La variété de la cuisine exotique. Petit déjeuné excellent (fruits, "Taho" (tradition filipine), etc). La variété d'activité dans l'hôtel. Nous avons droit aussi au "glace" à partir de 15:00 pour les jours près de la piscine.

La plaque n'est en sable fin mais nous avons la possibilité d'avoir des chaussures de plage gratuitement.

The place is very invest. A beautiful garden, swimming pools, sea beach restaurants, decorated beautiful.

アクティビティが豊富で、一日中楽しめました。ただし、天候や波の状況によっては体験できない場合もあります。 シュノーケリングでは、ゴーグルを1人200ペソでレンタル。ホテルのビーチはとても綺麗でプールもありましたが、子どもたちは海が気に入り、何度も潜って魚を追いかけながら夢中で遊んでいました。海辺のスタッフは本当に親切で素晴らしかったです！ヒトデを見せてくれたスタッフの方がいて息子は次の日もヒトデを見に海に泳ぎに行くほどでした。夜のレストランは高めですが豪華でゆったりとした時間になりました。

清掃の時間帯に親が不在だったため、子どもだけが部屋にいたこともあり、清掃が少し行き届いていないと感じた点だけが残念でした。それ以外は快適に過ごすことができました。

朝食のブッフェがどれもおいしかった。コーヒーの持ち帰りもできた。子供の誕生日にサプライズケーキ＆演奏のサービスを毎日みました。どの子もうれしそうでした。 プライベートビーチに沢山魚がいました。タオルも使えるし、プールもあるので一日のんびりと過ごせます。 12時チェックアウトなので、最終日にゆっくり過ごせました。 フィリピンペソの現金が少しだけ足りなくなってしまい、フロントに相談したらクレジットカード決済で現金を買えて助かりました。

お部屋のトイレのドアが透明ガラスだったため、浴室のドアをしめる必要があり、トイレに入ると別の人が洗面台を使えませんでした。 脱水の設備がないため、びしょ濡れの水着をベランダに干すしかなかった。簡易の脱水機があると便利なのにと思いました。

모든 직원분들이 친절하셨고, 객실 및 부대시설도 청결하였습니다! 조식도 맛있고 수영장이나 비치 프로그램도 즐거웠습니다ㅎㅎ 비치도 물고기가 많아서 너무 좋았어요~

다만 위치가 살짝 동떨어져있어서 고것만 감안하면 최고였습니당

部屋は綺麗。スタッフの対応も良い。朝食も種類が豊富で3回利用したが飽きない。

エアコンがうるさく、確認したら「異常状態」との事で部屋移動を余儀なくされた。移動後の部屋の近くの宿泊客が夜中にうるさく、何度も目が覚めた。これはホテルのせいでは無いが、そういう客層も利用するホテルであったということ。

조식은 3일동안 적당히 다르게 나왔지만 전반적으로 좀 짜고 음식가짓수는 많지만 특별히 손이 갈만한 음식은 없었어요 예약할때 일행이 베지테리안 이여서 메일로 연락을 드렸는데 적극 도와 주시겠다 했지만 막상 도착해서 체크아웃할때 까지 별다른 조치가 없었어요 메일로 부탁드린것이 좀 무색하게 되서 그점이 좀 아쉬웠어요

너무 아름다고 휴양지 정석의 여행을 하고 왔어요ㅎㅎ직원들도 너무 친절하시고 서비스도 너무너무 만족해요ㅎㅎ다음에도 또 갈 예정입니다!좋은 추억 만들게 해주셔서 너무 감사해요💓💓

