Very clean and spacious. Beautiful views and very nice room.

AC didn’t seem to work well in one of our bedrooms (we usually like it pretty cold to sleep well). The shower was very small and hard to maneuver but was okay for our 4 night stay.

Antonella und Lucio sind wahre Goldstücke! Sie sind SO freundlich und aufmerksam, man fühlt sich äußerst liebevoll umsorgt! Sie scheuen keine Mühe einem den Aufenthalt im Albadamare so schön und wunderbar wie möglich zu machen. Vielen herzlichen Dank dafür!!! GRAZIE DI CUORE! Der Blick auf das Meer von der Frühstücksterrasse ist einfach traumhaft und in der Tat atemberaubend! Die Lage ist fantastisch! Der Bus hält direkt vor der Tür. Antonellas Tipp uns bei Luigi eine Vespa auszuleihen war super genial! Es war ein Traum wie Audrey Hepburn zwischen Positano und Amalfi die Küste entlang zu kurven, in der Bucht, Marina di Praia, zu baden, und u.a. Ravello zu besichtigen. Dann ist auch Praiano einfach nur entzückend!

The experience at Albadamare hotel has been wonderful. Everything was perfect and after a very long day at the beach this was the perfect place to be. The staff were very friendly and they stood up by their hospitality. Antonella was exceptionally welcoming, she helped us with information regarding the local transportation(very useful if you don’t rent a car), she recommended beaches, beach clubs and restaurants that made our vacation pleasant and joyful. The breakfast was excellent, fresh and delicious. Also the space for breakfast has an amazing view and on the terrace there are some sun beds where you can stay and relax, watch the city or the starts. The room was spacious, decorated within the Amalfi’s vibe and it is very clean. The hotel is very chic and tasteful. All in all the experience here completed a perfect picture of the Amalfi coast and everything here was outstanding. Three stars are not enough. We will definitely come back!

Everything was perfect

We stayed here for five nights as the final part of travelling around Italy and found this hotel to be amazing. Antonella was so helpful and always responded very quickly when we sent her a message to ask questions. Breakfast - what can I say. We looked forward to this each morning with Lucho taking excellent care of us and with a stunning view. The freshly made omelettes were delicious. The room was clean and spacious with excellent air conditioning. We travelled to Amalfi one day and Positano another by bus which didn’t take too long but we definitely preferred Praiano. We had a wonderful stay here, thank you Antonella and your amazing team.

Das schöne Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Lage direkt an einer Bushaltestelle oberhalb von Praiano. Der Standard ist absolut gehoben, alles neuwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. mit hochwertigen Materialien, top Matratzen! Nicht nur die Zimmer, sondern das ganze Hotel war so sauber und ordentlich, man kann sich hier wirklich total wohl fühlen... Die Seele vom Haus, Antonella, ist so freundlich und herzlich und hat sich sich total viel Zeit genommen, um uns alle Informationen zur Region und den Fortbewegungsmöglichkeiten zu geben und an dieser Stelle nochmal ein herzliches Dankeschön hierfür, auch an den freundlichen "Porter" der Rezeption... Das Hotel liegt ausserhalb des Trubels der Amalfiküste nur 8 km von Positano entfernt, gute Busverbindungen sind vorhanden...

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and this hotel is absolutely amazing. Starting off with Antonella who runs the hotel, she was so kind and helpful with anything we needed. She recommended a dinner spot for a night that we didn’t have anything planned, and it was the best dinner experience of our trip. The views from our room were spectacular and everything was so clean. The breakfast in the mornings were amazing with cappuccino’s, fresh fruit and eggs of your choosing that was cooked fresh to order (plus other food). The man doing the breakfast service (we didn’t catch his name) was incredible at his job and treated us so well. Everything about this place is a 10/10 and we would recommend to everyone!

Albadamare hotel is an absolute gem! This place was the highlight of our trip to Italy because of the stunning views and excellent hospitality. Antonella and her team went above and beyond! Upon check in we were greeted by Antonella and her husband who kindly carried our bags to our room. Antonella had local recommendations, taught us how the bus system worked, and booked our taxi service to and from Naples. The location was ideal as it was close to bus stops, great restaurants, and a local market. The hotel has stunning grounds. The room we stayed in was gorgeous! Everything was sparkling clean and comfortable. Each morning we were provided with a beautiful breakfast spread, fresh coffee, and eggs made to our liking by a very kind waiter, I wish we caught his name! Antonella and all of her staff went above and beyond whether it was in passing or at breakfast, we felt at home thanks to these kind people! I cannot recommend Abaldamare enough! Thank you to Antonella and her team for making our trip to Praiano unforgettable!❤️

Albadamare well exceeded our expectations for the trip! The staff were absolutely incredible and went over and above to make our stay memorable and comfortable. Antonella is amazing and provided so much information about what to do in the area. Breakfast was also superb with a wonderful view over the Amalfi Coast.

