Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Die Lage war ok, kostenloser Parkplatz war sehr gut. Sehr freundliches Personal und es gibt kostenlose Fahrräder zum Leihen. Die Ausstattung der Küche war ausreichend. Die Klimatisierung war gut.
Die Wohnung Nr. 16 war sehr dunkel, kaum Tageslicht. Die Terrasse mit zum Teil mit Kunstrasen ausgelegt und ein anderer Teil nackter Boden. Durch die Bepflanzung war es auch draußen dunkel und nicht schön. Leider war auch ein ständiges Geräusch der Lüftung des gegenüberliegenden Penny Marktes zu hören. Die Betten empfanden wir eher als unbequem und die "Couch" im Wohnzimmer als komplett untauglich. es gab einfach nichts, wo man mal bequem sitzen und lesen konnte. Nur zum Schlafen ok, aber wer auch mal ein paar Stunden in der Wohnung verbringt, hat keine gute Zeit. Das Bad war auch sehr unmodern und alt. Am Pool ist es sehr eng und es ist gerade genug Platz für die Liege am Rand, kann dann aber kaum noch vorbei gehen. Dadurch kann man die Schirme auch nicht so nutzen, dass man immer mal Schatten hat.

The rooms were well equipped and everything was very clean including the refreshing swimming pool. We used the courtesy bikes on a few occasions and surprised ourselves that we could still do it. Altogether a great stay

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Zelo dobra lokacija glede dostopa ali izlete. Bazen, veliko parkirišče, trgovina za vogalom, polnilnica za električna vozila, brezplačna uporaba koles.. Zelo lepo urejen kraj v bližnji in širši okolici. Sobe z klimo, urejene in čiste z dovolj zasebnosti.
Nekoliko oddaljeno od plaže, voda na tem delu plaže manj čista .

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Vřelý a vždy ochotný majitel. Klimatizace v obou místnostech. Kávovar, mikrovlnka, myčka, sporák, lednička, mrazák - paráda. Bazén parádní, vždy najdete lehátko. Kola na zdarma půjčení je velkým bonusem. Skvělé místo - blízko obchody i jezero.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet und hat alles, was man benötigt. Hervorzuheben ist, dass alles sehr sauber ist. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, der See und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aber gut erreichbar. Vor allem die kostenlosen Fahrräder sind super. Flavio ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Leiligheten var lys og fin. Alt var rent. To utganger til hagen. AC i både stue og soverom. Veldig nært til både butikker og transport. Ekstra oluss med stor og god gratis parkering.
Pga ryggproblemer var det vanskelig å komme seg ut i bassenget da det kun var en stige til å gå ut i med. Bassenger er mindre enn det ser ut på bildene.

Die Ausstattung ist zwar einfach, aber alles war ausgesprochen sauber und gepflegt – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an den Betreiber Flavio. Er ist außergewöhnlich nett, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Von der ersten Minute an hat er uns das Gefühl gegeben, herzlich willkommen zu sein. Allein sein herzlicher Umgang mit den Gästen ist für uns ein Grund, wiederzukommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit – wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026V apartmánu jsme se cítili jako doma, nic nám nechybělo. Skvěle vybavená kuchyň, klimatizace v každé místnosti. Musím pochválit i čistotu a hodně úložného prostoru. Každý den jsme využívali bazén, bylo to perfektní. Měli jsme zahrádku, což bylo skvělé. V kuchyni byla i myčka a při příjezdu nám pan hostitel Flavio nechal na lince milou pozornost. Vše bylo bez chyby. Ubytování je v hezké části Sirmione a super výchozí bod na výlety. Penny je doslova pár kroků od apartmánu. Dále jsme chodili nakupovat i do Migrosu, který je také kousíček. Možnost si zdarma půjčit kola nebo si něco ugrilovat.

