Nagyon kedves, segítőkész személyzet. Super elhelyezkedés, kényelmesen 5 perc séta a Termini vasútállomás, metró, busz megállók. Gyalogosan is elérhető látnivalók, üzletek, kávézók, éttermek a közelben. Az ablakok jól szigeteltek, a szoba csendes, tiszta, az ágy kényelmes.

Localização espetacular, atendimento da equipe espetacular, todos nos atenderam muito bem, da recepção aos assistentes, comida muito boa, café da manhã muito bom.

Teve dois dias que o quarto estava com cheiro de cigarro, precisa fiscalizar melhor os hóspedes que não respeita a regra de não fumar.

Não gostei que um dia o quarto estava com cheiro de cigarro. Precisa fiscalizar melhor os hospedes.

남편이랑 신혼여행으로 방문했는데 시트에서 정말 지독한 발냄새?? 같은게 나서 가운데를 비우고 각자 끝에서 잠을 청했습니다. 청소서비스가 있어서 시트를 교체하고 나면 다음날은 잠자기 편하겠지하고 하루 꾹 참고 잤는데도 여전하더라구요… 정말 숨못쉴정도의 악취얐어요ㅠㅠ 보이에는 청결하지만 냄새가 너무 역해서 예민하신 분들은 피하시는게 좋을 것 같습니다..!! 또한 화장실 샤워할때 물이 바깥으로 다 세서 바닥이 축축해져서 불편했습니다ㅠㅠ 위치좋고 직원분들은 친절했지만 정말 그게 전부였던 숙소였습니다. 원래 리뷰를 잘 작성하지 않는데 충격적이었던 경험이라 도움되시라고 공유드립니다!

Good-value hotel, conveniently located right across from Roma Termini. The room is comfortable and functional, although nothing fancy. Overall, it offers very good value for money.

The air conditioning is set to automatic mode, so it keeps turning on and off throughout the night, which can be a bit annoying.

駅から近い良いロケーションだが、大通りに面していて、夜中まで騒々しかった｡駅近でも､別の日に宿泊した大通りから一本入った通りのホテルは静かだった。

1. 직원분들 굉장히 친절함. 마주칠때마다 인사해주고 안부 물어주고, 바에 커피 사러갔다가 스몰토킹 하는데 굉장히 친숙하게 대해줌. 2. 조식이 소박하지만 하나하나 다 맛있고 여러날 묵는다면 한번쯤 먹어보는거 추천. 커피와 주스가 좋았음. 3. 방이 굉장히 깔끔하고, 아늑함. 4. 욕조와 샤워시설이 너무 좋았음. 5. 테르미니 역에서 코앞이라 찾기도 너무 쉽고, 관광지로 가기에도 굉장히 좋은 위치.

방에 병따개가 없어서 외부에서 사온 맥주를 따러 1층까지(나는 7층에 묵었음) 내려가서 부탁해야 했던거 말고는 큰 불편함 없었고.. 방음은 좀 약한거 같았음.

The location was great for us. The room was very comfortable, with large shower stalls, and pleasantly scented cosmetics. Nice bed. A blackout. Conditioner. Very friendly staff. There was vegetable milk and I got a nice cappuccino with soy milk for breakfast

Perfect central location, with a clean and nicely sized room. The metro and train station are both within easy walking distance, making it very convenient for getting around.

このホテルを利用するのは３度目であるが、ここを選ぶのはやはりテルミニ駅前という立地条件のよさが大きい。

中庭に面した部屋は静かでいいが、水回りの音が響くのはやむを得ないか。早朝からシャワーを使う人がいて、うるさかった。

Due to the zone, main door is closed at 11:30 pm and the staff took much time to give us access. Even when the location is good since it is closed to the train station and metro, it looks like a dangerous zone

좁은 방을 예약하긴했지만 정말 좁았어요. 그리고 방에 하수구냄새가 너무 심해서 방을 바꿔주셨어요 바꿔주신 방에서는 화장실에서만 냄새가.좀 나서 그나마 쓸수있었어요

The staff was extremely friendly during the check-in and everything during our day was so comfortable. The people come and clean daily and we have new towel every time the bed is very comfortable. I think everything we needed in the hotel is satisfy. it was also a one year anniversary and I asked to make something a little bit special and they did so I’m very thankful for that extra effort.24 hour concierge is appreciated. The buffet also very good. Good night option, but expect Intercontinental style, but the staff is very friendly.

I wish there is wireless tap to our room key in the front door so we can get in the hotel without ringing the bell when we come out late night.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gleich hinter dem Bahnhof Rom Termini, also für die Anbindung mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr einfach perfekt. Abends hatten wir auch keine Angst auf der Straße. Schöne große Zimmer, bequeme Betten. Sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist okay und ausreichend. Den Kaffee (Americano) kann man nicht trinken. Zum Glück hat mit die Dame an der Bar jeden Morgen einen doppelten Espresso gemacht. Vielen Dank dafür. Das Auto konnten wir in der hoteleigenen Garage parken.

