Dos funcionários do restaurante mais propriamente o charif , que foi o que esteve mais em contacto connosco , sempre prestável e simpático. Dos funcionários da recepçao. Da piscina com uma vista fantástica, do silêncio e os quartos muito confortáveis com uma cama enorme.

De uma situação que se passou com a chefe de recepção, que nao teve as melhores maneiras para lidar com uma situação que aconteceu, muito alterada e nada compreensiva, de resto nada a apontar , correu tudo muito bem

Great location, if you want to be close to the strip. Exceptional cleanliness throughout the hotel. Balcony was massive we spent most of our days on there.

For the price some more amenities would be nice (eg. Water, toothbrush and toothpaste) or even breakfast included.

Como la piscina está en la azotea, el tamaño no es muy grande y estaba bastante concurrida.

Chegar ao hotel sentir a frescura, o perfume a beleza da recepção e a simpatia máxima da funcionária.

O que não gostei, mas que mesmo assim aconselho foi a alimentação. Muito pouca variedade e tudo muito repetitivo. Ainda assim voltaria a ir em pensão completa, porque fora do hotel a alimentação ainda é pior. Nós Portugueses estamos habituados não diga a comer muito mas bem. Benidorm gastronomicamente está muito fraco

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including a very useful mini fridge. The balcony was absolutely amazing, and the beds were large and extremely comfortable. We had nothing to complain about regarding the room. The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach and within walking distance of plenty of bars and a lively nightlife area. Despite the busy surroundings, we stayed on the 10th floor and could barely hear any noise from outside, which was a pleasant surprise. The pool bar was a very relaxing place to spend some time, and the overall atmosphere at the hotel was super friendly and peaceful, without any excessive noise. All the staff we interacted with were consistently friendly and welcoming.

The pool is quite small and is more suitable for cooling off than for actually swimming. It would also be nice if guests could exchange their pool towels more regularly. At the moment, this is only available every three days free of charge, which feels a little restrictive.

Очень хорошее расположение отеля, до моря очень близко. Номера просторные, балконы шикарные. Когда заходишь в отель очень бросается в глаза шикарный интерьер, лифты чистые и ухоженные. В коридорах и на этажах нет ни пылинки.

Уборка в номере очень плохая, пятна на полу не убирались днями. Песок лежал несколько дней на полу. У друзей в соседнем номере были стекла на полу при первом входе в номер. Вай фай практически не работал, очень плохой интернет. В столовой выбор не большой, не скажу, что плохая еда. Было иногда вкусно, а иногда нечего и брать было.

Bellissima la camera, ampia confortevole e silenziosa. Ottima la posizione dell' hotel, vicino al mare ed a tutti i locali per vivere al meglio l' esperienza nella località. Tutto il personale è molto gentile, una menzione speciale per la receptionist Sofia, è veramente una persona squisita 😍

La ristorazione potrebbe essere migliorata: la bevande (almeno l' acqua) dovrebbero essere incluse per i pranzi e le cene. Cibo di qualità, ma potrebbe essere più vario.

The staff and hotel are exceptional this is the forth time we have stayed and will continue to do so.

I was extremely disappointed that on the one occasion I have used room service I was charged £14 euros for a some fries that when they came to the room were a small plate with a ketchup on the side and they were hard and stone cold, they came uncovered by a heat plate just carried on a plate not even any cutlery was gave.

La habitación era cómoda y el personal amable. Cercano a la playa. El primer día no llegamos al horario de comidas y nos la compensaron el día de salida. Aunque había ruido por la noche, desde nuestra habitación no se oía nada. La playa era mezcla de arena y rocas, pero las rocas no eran piedras pequeñitas, eran rocas grandes y no resbaladizas. Según la zona se podía estar cómodamente.

La zona está orientada a un público más extranjero. El buffet era algo pequeño y por tanto repetitivo sobre todo para comidas y cenas, los desayunos se cubrían bien.

Un personnel très à l'écoute et très réactif. Personnel d'une grande gentillesse, merci pour votre professionnalisme. Le plus est la piscine sur le toit, vraiment agréable.

Great location and amazing rooftop pool friendly staff and best cocktails in Benidorm, got free cocktail ticket upon arrival. Shower really good and super large beds with really big room. Pillow menu very cool touch. Staff super approachable. Stayed in 6 hotels in Benidorm this is the best so far definitely!

Ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié, c'est le professionnalisme du personnel. Toute l'équipe était souriante, accueillante et très efficace. Nous avons eu un petit problème avec le réfrigérateur de la chambre, et le technicien est intervenu en seulement quelques minutes. La chambre était très propre, spacieuse et les lits étaient très confortables. Le grand balcon était un vrai plus, tout comme la machine à café mise à disposition dans la chambre. Nous avons également beaucoup aimé la piscine sur le toit et le jacuzzi waouh ainsi que l'ambiance festive avec le bar .. Dans l'ensemble, nous nous sommes sentis très bien accueillis et avons passé un excellent séjour.

