How the £135 per night cost is justified for a room is beyond me

The location is really good, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the reception area is really nice and the bar drinks are reasonably priced.

Our room was quite dated but the whole property is very clean including the room.

We stayed to go to a concert at Wembley perfect location and easy to get to. Free onsite parking was a massive bonus. Staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating

The car park was difficult to find, and park due to small area. The car park had multiple people hanging round it constantly, it felt unsafe. The corridor to our room smelt strongly of cannabis. We informed the staff on the desk of this. She said she cannot do anything about it as she does not have the right to knock on peoples doors. She informed us that the fire alarms may have been tampered with, which meant that we did not feel safe to sleep, therefore had hardly any sleep. The walls were super thin and other residents had their tele on very loudly until around 1am. We requested room change, but the staff said they had no other rooms available, however, there were multiple rooms available online to book still. Our clothes now are stained with a smell of cannabis which we cannot get out due to the smell from the corridor coming into our room. There was a toenail on the floor of the hotel room as soon as we walked in, evidence that the room had not been cleaned properly. The bathroom smelt damp and like sewage. The shower flooded very quickly. We had only been provided 1 towel between 2 of us.

room 7 - VERY basic, room window opened onto car park and people sitting in cars look directly into my room, car wash operating 10m from bedroom, bathroom window can see into room from car park. Shower screen is none existent so the shower just floods the bathroom and made it a hazard. TV didnt work - kept saying no signal on all channels. I also cant believe you have the neck to charge £189 for one night room only, and the rooms you provide are SO basic.

The room was large and clean, although dated. The communal areas were very comfortable and the staff were always friendly and helpful.

I stayed during a heatwave and the rooms were not air-conditioned. The breakfast was substantial and tasty but pretty low quality, next time I would go to a local chain pub for breakfast instead. Noise levels were quite high as the windows had to be open.

Breakfast was awful. No edible fruit. Dried out, rubbery bacon and sausage. All items not replenished often enough. No marmalade

Couldn't open curtains as overlooked a carwash. No air-conditioning and needed to keep windows open. Did not feel private when showering or totally safe with windows open at night. Room was dark with curtains closed.

In king room, they are 2 small beds united, not a big one. And the mattress really soft. Not that good for night sleep

Staff were very friendly, the hotel had a lift & room was tidy.

The lift had a strong smell of smoke. Most likely due to other guests staying there. The shower was too powerful and ended up flying off the hook it was hooked onto making the whole room dripping wet. The housekeeper who came to service the room also left it off the hook as I don't believe she could fix this too. The shower was most likely too powerful.

It was convenient for me as I was only staying for work.

The only thing really was the fact that I could hear everything and it made my dog feel uneasy and she couldn’t settle.

This hotel is incredible!! Comfortable beds, cosy rooms, lovely staff, drinks are a little pricey but not overly expensive compared to other places. Several lighting & storage options provided in bed space. Also fans for hot weather. Skylight window is a peaceful touch. Communal lounge has a calm, gentle atmosphere, there’s a designated sheltered smoking area outside, lifts for accessibility and the bathrooms are immaculate. I chose elsewhere for breakfast but I’m sure the food would’ve tasted great as everything else was exceptional and priced at a reasonable budget. There is a £50 deposit that I’m waiting to be cleared but shouldn’t be too much longer. Overall very pleased with my stay here. 100% recommend.

Honestly, this place is the calmest, quietest, most cosy little get away for travelling alone or in couples. Nothing bad to say, all good!!

The room was clean but very old but the night was cheap. The noise from the Enterprise rental company in the morning was an annoying. Breakfast didn’t happen as they were having a conference in the room so we grabbed a coffee and sat in reception.

Noise from other guests late at night or very early in the morning, the breakfast was about 3/10 soggy hash browns over cooked been sat there for ages sausages bacon and beans no choice of egg just rubbery scrambled egg. And the £50 hold on my account took ages to send back they should hold your details not your actual money.

I was put in a room which seems as if was for little people.. everything was so low … I was put in a room where the car wash guys was so loud everything was loud. When I got back from my friends wedding I went to go to sleep and the bed was so uncomfortable. 5mins later I packed my packs and checked out. And went back to London. That’s how uncomfortable my room and stay was.

The bed was not comfortable at all. The toilet was not flashing well you would need to keep pressing 2/3 times before it could flash

General Area was good to sit and have a quiet drink after being out.

Bathroom are bit tired and need updated, shower was powerful but the shower hand wouldn't stay in situation.

I think the rooms need adjustment especially during summer it was too hot even with fan on, a mini fridge too keep drinks or water cold, toilet was not clean, bed was not comfortable too soft

The staff were friendly, and check-in and check-out was straightforward.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the pillows were wafer-thin, the room was dated and not particularly clean. The temperature was extreme with no way to cool the room. Only one towel was in the room, despite the booking being for two people. The noise of people slamming their doors all night kept me awake.

The hotel needs to improve greatly cleaning the overall bedroom particularly the sheets, bathroom and sofa. We didn’t feel comfortable to use the facilities because of that.

It was the worst stay I have ever had in a hotel. The hotel has 3 stars on paper, but it looks like no stars in reality. It’s filthy, smells horrible and the furniture it’s outdated - to say the least. They gave me a room at the 2nd floor, close to the kitchen’s fan extractor. At 5 AM when the oven was turned on the horrible noise woke me up. By 7 AM the whole room was stinking of breakfast, and opening the windows could only make the smell worse. I did ask for a refund by they refused me. Obviously, it would have been the right thing to do given the fact that I could not rest and that I had to cancel my stay with them for a second night, but for them money matters more than anything else. Do not go there, especially as a solo female traveller. It’s not clean, it’s not relaxing, and it does not feel safe.

The parking is difficult and it was noisy until midnight. No air conditioning so windows had to be open so the sound of traffic and pedestrians was loud.

For a Best Western, it’s pretty good. The room was comfortable and had good natural lighting even on the ground floor. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The shower head was really terrible and sprayed water all over the floor, could not be adjusted properly.

Absolutely shocking nights stay. The mattress was not fit for purpose - it was so far gone that there was a physical dip in the mattress and we could feel the springs. We both had to squash up on one side of the bed that was borderline useable. The room was boiling with no air con and just a small noisy fan. If we opened the window we let in the sound of traffic and police sirens. We had to listen to people having sex in the neighbouring room. In the morning we invited a staff member at reception to test the bed for himself and he immediately agreed that it was a write off and needed to be replaced. I asked for a refund (£254 is a JOKE) and he said there was nothing he could do because he wasn’t the GM and that I’d have to call the GM in the week I would NEVER recommend this hotel and I’m still waiting to hear from the GM

Not a great neighbourhood. Undesirable people hanging around the carpark outside outside our window. Hotel carpark was very tight to get into. Cooked breakfast was terrible and not worth the money. We could not eat it and had to have toast instead. Shower had no curtain and the screen was too small so water went all over the bathroom when you showered.

The rooms weren't sound proof and the noises from the corridors and other room doors could easily be heard. The parking was also hard to find when first arriving to the hotel.

Noise , someone decided to start a sports car in carpark at 2:30am outside my room continued to rev engine nearly 30mins and even when left carpark rev in road! I have early shift to start work 5am!
