Que la terraza cerraba muy temprano, no podías pasar a quedarte un rato ahi. La piscina cerraba 19 horas, demasiado temprano también. El personal no era empático para poder comunicarse con los clientes.

La struttura si trova sulla strada statale, in un vicolo dove ci sono delle scale per scendere. L’auto si può parcheggiare lungo la strada oppure nel vicino parcheggio a pagamento. La camera è spaziosa, dotata di aria condizionata e bagno. L’ambiente è fresco e piacevole, e la struttura dispone di una bellissima terrazza dove vengono servite la cena e la colazione. La piscina, inoltre, si trova in una zona ombreggiata, ideale per rilassarsi. L’hotel è privo di ascensore e tutte le camere si trovano al piano inferiore, quindi è bene tenerne conto. La colazione è a buffet, mentre la cena prevede un menù fisso; le bevande sono escluse. Un complimento speciale va a tutto il personale, davvero gentilissimo, disponibile e sempre attento agli ospiti. Complimenti!

Excelente alojamiento. Impecable. De estilo italiano perfectamente mantenido, con muy linda ornamentación y hermosas plantas naturales.Con una pequeña piscina en un entorno de tupida vegetación. El desayuno muy completo, con frutas, fiambres, bollería, tostadas, etc.. La cena de 3 pasos y postre, muy rica. Ambos servidos en una terraza con vista panorámica al mar y costa ,(frente a Positano). El cuarto, amplio, cómodo, con nevera y aire, , sumamente limpio, cuenta con un romántico balcón y realmente una bella vista. Volveríamos siempre.

Non è una critica ma una dritta per altre persone che hanno problemi a fare le scale sia per arrivare alla struttura che per la spiaggia, ma per chi non ha problemi ne vale sicuramente la pena.

Sara, la ragazza dell' accoglienza è stata gentilissima e cordiale nei nostri confronti. Lo staff è cordiale e disponibile. La struttura è pulitissima per non parlare del panorama...unico! Abbiamo aperto le finestre della nostra camera sul paradiso. Ci torneremo presto perché abbiamo già nostalgia . Abbiamo trascorso il nostro anniversario lì e non lo dimenticheremo mai più!!!

Hotel con vista spettacolare ci siamo trovati benissimo, la cena è a menu fisso, ma comunque è stata molto buona, colazione buona con prodotti dolci e salati. Piscina piccolina ma molto carina. Ci sono due soluzioni mare vicino al hotel, una a 200 metri e l'altra a 500 circa, discesa e salita non per tutti, un po' faticosa ma comunque ripagata dal mare che è uno smeraldo. È andato tutto bene, da segnalare solamente un po' di difficoltà col parcheggio, ma comunque a luglio e ad agosto è un problema un po' in tutta la costiera amalfitana.

Un vrai paradis sur terre! Un hotel propre, magnifique avec une vue imprenable sur Capri et la baie Amalfitaine. Les repas étaient délicieux et préparés sur place avec des produits frais. Les petits déjeuners étaient copieux. L'ambiance etait familiale et chaleureuse. La chambre etait spacieuse , très propre, les matelas neufs et tres confortables et la terrasse immense. Toute l'équipe de l'hôtel et les propriétaires étaient adorables, souriants, gentils, attentionnés et de bons conseils. Ils vont nous manquer :( C'était notre deuxième séjour mais nous reviendrons, c'est certain !

Pessoal muito atencioso e educado. Chegamos já fora do horário do jantar, e mesmo assim fizeram questão de nos servir um prato de massa com salada.

O acesso ao hotel foi um pouco dificil por conta das malas grandes e muita escadaria. depois descocrimos que o motorista do taxi nos deixou num ponto não muito favorável. Em relação ao hotel, nada a reclamar.

The views were outstanding, the location is close to the main towns. It has a lovely quiet pool that not many hotels offer. The rooms are nice and cool. The receptionist spoke great English so it was very helpful.

Location and view is perfect. The rocky beach is really close (350 steps one way). We managed to participate a Capri boat tour from the rocky beach (recommended). Path of the Gods trail is very close. Travelmar ferries start from Marina the Praiano (Amalfy, Positano). Half board was hearty.

Communitacion with the Villa was a little difficult before arrival (but was appropriate on the spot). As a family-run hotel, the dinner was served a little bit slowly (but the view compensated this). Due to a telecom break-down in the region, there was no WIFI connection (not failure of the Villa!), and mobile connection is weak due to the hills.

