It had everything we needed it was great for a few days in Watford not having to go out and get food all the times so handy to be able to cook. I will be back again.

The only thing that's didn't work was the dishwasher. It would have been good as we were busy to put it on in the evenings but it's was okay.

Can't fault it - bed was very comfortable and big, room was a good size, very clean, included extras like tea, coffee & milk. Excellent value for money and close to the station.

cleaning done once in 8 nights i stayed, pillows need to be changed, gym is tiniest i have ever seen and never cleaned for sure! wifi is horrible, staff is rude and unhelpful! tumble dryer doesnt work, parking is too expensive, they close the door after working hours so need to use Holiday inn doors and the staff there is rude as well. Kitchen is not stocked properly and the basics they do provide need to be changed! everything is worn down and its too noisy to have a decent sleep. the window in my flat was also broken and it was too hot! the fan was not cleaned so they sprayed dust all over when started! just way too many issues for the price paid for this property!

Close to train station

Aircon didn’t work Noisy out on the street with I am guessing a loose manhole or grate. Cars ran over it every time and because no aircon we had to leave window open.

The breakfast was the only thing we didn't like. Poor quality and choice, too expensive.

It’s lovely and cosy and great location

The smells of curry isn’t welcoming or whatever people are cooking as soon as you enter the floor level - needs a fresher to make more comfortable and professional to stay Also this time I woke to the smell of cigarette smoke. I wish the carpet felt clean and black marks on wall were erased - it’s easily done!

Very difficult stay in the hot weather, even with the little fans provided. Cooking utensils could be a little bit better considering the decent kitchen facilities.

The beds are huge and a full stocked kitchen with dishwasher.

The staffs I.e the house keeping crew and front desk staffs were great!

The dryers inside the laundry room were Not working. It took 10 hours to complete my laundry!

Excellent location and very clean

The apartment was incredibly hot throughout our visit. We kept the door of the apartment open to try to benefit from a breeze created by open windows across the corridor but couldn't do this when sleeping! The two fans provided were insufficient to manage comfortably in the apartment during warm weather (23 to 26 degrees).

Very good location for getting to London, woman who checked me in was lovely and a credit to the business. Apologies I never got her name.

No air con, room was like a sauna all night, the fans did nothing for us that we were given, the water never went cold at all, shower wasn’t the best and just felt it was not worth the value for money, if it was a bit cheaper I’d not be negative but it was almost £150 for one night and it wasn’t luxury living at all.

Well designed, modern, great layout. Clean and a large comfortable bed.

Unfortunately, due to the extreme heat the fans that were available were not sufficient. We were able to hire an air conditioner unit for our stay.

Good location, walking distance to both Watford Junction and the city centre. A decent space and bathroom with shower is great.

Easy to find, great location, modern and clean. The two ladies on reception were both friendly and helpful. We actually arrived at the hotel early, and they tried to find us a room available which was great customer service.

Although triplet deluxe room had 3 spaces for sleeping with a name like that might of expected 3 double beds or more than we got which was a double and single bed in the same room.

There is no air conditioning in the rooms and unfortunately our visit was during a heat wave. Fans are provided, and honestly if we didn't have a baby we probably would have been okay, but in this case, it was just too hot. Air conditioning units are available at £10 per night - a bit disappointing that we had to pay, but it was worth it.

Really spacious and very comfortable bed. It was surprisingly quiet and in a great location to get into Wembley!

Breakfast was not much variety on the complentry. Room was very pleasant location was great.

We had to be out by 11am and not 12pm as i thought. Just one vomplaint on a dirty sheet but staff were very happy to change staight away.

No aircon and the room said it was 33degrees. They said you can pay £10 for a portable one but they didn’t have many. We did but it didn’t really do a lot.

How it’s only staffed till 6pm so had to use the alternative access through the hotel. No aircon in the rooms so had to pay £10 for an aircon unit. Fans were provided but useless to be honest.

Beautiful, modern, big spacious room with everything that you could need. Lovely toiletries and big comfortable bed. A great night's sleep. Staff were brilliant and very accommodating.

Rooms on the higher floors were very hot, even though small plug in air conditioning units were supplied.

Die Lage direkt an der Watford Junction ist praktisch zum Besuch der Harry Potter Tour und auch die Züge in die City fahren direkt dort ab.

Die Wohnung war in ziemlich abgewohntem Zustand und auch nicht sehr gut geputzt. Aber das größte Problem war, dass die Räume extrem überhitzt waren. Die Glasfassade mit dünnen Fensterscheiben heizt sich extrem auf und es gibt keine Möglichkeit gut zu lüften. Man kann nur wenige Fenster ein klein wenig öffnen. Es war unerträglich. Im Schlafzimmer kann man sogar gar nichts öffnen. 28 Grad zum Schlafen und stickig. Keine Erholung. Dabei war es draußen nachts kühl. Es gibt auch keine technische Lüftung bzw. erst Recht keine Klimaanlage. Die bereitgestellten Ventilatoren helfen nur wenig, wenn keine Luft in die Räume kommt.