Came here with my wife and 7-year-old son for a five-night break. Mainly couples in the resort with a few families in July. We stayed in an executive suite which overlooks the sea as well as the beach from our balcony and provides over 90 square metres of room, though even the standard rooms look generous. The room is really fantastic, although the TV remains old fashioned without smart TV options. There are many things that are unbeatable here, including the degree of service with very generous English-speaking staffing level. All of the hotel swimming pools have lifeguards on duty for 12 hours per day, in addition to a lifeguard on the beach. The water sports are all good value and some are free including snorkeling tours within cordoned off lifeguard supervised private areas. This is the best off beach snorkeling I have been to. The resort is perhaps 5 years old and kept immaculately clean. Air conditioning is excellent. There are other things that I have never encountered even in 5 Star resorts such as an exceptionally, warm, outdoor pool. I'm uncertain whether this is because the pool is heated or is just naturally kept warm by sunlight alone; the sea is similarly warm. The resort was not at all crowded given its size in early July with plenty of loungers available both around 2 main pools as well as along the beachfront. The beach has some small rocks but is still easily walkable barefoot. I really enjoyed twin kayaking and guided snorkeling which were excellent value / free and supervised by lifeguards. The cordoned off private sea area has very light waves, and on two of our 4 days the sea was almost as calm as a swimming pool. Things that could perhaps be improved... Unfortunately, there is a small amount of trash that floats through the sea, but certainly nothing that makes the holiday or water sports unenjoyable. In fact, our 7-year-old really enjoyed collecting trash from our twin kayak. And you'll see staff cleaning a small amount of trash from the beech every norning. The Peruvian Japanese restaurant is really very good. The breakfast buffet is perhaps not at the same standard as most five star international restaurants, but is certainly good enough to be enjoyable. Room service is a little limited with respect to food options but again acceptable for a five star resort. There is no evening turndown service. Despite these negatives, this is perhaps the best beach resort holiday I have had simply because of the value that allows almost unlimited activities. For example, a massage is half the cost seen in 5 star chains. This, coupled with the other unmatched features above, make this an amazing experience. Highly recommend.

Exceptional service from the staff from the moment we checked in. The front desk associate was warm, welcoming, and took the time to explain everything about the resort. We were pleasantly surprised with complimentary welcome drinks, pastries, and even an offer for a late checkout, which made us feel truly valued. As a thoughtful touch, they also gave my husband a Father’s Day gift, which made our stay even more special. The resort itself is exceptionally clean, with a beautiful ambiance that creates a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. Every area was spotless, and the staff consistently went above and beyond with their friendly and attentive service. We also dined at Dip, and the food was outstanding. Every dish was delicious, and the restaurant team provided excellent service, making our dining experience just as memorable as our stay.

One of the best solo trips I had! I travel all over the world three and a half months in a year and I always stay in 5 star luxury hotels around the world . By far, the resort is up to the level of most 5 stars hotels I stayed in the past ! Everyone was pleasant, respectful, hospitable, welcoming ! My four days was nothing but amazing! They are so good in recognizing my Ambassador Elite status! Thank you for suites upgrade ! I can’t wait to see you all again in October 2027!!

I absolutely loved the beautiful pool and the ocean. Also, breakfast there is a must! They offer a wide variety of options, including traditional Filipino cuisine and fresh fruits. I highly recommend waking up a bit early to grab a seat by the seaside On top of that, all the staff members were so kind, friendly, and welcoming. I completely fell in love with their hospitality! Special thanks to Myung-hee (apologies if I misspelled your name) and Jane. I was so happy to start my mornings with you guys. I will definitely be back!

I celebrated my birthday at the resort and had an exceptionally wonderful time. Every staff that I got to encounter would readily greet me and made me feel so welcomed. The room, we were upgraded to a Junior Suite, was perfect! Minimalist but it was an abode by the very sense of the word. My niece couldn’t stop asking me, “When are we gonna be back?” even if we were still immersed in the pool on the first day. That’s probably the highest indication of enjoyment, the feeling of nostalgia even before leaving the place. Thank you so much, Sheraton Mactan! 💕💕💕

Great place on the beach on Cebu Mactan island. Friendly staff always meets you with a smile. Special shout out to Lorellyn who greeted us at breakfast every morning. Room was very nice with a pool and ocean view. Food was always excellent with a wide variety of dishes. A great value for the price!

Stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and the experience was over the top from the valet, front desk manager John , supervisor Luz and front desk Kath, Wave, Angelica, Gab They were very friendly and overly accommodating. Attended to all of my queries and requests and very responsive and handles especially well. Perfect location and great atmosphere during our stay . Pool and beach attendants Gero(lifeguard) server Edmund gave us very good service . So many activities at the pool and beach . Family friendly resort hotel , close to the airport and food places around the area and beach activities to choose from . Will be back next year. Rooms we spacious and clean , good value for the money with amenities . We were celebrating my grandson’s birthday and they made it extra special! We had good memories! Highly recommended resort !