Séjour parfait. Le logement incroyable et l’emplacement plutôt proche des plages et à côté de l’arrêt de bus était idéal. La vue était superbe. Le petit-déjeuner avec vue sur mer exceptionnel. Le personnel, en particulier Antonella, était aux petits soins, d’une très grande aide et de très bon conseil pour organiser nos journées et s’y retrouver avec les transports en commun.

We had a great stay at Albadamare Hotel - it was immaculately clean, each day when we returned to our room, it smelt so fresh & clean. The room was a great size with a very comfortable bed & pillows. The breakfast terrace has an exceptional view, the food is so fresh and Luciano looked after us so well, he was so lovely. He even very kindly prepared fresh lemon for me before we arrived at breakfast each morning after I told him I had a sore throat. The hotel is in an excellent location, nice & quiet and the bus stop is right outside the hotel, where the local bus & the Positano bus stops. Antonella was so helpful and welcoming, she showed us which buses to get, recommended restaurants and organised our transfer to our next stop along the Amalfi Coast. Ariel was also so kind, super friendly & always welcomed you back with a smile. He also helped us out massively as we realised we didn’t have enough cash for the bus & he gave us €5 out of his own pocket as we didn’t have time to walk down to the main centre to get cash out of the ATM. We will definitely be back 😊

We had a wonderful stay at the Albadamare Boutique Hotel last week. Praiano offers a peaceful atmosphere, away from the hustle and crowds of Amalfi and Positano, which we truly appreciated. The hotel is conveniently located near a shuttle bus stop, making it easy to get around town and even travel to Positano. We did walk down the stairs a couple of evenings for dinner, and taxis were readily available for the return trip. Some restaurants also provide complimentary transportation, which was a nice touch. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated with bright coastal accents and stunning Italian mosaic tiles. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with all the amenities we needed and a lovely sea view. Breakfast was one of our favorite parts of the stay. Our server, Lucho, was friendly and attentive, and the spread included fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, fresh orange juice, delicious omelets, and a great selection of coffee—espresso, cappuccino, and americano coffee. Antonella was an excellent hostess, and Ariel warmly welcomed us each evening when we returned. Overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable stay.

The staff are so kind and helpful! Antonella was so wonderful, helping us with everything from buses, taxis and an excursion to Capri. Our breakfast was so enjoyable and they’re constantly feeding you yummy local treats.

Be prepared for lots of steps but that’s just the entire region in general! The hike to the top is worth it!

We had a fantastic stay at Albadamare Boutique Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Praiano. The hotel was beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained, and the breakfast each morning was excellent. But what really stood out was the exceptional hospitality from Antonella and her team. When my mom’s luggage was lost by the airline, Antonella spent much of the day on the phone with the airport trying to help us track it down and arrange delivery, which was far beyond anything we would have expected. She was incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us resolve the situation. She even walked us down to our dinner reservation one evening to make sure we found the restaurant. The level of service we received throughout our stay was outstanding, and we are so grateful for everything Antonella and the staff did to make our time in Praiano so enjoyable.

Super clean, delicious breakfast, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. We had to leave at 7:00 AM, and they kindly accommodated us by serving breakfast half an hour earlier, which was greatly appreciated. The room was comfortable, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The property was peaceful, and had good view. Praiano itself is beautiful and much less crowded than Positano, offering a more authentic and relaxing Amalfi Coast experience. Positano is only about a 30 minute bus ride away, making it easy to visit while enjoying the quieter atmosphere of Praiano. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Amalfi Coast.

Super freundlicher, extrem hilfsbereiter Empfang durch Antonella. Das Zimmer war zwar nicht sehr gross, doch der Platz war optimal genutzt mit eingebauten Schränken und Schubladen. Das Badezimmer war sehr gross und bot somit auch Platz für die Ablage eines Koffers. Das Frühstück war sehr liebevoll, vielseitig und schön präsentiert - mit Blick aufs Meer. Tolle Klimaanlage, die geräuschlos läuft und überhaupt nicht windig ist.