The room was simple but with a character. The hotel is a family run hotel with a perfect view. We opted for a breakfast and dinner, which were ok for the price we paid. The beds were comfortable and there is a beautiful balcony for each room. I loved all the ceramics at the hotel, very original and made from local factories.There a shops and restaurants in walking distance with a beautiful view of Positano. Paiano is a very small village and there is a beach that is requires walking up and down many steps, but we could not see as we stayed just for a night. There is a beautiful beach Furore a short bus ride from the hotel.

The restaurant could do it some nice music to match the view, breathtaking sunset!! It is just next to a bus stop but we had to wait over an hour for the bus to Positano, so if you are planning to visit during peak season you should have in mind that the public transport is not reliable at all. The staff could be a bit more friendly and welcoming.

El hotel es muy lindo y tiene una vista privilegiada, pero hay que tener en cuenta que el acceso es bastante difícil, especialmente con equipaje: hay muchísimas escaleras. Tampoco está cerca de las playas; la más cercana es una plataforma de cemento y para llegar hay que subir y bajar más de 300 escalones.

Lo que más nos decepcionó fue la atención. Llegamos después del viaje, muertos de calor, y no nos ofrecieron ni un vaso de agua; tampoco había una botella de agua en la habitación o en la heladera. Más tarde vimos llegar a huéspedes italianos a quienes sí recibieron con una botella de agua y recibieron un trato muy distinto. No hubo wifi en toda nuestra estadía por un problema general. Solo al segundo día hubo en el hall y con suerte de que funcionara.

This hotel is down a set of roadside steps. The landlady told us it’s about eighty steps, but hauling two large suitcases up and down these stairs in the summer heat of southern Italy really requires careful consideration. The host is an elderly woman who comes across as rather unfriendly; she gave short, impatient replies whenever we asked questions. In contrast, the two waiters serving dinner were professional and warmly welcoming.

The only way I can describe this hotel is that it feels like you’re staying in someone’s house who doesn’t really want you there. It has a very odd atmosphere. Unfortunately, the staff were not the warmest or most welcoming. That said, there are plenty of positives. The location is very good, with lots of lovely restaurants and bars nearby. There’s also a beautiful bay within walking distance where you can swim. Just be prepared for the many steps down to the bay, you’ll have to climb them back up afterwards! We rented a scooter from a nearby rental shop, which made getting around incredibly easy. The hotel is only around 20 minutes from both Amalfi Town and Positano, making it a great base for exploring the area. It’s worth noting that there are a lot of steps down to the hotel itself, so keep this in mind if you’re travelling with heavy luggage. We had a sea view room, and the view was absolutely stunning. The only other downside was that the Wi-Fi wasn’t particularly reliable.

Hotel bellissimo con una vista impagabile sulla costiera. Cena e colazione molto buone, piscina ad uso esclusivo dei clienti e ottima posizione per raggiungere le spiaggette del posto. Anche gli 80 gradini per accedere alla struttura si fanno con piacere perché è una struttura che merita tantissimo!

Unico neo è l' assenza di parcheggio ma in strada si trova posto abbastanza agevolmente.

A vista realmente faz jus ao nome: é maravilhosa e, sem dúvida, um dos grandes diferenciais da hospedagem. A cama é confortável e há uma pequena praia praticamente privativa a uma curta distância, embora seja necessário enfrentar muitas escadas para chegar até ela. Gostei bastante de Praiano. É uma região mais tranquila e menos badalada que outros destinos da Costa Amalfitana, mas ainda oferece boas opções de restaurantes, mercados e comércio. O café da manhã também é muito bom, com bastante variedade e qualidade. Além disso, as mesas ficam em uma área com uma vista espetacular, tornando o café da manhã ainda mais agradável.

O acesso ao hotel é, sem dúvida, o maior problema. Para chegar ou sair é necessário enfrentar dezenas de degraus e, dependendo da localização do quarto, ainda pode ser preciso subir e descer várias outras escadas dentro da propriedade. Para quem está com malas, mesmo pequenas, isso se torna bastante cansativo. A internet é péssima e, durante nossa estadia, praticamente não funcionou. Como a região é montanhosa, o sinal de celular também é muito ruim, o que significa que você pode acabar praticamente sem conexão. O hotel possui piscina, mas ela é pequena, não tem uma vista especial e, principalmente, possui um horário de funcionamento pouco conveniente: fecha às 19h. Durante o verão, quando ainda há bastante sol e o dia se estende até muito mais tarde, fechar a piscina nesse horário é cedo demais e limita bastante seu aproveitamento. Seria justamente no final da tarde, depois de retornar dos passeios, que gostaríamos de utilizá-la. O horário de check-out, às 10h30, também é excessivamente cedo. Isso prejudica o aproveitamento do último dia, já que, depois de tomar o café da manhã e organizar as malas, praticamente já é hora de deixar o quarto. O quarto e o banheiro são pequenos. Mesmo para um casal viajando com malas pequenas, o espaço acaba ficando bastante apertado e pouco funcional. Por fim, o atendimento foi um pouco estranho e inconsistente. Em alguns momentos, os funcionários eram simpáticos e prestativos; em outros, demonstravam certa impaciência. Também recebemos algumas informações confusas, o que tornou a comunicação mais difícil do que deveria.

