Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Locația este foarte plăcută, într-o zonă liniștită și verde, dar totuși la o distanță rezonabilă de mers pe jos de Piazzetta. Atmosfera este relaxanta iar personalul de la recepție a fost deosebit de amabil, prompt în oferirea informațiilor și foarte implicat în a găsi soluții ori de câte ori am avut nevoie.
Nu am nimic de menționat.

Camere non sufficientemente insonorizzate e la colazione, poco varia e migliorabile visto il livello della struttura. La posizione è molto comoda alla piazzetta ma la strada è impervia per cui, salvo il ricorso al servizio di facchinaggio, con i bagagli è comunque faticosa da raggiungere

Posizione ottima a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla piazzetta , tuttavia per raggiungere l’hotel bisogna fare una salita piuttosto lunga e ripida.

The bathrooms are tiny; the shower dribbles water; the toilet needed to be pumped (pressing the flush button about ten times like a pump to get it to flush); the mini bar fridge cupboard was about to snap in half… with the tv on top about to fall to the ground. Really does need a bit of a reno.

Quartos confortáveis, estávamos em lua de mel e pedimos 2 taças de vinho do bar, nos deram como cortesia. O hotel fica bem localizado, tem uma subida em uma rampa pavimentada.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Hotel Villa Sarah is run by a lovely family. The hotel is a great house surrounded by lovely gardens in a very quiet location. I felt at home immediately. The breakfast was generous -- coffee made to order, cold cuts, cheeses, fresh breads, fruits, juices, and a lovely selection of pastries/cakes. There is a beautiful pool surrounded by deck chairs and side tables. The rooms have balconies fitted with comfy chairs and a table. The room was immaculate and the bed linens were crisp and ample. I have been searching for a hotel like this for a long time. I wanted a peaceful vacation in a beautiful location and got it. I look forward to returning next year. Thank you very much!

The pool was lovely and beautifully maintained, as well as the gardens & area around the pool (the only downside, the pool was not open for a swim before breakfast). The room was comfortable, the bathroom a little dated. We really appreciated being able to get away from the hustle and bustle of the main piazza

La chambre très vieille… la salle de bain est à refaire d’urgence: la douche, le pommeau et le flexible sont sales et fonctionne mal! il y a du moisi dans la douche. Cuvette des toilettes jaunie… La personne pour le ménage a dû simplement refaire notre lit car à notre retour de visite il y avait des cheveux par terre et dans la douche… et des papiers par terre que nous avions trouver à notre arrivée… Odeur de renfermé dans la chambre et l’électricité a sauté une fois nous l’avons remise nous même avec le petit boîtier dans la chambre.. Nous sommes déçu d’avoir payé ce prix là…

Reviewed Aug 26, 2025Et fantastisk ophold på et lille, familieejet og hyggeligt hotel med masser af charme. Hvis man får et værelse ud mod vandet, er udsigten helt fantastisk. Hotellet har en fin pool og en rigtig god morgenmad i forhold til en klassisk italiensk morgenmad, og deres kaffe er helt sublim. Placeringen er rigtig god i Capri, men man skal være opmærksom på at området er kuperet og kræver gode ben, hvis man selv vil gå rundt i stedet for at blive kørt. Alt i alt et rigtig godt sted som er af ældre dato, men til gengæld har masser af charme og er virkelig smukt. Kan varmt anbefales!

It is close to some restaurants and a super market. Questions before arrival, transfers and logistics are all dealt with promptly and politely. The rooms are clean comfortable and well equipped. The pool is a wonderful addition after walks and boating! The breakfast and snacks are of a good standard too. The staff are friendly and helpful. Great hotel.

They were cordial and attentive at all times, and they provided an outstanding sense of customer service, with an edge that made you feel at home as part of their family. The room had a gorgeous sea view with breathtaking sights of greenery. I was fortunate to find this Villa for my first visit to Capri, and I highly suggest everyone read to go and live the experience with them. I will not hesitate to stay over on my next visit. Ciao!

E' dotato di una piscina di discrete dimensioni, molto elegante, pulitissima e dotata di idromassaggio. Il giardino molto bello e la zona in cui è situato l'Hotel è un pò decentrata e silenziosa ma vicina al centro di Capri sebbene per arrivarci si debba percorrere una lieve salita. La colazione ottima e varia, è servita nel giardino a bordo piscina.
Quando sono arrivato alla reception mi hanno detto che non accettavano animali, io avevo con me un cane di piccola taglia del quale avevo anche segnalato la presenza. Ho fatto presente che su Booking la struttura ammette animali su richiesta. Comunque hanno accettato la sua presenza. Il bagno non aveva finestra.

Der Weg zum Hotel führt über einen längeren Anstieg. Beim Frühstück ist die Auswahl eher begrenzt. Der Pool ist nicht sehr gross.

It was rated as a 3 star, however, having stayed at many 5 and now 6 star resorts, I can comfortably state that this resort is far more than any 3 star resort. Let me start off by saying the staff were phenomenal; from start to finish- booking my trip until the day we left Capri- the staff made my family and I feel just like part of their family. They even helped with getting our luggage from the ferry to the villa. Safety is a concern for me when we travel- WE FELT SAFE. The rooms were impeccably clean and the air conditioning and television worked perfectly. The food they served was delicious. Such a beautiful boutique hotel with a great pool. Thank you Hotel Villa Sarah... you made my children's first trip to Capri amazing. We will see you again!

La posizione non è centralissima , sebbene con una passeggiata di 10 minuti si arrivi in piazzetta , ma il relax e la natura lussureggiante che circonda la struttura con la sua deliziosa piscina non hanno prezzo.... Scelgo Capri da tantissimi anni per qualche giorno di relax e questo albergo è di sicuro tra i migliori in cui io abbia soggiornato . Il prossimo anno torneremo con grande piacere !!!

Reviewed Aug 4, 2025We had an upgrade to a room with seaview! Thank you for this! We enjoyed every second, great recommendations frim receptions regarding restaurants, great pool, nice staff... everything perfect! We come back for sure!

Reviewed Jul 27, 2025青の洞窟にチャレンジする為２泊しました。 カプリの中心部から歩いて7〜8分ですがホテルに向かう時は登りなので少し大変でした。 ホテルの周りは静かでゆったりした時間を過ごせました。朝食も充実しており、特に自分でしぼる、生搾りオレンジジュースが美味しかったです。