W pełni akceptują 🐶. Ogromne, wygodne łóżko, duży apartament, w którym jest wszystko! Pyszna kawa, słodki poczęstunek. :)

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment im Erdgeschoss mit kleinem Garten. Ideal für unsere Hunde. Sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, bequeme Betten, ausreichende Kochutensilien, hervorragende Lage. Zum See fünf Minuten, in die Altstadt etwas mehr als eine halbe Stunde, ein Penny-Supermarkt direkt nebenan, großer Parkplatz mit Berechtigungsschein direkt vor dem Hotel (Berechtigungsschein erhält man beim Einchecken. Man kann ruhig vorher schon auf dem Parkplatz parken). Der Chef und das ganze Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, eine total entspannte Atmosphäre. Unter der Berücksichtigung, dass es sich bei der Residence Nuove Terme um ein Drei-Sterne-Apartment Hotel handelt, eine absolute Empfehlung von uns. Wir und unsere Hunde haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Chef spricht italienisch und Englisch, seine Frau auch deutsch.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026Tämä on miellyttävä ja rauhallinen paikka, mutta tarpeeksi lähellä Sirmionen vanhaa kaupunkia. Kävelimme jokusen kerran vanhaan kaupunkiin, mutta mukava bonus oli, että paikalta sai ilmaiseksi lainaksi polkupyöriä. Pysäköintialueella oli hyvin tilaa ja hotellilta on myös helppo lähteä ajamaan autolla eri suuntiin. Huolimatta siitä, ettei hotelli ole uusi, olivat paikat todella siistit. Meillä oli käytössä puutarhaterassilla oleva huone, missä oli miellyttävä syödä mm. aamupalaa tai muuten viettää aikaa. Itse emme kovin paljon kokkailleet, mutta huoneen varustelu oli hyvä ruoan laittoon, jos haluaa itse valmistaa ruokia. Uima-allas oli siisti, tarpeeksi suuri ja rauhallinen. Saimme välillä viettää altaalla aikaa pelkästään oman perheen kesken. Mutta koko paikassa aivan parasta on hotellin henkilökunta ja Flavio. Flavio on aidosti aina valmiina auttamaan ja nauttii selkeästi siitä mitä tekee. Voi kun kaikki tekisivät työtään samalla aidolla sydämellisellä ja ystävällisellä tavalla kuin hän tekee. Kiitos vielä kerran!

Supermärkte und Restaurants zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gab im Zimmer zur Begrüßung Wasser, Kaffee und Tee und Milch und Kekse. Das war sehr toll!

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Tolle Lage, gut zu erreichen. Großer Parkplatz und man kann das Auto stehen lassen, da es in der Unterkunft viele Fahrräder gibt zu ausleihen. Wirklich toll. Ausstattung super, alles da was man braucht und auf Nachfrage bekommt man ein Filterkaffeemaschine mit passenden Filtern 😃 der Pool ist gut ausgestattet mit Luftmatratzen und anderem. Das Personal (Flavio) ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit, sowas noch nie erlebt! Vielen Dank!

Juste pour information, nous avons personnellement vraiment apprécié la localisation, mais il faut prendre la voiture pour aller au centre de Sirmione (vers le château).

Reviewed May 7, 2026Toll waren die kostenlose Fahrräder, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. See ist in ca. 10 Minuten Fußmarsch zu erreichen. Penny direkt um die Ecke und Migros ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. Dort kann man auch lecker und günstig frühstücken.

Reviewed May 7, 2026Le patron, Flavio, est à l'écoute de nos demandes et très amical. C'est une maison très sérieuse mais en même temps y règne une ambiance presque familiale. Il y a profusion de vélos à disposition ce qui est très pratique pour rejoindre le superbe vieux centre de Sirmione en 15 minutes. On était bien :)

Everything you need and want to see is in close proximity - you can walk or take the bus very easily for restaurants, town center and shops. This specific area is not too busy since it is not located in the center of Sirmione, which makes it a perfect place to calmly chill when you're not exploring the lake.

Reviewed May 7, 2026Il residence si trova in una posizione tranquilla e comoda. Gli appartamenti sono ben attrezzati e dotati di tutto il necessario, compresi biancheria e asciugamani. Vorrei soffermarmi soprattutto sullo staff: sono stati davvero gentilissimi e disponibili in ogni momento. Ci hanno permesso di lasciare l’auto anche dopo il check-out e, avendo l’appartamento libero, non ci hanno messo alcuna pressione sull’orario di uscita. Inoltre, le biciclette del residence sono gratuite. In circa 15 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il lungolago.

Reviewed May 4, 2026Ho affittato 2 appartamenti per 7 persone, siamo rimasti molto, molto soddisfatti, a Sirmione non e da poco avere il parcheggio gratis, soprattutto a disposizione le bici 24 su 24.Zona molto tranquilla, gli servizi super.