Fantastisk beliggenhed i en lille charmerende by med et lækkert Gelateria, hvor de laver lækker is og kaffe lige på den anden side af gaden. God pizza 50m. ned ad gaden. Fantastisk udsigt fra værelset. Fin lille balkon med havudsigt. Smukke omgivelser. Fantastisk tur til stranden fra hotellet gennem små snoede gader og skovstier. Vær forberedt på virkelig mange trapper. Stranden er både et område med parasoller og liggestole og en smuk lille strandbar, eller en mere rå klippestrand som også er top charmerende, hvor de lokale nyder livet.

Vejene fra Napoli lufthavn hertil er virkelig hektiske og med mange hårnålesving. Trafikken er vild. Voldsomt at lande sent om aftenen og køre på de små bjergveje i mørke. Hotellet er det hele værd.

Staying at Villa Bellavista Hotel in Praiano was a fantastic experience, featuring authentic Italian food, wonderfully helpful staff, excellent housekeeping, and a stunning view of the Mediterranean from both the hotel room and the restaurant. It is an overlooked pearl that I highly recommend.

The view from the room was absolutely beautiful. Rooms nice and spacious with everything you need and the dinner plus breakfast was a real taste of pure Italian food.

La struttura è datata, con camere e bagni piccoli, vecchi e privi di bidet. La cena e la colazione sono state ben al di sotto delle aspettative, con poca scelta, piatti poco curati e prodotti di scarsa qualità. La cena piatti d’obbligo nessuna scelta. Un primo , un secondo , un contorno e forse frutta o dolce dipende non lo sanno neanche loro. In camera mancavano anche i servizi essenziali, come una bottiglietta d’acqua di cortesia e prodotti di igiene nel bagno. Poco piacevole anche la gestione della tassa di soggiorno, inizialmente richiesta solo in contanti per loro comodità, accettando il pagamento con carta solo dopo le nostre rimostranze. Infine, i circa 80 gradini necessari per raggiungere l’hotel ci sono stati comunicati soltanto il giorno prima dell’arrivo, mentre dovrebbero essere chiaramente indicati nella descrizione della struttura. Nel complesso, a parte la vista, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è deludente e non ci sentiamo di consigliare questo hotel.

Es un grave problema ir con coche, no hay aparcamiento. Los existentes caros 50€ día. El acceso al hotel tiene más de 80 escalones, ir con las maletas, el calor,...es poco confortable, pero la orografía del terreno permite poco.

Our family of five loved everything about this family run Hotel, we called it our little piece of paradise. It was clean, charming, peaceful, the gardens were well kept and it had a pool and stunning views for much less than hotels in Positano or Amalfi. We had half board, which was breakfast and dinner. The home cooked dinners consisted of 4 set courses, and we loved the surprise of what was on the menu each night. Every night was something different and they used produce from the garden too. They offer boat trips from the hotel, which was great value and lots of fun, we highly recommend it! Overall our stay here was a highlight of our trip, we hope to come back again.

Panorama,camera,terrazza dove si cena e si fa colazione ,la cena è stata ottima,pesce freschissimo,però senza la possibilità di scegliere un'alternativa al menù stabilito.

Praticamente le strisce blu per parcheggiare bisogna specificare che sono quasi inesistenti, quindi bisogna mettere l'auto nel parcheggio per 50 euro ogni 24 ore. Colazione non molto assortita.

Le mie ospiti sono rimaste molto soddisfatte del servizio,della struttura e anche dell'accoglienza.

La piscina era gusta e seppur a pagamento avendo prenotato a giugno in costiera,avevo chiesto un piccolo accorgimento per le mie ospiti. La risposta diretta non mi è stata data e comunque alla fine nulla è stato fatto. Ho trovato poco carino,dare per scontato la piscina è inutilizzabile perché guasta e va bene cosi...

The property was beautiful, quiet and with sweeping views. The half board option was a wonderful value and really added to our trip so much. Boat excursions from the hotel were convenient and well priced. The balcony views were gorgeous. We were so glad we stayed in Praiano for its proximity to Positano and its peaceful beauty and charm.

It was hard to communicate with staff before we arrived, but once there plans and boat excursions came together.

Die Parkplatzsituation. Hatte extra erfragt und betont, dass wir ein großes Auto haben. Leider war der Parkplatz klein und über bucht. Wir mussten uns selbst organisieren und zuparken, damit alle einen Platz hatten.