The good: Sheraton Cebu offers tons of amenities, a beautiful room and view, is located in a good spot on Mactan Island (note though debilitating traffic on a 2-lane road), an easy and clear meeting point for tour companies, room service was quick and accurate and tasty. Having a bubble bath and a bidet in our room were great bonuses! Con: we unknowingly booked during ASEAN 2026. The hotel was at full capacity and completely overrun. For a group of 3 girlfriends looking to unwind for a few quiet days at the beach and pool, this was basically not feasible. The beach was completely packed constantly as was the pool. Hotel staff was hard to find. We were told pool bar was out of all fruit and that they couldn’t do blended drinks. Breakfast sometimes meant we had to wait for a table (I’ve never experienced this at a hotel breakfast before). We had a harrowing checkin experience too where they told us that the room we had booked wasn’t available and they also couldn’t confirm our tour to Bohol for the next day which had been booked weeks prior. This was anxiety inducing and frustrating after a long day of travel. (note they did try to make up for this by giving us a 5000 peso dining credit, which was appreciated), and they were able to eventually confirm the tour. We also didn’t receive welcome drinks (2 members of the group Marriott Bonvoy members) until we asked. Understood the staff was busy, but at this price point you definitely expect a level of service that we didn’t feel we received- especially that first night. Overall, would not recommend and would consider staying at the Shangrila down the street if I were to ever return to Cebu.

The Sheraton Cebu exceeded all expectations. From the restaurants and bars to the overall comfort, cleanliness, beachfront setting, and attentive staff, everything was outstanding. A special mention as well to the in-house nurse service, which was exceptional and provided great reassurance during our stay. Overall, every aspect of the hotel experience was excellent and truly surpassed my expectations.

Even though it is a non smoking hotel, it would be nice to have the smoking designated area far from the bar BBQ area.

Asked for an ocean view but we were up against a wall to the side with only a restricted view of the ocean. Air-conditioning was very noisy, equivalent to a backpackers hostel or two star hotel and prevented a good night's sleep. No proper coffee shop.

Its my first time in Sharaton Mactan and I must say, all praise to this resort and probably making my top list!!! From airport pickup to checkin, everything was quick. The driver was easy to find with his placard of the hotel name, he carried our luggages and was very professional. Checkin was superb, I liked that they have a separate queue for Elite members and to top it all, they have upgraded me to a Junior Suite! Thank you Marriott! Our room for huge and had a beautiful view of the sea, the pool and the property. I posted this on IG and had lot of likes and DMs asking me where it is. Its just picture perfect, so calm and serene. The room has a sitting area, dining table, walk in closet, huge bath with a center tub and separate shower area. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, impeccably Marriott! There were also goodies provided everyday. By the way, I was supposed to just stay overnight but bcos I really enjoyed my first day, I decided to stay for another day and they gave me the same room! We dined in the 5 Cien for dinner and breakfast and food selection in the buffet was absolutely bliss. You would have to plan out what to eat daily cos there is just so much selection, you'll always leave wanting for more. I like the little sari sari store in front where you can take away some chips. The property was well maintained although quite a distance from the city. Room service was fast and food was delicious and good amount of serving. There were drinks in the fridge and some snacks that you can buy from the mini bar. The beach area is okay, probably the only downside, white sands but not as fine as boracay and when you go in the watee, it is recommended to wear water shoes as there are huge rocks underneath. There are small fishes in the sea while swimming and there are life vests and life guards available. There are 2 pools I believe, the one facing the bea h is where most guests are. There is a morning exercise by the pool (how cool is that!!) And lovely to see guests doing the exercise in the pool. There is also bars available in the property, there is one that gives you the beach feels- Buhi Cave Bar with great music. Overall, this is a perfect get away if you want that pure relaxation. My regret is I didnt get to use the spa and cant extend much longer cos I need to transfer hotels for work. All staff are committed to serve you, with the Cebuano warmth and personalized service. My best Sheraton ever

Went to the hotel on a day pass. We were staying in Cebu city but our intentions were to book here for a few days later on our vacation. On arrival we got no greeting from the very rude receptionist explained we were on a day pass and paid £50 and got our wristbands! No idea what that included no information on the hotel etc The pool was so busy and a very loud guy on his microphone doing activities in the pool area he finally stopped shouting after about an hour We managed to get 2 sun loungers on a shell beach area which was on a sloop. The cove was lovely and the sea was very clean Ordered a beer and pizza awful flat beer,but the pizza was very good. Glad we went for a day and not a week.

