Está muy cerca de la estación de trenes y de restaurantes. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y completas con camas cómodas, productos para higiene personal, secador, televisión, teléfono para comunicarte con recepción...etc El personal fue muy amable y servicial

Las habitaciones tenían una temperatura fija de 19 grados que no podías ajustar y hacía frío dentro pero se solucionó cuando pedí que lo apagaran. Estaría bien tener un margen de temperatura en la habitación (de 18 a 24 grados)

While the location was good for commuting to my event at Hatch End the paths leading up to the hotel were very dark and a bit dodgy feeling for a woman on her own.

La primera noche, nos cambiaron de habitación, porque el lavamanos estaba tapado, nos ofrecieron otra habitación, en la otra habitación la televisión no funcionaba por lo que nos cambiaron nuevamente de habitación

Breakfast was good, location to transport great. The bathroom was updated and clean.

The sleeping area needed decorating and the carpets were dirty. The beds were firm.

It was quite warm. No obvious aircon in the room. Limited opening for the window. Can imagine it would be very uncomfortable in a heatwave!

Breakfast had a good selection, the room was clean and bright. Great location to the bus service to the Harry Potter studio tour.

We had an adjoining room and the other families who used it made it hard to sleep. Thankfully they were quiet from 10pm. But if you are a light sleeper it would be a hard room to stay in.

The whole experience was brilliant. Superb location for what we required. Spotlessly clean, excellent breakfast and all staff were brilliant and friendly. Will definitely use again.

It was really noisy and the window when shut made a squealing noise when the wind blew this woke me up along with the other noisy visitors, I did report this to the hotel and they did say they would speak to them but this continued for another 2 hrs

3rd time staying here. Good selection for breakfast, great location as right next to watford junction train station. Rooms are equipped with what you would mostly need, beds super comfy.

The detergent they use for the sheets left a very strong and uncomfortable chemical smell and irritated my skin. I have told the staff about this during check out and the feedback I got was that the sheets were cleaned by 3rd party vendor followed by hygiene standard, which didn’t answer my question about the uncomfortable smell.

Per le nostre esigenze la posizione era ideale cobsiderato che dovevamo raggiungere gli Studios di Harry Potter pertanto attaccato alla stazione dove dove c'era la navetta diretta per gli Studios. Hotel essenziale...letti comodi e stanza molto pulita.

Colazione Un po' scarsa e con pochissima scelta dolce. Prezzo un po alto rispetto alla tipologia di hotel e alla posizione periferica rispetto a Londra. Per far capire meglio quasi in centro a Londra con hotel 4 stelle abbiamo speso meno con camera più grande e più lussuosa.

Good for the one night we needed,could of had conditioner in the bathroom,£15 parking was a bit extreme for less than 24 hours,we parked in Sutton carpark afterwards and paid £20 for days/nights. Good breakfast and near a good bar and watford junction train station.

Wir hatten das Hotel zur Besichtigung der Harry Potter Studios gebucht. Die Lage ist perfekt, das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir konnten ohne Weiteres unsere Koffer den Tag über deponieren.

Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig; der Kaffee gar nicht gut (leider)!

The restaurant and food was the worst hotel experience we have ever had . A wait for over an hour for cold jacket potatoes. A side salad with cold cabbage which the staff insisted was lettuce! It was absolutely awful!

Bardzo fajny hotel i godny polecenia. Niestety dużo traci na bardzo słabym śniadaniu z najtańszych produktów. I do tego bez warzyw, ale to chyba angielski klasyk. Gdyby nie jogurt naturalny + dodatki byłoby ciężko znaleźć coś wartościowego i smacznego.

Er is geen AC op de kamer!!! Er is een kastje waarmee je de gan kunt regelen en waarmee je ogenschijnlijk de tempratuur kunt regelen. Alleen dat laatste klopt niet!! De tempratuur wordt centraal geregeld itt wat op de website staat. Onze kamer was helaas bloedheet en daarnaast was de elektra op onze kamer niet op orde waardoor deze meerdere keren (‘s-nachts) uitviel waardoor het nog warmer op de kamer werd. Het heeft 2 nachten geduurd voordat we een andere kamer kregen. Tot op heden ook geen compensatie gekregen.

The air conditioning in both rooms was not working, making the rooms extremely hot and difficult to sleep in. We asked about changing rooms but unfortunately never received an update. The shower room cleanliness could also be improved, as some areas had black staining/mould.

The hotel is in a great location, very convenient for Watford Junction. A special thank you to Sophia, who assisted us at check-in. She was incredibly kind, helpful and patient, and went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with a duplicate booking. I really appreciated her help and excellent customer service.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in both of our rooms was not working, and the rooms became extremely hot, making it very difficult for us to sleep. We called reception and a member of staff came to check the issue and kindly brought us fans after confirming that the air conditioning was not working. We asked whether it would be possible to change rooms, and she said she would check availability, but unfortunately we never received any further update. We ended up spending the whole night in the very hot rooms and did not sleep well. The cleanliness of the shower room could also be improved, as we noticed some areas had black staining/mould. Without these two issues, I would have happily given the hotel a full 10/10.

The location was absolutely fantastic for getting into London and for getting to Wembley to a concert. 2 minutes from Watford Junction train station! The staff couldn’t be more helpful!

The back of the hotel where the car park is looks a bit rough, however, there is a lot of cctv and lighting.

Advertised as having air conditioning but had NONE in the hotel room. Mind you this is during a heat wave and we double check this offering before we checked in since we had a party which included a small baby. We were offered fans which didn’t help since the heat wave meant we couldn’t open the windows during sunlight hours. Called front desk and was offered another room but again without air conditioning. If this was not enough when I explained the rooms didn’t have aircon they said that they all do have aircon as though we are insane and cannot notice that there is genuinely no cool breeze or any breeze a matter of fact that we’re coming from the AC vents. The sink was also backed up and needed to fix. I eventually settled for a third fan in the room since it was too late to rebook another hotel. I would not recommend this hotel.

Location was perfect for Harry Potter Studios. Located near Watford junction so London was easily accessible by train. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly.

Air-con very noisy. Carpet in room could be replaced. Breakfast finished at 9:30am prompt! Everything was taken away, not ideal when you have tired small children who have been up later exploring the city.
