La tres mauvaise gestion du sinistre malgre la bonne volonté des employés à faire au mieux . Des la constations de l'incendie, la direction aurait dû demblee anticiper et se charger de trouver un autre hôtel on nous a fait vénir mons de 3h apres l'incendie en nous persuadant quil n''y avait pas d'odeur alors que les couloirs contigus empestait l'odeur de fumée. J'ai fini apres ́négociation par atterrir dans u n hôtel proche de l'aéroport où jai pu rejoindre mon lit vers 1h 1h du matin fatiguée.. tres mal dormi malgre une chambre satisfaisante. Vraiment responsables pas a la hauteur de la respoonsabîite qui leur incombe . Si j'avais accepté j'aurais dormi dans l'odeur de suie qui tapissait les escaliers et ́les couloirs ...

Inga krokar att hänga kläder/galgar på. Balkong mot bakgård med allas luftkonditionering som väsnades. Balkongen var dessutom inte städad. Spelade i och för sig inte någon roll när det inte gick att sitta där. Inget toapapper när vi kom.

Very spacious room (with kitchenette and dining table); very helpful and hospitable staff. Shopping and restaurants completely surrounding you from the moment you step out the front door of the hotel.

The building entry/path to the registration desk looks weathered/aged. MNo safe in room and room on a half floor from elevator (you always must walk up or down 10 or so stairs even when taking the elevator).

Wir haben ein wunderschönes Aufenthalt mit der ganzen Familie gehabt und ein sehr leckeres Frühstück. Danke auch an das Personal die nachts für uns erreichbar gewesen sind.

Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind generell ein Problem für einen SUV mit Dachbox

Konumu harikaydı. Tam merkezde sahile 3dk yanı basında her butceye gore restoranlar var. Tekrar gelirsem kesinlikle burda kalırım. Çalışanlar cok guler yuzlu ve yardımcıydı. Biz superior oda da kaldık son derece ferah ve caddeye bakıyordu :)

Negaif birsey soyleyemem sadece tren istasyonuna 15dk yurume mesafesinde ama Cannes ve Monako'ya tren ile yarım saatte gidildiği için biz merkezde kalmayı tercih ettik. Buda bizim için kesinlikle olumsuz değildi.

We had a great time. Rooms were spacious and most of the attractions as well as the beach were in walking distance. The staff was very friendly and professional.

Loved that we were upgraded to a full apartment with a lot of space, two balcony’s, and a full kitchen. We loved that we got the best of everything at Aparthotel! Location is phenomenal and the views from the apartment were spectacular. The apartment was fully equipped with dishes, toilet amenities, and luggage holders.

We did notice the light fixtures in the entrance hallway could be fixed/sealed properly. But it was not a deterrent.

The location is perfect, close to restaurants, shops and most touristic areas, everything can basically be done by foot which is very convenient. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Location is perfect , staff friendly. & communication via wats app was excellent. Rooms very clean, had small kitchen area , fridge was handy . Ironing board & iron . Stayed as a family of 4 ( 2 teens ) double bed & sofa bed . Sofa bed not very comfortable , wish it was just 4 beds rather than sofa bed , don’t understand why hotels always have sofa beds as 90% of them are uncomfortable. A tiny bit noisy. Great Aircon. Overall we would recommend the hotel it was just the sofa bed was my main thing , we all took a turn on it as was unfair for one person to sleep on it the whole duration of our trip. Good price if you book direct with hotel .

公寓的早餐厅非常小但是可以带回房间吃非常nice，布置的很温馨，早餐的味道非常好，面包、可丽饼、派都是现做的，有喜欢的香肠，还有牛奶、好几种酸奶、水果，住了3个晚上，三天的早餐是一样的，最好能每天换一下。公寓的位置还不错，楼下也很繁华，离广场也近、海边步行也不算远，晚上也比较安静。

电梯实在是太小了，而且都是在每层的中间，大箱子搬上搬下特别不方便，老房子的设计干湿分离、马桶间就只有一个马桶的空间，洗手都得换到另一间去。床品有些旧。离公共停车场得步行七八分钟。可能是因为8月旺季，实在是很贵。

Les parties communes de l’immeuble dans lequel est situé l’hôtel sont clairement à rafraîchir. Nous avons l’habitude des hôtels AMMI à Nice et le niveau des chambres étaient en dessous des autres hôtels du groupe, propres et bien agencées mais vieillissantes. Un petit coup d’entretien/rénovation est à prévoir.

Perfect base for exploring Nice. Right on Rue Masséna, steps from every restaurant you could want, but the hotel itself has a lovely boutique feel that’s more like a well-run local Airbnb than a typical hotel. Central location, that lovely balcony off the reception, and rooms that hit all the essentials without feeling cookie-cutter. Great mix of independence and proper hotel service when you need it

Friendly staff big room

The A/C didn’t work… the room was 27° at night crazy… at least they gave us a fan which barely helped. To be clear the AC , which was an air handler, which usually makes me think that the room’s gonna be cool ,blew out a very tiny amount of somewhat cold air. It was not functioning properly.

wonderful appartment near Massena sqare. Clean, stylish and I highly reccomend for visiting Nice.

