Bare noen minutter å gå inn til sentrum

Rå lukt på rommet (hotellet) . Vannkran på badet som lakk. Flere lamper som ikke virket (manglet kanskje pærer?) Kun frokost boks som alternativ til frokost. Å kalle ett rom suite med 2 små Lenestoler på ett eget rom er langt fra det jeg definerer som suite.

El sitio es pequeñito y acogedor, está muy bien calidad precio. Janet, la chica que nos atendió, fue encantadora y muy amable.

El parking si llevas un coche grande como fue nuestro caso no entra, el aparcamiento en algunos casos es pequeño y escaso. Lo bueno es que en la calle de abajo hay mucho sitio

Lovely, modernised, ultra clean room and bathroom. Located just a 5 minute walk from Oban town centre.

No big deal because we knew in advance but there were no restaurant facilities, and only a takeaway breakfast.

We did not have breakfast, as it was only only a cold continental style, but there are plenty of places for breakfast nearby. The views over the port and water were impressive and parking was on site and free. Staff were very friendly and very helpful and provided whatever we needed as far as possible.

Not really any issues, the place met or slightly exceeded what we expected for the type of place and price.

Location was ideal for onward travel to the Western Isles. Whilst it was indicated that some form of breakfast would be provided at an additional cost - none were available. The room was adequate for our overnight stay

The bathroom layout - the small wash hand basin was sited over the toilet cistern which made for a challenging location to shave and other normal functions associated with a WHB. Parking - the car parking arrangements need further thought with urgent work required for the surfaces and safety barriers erected to the rear of car parking spaces

Location was a good walk to the town centre which we enjoyed. Bonus having a free car park Would have liked the option of breakfast and not just a box. However that did not spoil our stay. Ladies looking after the Hotel were friendly, chatty and very pleasant.

Shower pressure was not good - but apart from that we cannot complain. Thank you!

Bathroom was extrem

Huge room. Quick walk to town.

On arrival a short time early before check in, rung the bell as sign advised. Was apologetic about being early but staff who came made a point to say the office was closed - even though there was a sign to say ring the bell.

Parcheggio, non facile da fare entrando in una strada privata. Anche la manovra di uscita difficile. Camera piccola ma soprattutto bagno con lavandino direttamente nel water.

Très bien situé, proche du centre ville. Belle vue sur la mer. Accueil agréable.

Petite salle de bain, propreté correcte mais quelques défauts (traces toilettes, poussière par endroit).

Not a hotel, more of a guest house, no food available apart from a ‘breakfast box’ which didn’t sound at all appealing. We didn’t use the bar lounge as it wasn’t welcoming. Reception basic, drop box for keys on leaving.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war super. Der Check-In gestaltete sich sehr einfach. Das Zimmer selbst war sauber und gepflegt.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und liess keinen Platz für unsere Koffer. Auch das Badezimmer war winzig. Das Waschbecken befand sich auf dem Spüldecker des WC's. Aufgrund der Grösse konnte man sich im Badezimmer kaum bewegen.

La ubicación no esta mal, no estas lejos del centro y la cama es cómoda.

El baño es un armario, el lavabo es la cisterna del wc. Las cortinas no cierran bien la entrada de luz y teniendo en cuenta que en verano a las 22h aun es de día eso vendría mejor que cerrase bien.

Rooms were warm, comfortable and very well presented. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel does not serve breakfast, however there are many establishments close by that serve your needs.

Parking is somewhat restricted, particularly if you have a bigger car.

Le parking un peu exigu d'accès avec un retournement impossible.

We were warmly welcomed, in a well equipped bedroom & a salon with a nice view on the port down the hill. It's near Oban city center and the port, where one can find numerous restaurants & companies for boat tours where one can admire Oban city from the water. At the port, several restaurants offer delicious fresh sea foods.

I had a large, clean room with comfortable bed. Lovely view of the harbour from the bedroom window.

Difficult to find any staff as they weren’t there most of the time. Room cleaned only every other day. Walk to station and ferry port about 15 minutes, some of it with no pavement. Would be fine if you went there by car.

Nice location away from the town centre but still very close and easily accessible. Great view from our room and the bed was comfy. Great to have streaming services available on the TV too

Not really an issue with the hotel itself, but when approaching the hotel from Deanery Brae the pavement stops suddenly and you have to walk on the road. Obviously beyond the control of the hotel but just something to be aware of.