Le seul point négatif de notre séjour a été le comportement de certains clients. Un groupe de touristes, vraisemblablement britanniques, a été très bruyant tout au long du séjour. Ils criaient dans les couloirs à toute heure, parlaient très fort et nous avons même entendu des personnes vomir, tousser, ce qui était particulièrement désagréable. La même situation s'est répétée à la piscine sur le toit, qui est pourtant un espace où l'on s'attend à pouvoir se détendre. L'ambiance était très bruyante, avec des adultes et des adolescents qui criaient sans tenir compte des autres clients. Il serait peut-être utile que l'hôtel fasse davantage respecter les règles de savoir-vivre et de calme, malgré les affiches déjà présentes, afin de garantir un séjour agréable pour tous.

The hotel is luxury for Benidorm, no doubt about it. The location is good for beach access and a little madness if you want that from the strip. It’s close to the market also. The staff are fantastic and very happy to help, the hotel manager is very present which is good. The snack bar is expensive for Benidorm but, it’s convenient for pool days and the terrace area is both sunny and shady. The hotel room was beautiful, from entering to light music and lovely fragrance to leaving with a guest opinion card. Fantastic attention to detail such as the complimentary water at check in and, the plastic covered tv remote. Although we didn’t use them, the robes and slippers were a nice touch. The hotel offers luxury extras such as laundry services, babysitting, room service and much more.

The pool is heated which meant no refreshment from the July-August heat. By the afternoon it really was as warm as a bath. The sun-beds need a good clean and, the pool area floor often appeared dirty from the day before with hair etc. In fairness many people were not showering before the pool which won’t help. Finally the patio doors to the balcony are excellent at noise reduction but, they’re very heavy to operate so not everybody will be able to manage to open and close them.

The big tv wasn’t able to connect through Bluetooth and the staff didn’t speak English good and said they couldn’t fix the tv and gave us two free cocktails for this which for a 400 euro night wasn’t good enough. And the doorman refused my guest to come up.

Spotlessly clean and smelt lovely on arrival. Our room was a very decent size with a lovely large balcony. We were given a complementary upgrade to a premium room with rituals toiletries which was so nice.

We struggled to get sunbeds near the pool on the Saturday. The pool water was cloudy.

Third time staying at this hotel. The location is fantastic - you are in the thick of it. But the rooms are completely sound proof. Lovely sized rooms which are spacious and the balconies are huge - have sun loungers on that is great to be able to sunbathe The hotel is so clean and is a peaceful oasis amongst the chaos of Benidorm:

We had to pay a 200 euro deposit and staff on return seemed to struggle with refunding (having not said we needed to keep receipt) maybe they should keep a receipt for each room at reception to make this easier. Staff didn’t know that if you paid on Apple Pay it has a different number then code But otherwise the stay was perfect so couldn’t fault it

L’hôtel est très propre, moderne et bien entretenu. Dès l’arrivée, l’ambiance est agréable et tout est bien organisé. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et bien équipées, avec un style moderne et sobre. La literie est confortable et permet de bien se reposer, même si certains moments de la nuit ont été perturbés par le comportement bruyant de certains clients. Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel et disponible en cas de besoin. Les espaces communs sont également propres et bien entretenus, à l’exception de la table du salon qui n’a pas été nettoyée durant tout le séjour malgré la présence de poussière. L’emplacement est pratique et permet de profiter facilement des alentours. Dans l’ensemble, c’est un hôtel que je recommande pour passer un séjour plutôt agréable et confortable.

Dans l’ensemble, le séjour était très bien, mais je m’attendais à un peu mieux au vu du prix. Certains points m’ont déçu. Le petit-déjeuner n’est pas inclus dans le tarif, ce qui est dommage pour un séjour à 1650 euros les 7 nuits, et le parking est également payant en supplément. J’ai aussi remarqué que la table du salon n’a pas été nettoyée de tout le séjour et qu’il y avait de la poussière, ce qui donne une impression de manque de suivi sur certains détails. L’absence de salle de fitness est également assez surprenante pour un hôtel de cette gamme. Par ailleurs, l’espace au rooftop et autour de la piscine est assez limité, ce qui fait que les clients sont vite les uns sur les autres et que le confort peut en pâtir. Enfin, certaines nuits, des clients ont fait beaucoup de bruit dans les couloirs, notamment vers 2h30 du matin. Le problème a été réglé lorsque le personnel de l’hôtel est intervenu et a rappelé à l’ordre les personnes concernées. Je suis assez déçu de la piscine sur le toit.

Although the restaurant was very nice and clean and the staff friendly the food was always cold and the bacon a little under cooked. We only did b&b so can only comment on breakfast
