Reviewed Sep 12, 2026De locatie is perfect. Centrum op loopafstand en strand binnen 2 minuten lopen. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Kamer was aan de straat kant wat mij prima beviel. Balkon had een beetje ochtendzon en later in de avond ook zon. Dus blij met de schaduw aan deze zijde bij buitentemperaturen boven de 31°
Het avondeten was wisselende kwaliteit maar het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en zocht naar mogelijkheden als iets niet naar wens was. Je kon kiezen uit meerdere gerechten / combinaties. Ongeveer 8 voorgerechten, 15 hoofdgerechten en 7 nagerechten. Zowel vlees als vis of vegetarisch. Persoonlijk zou ik in deze streek geen avondeten meer boeken bij een hotel. De keuze is reuze. De badkamer was erg klein.

El hotel es mucho peor de lo que esperabamos para tener 4 estrellas. Antes de llegar no habia forma de contactar con la recepcion ya que no respondian el telefono . Una vez que llegamos y accedemos a la habitacion vemos que el baño es tan pequeño que no entran ni 2 personas a parte de que la bañera era altisima y resultaba complicado entrar en ella. Junto con esto, el primer dia que nos duchamos observamos un conjunto de apositos pegados en la pared de la ducha y a la hora de usar el secador no funcionaba . El buffet deja mucho que desear ya que la variedad es escasa. Para culminar, habia dos ascensores de los cuales uno estaba estropeado.

Geen communicatie mogelijk via mail of berichten. Er wordt niet geantwoord op geen enkele vraag. Hotel reageert op niets. Heb al veel hotels gehad de laatste jaren. Dit is 4-sterren maar eigenlijk is het maar 3-sterren waardig. Badkamer is piepklein. Lawaaierig.

Breakfast was pretty basic not much choice and small area and no room when busy. The rooms were pretty basic for the cost...and some areas were in need of redecoration or just a freshen up. The service at the bar / restaurant was pretty slow and poor I sat there waiting for service and even went to the counter and was ignored so went somewhere else

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Sicuramente la posizione centralissima, ad un vialetto di distanza dal lungomare di playa levante che è la zona più frequentata e a 5 minuti dal centro. Struttura tranquilla non confusionaria. Rooftop con solarium e bar. Pulizia quotidiana.
Un po’ datata per un 4 stelle, colazione internazionale buona ma con poche variazioni, palestra piccola e con attrezzature essenziali, 1 solo ascensore funzionante su 2. Una sera abbiamo deciso di provare la cena ma nonostante il prezzo fosse accettabile la qualità non era all’altezza e nel menù erano segnati degli ingredienti che poi non erano presenti nel piatto. Ci hanno dato una camera vista parcheggio, con un bagno adibito per persone con mobilità ridotta, inutile dire che il bagno era sempre costantemente bagnato. Le ante dell’armadio non scorrevano bene. La piscina aveva un altezza di 0.83 cm.

Por poner un pero a nosotros en concreto no nos afectó nada puesto que estábamos en la primera planta, nos alojamos cuatro noches y solo había un ascensor el otro estaba averiado.

Готель потребує реставрації та оновлення, старий житловий фонд, не працюючі ліфти, користування сейфом у номері за гроші. Маленький номер, ліжко постійно рухалось, бо дуже легке.

The only positive thing about this hotel, which certainly does not deserve its four stars — in fact, it doesn’t even deserve one star — is its location. It is not really a hotel; it is more like a motel. The only good thing about this place is that it is close to the beach. The hotel also does not look anything like it is presented in the photos. The swimming pool is rusty and filthy, the overall decor is poorly maintained, the decorative plants are dried out, some of the flower pots are broken, and there is dirt and mess everywhere. The reality is completely different from what you see in the pictures online. Other than the location, there is absolutely nothing good to say. Starting with the restaurant: at lunchtime, you sit down on the terrace and are told that you cannot order food because you have to wait 15 minutes for the chef to arrive. This is completely unacceptable when you are a tourist who has just come back from the beach, is starving and exhausted from the heat, and has to wait 15 minutes just for the chef to arrive and take your order, and then wait even longer for the food to be prepared. On the very first day of our holiday, we were left without towels in our room. The housekeeper came to clean the room, took all the used towels, and did not leave any clean ones. When we returned from the beach, we had nothing to dry ourselves with, so we had to go to reception ourselves and ask for towels. The breakfast also leaves a lot to be desired. There is very little variety, and the staff barely pay any attention to the guests. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. The photos are misleading, the facilities are poorly maintained, and the overall experience is far below what you would expect from a four-star hotel.

