Zentrale Lage, wenige Gehminuten zum Strand und in die Altstadt. Shopping in unmittelbarer Nähe. Hotel verleiht gratis Sonnenschirme für den Strand. Uns hat das Design des Hotels sehr gut gefallen, alles scheint neu renoviert worden zu sein. Personal freundlich, hilfsbereit und vor/während dem Aufenthalt gut erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage ruhig gelegen in einer Seitenstrasse. Wir würden wieder dort übernachten.

Für uns hat alles gepasst. Frühstück ist im Zimmer (Tischchen und Stühle im Zimmer), wir haben jedoch ausserhalb des Hotels gefrühstückt.

AMMI Nice Lafayette is a lovely hotel with a modern interior, in a great location! The staff is very friendly. I had chosen one of the smallest rooms but it had everything I needed and even more! I am happy I got the breakfast with lots of good quality products and different options! I will definitely stay here when I visit Nice again! Thank you!

Our trip got off to a wonderful start when they offered us cold water in the hot weather, and the experience remained excellent throughout our stay thanks to the team—Sebastian and Ammi—who were helpful, hospitable, and performed their work with professionalism and genuine enthusiasm. This will definitely be our go-to spot for our next trip. The location is perfect, and the room was clean and comfortable.

The location is absolutely excellent and very central, making it easy to explore Nice. The room itself was exactly as described – clean, nice, and well-equipped. We were pleasantly surprised by the bathroom amenities, which included bathrobes, slippers, shampoo, and conditioner. It was also a very lovely touch to find water and two macarons waiting for us on a small table upon arrival, which made us feel welcome.

We were quite disappointed with the reception area. During the day, the reception area felt very cramped and cluttered with arriving guests, luggage, vacuum cleaners, and cleaning equipment. There is a tiny seating area at the very end of the hall, right where people come up the stairs, but it did not feel relaxing to sit there. If you are expecting a traditional, comfortable hotel lobby to wind down in, this is not it. The layout and maintenance of this common entrance area unfortunately took away from the otherwise good experience.

Also air con in the room was brilliant and definitely needed in hot August! Fantastic location and code on the front entrance made it feel safe and secure. Loved the location. Loved the safety of the code for the front entrance. Loved the layout of the apartment. Bathroom was spacious and so clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. So clean and very stylish.

Absolutely nothing, it was fabulous!

The location is great! It's in the middle of the city centre and it is much quieter than expected. I like that it is slightly away from the crowded area and there are a lot of great dining options within walking distance. Checking in was smooth and Sebastian was friendly and very thorough with what the hotel offers. I like that there was a code prior to entering the hotel so it was an added layer of security. The room has AC and all the usual amenities (towels, toiletry kit, iron, hairdryer) plus a kitchenette. They also have a water station at the reception for quick water refills which is great! For those that are picky with their pillows, they offer pillow options which is a huge plus. They also have extra blankets in the room in case it gets too cold. These were all pluses for me because it made my sleep so much more comfortable despite the jetlag.

We booked the room with the balcony but the AC compressor is also on the balcony so it felt too warm to hangout outside. In the bathroom, they have shampoo, body wash, and hand soap. There is no conditioner and body lotion so make sure to bring some with you. Although on the upside, there are lots of stores closeby where you can purchase some too.

Great location, nice atmosphere, spacious and cosy room with pleasant interior design. Well equipped kitchen. Clean. Comfortable bed. Balcony where you can eat a very tasty breakfast (served to the room). Extremely helpful staff. And a little plus - water machine with sparkling water in the corridor. Self check-in and self-serviced common area where you can even buy pasta or borrow olive oil.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! My husband and I had the pleasure of staying here during our visit to Nice. The hotel exudes charm and cleanliness, and it’s conveniently located just two steps away from all the designer shopping. It’s become my go-to hotel whenever I’m in Nice. The hotel manager, Maria, is incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I can’t recommend this place highly enough!

The hotel is very nice and clean. Location is perfect, right in the center and close to everything by walk. The atmosphere was good and everything was clean. The room is spacious, the bathroom big and the bed very comfortable. The staff is friendly, polite, and helpful, they accomplished every request. Highly recommend a stay there!

I was very surprised when I first came in the apparthotel. It is very beautiful, the staff is super friendly! When you enter, you feel like home and it’s a nice feeling to have. Super clean as well, very well decorated and maintained. I would definitely come back. If you would like a more authentic experience, somewhere you’d feel yourself and well welcomed, it’s the right place to be.

We had a wonderful stay at Aparthotel AMMI Nice Lafayette! The hotel was spotless, quiet, and in an excellent location—less than a 10-minute walk to the beach, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The laundry service was a huge bonus and made our stay even more convenient. Most importantly, every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and friendly. A special thank you to Sebastian, who was absolutely the best! He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and was always happy to help with recommendations and anything we needed. His exceptional service made our trip even more memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nice!

