Not being told I would need to pay a $600 deposit on top of the room already having been paid via a card. And them having those details not sufficient. Not having hot running water in the bathroom or kitchen. And only lukewarm water in the shower. Reception saying 24/7 but we found it u manned several times and the number left was unanswered. When staff were at the counter they were inattentive. We often walked past ignored. Even if we proffered greetings. This is marketed as a 4star hotel, but certainly doesn't live up to that rating.

The mattresses were not to our liking.

Finde keine Beanstandung zu diesem Preis.

Room was right next to a busy road and the room has no sound proofing. Street lights are right next to the windows and they use blinds, so lots of light gets through. Was unable to get any sleep.

Plenty of crockery etc we bought cereal, fruit etc for breakfast. free wifi good. 24hr reception, our flight arrived 5.30am , we caught the Super Shuttle $20 each if 2 of you ($35 if on your own) that dropped us at the door, 7am checked in. The suites are central to everything. Good value and would stay again.

Reviewed Feb 26, 2026Die Lage direkt in der Innenstadt und doch recht ruhig, war einfach toll. Ausstattung der Suite war super, es war alles da, was wir gebraucht haben. Auch an der Rezeption wurde uns sehr nett und kompetent geholfen. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles sehr sauber und aufgeräumt.
Der Zimmerservice war während unseres mehrtägigen Aufenthalts -4 Nächte- nur einmal da und hat unseres Wissens nach die meisten Handtücher gewechselt. Der Teppich war nach wie vor nicht gemacht. Aber es war okay.

Reviewed Feb 14, 2026ロケは最高。オークランドのスカイタワーまで徒歩2分くらい。カジノから深夜に徒歩で戻っても問題なし。周辺には飲食店も多数。フェリーターミナルまでも徒歩10分もかからない。 部屋に備え付けのキッチン用品も十分。洗濯機があるのもうれしかった。(乾燥機はない) 駐車場は隣のWillsonを利用すると1泊NZ$35。車を出す際に駐車券を宿のフロントへ持って行くとそこでの支払いになる。
駐車場の案内が事前にはなく、私はたまたま隣のWillsonに停めたのでよかったが、他に停めてしまうと割引が受けられない。事前案内をしてもらったらよかった。その時には駐車場2Fからの移動ルートも案内してもらうとさらに良いかと。

The second bed in the general room was not prepared for the use/sleep (no linens, or pillows, etc.). This is clearly a fault of the management since they knew in advance that two people are coming (and we did check in advance). When I discovered this issue late at night at 10 PM nobody of the stuff was around to properly supply the second roll-over bed with full sleeping necessities. This lapse was terrible, in my view, and I just cannot explain how things like that can happen at a seemingly quality hotel.

It was a mistake to pre-pay for inclusion of breakfast, for which we were charged the same amount as if we walked into the café next door which provided it but limited our choices and did not include juice/tea/coffee. The queen bed was two separate mattresses pushed together, with a crack/valley in the middle. The sofas were not at all comfortable.