A lovely town away from the hustle and bustle of Amalfi and Positano, with its own lovely restaurants and two small beaches.

We would definitely stay again but would pay the extra and have a sea view room. The garden room was lovely, clean and comfortable but it was alongside the walkway to the breakfast room so we had to keep the curtains shut. This wasn’t a big issue though.

We loved Antonella the owner and her family! They took such good care of us from checking in, to places to visit and how to get there. It’s located at a very convenient place as there’s a shuttle to take you to the other towns right outside of the hotel. This is an amazing boutique hotel with everything you need.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Albadamare Hotel. Antonella and team have a done a great job maintaining a beautiful boutique hotel. Our favorite part was probably the views overlooking the coast when enjoying breakfast each morning. Bus stop was also right outside hotel which was convenient. Would recommend this hotel for couples looking at getting good value for their stay in Praiano.

The property is immaculate with regards its cleanliness, style and comfort. There is pay by phone / meter parking outside the property costed at a reasonable rate. The breakfast was fresh, service attentive with keenness to make sure we had good guidance to explore the nearby areas. Comfortable bed and bedding. The view from the welcome drink/breakfast area was serene.

An iron in our room is the only comment that would have improved our facilities, however, an iron did appear to be out and available to use in the common area / hallway. Our room had a small courtyard with walls so high there was no view.

There was nothing to not like

Location - in the middle of a smaller town without any shuttle service to main Praiano or to the Marina of Praiano. But more important are several issues that are relevant when you are at a high price point such as this 1. There is no phone in the room; be aware you must use WhatsApp to communicate with the hotel staff 2. The refrigerator was not stocked with water. We informed them at check-in in the early afternoon. On return after dinner at 8 pm, there was still no water there. 3. The room has two large towels; no small or medium size towels in the bathroom. 4. No Q tips in bathroom. In general, the theme is spartan amenities, and this at 500 EUR per evening 5. Shower very small 6. We had a room with jacuzzi; water was not hot, but we were told this was intentional. Fine, but there is no temperature control. If you want to bathe in tepid water, that is fine. 7. Breakfast does not start until 8 am. Given that there is nothing of value to do in Praiano and you must travel to Amalfi, Positano or elsewhere to get a ferry to Capri (there are really only private boat services from Praiano marina), it would be nice to have breakfast at 7, so that you can get a bus to Praiano earlier and catch an early ferry to whatever activities you do plan to do for the day We walked to a hotel on the water at marina Praiano and the nightly rate was the same, but with water front view and a restaurant there (which there is not in Albadamare), directly next to at least private boat services. There are far better options out there. If you want a quiet experience away from Amalfi or Positano, try Ravello. If you want to be closer to activities that the Amalfi Coast is known for, try Amalfi or Positano. There are a copious amount of superior hotels.

O hotel tem uma vista maravilhosa, um café da manhã muito bom. Antonella é um diferencial, pois atende muito bem, e ajuda no que for preciso. Sobre a cidade, viemos de Capri e depois fomos para Positano. Praiano é uma cidade menor, com menos comércio e menos opções. Mas, se vc quiser visitar Praiano este hotel vale bem a pena.

Sobre o hotel, não tenho nada a reclamar ( atendimento, qualidade, etc). A única observação é que fica no alto ( bela vista) e precisa subir e descer a ladeira para acessar outras partes. Ha um ônibus ao lado do hotel que te leva para todos os lugares, mas a frequência é espaçada.

I booked all our plans online and went off reviews, and I’m so glad I did! The best part of our trip by far was our hotel—if I could give more stars, I would!! Antonella, the owner, and everyone at Albadamare were always so welcoming and genuinely happy to see us. Antonella often checked in to see if we needed suggestions or help planning our day, which made everything so easy. Breakfast was fantastic, especially with Lucio taking such great care of us. Albadamare is truly the perfect spot on the Amalfi Coast—not too busy, yet easily accessible to Positano, Amalfi, and the surrounding towns. We stayed in a room with a balcony, and the views of the sea were absolutely breathtaking. Italy and the Amalfi Coast are amazing on their own, but Antonella and the team at Albadamare made our experience unforgettable. We can’t wait to return!

If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would! I’m totally converted from large luxury chains to smaller ones after this experience. We came for our honeymoon, care was so personalized, the staff were incredible, took their time and made you feel like their friend. Food was wonderful and the view of the ocean and property were unbeatable. Felt like we were in a James Bond movie on the water. The pine grove was magical that lead to the water. Will absolutely be back for our anniversary one day. Special thanks to Roberta!