Amazing property, but internet did not work the majority of my stay. IT did try to help.resolve it, but was very atressful,as I work remote. The fitness center is modern. The breakfast is one of the best I have experienced in Asia. 1Love Bingo at the pool and Zumba. Staff at pool are great. A HUGE THANK YOU to Ross, the assistant manager. He could not so enough to make my stay better. Sent up a few bottles of wine on different nights, get me some Marriott points, upgraded me to a beautiful suite. Downside....room was not ready on arrival, which was disappointing given my loyalty status, internet is very problematic, excursions not as advertised, beach is misleading too many rocks, and should not charge extra to use kayaks and snorkel gear. Also, remote area need to take Grab into the city.

We had a really great stay at this hotel. It’s a proper five-star resort with a calm, relaxed atmosphere—more like a wellness retreat than a busy resort. Everything was very clean, both the room and the entire property. Housekeeping did a great job every day—it always felt fresh when we came back to the room. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. You can tell they care about the guests and think along. The room itself was in perfect condition, and everything worked as it should. Room service was also reliable and of good quality. The food was very good, and the different restaurants are definitely worth trying. The beach, pools, and overall area are all well maintained and clean, and the sunbeds are comfortable and high quality. One of the highlights for us was the sea itself. There are a lot of beautiful fish in the water, which made swimming there even more special and really added to the overall experience. We also really appreciated that we could check in earlier after a long flight without any issues. Overall, the price-performance ratio is absolutely fair for what you get. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would come back again.

The location is a bit less central compared to some other hotels, but that’s not really a fault of the hotel itself—just something to keep in mind depending on your plans.

It has a convenient location, closer to airport and for sightseeing. The hotel room is spacious and very clean. Nice facility with a beautiful beachfront. Staff are friendly and very accommodating especially the lady named Lovely which fit to her personality. Me and my friends enjoyed our stay. We surely recommend and would love to come back in the future.

Great position, only 20 mins from the airport. The rooms were decent sized and very modern and new. Service was first-class and the breakfast buffet is top notch.

Beautiful property, everything was included and was really clean and well looked after, didn’t feel on top of other guests lots of space. Several choices for food and drink, no real need to leave the resort, activities were available and great snorkelling

Personally it’s really far away from doing things like swimming with the whale sharks which I didn’t quite realise when booking as would have had to leave around 1am but you can book local trips so depends on your itinerary

The beach isn't the best; the sand is too coarse and painful to walk on. Also, the Spanish restaurant, while apparently Michelin rated, wasn't very good. The set course meal was too much flare, not enough flavor. They placed three aged fish heads on a bed of raw rice with the fist course. It stunk and distracted too much from the dish. It seemed that way for each course.

After staying at Shangri-La, which we already knew was among the best in the area, we decided to give Sheraton Mactan a try. The level of service at Sheraton was just as great. A special mention goes to Nitchel at reception, who was incredibly helpful and truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We also requested a late check-out due to our evening flight, and they kindly accommodated us— our kids got to enjoy the beach for the entire afternoon!

Breakfast buffet included was excelant. Overhead rainshower was great. Breakfast staff very good.

Dinner buffet at Php 3,300 pp was extortionate, I hated everything "is on the QR code"!, all drinks very expensive. Tea/coffee in the room was not replenished everyday and fridge was empty from arrival to departure. No instructions for telephone or TV. Room rates were very expensive for services and attention offered/provided. Taxi costs to Airport very excessive for a 10 min ride.

It’s relaxing and I thought the pool area was like the Whitsundays which is pretty good for Cebu. Love the bath and that whole area - shower etc
