Zimmer war teilweise sehr abgewohnt und nicht ganz sauber, Wasserhahn wackelte massiv, Vallet Service dauerte sehr lange obwohl vorbestellt am Telefon.

El hotel en si es comodo y bonito

un poco caro todo lo que es comestible y bebestible pero en si es genial y la limpieza que cuando llegamos la ducha no estaba limpia, pedimos a recepcion que enviaran a alguien.

Me pareció terrible tener que entregar las toallas de y a las 6pm nos tocó usar las del cuarto y cuando nos íbamos a bañar no teníamos toallas toco pedir más toallas me parece que es innecesario

We usually stay on Ocean drive but wanted a quieter more chill atmosphere this time and the Grand Beach Hotel did not disappoint. The friendly staff assisted with our every concern. I will definitely book this hotel for my Miami stay

The room was big

The pool and the beach was very quite no music, just hearing the screams of the kids which I don’t mind as I have my own but would love if there is a little chilling music around. Also only few waiters to serve the pool and the beach which is hard to find to order. Also when we moved the sofa bed the floor wasn’t clean, the bathtub has old rusts.

La habitación es muy amplia y cómoda, tipo suite, con una zona de estar con sofá cama, dormitorio independiente y dos baños, así que para viajar en familia está genial. El hotel estaba muy limpio y el personal fue siempre muy amable. Nos gustaron especialmente las zonas exteriores: las dos piscinas, el acceso directo a la playa y el servicio de toallas, tumbonas y sombrillas, que además están incluidas en el precio, algo que se agradece mucho en Miami Beach. La zona de playa es estupenda y el servicio allí funciona fenomenal. También hay una piscina más tranquila en la séptima planta. El restaurante está bien y, para algo más sencillo, hay una pequeña cafetería donde comprar café, zumos, bollería, empanadas, etc. En general, estuvimos muy cómodos y disfrutamos mucho de la estancia.

Lo más incómodo fueron los ascensores. Durante nuestra estancia tuvieron problemas y llegamos a esperar cerca de 20 minutos. Había técnicos trabajando en ellos, así que entendemos que era una incidencia puntual, pero resultó bastante molesto. Como pequeño detalle de la habitación, echamos en falta que hubiesen más ganchos en el baño para poder colgar las toallas. Parece una tontería, pero resulta poco práctico. Por último, conviene saber que alrededor del hotel prácticamente no hay restaurantes o tiendas a los que ir andando, por lo que para salir hay que moverse en coche o taxi.

En general, tuvimos una muy buena experiencia en el hotel y nos sorprendió para bien. El servicio de valet parking es excelente. Los chicos están siempre a disposición y cada vez que pedíamos el auto no tardaba más de dos minutos en llegar. El hall de entrada es lindo y espacioso, y las habitaciones están muy bien. Nosotros reservamos una habitación con vista y realmente tenía una muy linda vista al mar. Era grande, con un espacio de entrada con sillón y luego el sector de las dos camas grandes, que además eran muy cómodas. El baño se nota un poco antiguo y podría renovarse, aunque en líneas generales estaba bien y cumplía su función. También nos gustó mucho que, camino a la pileta, haya un espacio donde se pueden comprar cafés, golosinas, helados y varias cosas más para llevar a la playa. Muy práctico. El sector exterior para desayunar está bueno; no es algo espectacular, pero es agradable. Y la zona de las piletas nos gustó mucho: hay dos, suficientes reposeras cómodas y siempre había toallas disponibles. En general, un hotel cómodo, con muy buenos servicios y una habitación que superó nuestras expectativas. Volveríamos.

La piscine , l’accès à la plage, les chambres étaient grandes. Le café avec les glaces Hagen dasz. La gentillesse du personnel.

Le ménage, les femmes de ménages ne sont pas maniaques, il y avait une masse de cheveux dans mon balcon qui est resté là tout le séjour pas une seule ne l’a retiré. Les salles de bain sont anciennes et il n’y a pas de pommeau de douche ! Très difficile de laver un enfant sans pommeau!