Everything was perfect and great staff!!

My husband and I spent the majority of our honeymoon here. We loved everything about the property. Antonella and her staff were the most helpful, kind, knowledgeable, responsive, and hospitable people on the amalfi coast! We did day trips to capri, positano, amalfi, and ravello using the local buses, as well as boat tours to capri and a private boat tour towards maiori. We also did an excellent home cooking class at Sergio’s Home Experience. All of the things we did were recommended by Antonella. Our junior suite had both a balcony and a terrace with truly breathtaking views. I cannot recommend this beautiful boutique hotel enough. Everything about it, including the delicious breakfast and great staff, made us fall in love with Praiano. We will 100% be back!!❤️ we love Antonella and everyone at Albadamere!!!

Great location, bus stop right outside building makes getting around very convenient. Great views. Comfortable rooms. Super clean. Would stay again!

I've seen so many hotels, but I've never seen such attention. The rooms are magnificent, the breakfast is fantastic, and the location is excellent. Buses depart from in front of the hotel, and the public parking lot is just steps away. When I arrived, it was full, so the owner came and gave me his own parking spot. They provide towels for the beach. We left ours on the beach, but despite our insistence, they refused to charge us extra. Rather than staying in a poor hotel in Positano, it's fantastic to stay at a magnificent hotel like this in Praiano and explore Positano by bus. When I asked for information about the beach, the staff opened a map and explained where to go, where to eat, and everything. They were always there for us and responded to every message immediately.

The only problem is that I can't give a score higher than 10.

I enjoyed everything in this hotel. No complains from my part. In fact, it would recommend this place if you are looking to stay away from the big crowds.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is great, bus stop nearby and paid parking right in front of the hotel. The views from the breakfast area and our room were breathtaking. Rooms are cozy, clean and very well maintained. Breakfast was delicious in true Italian style. The staff were extremely helpful, and the owner was wonderfully communicative, she explained everything clearly, answered all our questions in detail, and had endless patience with us even though we asked her a million things about getting around with public transport. From here it’s easy to get to Positano or Amalfi. A special thank you goes to the gentleman serving breakfast, who even saved us on the bus when we almost missed our stop in Praiano and nearly ended up in Positano! Overall, a very pleasant stay! Highly recommended!

The hotel itself was in the perfect location, the breakfast was the most delicious with homemade meals and all of the staff were so kind, easy to talk to and exceptionally helpful and made sure we had the best stay. The room was beautiful, clean, and had beautiful views. We wish we had stayed longer!

Antonella messaged me prior to arriving. When meeting her in person she and her staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is quite something. When we had breakfast we got a view of both mounties and the sea. I would recommend staying here. Thankfully Praiano is in between most of the busier spots so its nice to just come to a quieter place to sleep.

One of the Best Hotel Experiences – A Hidden Gem in Praiano! 🌟 This was truly one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional—warm, personal, and incredibly responsive. The owners and staff went above and beyond, and it showed in every detail. Breakfast was a standout—restaurant-quality with homemade pastries, customized omelets, and daily delights from Chef Lucho. Every bite felt thoughtfully prepared with love. My room was spacious, spotless, and safe, with an incredibly comfortable bed and a stunning bathroom—complete with a shower that felt like a spa experience. Beach towels, directions, local recommendations—they thought of everything. The location is unbeatable—quiet, picturesque, and walkable, with a bus stop right outside and easy access to the beach and nearby towns. Perfect for solo travelers or couples seeking peace and beauty on the Amalfi Coast. This hotel is affordable, elegant, and full of heart. I can’t wait to return. Highly, highly recommend!

Our experience was absolutely fabulous, the kind of place you never forget. It’s not just about the stunning views, spotless cleanliness, and comfortable room. What truly makes this place exceptional is the hospitality. Antonela, the owner, was always present and ready to help with anything we needed, always greeting guests with a warm smile. Her energy is both admirable and contagious. A special thanks as well to Mr. Luccio, a remarkable gentleman who prepared the perfect breakfast for us every single morning. He remembered our names and preferences, which made us feel incredibly welcomed and cared for. The hotel is located in Praiano — in our opinion, the best place to stay on the Amalfi Coast. It’s perfectly situated between Amalfi and Positano but far more peaceful, away from the heavy tourist crowds. Highly recommended!