El hotel la verdad es solo un 2 estrellas y medio como mucho ,nada tiene de 4cestrellas está muy lejos de 4 * ,la comida muy escasa y regular ,el desayuno bufet pero muy muy justo,la cena es a la carta pero no está 4* y algo muy básico y no se que decir mala o regular ,el puré estaba en alterado tenía que devolver el plato y parece que avía más gente devolviendo platos por la comida en mal estado y poco que elegir,no repetiría este hotel hamas,

I have no idea how this hotel ranked 4 stars you have to get everything yourself and also pay deposit of €20 for anything you ask for. The staff so F rude and unfriendly and they seem very surprised that we are there. The first question we got asked is “why we are we in Benidorm?”. The room looks so different outdated. The bathroom barely lit and the shower is dark. They don’t not have an iron and the gym was bad and small. The swimming pool is so tiny and shallow. They don’t provide towels and if you want one, you have to rent it. Overall the worst experience ever and I travel a lot.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Lo mejor del hotel a sido la habitación aunque no tenia balcón y las vistas daban atras..la piscina era un charco con el agua caliente y no cojian mas de 5 personas y la comida lo peor..desayuno bufett libre pero 4 cosas y la cena de carta pero la misma todas las noches donde si pedías algun refresco que no fuese agua te cobran la bebida y el servicio pésimo dos camareros que entre plato pasaba mas de media hora..vamos que no vuelvo mas!!

Location is in a pedestrian area with limited one-way traffic for loading/unloading. Lots of bars, restaurants and shops and a flat walk into the town. Modern comforable rooms with TV (some UK channels), Fridge, Hairdrier, Kettle and a supply of tea/coffee ingredients.
Parking some distance away in a public car park but parking in Benidorm is difficult unless you are way out of town, so no problem.

We had to wait long for check-in, and the elevator is probably from the 16-17th century - spend one day at least to get one. Parking is totally blurred, reception did not want to help us in parking. And the discount the hotel would provide us was only 1 EUR / day at the garage.

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue bastante decepcionante. El hotel es antiguo, poco cuidado y, en mi opinión, no corresponde a la categoría de cuatro estrellas que anuncia. Además, después de ir a la playa no había ningún lugar adecuado para tender o secar la ropa y las toallas. La habitación también tenía un desagradable olor a tuberías, lo que hizo que la estancia fuera poco agradable. Por el precio y por tratarse de un hotel de cuatro estrellas, esperaba unas instalaciones mucho más cuidadas .

La piscina es diminuta habitualmente era incómodo estar dentro por la poca capacidad, además deberían ser más estrictos con el cumplimiento de las normas (fumar y beber).

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Buena relación calidad precio, la comida ubicación es ideal, segunda línea de playa, la júnior es muy amplia y moderna, la piscina en el ático con vistas al mar lo qye más nos gustó y el desayuno muy bien
Habia q dejar la habitación a las 11, y nos llamaron vacrias veces para q dejásemos la habitación cuando en todos los hoteles es a las 12, detalle que no pareció nada bien

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026La habitación, concretamente disponía de la suite junior con vistas a la avenida, en general resulta espaciosa, con buena decoración, buena terraza, un baño inmejorable y una cama con su televisión que están perfectas.
La piscina resulta algo pequeña y el agua más caliente de lo que me gustaría en un tórrido verano, pero ideal por lo demás.

Сам номер был супер и красивый интерьер, вид с окон открываеться красивый вид. Приветливый персонал.

This is not a 4 star hotel. Rooms are small, double beds are very small for 2 people. A/C must be from the 80s. Front desk ladies were rude and not helpful.

Vistas exteriores desde la habitacion, zona que no da al mar, son horribles, no puedes abrir la ventana por el olor a comida, y por el aire caliente de los aires acondicionados de las otras terrazas. Terraza minuscula. Aire acondicionado de la habitacion, muy ruidoso e imposible de regular automaticamente a una temperatura. La Piscina cierra a las 19 horas. Con las temperaturas tan altas, es un gran inconveniente no poder acceder a la piscina.

No late check out/ no shower room Breakfast was absolutely disgusting tasteless and cold Charge for a safe Reception staff on Sunday (two different ladies) very miserable. Roof top bar had no vodka all weekend didn’t even attempt to get any when several customers were asking for it.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026La ubicación es perfecta. El hotel está justo en el centro de la ciudad. El camarero argentino muy simpático. Chicas de recepción muy amables, nos han permitido dejar las maletas después del checkout.
Buffet de desayuno demasiado escaso. Aunque todos los productos sean de calidad, el desayuno se presenta muy pobre. Ascensores fuera de servicio en temporada alta… La bebida en la cena se paga, muy feo que te cobren por el agua del grifo filtrada y no te den agua gratuita, todo por sacar dinero.