Spacious suite, bar with large screen, good for world cup. A short walk from Corran Halls. Receptionist very friendly and helpful.

Window in bedroom screwed shut, only window in adjoining room opened. A fan was provided but in the heat wave it was too hot. No breakfast except breakfast box, heavy on the wheat products, no gluten free option.

The hotel was very clean and the room looked like it had been freshly decorated and had a new carpet and curtains. Lovely big walk in shower.

No food was served at this hotel, however there was a well stocked bar. The outside appearance needs some serious money spending on it. Painted, weeding etc, which is a shame because what's inside is really nice.

Big rooms, comfortable beds. Tea making facilities which was handy as the hotel does not provide breakfast. The room was facing the main road and we were a bit apprehensive, but it was not an issue after all, we had a nice quiet night. Although the hotel is not in the centre, it is an easy enough walk.

Der Parkplatz ist sehr eng und es ist nicht ersichtlich, auf welcher Seite man parken muss. Bei unserer Ankunft wurde auf beiden Seiten geparkt, was dann das rausfahren ein wenig erschwert hat.

Sehr nettes Hotel in guter Lage. Die Dame an der Rezeption war wahnsinng lieb. Mein Mann hatte seinem Rucksack im Bus liegen gelassen. Die freundliche Dame an der Rezeption hat uns tatsächlich den Rucksack pünktlich zur Weiterreise am nöchsten Tag beschafft. Dafür hat sie telefoniert, EMails geschrieben und hat persönlich den Rucksack an einer vereinbarten Haltestelle für uns abgeholt, währenddessen wir unser geplantes Programm durchziehen konnten. Das mehr als verdiente Trinkgeld musste man ihr förmlich aufdrängen - Unglaubliches schönes menschliches Erlebnis

The single beds are small and there is no lift to. Upper floor rooms.

Amanda was immediately welcoming as soon as we entered the premises, she was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable on the immediate area as well as other locations on the west coast, which was very helpful for us , we cannot thank her enough .

The car park wasn't the best although it was appreciated that there was actually a car park at all .

Excellent location of the hotel, just minutes’ walk from the town centre (bars and restaurants). Wonderful room overlooking the bay.

Proper breakfast on offer not available Not value for money

We had stayed at this hotel several years ago under different ownership, which sadly at the time was in need of some TLC. The new owners of the Hotel have given the TLC it needed and more cozy, comfortable and pleasant. Unbeknown to the staff it was our wedding anniversary and having left a card in our room from our family, when we came back to the room later in the day the staff had left us two bottle of Prosecco and a card with their best wishes. This comes from staff who care about their guests, it is important to them and as a guest what more could you want, Thank You Amanda and Jacqui and those behind the scenes, God willing we'll see you again in 2028 "Thank You"

To say what could have been better on this occasion we would say our stay was right for us and to know how hard it is for the hotel industry in this current climate I think they deserve our support and thanks.

Car park very difficult to park in with sheer drop other side. No breakfast, other than cold tray at additional cost, which was not appetising. My room had very uneven floorboards. The shower had to be stepped up into, so not ideal for those with limited mobility.

Easy check in, big room with two large double beds, very comfortable mattress. Donna was very friendly and helpful.

It was difficult to find the hotel and the small parking lot. It was kinda scary trying to get into the parking lot… small, awkward entrance.

The hotel is conveniently located to walk into Oban town centre, about 10 minutes stroll downhill. The beds were very comfortable, and the room and bathroom were modern, and spacious. The staff were very friendly, with special thanks for letting me watch the Scotland world cup game in the early hours in the TV lounge,. The car park was very convenient on site, and free, and I didn't find it too cramped at all, as long as you can reverse park !

The hotel is close to a main road, but the noise wasn't overbearing. There is no cooked breakfast option, but this was known, and we planned around it, eating at local cafes.

A very clean and well-appointed B&B. Five minutes walk to downtown.

It would have been nice to get a coffee in the morning, but the bar was locked up.

The staff member we met was really nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is close to the town but be warned, if you have fitness or lung issues it is quite a hill to climb on the return journey. The view from the sitting room was lovely out over the bay.

The bedrooms and the beds were rather small. Breakfast was of the 'packed' variety if you wished to avail of it.