Nothing, it was a true disappointment!

They ruined pants, took speaking to more then 4 employees to get them to accept responsibility but even after reaching agreed amount, i never received compensation for the loss. The safe was an issue. The air-conditioning is controlled centrally, which they turn off even when you are there. It was a nightmare that i will never forget!

Gym kind of small

Getting to and from the airport was a breeze. The SIT bus was out the hotel door and across the street. This was our return stay, two weeks after our first visit. We checked in around midday, used their clean, large restroom to freshen up, then stored our luggage until check in time. We were upgraded and we looked forward to seeing our room after we toured Rome a second time.... still so much to see! We loved that we could walk everywhere or use the different transportation methods right outside. We got a slightly larger room than our previous visit. It had all the comforts with a few differences. The room was spotless, with all the great amenities, reliable internet and - new for us - a painted mural on the TV wall, and... wow! - a deep soaking tub. I was tempted to take a long soak... but after many hours of walking around Rome we opted for quick showers. It had a hand held shower at the side of the tub.

As it turns out, we would have preferred an enclosed shower stall like the one we booked. We were able to have a shower in the tub, but it was awkward trying not to wet the floor because the glass door only came half way along the tub. There was little room to get in or out of the desk armchair even for little folks like us. A chair without arms would have made this easier. Alternatively, the bed could be moved farther from the desk. In future, if given an upgrade, we would ask about the differences in the room.

Распрложен рядом с Ж\Д вокзалом Термина. Под рукой вся транспортная доступность если не на машине, а если на машине то на вокзале есть прокат ведущих компаний. Очень заботливые официанты и кормят очень веусно.

Теснейший номер. Но фото он был как то просторнее. Это достаточно для одного командированного по работе в Рим. А для семьи нет! Сантехника изношена, вроде новая душевая но рядом протекающая на пол раковина умывальника.

Having a 24/7 front desk helped as we checked in after 22:00. The location is across from the Roma Termini station. We had the option of arriving by train or bus with no navigation needed. We used the breakfast buffet option which exceeded our expectations. They replenished foods frequently. Everything was fresh, some homemade, variety for various dietary needs, and best of all - delicious. Our room had the option of AC and an open window. We slept comfortably. We enjoyed having slippers and robes, great linens, a large bathroom with a rain shower head & all amenities, a kettle, instant coffee, complimentary bottled water and reliable internet. Great chef, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly staff.

We were not offered a hard copy of the city map when we checked in. We forgot to ask. The following day we noticed a map on the bar counter, we asked for it, they gave it to us.

Ótimo quarto, bom café da manhã e muito perto da estação central Rimini Termine Roma. Diria que 3 minutos caminhando da estação até ao hotel se você sair pela porta certa- ótimo chão para malas de rodinhas

Wir hatten eine Juniorsuite mit Balkon im 7. Stock. Ein voll ausgestattetes Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC, Bidet, Waschbecken und Badewanne. Herrliche Betten! Im Tagesraum ein Schreibtisch mit professionellem Bürodrehstuhl und ein begehbarer Kleiderschrank. Konversation in Englisch und Deutsch problemlos möglich. Die Bar ist klein, aber hat sehr aufmerksames Personal.

Umfangreiches, aber abwechlungsarmes Frühstück. Die Küche ist Convenience-lastig. Das Kalbsschnitzel ist nicht empfehlenswert.

Our experience at Best Western Hotel Blu Roma was amazing! We booked 9 rooms in total for our group of 18 guests, and the level of service we received from start to finish was truly exceptional. Staff: The staff were very, very helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Rooms: The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious. Early Check-In: Although we arrived early, the staff graciously accommodated us by checking us into 7 out of our 9 rooms right away at no additional cost, as they were already available. Upgrades: They even upgraded two of our rooms free of cost because availability allowed. Complimentary Touches: We received free bottled water (multiple) in the room—something we have never experienced anywhere else in Europe as a complimentary amenity! Extra Help: The team was also wonderful in helping us book an early morning taxi at 3:00 AM for our airport transfer. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and had a lovely time. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome!

Были разочарованы завтраками. Обычно у данной сети они гораздо качественнее и разнообразнее. Номер у нас был на троих и он был очень маленьким, как будто мы не в Италии, а в Японии. Планировка санузла - что-то с чем-то) Принимать душ, ходить в туалет и мыть руки - крайне не удобно. Окно номера выходило на внутренний двор в форме колодца. Ну и сам район, в котором находится отель, за последние годы стал настолько грязным, что данный отель не стали бы рассматривать вновь в будущем