A very very bad experience while the room already been payed for 6 nights via an package that i took with British airways i still been throw out by rude reception guy while i was trying to pay my deposite i would not get an option to enter my creditcard pin on their cardmachine. The dog the Pero malo told me to cancel the booking that already been payed and leave the hotel and that i just don’t have money and that i am on a discount already. It was their machine that did not worked not my creditcard. So i had to leave the hotel while i just arrived all the way from Amsterdam( the Netherlands) by midnight and with two children attention one is a minor. Attention at this point the hotel still has $ 1600 dollar from me.He told me to cancel the booking so he could keep the % of the cancalation( What is like 100%)! This hotel is such a criminal activity in Miami!!! Be aware!!

I fell in love with the cleanliness of the room; my room was spotless everywhere, and the housekeeping service was excellent. The manager, Maria Gabriela, was super friendly and helpful; she introduced herself and gave us royal treatment. I already want to go back. 😍😍😍😍😍😍

The grand beach hotel were incredibly accommodating for us! We had some issues with the room when we arrived, but Maria on the front desk was incredible! Customer service at its best!

At night the access panel in the bathroom fell out, and rust came raining down. We were scared ! The door had gaps. All sounds were from corridor. All quality of remodelling is too bad.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful grounds and beach. All felt very clean and fresh LOVED the big fluffy pool towels daily, and the huge iguanas walking round the pool

There was no local shop in walking distance. The cost of was rather steep

I liked the location and the beach

The room was dirty, there was dust on the lamps, especially next to bed and then also on other surfaces, also the fridge was broken, we asked to fix it, but nobody did and also we saw mold on the ceiling of the shower in one of the bathroom’s, and also the towels that they gave us every time at the pool and beach were with stains.

La habitación era cómoda, contaba con dos baños.

La limpieza del baño no estuvo bien, me quejé en dos oportunidades y aún así no la limpiaron bien. El personal no fue atento, en varias oportunidades que necesite ayuda no fueron amables. La ubicación no está buena, no hay nada cerca si no tienes auto. Está lejos de todo. En otra oportunidad cobraron de más una bebida que indicaban en la carta un precio peor al momento de pagar cobraron otro indicaron que el precio en la carta estaba desactualizado. Puse una queja y me indicaron que tenía que escribirles a uds porque me ofrecieron hacerme un reembolso de 120 dólares + taxes por los inconvenientes ocurridos.

On the homepage is emphasized they offer breakfast buffet and a la card, but they only offered a la card. We prefer buffet. This was the reason we booked this hotel.

To the Management of Grand Beach Hotel, I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment regarding my recent stay at your property located at 4835 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach. Room 1827 My experience fell far below the standards of a luxury resort and did not justify the high prices charged. The room's condition and availability presented issues from the moment we checked in. The refrigerator was not functioning properly and required a maintenance call. Shortly thereafter, the air conditioning unit began malfunctioning and repeatedly displayed low battery warnings. Most concerning, the smoke detector alarm sounded in the middle of the night at an extremely loud volume, causing significant disruption and discomfort. We contacted the front desk when the smoke detector first activated. Maintenance did not arrive until approximately two to three hours after the issue was reported, at which time the battery was replaced. Roughly one hour later, the smoke detector alarm sounded again, and the air conditioning issues continued. Throughout my stay, I repeatedly had to contact maintenance regarding problems that should have been resolved before guests were assigned the room. I booked this stay expecting a comfortable experience with all essential amenities functioning properly. Instead, I spent much of my stay troubleshooting room issues and coordinating maintenance visits, which significantly diminished the quality of my experience. In addition, the overall customer service from the front desk and dining staff lacked the professionalism and attentiveness expected from a property of this caliber.

El restaurante esta cerrado para la FIFA y la atención demasiado lenta. Muy pocas opciones para desayunos y muy costo para la calidad. Muchas llamadas para pedir algo a la habitación y nunca respondieron.

Fue una mala experiencia ! El hotel estába con un contingente de FIFA y casi todos los espacios eran de uso exclusivo para ellos , el wifi es un desastre , la recepción me mal trato y el room service nunca estaba disponible

Atendimento dos rapazes do bar da piscina e da padaria/doceria/sorveteria. Vamos faz muitos anos ao Grand beach e essas pessoas sao muito bacanas... A senhora e senhor do sorvete, os rapazes do bar da piscina... a moca do concierge...otima tambem. Recepcionista deixam a desejar. Piscinas e serviço de toalhas bem bons.