If I could give more than five stars I absolutely would. I highly suggest when staying in Nice booking this hotel. Not only are the rooms adorable, clean, sat with everything that you need but the service that we have received here has been beyond amazing. Sebastian has gone above and beyond to make our stay amazing. He truly has made our stay and niece feel comfortable, relaxing, and elevated. We received wonderful care while staying here and great tips to see local spots in Nice and also suggestions to get even more out of our stay in the French Riviera. From restaurants, best places for gelato, best beaches and the best markets. The help with public transportation to get around Nice and sound the French Rivera was so helpful as well. Again, I highly suggest Ammi Lafayette. It's been wonderful.

الموقع جيد جداً في وسط المدينة وقريب من الخدمات.

الفندق لا يحتوي على مصعد ، ويوجد الاستقبال بالطابق الأول مما يعني انك ستصعد بنفسك بحقائبك عن طريق الدرج ( حوالي 20-30) درجة ، الاستقبال غير متوفر بعد التاسعة مساءً، الإنترنت لا يعمل ليلاً.

- the interior design - the services - it’s well equipped for having simple meals with the mini ‘kitchen’ - the bath tub is amazing (we purchased an upgrade to the largest room)

- the air con is not cool enough - cleanliness can be improved - bath amenities were simple

I was so impressed with Sebastian - who greeted me and was so very helpful for my brief stay. My only concern was the two flights of stairs up to the lobby, but again, Sebastian was more than willing to help me with my heavy bag ( I had been traveling for 10 days) His customer service skills are excellent - I was a flight attendant for 40 years, and I can identify a great employee when I see one!

Good location, maybe not suitable for those with limited mobility as 30+ stairs and no lift. Booked superior room with balcony, happy with size for 2 people (3 would have been a squeeze) and all amenities including kitchenette. Breakfast (delivered to the room as a picnic basket) is generous and good value. Cleaning is a bit sporadic - you need to be very clear about what you want. Ursprünglich hatten wir dieses Hotel für zwei Nächte gebucht und spontan um eine weitere Nacht verlängert. Die Lage direkt neben den Galeries Lafayette ist hervorragend, und das gesamte Hotel ist sehr sauber, modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens gepflegt. Besonders begeistert waren wir von den äußerst bequemen Betten – mit die besten während unserer fast dreiwöchigen Reise. Klimaanlage, Dusche und Küchenzeile waren in einwandfreiem Zustand. Ein großes Lob an das Team: Trotz unserer Ankunft nach der üblichen Check-in-Zeit wurden wir telefonisch kontaktiert, man hat auf uns gewartet und alles unkompliziert organisiert. Auch die übrigen Mitarbeiter waren jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kostenloser Kaffee, Wasser und die Gepäckaufbewahrung waren das i-Tüpfelchen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Amazing staff, property and location. After being let down by a different property we found this space of heaven last minute and we were so happy. The property is not only super cute and comfortable but the lady at reception was super lovely and helpful. The room was clean and the bed and shower were amazing. They even have a Dyson hair drier at reception to use. I would 100% come back in my next stay in Nice.

Amazing all round experience! Super large bed and comfortable. Lovely rooms and super kind and attentive staff. I would recommend to anyone looking to use this as a base for nice.

This hotel is above shops in a very central area. It is surprisingly peaceful (ask for a courtyard room if you like a very quiet room). The staff are exceptionally helpful and willing to provide recommendations for restaurants and book tables. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need.

Be aware that the rooms are on the First Floor, up a steep flight of stairs. The receptionist will come and help with your luggage but if you have mobility problems, this location would not be ideal.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko. Butikowy uroczy hotel, sanitariaty nowe czyste, w pokoju czysto. Bardzo troskliwy i pomocny personel. Możliwość zamówienia śniadania do pokoju na umówioną godzinę. Śniadania francuskie - głównie na słodko, smaczne. Kawa i woda dostępna bez ograniczeń. Dodatkowo w holu woda z cytryną i pomarańczą dla ochłody. W pokoju mini kuchnia, lodówka. Wszystko co potrzeba.

We loved our stay, the room and facilities were really good. We liked the water fountain in reception and refillable carafe in our room. There were nice touches like fruit in reception and things you could borrow for on the beach. The beds were really comfy and a good pillow selection.

It was quite noisy with sound coming from other guests. Maybe a little overpriced!

I had a fantastic experience staying here. The location was incredibly convenient—close to local transport/attractions but still quiet enough for a good night's sleep. The room was spotlessly clean, modern, and comfortable. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone we encountered was genuinely friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh options to start the day. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely stay here again!

I don’t recommend this place to anyone. The reception person Sebastian was great but I got ripped off with an extremely high rate for this place that is a 1 star rating . No elevator, no room cleaning unless requested. The breakfast was brought in ia basket containing a sample of high carb food. No protein like eggs etc. I should have paid motel price not 5 star rating hotel price. Save your money and go to a different place. During our stay they had vacancy and their rate was in $200 but they penalize me for booking in advance and charged me exorbitant rate and they justified it that because of Grand Pricx . They false advertise 24 hours reception which they did not have.

