-size bed, so i expected it to be bigger, but it did the job. The bathroom was ok, the shower was in the bath, which isn't great, I've stayed at hotels that are cheaper and have amazing walk-in showers and larger rooms as standard, but I guess you're paying for location, not the hotel room. Another gripe, no decaf coffee, only in sachets which tasted awful. I did try the caffinated coffee at breakfast, and that was also poor. A 4-star hotel should not be skimping on cheap coffee. Little things like this make a difference. The biggest dislike is that this is sold as a spa facility. We booked this to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, and the place was packed with a large family with kids treating the pool like a council swimming pool. Screaming, splashing, and the whole ambience of the facility was not great. Lots of guests fed up and left the pool area. The sauna and steam room and pool are very small considering the size of the hotel with 500 rooms. You would struggle to get 7 people in either, and the jacuzzi was big enough for about 6 people.

The night before our sons wedding the watch I lent him was stolen from his room with cufflinks and a bank card. No cctv to corridors outside rooms . Either wear or take with you anything of value. Online shows this happened again in August. Hotel system shows door not opened by key card . I believe this was done using a cloned master key card which does not get recorded. Not a 1 off so beware.

Large bed and nice bath in the room. Great location with lots of good food and drink options nearby. Aircon worked well in the heatwave.

Spa area was ok but having the pool split into lanes made it feel a lot more crowded and more fitness-focused rather than relaxing. I would recommend for a London stay but for a spa weekend I think there are more relaxing choices.

The swimming pool/spa area for all guests to use was lovely. It could have done with loungers by the pool as it shows in photos (which it doesn't have). Nice bar area too

The Sabine Rooftop bar was hired out for private event both the night of our stay and the following day. This was a shame as also one of the reasons we chose this so would definitely recommend asking if you'll have access prior to booking. Minbar in our room was empty

The staff was nice. We had issues with a staff member in the executive lounge because we couldn’t remember our room number yet our key card worked for the lounge. Housekeeping was very consistent

Bathroom was small. Very high step to get in and out of the shower. No robes were provided and it was part of the reason I booked. Typically don’t stay at hotels who don’t provide robes or slippers

My room could have been a little cleaner. The carpet had some fluffs and bit of dust in a cupboard. Look like we had been given a room that had been well cleaned but a few days ago. But nothing that would keep us from coming back.

I had a fall in the bathroom, i called reception floor picked the phone, water was all over the floor, i had mild concession, i fell asleep in the bath room floor. When woke up called reception. They say they will send some one no one came. I had bad back ruined my entire holiday. I spoke to duty manager, he did not show any concern , no sorry nothing.

Reba Spa too small very dirty, too many in the hot tub.thus was one reason i selected this hotel .

I loved the location next to St Paul’s Cathedral, Millenium Bridge , the Tate Modern and the river and boats to Tate Britain and Greenwich.

The woman who checked us in was fantastic and gave us some great information. The room overlooked the lobby bar and courtyard and had a good view.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. There was some lost communication about wearing the robes and slippers to the spa/pool but the facilities were great.

Perhaps a bit more selection in both restaurants. I have a lot of allergies so eating there was quite restrictive. Fortunately we were in Executive rooms so food in the lounge was adequate but some nights we would have preferred staying in the hotel to dine but menues were limiting

I tried to communicate before hand it was my anniversary had absolutely nothing back. We were initially told we could go to top floor to see views of St Paul's,went to do this Saturday evening and a very snooty woman on desk told us very snottily that no we couldn't do this and they were fully booked. The concierge didn't even acknowledge us. My husband waited by concierge desk with member of staff there and had to actually say excuse me as was being completely ignored Not what we'd expect from a hotel of this calibre Very disappointing stay for our anniversary

Location was great, amazing breakfast and it was great to have the use of the pool.

Staff were so great with the best location so close to Tate Modern and the bus station and metro. Great for values!

The room was very clean and spacious, with all the little touches we would expect from a hotel of this calibre. Breakfast was also very good and well organised.

We dined in the restaurant which was close to a very noisy bar area (there was a function going on in the hotel at the time). Fortunately our waitress moved us to a slightly quieter table.

I loved everything about this. It look soooo gorgeous: from the entrance, to the bar and breakfast area, to the rooms and to the swimming pool+spa. It is such a beautiful place to visit and stay.

Não era possível abrir a janela do quarto. E no pequeno almoço os funcionário é que escolhiam a mesa onde nós sentávamos.

The location is excellent.. a stones throw from St Pauls Cathedral, right in the centre of London. Good facilities. The Spa/pool etc is very nice to have access to. We dined out so didnt try the restaurant, but by all accounts it is pretty good too. It's a large hotel, but easy enough to get around in. Overall a really good city centre hotel.

Some restrictions on children using the pool and spa facilities at times would have made those areas more accessible, and enjoyable.

Location is perfect. The bell chimes of St. Paul's Cathedral sounded magical just outside the hotel. Within a 5 minute walk from City Thameslink train station which was ideal when getting the train in from Gatwick. Check in was smooth and the service from Amer on reception was 5 star. Complimentary room upgrade was a lovely surprise with access to the beautiful Executive Lounge. The room was spacious and had everything you would need. Very comfortable and quiet. The staff were so pleasant at this hotel. Pool was fabulous. Would highly recommend.

Housekeeping leaves all the lights turned on after cleaning the room. I know this is common in the UK but it's an unnecessary waste of energy that should be avoided.

De spa ziet er totaal niet uit als op de foto’s. Er is geen een bed of stoel om comfortabel op te kunnen zitten, er waren kinderen tijdens de uren dat kinderen er niet mogen zijn en het was smerig in de spa. Ook de badkamer op de kamer was smerig. Er waren bij aankomst haren in douche die niet van mij waren en de spiegel in de kamer was niet schoongemaakt.

Overall, the stay was okay. The staff were friendly and available, and the location is very convenient, close to the Underground and many popular spots.

However, I was a little disappointed with the room, as it was quite dark and had very little natural light. I asked if it would be possible to change rooms, but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked. I had chosen an upgraded room category, so I was expecting a slightly better experience. I’ve stayed at two other Leonardo hotels before and had really positive experiences, so this stay didn’t quite meet the same standard for me.

The bed felt like I was sleeping on a gravel drive way and the pillows felt like concrete . the a/c wasn’t working so it was really hot in our room and didn’t mange to really sleep with out waking up every hour
