Absolutnie doskonała obsługa, czystość, serwis i restauracja. Pobyt to naprawdę duże doświadczenie, które warto przeżyć. Najlepszy hotel w jakim kiedykolwiek byłem. Ten hotel absolutnie nie ma żadnych słabych stron. Jest wybitny.

We had high expectations for Palazzo Gattini - and I'm pleased to say that it completely exceeded them. This is a special place with beautiful rooms, a terrace with great views over Matera and a lovely spa. But what really set the hotel apart for us was the staff who made us feel so welcome and cared for. We were greeted warmly by Carmen on reception who was helpful throughout our stay, and enjoyed a nightly sunset drink where we received impeccable service (and delicious Negronis!) from Alessia and Dino.

Can't understand why breakfast, lunch and dinner are not being served on the georgious terrace. We needed to crowd in a beautiful but very "closed" cave while weather and views from the terrace is amazing.

Muito bom gosto preservando o histórico em um espaço amplo e arejado. Na recepção fomos muito bem atendidos pela agente Asia.

Я не замечала, когда приходили убирать у меня в номере, но каждый раз по возвращении было идеально чисто, кровать заправлены, на ночь ставни закрыты, бутылочка воды и стакан при кровати, а мешочек с лавандой перед сном-это нечто потрясающее и ооочень милое! Спа отличное, включен бокал просеко и свежие фрукты-это очень приятно! При выселении в счет включают «чаевые» для персонала гостиницы, от которых можно отказаться, я оставила, так как такого уровня сервис -это высший уровень и каждый € себя достоин!

De tudo! Uma estadia mágica, num local mágico! A comemoração de um aniversário marcada pela beleza da cidade, pelo cuidados nos detalhes, pela atenção e amabilidade de todo o staff. Uma suite linda, com vista para a catedral e para a cidade Um.por-do-sol inesquecível que deu lugar a uma noite de comemoração também.inesquecível. Icónico. Memórias para a vida.

Grandes chambres mais salles de bain étroites, petites douches vieillottes et mal entretenues et climatisation pas très performante. Accès à la pièce d’eau du spa (très jolie photo sur le site) sur rendez-vous et payante ( 50€ pour demie heure et par personne)

Service and Welcome was exceptional. Was a spontaneous last minite decision to go to Matera and the hotel topped our stay. All staff super attentive right from the car park pick up, reception and bar service on the beautiful terrace with a view. Could recommend this place high enough, amazing toiletries in bathroom.

Le petit-déjeuner est d'excellente qualité, il est juste un peu surprenant de ne pas pouvoir se servir seul de l’eau minérale et donc d’attandre pour se faire servir

The whole place was beautiful! Very well done, with a lot of the original palazzo building there, plus some additional modern extras such as lifts! The food was excellent, the staff were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

1 night stay meant it was out of the question to see the Spa!!

The location is absolutely perfect and the decor is beautiful. Our rooms were gorgeous with high ceilings and stunning views of the Sassi. Highly recommend to experience a massage in their gorgeous spa. And a must visit on the rooftop for the sunset and an apertivo. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was a delicious feast.

Un séjour absolument parfait ! L’emplacement est idéal, permettant de profiter pleinement de la ville à pied. La chambre était magnifique, spacieuse, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et offrant un confort et vue exceptionnel. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe : le service est irréprochable, avec un personnel d’une grande gentillesse, toujours souriant, attentif et prêt à rendre le séjour encore plus agréable.

Lovely property in a central location

We had to move rooms due to lack of air con and a bit of miscommunication around spa treatments

The breakfast was really good, had a few things you can order from a menu or a beautiful spread laid out with cheeses, breads fruits. The room was upgraded to a beautiful suite with a terrace and a small pool, had the most beautiful view. The location of the hotel was perfect. Everything near by.

The history and architecture of this grand Hotel is mesmerising from the moment you walk in. There is an elegance and charm staying in a hotel like this, giving it the added warmth and delight that goes with staying in a beautiful place like Matera. I did not want to leave, having had such a fantastic stay in my suite, with its location, stunning views, and lovely staff that made it truly a marvellous experience. I also wish to give a special compliment to the staff member Asia (hope I am pronouncing the name correctly). Upon my arrival, she was extremely polite and professional, gave me a brief tour and story of the hotel, and provided a lovely hospitality that make these stays a memorable experience to treasure. Please ensure my compliments are passed to her.

The location and staff were fantastic, and also absolutely loved our room! The tub was the size of a large jacuzzi, and the were views amazing from every window and even better from the balcony. Truly a memorable experience, celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday and our 34th wedding anniversary. Thank you Palazzo Gattini!

Loved everything about our stay at this hotel. It was faultless. We were collected from the car park and brought to the hotel, our room was ready early and we were welcomed so warmly. The hotel is in a super location by the cathedral with amazing views. The staff at reception and breakfast are all so friendly and can’t do enough for you. Fabulous breakfast selection too. The room had everything we needed and more - it was a perfect stay - thank you!!

Adorei a localização, a decoração, o cheiro do hotel, a vista do quarto sobre o Duomo. Dão imensas e excelentes amenities, produtos excelentes. Maravilhoso, tudo excelente, um verdadeiro 5 estrelas. Os funcionários muito profissionais e um excelente serviço de shuttle. viajo muito para bons hoteis e este vai ficar na memória. Voltaria apesar da experiencia do pequeno almoço.

O pequeno almoço foi pessimo tendo em conta o nivel do hotel. Uma decepção. Pouca variedade do buffet e produtos de qualidade média, nada ao nivel esperado nesse hotel. Até agua e manteiga tinhamos que pedir e não estava disponível no designado buffet. Mas o pior foi ter 3 empregados de pe, virados para a nossa mesa a olhar para nós enquanto comíamos. Achamos péssimo, uma pena num hotel tão bom.

A wonderful boutique hotel in a beautifully renovated old building located in the centre of the old town of Matera. We had a gorgeous room with a view. Front desk Staff were friendly and eager to please. The wait staff at breakfast were especially helpful and friendly.
