A lot of people were off their faces on drugs. One guy was causing issues took his phone and trainers in the pool and then started on anyone that was looking at him including a group of women. That needs to be more security by the pool because he didn’t get removed and he was causing loads of issues. Hardly enough sunbeds if you don’t get out by 10 am, you will not get a bed

We came to Benidorm for one night, we were greeted by Mar on reception. She gave us a warm welcoming and helped us throughout our stay. We cannot thank her enough for her hospitality.

Lively, excellent location, great atmosphere. Lots of sun beds !

Rooms were ok for basic but next time I will Stay in a higher price room.

El desayuno muy bien. Todo bueno. Y el hotel es muy bonito, limpio y huele muy bien

No me gustó el ambiente de la piscina. Fui con mi hija de 11 años y deberían especificar que es un hotel "only adults"... ya que hay un dj pinchando durante el día y bailarinas, y todo el mundo bebiendo alcohol. También éramos las únicas españolas, prácticamente, en casi todo el hotel

En general todo estaba bien

El personal era muy amable, tanto recepción como limpieza. La ubicación era genial y las instalaciones modernas y limpias. La piscina muy bien y mucho hueco para sentarse.

La fianza de 150€ por persona, me parece algo excesiva en precio. El DJ en la piscina no me parece necesario todo el día.

Reception and rooms were fantastic. Breakfast was amazing, omlettes cooked to order, fresh fruit, pastries and full cooked options available. Served 8-10 am. Pool area was nice. Staff delivering waiter service to sunbeds and pool side. DJ and dancers and acrobatics and musicians entertained daily. Day passes available for non residents, security making sure only people who should be there, were there.

No where near enough sunbeds! Lots of space given over to expensive VIP areas. Pool opened at 10 and it was a mad rush for beds! There was a DJ from 12 at the pool - music was more crowd pleasing than dance music - also repetitive each day. No hot food allowed in rooms- we had 1 pizza slice taken off us when going back to our room.

I payd to the hotel 450 eu deposit and they didn't given me back ,I call to the hotel and till now I don't have my money 😑

El agua de la piscina esta absurdamente caliente, no te refresca nada, y el precio de las bebidas, aunque sea lógico, algo abusivo

Absolutamente todo. Atencion; limpieza, comodidad, ubicación y esta en medio de todo el ambiente de benidorm y a dos calles de la playa. 10 de 10 todo.

Over zealous Security ,searching bags for contraband ie water, snacks ,definitely alcohol or takeaways totally banned from taking to your room, marketed as benidorm vibe,very poor imitation of an ibiza experience. Pool shut at 6-30,bars 11-30. Definitely not anything like a party vibe, just a money making plastic wannabe, Security guards where absolutely shocking seen lots of disturbing incidents and we only stayed 2 nights.

It was a smooth check in and check out. The room was nice and tidy, and most importantly sound proof so you couldn’t hear the strip once you close the balcony doors The staff are also nice, they serve people quick and the cleaning staff do a great job!

Well with this sort of holiday, you know what to expect. I thought it was overly crowded in the pool area during the weekend, so there were no spaces in the shade at all. The pool is constantly rammed too. The lifts are also a nightmare, to get up to the my floor there were 4 lifts, which sounds good but 2 of them were constantly out of order and the other 2 were so slow. The drinks are also completely overpriced, 8 euro for a sex on the beach for example and 6 euro for a pint. This coupled with not being able to bring cold drinks etc from a shop next door into the pool area just means you’re trapped to paying so much money a day.

The most perfect location! Clean, modern rooms, helpful staff and lots of choice for entertainment in the evenings

The hotel was a very good 'vibe' and had security throughout to ensure it was a friendly atmosphere. The pool area was great, with multiple bars & a nice outside area. The drinks were reasonable prices too.

The check-in time was tediously slow despite there only being a few guests checking in. My room had a leaking toilet, only when flushing, and although I raised it with reception, nothing was done. I had paid for a room with a pool view, but didn't have a view of the pool. Instead my window was on to a 'fake grass' area with people walking past constantly. The air-con was noisy and didn't actually cool the room. It was 27 degrees in the room when I put it on, and it reduced the temp by 1.5 degrees overall.

Location was good and overall experience was positive.

Room was clean and fresh. Bathroom was very dirty. It had 2 lights which were hanging down from the ceiling and they also made the room EXTREMELY dark. I wasnt allowed to take water bottles or snacks inside the hotel premises. Snacks I was ok with but water... Very slow check in process. Receptions were polite and friendly but in no hurry to help people waiting just because other people were infront in a big group. We could have been called forward or checked to see if we was waiting. Overall a good property but some minor changes could be made for a better expereince. This comes from someone whos worked at a high level in the tourism and hospitality industry.

Most staff were friendly however I found the security guy at reception a bit rude. We had stayed for 4 days and as soon as checkout time had came he was eager to get us to leave right away or pay another €30 to stay at pool bar. I understand this is how it works but it felt very pushy.

Great location, room was clean and tidy, staff friendly. The hotel was well maintained with staff currently preparing for the peak season too.

No great issue, but the elevators are quite slow and tired. Few toiletries in the room.

Next door we’re smashing their apartment up, we were put on the 17th floor. A couple that was only stopping for 1 day with all the mad parties put on the 17th floor. Up until 5am in the morning smashing their room. I don’t know if it was their tv or their shower screen that broke. Then they were knocking on our door. We was scared.

Hotel relativ nou in comparatie cu celalalte cladiri din aceasta zona a orasului, cei de la receptie au fost de ajutor cand le-am cerut sugestii.

In momentul cand am facut check inul era doar un receptioner desi era o zi de weekend iar coada la receptie era foarte mare. Paturile de o persoana au fost usor incomode din cauza faptului ca sunt pe roti. Garantia de 200€/ persoana mi se pare nejustificata, insa a fost recuperata in aceeasi zi cu chek outul. Personalul de pe terasa de la piscina ne- a gresit de 2 ori in 2 zile comanda si pentru o statiune preponderent frecventata de turisti britanici staff ul nu putea comunica bine in engleza. Accesul la piscina se face si de catre persoane din afara hotelului contra cost ceea ce face ca locul sa fie supra aglomerat, iar oaspetii hotelului nu au acces la facilitati precum sezlonguri deoarece acestea sunt ocupate de catre clienti externi.

The DJing, its constant hardcore EDM/tech house.. a build up over the day of various music would be better or even set days like disco day, soul day, 80/90’s day I think would work better than 8 hours of hardcore music 12-8 My bathroom 424 is very scruffy, needs updating, and they take a deposit of €300 off your card which I was told takes 21 days to be refunded.

Everything apart from the location , the food was awful, the rooms were awful and not safe !! Me and my friends all had money stolen from the room and the safe !!! Which we had to pay 15euro for the pleasure of having it ! Would have been safer to carry everything with us in our bags !! When we reported it to the receptionist she told us to go to the police as they couldn’t look at the hotel 24hr cameras !!! Why have them if they can’t look at them !!! Definitely something going on there and wouldn’t advise anyone to stay there !!!

If your going to Benidorm this is THE place to stay, honestly any age goes. I stayed for my 60th in august and again in September for my grandson's 18th. The pool party is great fun if you fancy it. Room's are a good size and exceptionally clean. Security on the entrance at night which is very reassuring. The bar at the front of the property has a good vibe. The hotel is right on the strip.

had to leave 300 euros deposit for room although we had friends staying there who didn’t have to! took over a week for deposit to be released! told safe key was 20 euros deposit however it turned out to be 10 for key and 10 deposit!