Hotel Villa Bellavista fica situado numa encosta diretamente sobre o Mediterrâneo, sendo acessível por uma charmosa viela de cerca de 100m até a rodovia principal (de onde se tem transporte público para Positano e Amalfi). Do terraço onde se faz as refeições (e de muitos quartos) se tem uma linda vista que abrange o mar azul, algumas ilhas (extremidade da Ilha de Capri, inclusive), um lindo fiorde e bosques esverdeados. Nos surpreendeu positivamente o jantar, no nosso caso incluído na viagem, com dois pratos principais, salada e sobremesa, com sabores e ingredientes tipicamente italianos. Também o café da manhã estava delicioso. Os quartos são conectados à recepção por alguns lances de escada que descem pela encosta a partir da recepção. Assim, convém checar antecipadamente qual andar será alocado caso tenha bagagens pesadas ou dificuldades de locomoção. No nosso caso, optamos por um quarto sem vista o que nos deu uma vantagem, só um lance de escada até a portaria, e uma desvantagem, o quarto era pequeno e praticamente não tinha janela (nada muito importante, dado que passávamos o dia todo visitando a Costa Amalfitana). No geral, se você não se importar em usar transporte coletivo (ônibus ou minivans), este hotel é uma ótima base para passar 2 ou 3 dias visitando Positano sem incorrer nos altos custos de hospedagem daquela cidade.

Pequenos pontos negativos: (a) o hotel não respondeu as mensagens que enviamos antes da estadia no site do Booking, (b) a administração era totalmente familiar, com algumas questões daí decorrentes e (c) pouco suporte da equipe em termos de orientações turísticas.

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse überwältigend. Auch das Essen hat uns sehr überzeugt. Ein schöner Ruhepol an der sonst so turbulenten Amalfiküste.

La vista dal ristorante è strepitosa. La camera è spaziosa e ha un grande terrazzo, dal quale anche si ha una bellissima vista.

In camera non viene lasciata agli ospiti neanche una bottiglietta di acqua. Ovunque viaggiamo troviamo sempre 2 bottigliette d’acqua come omaggio di benvenuto. Invece qua nulla. Avevamo chiesto dell’acqua e ce l’hanno fornita a pagamento. Oltrettutto, l’acqua del rubinetto è potabile. Ma a prescindere, una bottiglietta d’acqua ha un costo molto irrisorio per una struttura alberghiera a confronto con il prezzo della camera che abbiamo pagato molto vicino a 200€ a notte.

Zeytin ve limon ağaçlarının altında minik de olsa bir serinleme havuzu var. Denize girmek için merdivenlerden aşağıya inmek gerekiyor ama deniz şahane buna değiyor. Otobüs durağı hemen yola çıktığınızda. Hem positano hem amalfi’ye ortak yakınlıkta sakin bir yerde kafa dinlemek ve etrafı görmek için şahane

La camera si trovava sotto terra con la bocca di lupo al posto della finestra e su Booking era venduta come camera senza vista , molto cara .

Die Lage ist sensationell, das Personal sehr freundlich und die Ruhe in der Nacht erholsam.

Der Abstieg/Aufstieg von/zu der Strasse mit Gepäck allerdings sehr anstrengend. Der Pool ist leider nicht sauber, die Liegeplätze viel zu eng. Die Bezeichnung "direkt am Meer" ist irreführend. Zum Badeplatz, welcher sehr klein ist, geht ein Fussweg, ca.350 Stufen...wir hatten hinunter etwa 20 Minuten, hinauf natürlich länger. Das Hotel ist hübsch, aber ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen (Bad).

We had a sea facing room with a balcony. What a view too wake up too in the morning. The owner was extremely helpful in suggesting bus routes and organising parking. Parking availability is critical on the Amalfi coast.

Nothing that can be done about it, but the steps down from the road to the hotel were exhausting, especially going up. There is an alternative route which is longer, but without as many stairs.

This was hands down one of the best stays we have ever had. I would book this place 1,000 times again over and over. Breakfast and dinner being included was a huge bonus and the view from the main dining area and our room : easily paid for our entire trip. My parents were so happy with this hotel that the only thing we didn’t like was leaving. My only tip to future travelers: there’s a good number of stairs to catch, so beware you will get a workout in!

The room with an ocean view was impressive. Breakfast was nice . Staff is very friendly and helpful

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Was a bit skeptical before checking in after reading some of the reviews, but it was def better than what I had expected. We enjoyed the location to the bus stop and really found the staff to be nice. Pillows could be fluffier. But aside from that , we would def come back:) ty for having us .