Unbearably hot and no air conditioning

Tout était parfait. La chambre était spacieuse pour 3, les lits tres confortables. Nous avions aussi des ventilateurs. Le ménage avait ete tres bien fait. Le personnel était vraiment tres gentil malgré mon anglais tres approximatif. Pour notre prochain séjour nous reviendrons ici dès que possible. L'hôtel est a 2 min a pied de la gare donc tres pratique(surtout lorsque vous allez aux studios HP pour la navette)

Das es super nah an Watford Juction liegt, also super Verbindung. Auch der Highstreet war nur eine 10min Spaziergang entfernt. Das Bett war super bequem und das Layout vom Zimmer super gemütlich.

Das es KEINEN Klimaanlage hat. Wir waren auf der 7. Etage und es war sooooo heiß. ABER, gegen eine Gebühr von £10 pro Tag konnte man eine mobile Klimaanlage bekommen. Das war es soooooo wert. Wor waren nur zwei Nächte hier, also war das okay.

It was very hot and they had not prepared for this. No air con and the fan they provided was inadequate to say the least the tower fan wasn’t event working properly once switched on so I left and went and booked somewhere elsewhere, ask the receptionist to help and he said no

Amazing rooms with everything you need and still plenty of space. Shops, restaurants or other facilities in walking distance. Staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful.

Nothing major but the only downside was it was a extremely hot day/night which did make the sleep a bit uncomfortable as the rooms do get very hot but the staff did offer fans and air conditioning units for a up charge

The room was over 30degrees throughout our stay, we were in a heatwave and we were provided with fans but the room was far too hot and this made it uncomfortable.

The location is only a couple of minutes walk from Watford junction station. The apartment was spacious and well kept and even had a bath.

Room was very warm with no inbuilt air conditioning. It was a 30 degree weekend. The rear of the building caught the sun pretty much all day and with it being glass, it made it very hot. You can rent an air conditioner (limited availability) for £10 a day, but this only brought the room down to about 28 degrees. Parking is onsite but not included. That's £12 a day.

We liked the size of the apartment and that it had a kitchen

It was so hot due to the weather which can't be helped but it didn't have air conditioning. There were human hair entangled in the kitchen dish brush. The whole apartment could have done with a deep clean. There were hair on my pillow cases also. The bedroom carpets were stained.

The heat …. The apartment was extremely hot when I arrived and continued for my 10 night stay. I was going to move to an air conditioned hotel but the lovely staff at Livid provided me with a portable air conditioner which didn’t cool the apartment but did cool me.

Great location, helpful and friendly checkin team. Room was on the top floor, spacious, nice and well maintained, clean and tidy too.

We stayed during the heatwave in June, although two large desktop/floor standing fans had been provided. There is no air conditioning, or built in ventilation in the rooms, so they were unbearably hot even overnight. Would definitely stay again, but not in 30+ degree weather!

No air-con and the room was like an oven in the current heat. There were fans in the room but they simply blew hot air around the room. Consequently the windows had to be open but then that led to exterior noise and a loose drain cover being clunked by every passing car. If I spend £150 a night id expect functional temperature controls in my room.

We stayed for a concert in Wembley. It is close to the train station so very easy to get to and from Wembley. The rooms are very spacious. Will definitely be visiting again.

Staff lovely.

I was disappointed with the lack of air-conditioning. I do realize that it states " no air con " in advertising. But the heat was 38 degrees and even before it got to that level the room was so uncomfortable we had to get out. So much so we stayed out as much as possible. I would never stay there again for that sole reason. The corridors were like an oven. Bath is not good to get in and out for seniors.

Location was perfect for Watford Central Station. Bed was very comfortable. Apartment size was bigger than I expected. The provision of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion was a bonus.

It was extremely hot which is unusual for England (nobodies fault of course!) so air con would have been a nice facility to have without needing to pay extra for it adding.

Air conditioning did not work. We booked 3 rooms and non of them had working air con. It was far too hot. Staff never even told us the air con was broken. Would not recommend this place now. Very disappointed.

Spacious apartment style hotel room with onsite parking (pay extra). Comfortable for one night stay. The receptionist was very polite and helpful. Great location for getting the bus to Warner Bros Harry Potter Studio Tour. The bus stop is just a few minutes walk.

They can't control the weather but with no air conditioner the room was very hot. There were fans and we could leave the windows open.

Short walk from Watford junction station. Accommodating and friendly staff. Very clean with everything you need. We were able to hire an air conditioning unit for £10 which was a life saver in the heat. Would 100%stay here again

The heating we couldn’t turn it off. Weather for our stay was 30 and was hot to start off. Asked at reception but said the heating wasn’t on it was the sun on the window ledge, but was still very hot at 1am. So something was definitely wrong.

I loved the fact it was spacious with large rooms. I especially liked the fact there was a sofa bed so my children didn’t need to share a bed.

It was 35 degrees in the flat. No air conditioning, it was unbearably hot with no escape from it.