Agora, os seguranças da area externa, em especial um grande já identificado, acabaram estragando a experiencia. Mal educado e debochado, sem falar que o restaurante do hotel atendia na recepção, isso foi muito ruim, novamente, ano passado foi mesma coisa... serviço de quarto péssimo tambem, como sempre.

I took a birthday trip with my 2 daughters back in April and was left with mixed feelings. First of all, location is not great, you cannot walk anywhere, you have to drive or take a trolly. The thermostat was broken in our room so it would get super warm at night and every time the house keeping came, they'd leave the balcony door open. I never made a fuss as I was traveling alone with my children, so we just sucked it up. There was a balcony, which is always a plus, but the paint all over the balcony was coming off and would rub off on your feet. I travel quite a lot and have never left a review for any hotel before but I am this time because of this- I require lifelong medication that I am always paranoid about when traveling, so every time I leave the room, I make sure it is secure and my bags are left in a specific way so I can tell if they've been moved. One day, after being gone all day I noticed the bag was moved. I noted it but saw my meds were still there and kept on with my day. As I was packing to leave, I noticed I had a missing dress and sweater I wore upon arrival. As I was checking out, I uncomfortably mentioned this to the man at the front desk and his response was "why would anybody want your medication?" (which obv was not the point) and told me he'd have somebody be in touch. Nobody was ever in touch. I never followed up because I'm not looking for anything, I just wanted management to be aware and acknowledge it. Not sure if anybody has had a similar situation here, but just thought it should be put out there.

The bathtub was clogged. The toilet wasn’t working. I asked them to please fix it. I went outside. I came back for two days. Nothing happened despite all my attempts very disappointed.

El restaurante del hotel tanto el interior como el exterior estaba reservado para la Fifa debido a la copa del mundo. No pudimos usarlos Las canillas de los baños necesitan mantenimiento. Había interruptores de luces que no andaban. El desagüe de la ducha estaba trancado.

Unfortunately, I called the hotel manager on duty and told him there was no water in my room, the cleaning service hadn't provided any, there was no water in the minibar, and there was no room service. Worse still, he advised me to take a car and buy water. Is it conceivable that an entire hotel has no water? The curtains are also worn out, and the beach service is terrible. This hotel deserves only one star. No room services in beach before 12 p.m Towel need card 😂😂why all this

Lights and TV didn’t work in room It took a few calls to get lights mended But no one ever came to repair or help even though I asked reception on three occasions After all these problems when I asked to check out at 2 instead of 12 - when I was only allowed in room at 3 , I was promptly charged $200 to my card

Hotel was amazing. Pool and beach were amazing. Staff were amazing. Room was PERFECT. What a view. Perfect amount of space. Will absolutely stay again!! Can't thank them enough for such an amazing time for a birthday girls trip!

Only minor negative - Would've liked to have known upfront that you have to valet the car to park and the valet cost is 58$ a night.

Literally the cutest hotel on Miami Beach! And the staff were so friendly and welcoming.

I didn’t dislike anything, it’s good to remember the staff are extremely busy, so when checking in patience and kindness goes a long way!

Everything! We spent our honeymoon in this beautiful hotel. The room ocean front was stunning, it was amazing waking up every day with that view and the sunrise. The staff was always so so nice and the room very clean. The pools are very nice and the beach is a real plus for this hotel. I can’t wait to go back!

The restaurant and bar were very expensive and overpriced, same for the valet. It will be nice to have an option with breakfast included. The rooms need a little bit more attention to the details and to the things that need to be fixed, since the stay is expensive the expectation is really high!

Staff friendliness, location, beach, pool...decor...beds were comfortable and place was quiet.

The room could have been cleaner....there was something yellow in the bottom of the shower and some of the towels didn't look clean.

Spent a day here using a day pass (ResortPass) completely satisfied with the price for the amenities. Got on the beach with a chair and umbrella (no extra cost) with no issues around 10 am. Caught an aircraft show over the beach from approx 11 am - 4 pm. I guess this is a big deal over Memorial Day weekend. Chilled out at the ground level pools AND the adults only pool on the 7th floor. Lobby is very nice. Outdoor restaurant food looked good even though I didn’t purchase any or drinks. However, the staff around me on the beach and at the pools seemed very attentive to the other customers that were ordering. Would definitely come back for a full stay or another day pass.