First off, there are 30 plus steps when you arrive and no one to help you with your luggage. I am on a cane, nowhere on the website does it say 30 plus steps to get to the lobby and there is no elevator. So I had to wrestle two big suitcases and two backpacks up the stairs. The room is cute, I would say kitchy on the way to hullabaloo. Not necessarily my style. There is a miniscule kitchenette which I can't believe is useful to many. That space could be used for luggage and full size closet. My suitcase was sprawled on the floor. My husband had to open his suitcase when he needed something as there was no other room available. Very little room to hang anything and the rod isn't deep enough so the hangers stick out. They asked me multiple times if I actually needed cleaning everyday, The answer is yes I'm paying $400 a night I want my room cleaned, change of towels and linens. I paid extra for a balcony, you can't see out as the chairs are too short why they don't have counter or bar stools is a mystery to me also the AC unit is out on the balcony so if the AC is running you're in a wind tunnel. The location was pretty good, although I couldn't care less about going to the gallery de Lafayette which is a half a block away. Didn't come to France to go to the mall. All in al It was okay. I wouldn't stay there again.

Our stay at the AMMI Lafayette has been phenomenal, I completely understand why it was rated 4.9 on google. Sebastian and the front desk staff are amazing and oh so hospitable. The king balcony suite was super spacious and clean. There are only 19 rooms in this mini hotel so the staff are very attentive. The design is fun and funky, very art deco-y. It’s perfectly central to all of the activities in Nice and in a great neighborhood. We will definitely be coming back here and sending all of our loved ones to this hotel!

The location was perfect. The hotel is very stylish. The room was superclean, very stylish, bed and pillows are extremly comfortable. The staff was amazing, they helped us with many things. This was my second visit to nice and i would stay there again next time.

We stayed 3 nights in Nice and this hotel was perfect. The rooms are very small (as are all hotel rooms in Nice from my experience) but had everything needed. Hidden in a cupboard was a fridge, sink and small hob plus a kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and a nespresso machine (coffee pods and milks were available free from reception). There was plenty of hanging space. There was plenty of hanging space and the beds were comfy with a choice of pillows. Air-conditioning was good. We had a lovely balcony overlooking a courtyard and it was very peaceful. It didn't get any sun which was perfect as it was so hot when we went. The hotel was about 10 mins walk from the old town and slightly less to the sea front. Breakfast was available if required for approx 10 euros. We didn't bother as like to do our own breakfast. Thank you for a lovely stay.

What a wonderful stay at Hotel Ammi Lafayette. We were instantly greeted with smiles and friendliness from Maria. She showed us to our room and how all the amenities worked. The room was a perfect size and very clean with all the necessary amenities (no oil, but that wasn’t a problem for us as we just bought some from a shop nearby). The hotel is eco friendly so had room cleaning options to save the environment which I thought was a great option and 24/7 support. It’s a great base for visiting other parts of the south of France with amazing transport links. Would highly recommend and i will be back! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Das Zimmer und der Balkon ist eher klein, aber reicht komplett aus. Ich empfand den Preis für die grösse des Zimmers eher als etwas zu hoch.

This place is beautiful, so clean, tidy, interesting interior design and hospitality is on the highest level 👌

It’s comfortable, pretty colours, sufficient space, great location, close to a tram, the old centre, the park, and mostly very quiet. Sometimes the side street gets some heavy vehicles but this was rare.

We liked everything, only wonder why is there a toaster in the room but not a watercooker :) anyway, watercooker was available near the reception but we thought it was funny.

I love this elegant and sophisticated French romantic-style hotel. The staff is very welcoming, the gifts from the hotel are very thoughtful, and the location is excellent, close to everything.

Localisation centrale proche de tout et des transports. Établissement propre, bon accueil et possibilité de cuisiner, faire la vaisselle. Très pratique avec un bébé.

Chambre un peu petite à 4 (22m2) mais la plus grande chambre n’était pas disponible. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur même si ce n’est qu’un étage, à prendre en considération si beaucoup de bagages ou enfant en poussette.

The place is in the heart of knees. The staff is wonderful very accommodating, and the place is very clean and functional Maria at the front desk was very thoughtful and helpful and responsive to everything we asked for thank you Maria.

it was the best hotel experience during my travels! had everything you needed and more, the bed was super comfortable, and the kitchenette was a nice addition even if we didnt use this time, for longer stays is perfect! the bathroom shower was perfect and the towel warmer was a nice touch, the bathroom lightning and space for products is something I value when getting ready each morning and it was the best. the room colors and illumination was perfect! also has a full lenght mirror which helps getting ready. really loved the laundy service! it came in perfect during the time we were there to prep with clean clothes for the trip ahead. Sebastian was the best and most helpful host! really hope to come back!