This place is the worst . Self check in, the code never worked , we are from America and had to stayed outside with our suit cases , icalling their fake emergency number from 10.30 pm to 6 am . They responded the next day at 11 am . They messed up our entire vacation .

After having to leave our previous accommodation in Menton because the host failed to disclose that the air conditioning wasn’t working, arriving at AMMI felt like a breath of fresh air. The cool apartment, friendly staff and comfortable accommodation immediately put us at ease. We really appreciated the warm welcome and the excellent location, which made exploring Nice so easy.

Nothing significant. It’s an aparthotel rather than a luxury hotel, but it delivers exactly what it promises. The owners have done a great job creating a modern, colourful and welcoming space.

Die Abmachung mit dem Parkhaus hat nicht geklappt, wir mussten nachzahlen bei der Ausfahrt. Ein Teil der Wohnung konnte nicht betreten werden und dort war eine Türe offen, man füllte sich nicht sicher.

Bien situé

This hotel is in a good location, walkable to restaurants and shopping. It is on a pedestrian only street though so you will have to walk about one block to get picked up and dropped off by taxis/Uber. The staff were all very nice. The walls in the room were very thin and my double bed was two twin beds pushed together so there was a very uncomfortable seam where the mattresses met. It seemed like a very bare bones hotel. You only get one bath towel, one hand towel and one sheet, no second sheet or blanket. They don't offer housekeeping until the 3rd day but you can ask for someone to come empty your trash and replace your towel. They do leave a basket outside of the reception area with towels, trash bags and toilet paper that you can take if you need them. For those with mobility restrictions, there are 10 steps up to get to the elevator, then 10 stairs down to get to reception.

Very nice location close to everything. Friendly stuff and always available to help. Breakfast also was a good choice.

The location is excellent, in heart of the city, right on a restaurant street. If your room is towards the street, you may hear some noise in the evening, but there is no traffic noise because cars are not allowed. Overall, the soundproofing was quite good, although I personally always sleep with earplugs. Masenna Square is practically a one-minute walk away, with a large department store, several grocery shops, and restaurants. The beach is less than a 10-minute walk. My room was a junior suite on the top floor with a balcony. The room was very spacious, and the balcony was comfortable, with lounge chairs, a table, and regular chairs. Since it was a corner unit, you could even see a bit of Masenna Square from the balcony. The room had excellent air conditioning that you can control yourself and fast Wifi. There was a nice kitchenette with everything you need, including a microwave and an espresso machine. The shower was spacious and separate from the toilet, and there was plenty of storage space. The room was also very clean. The website mentioned that these junior suites were renovated, and it certainly looked that way. It is worth noting that the building is old. The elevator only stops halfway between floors, so you always need to use some stairs, and the reception is on the third floor. The building has an elevator, but it is very small, very slow, and extremely hot. A nice touch at reception was that you could freely refill water from a water dispenser, both for your own bottle and for the room’s water jug. There was also iced coffee at reception. The breakfast is simple but sufficient. There are no hot breakfast items, but everything else is available, which is enough for a good start to the day. The coffee from the machine is very good, and you can get specialty coffees as well. There are also pastries, bread, fruit, yogurt, and muesli. The breakfast room is very small and fits about ten people at a time, which is why the reception asks you to estimate your arrival time for breakfast, although in my case this was only asked on the first morning. The service was very friendly and attentive. Even a small issue we had was handled professionally, with apologies, and they even offered a small compensation. Reception is easily available trough Whatsapp (reseption open from 8am to 8pm). Overall, I can strongly recommend this aparthotel, especially because of the location and the quality of the room. One more thing worth mentioning about the room: the bed had several different pillows. They were the same size, but some were softer and some firmer, which is not always the case in hotels. Usually, pillows may vary in size but feel the same. Here, you could choose what suited you. There were also blackout curtains, which helped ensure a good night’s sleep. The mattress might feel a bit firm for some people, but I personally liked it. Also note that, in the Southern European style, the bed has only a sheet as a cover, and if you want more warmth, there is a blanket in the closet to use together with the sheet.

Fantastic location, quiet room, and wonderful staff We had a brilliant stay at Ammi Nice Masséna. The location is excellent: less than 10 minutes’ walk to the beach, close to the tram, and very easy to get to and from the airport. It’s on a lively, vibrant street, but we had no problem with noise at all. The balcony was small, but still big enough to sit out on, which was lovely. The air conditioning was absolutely brilliant and genuinely a life saver during the heatwave. The kitchen area was compact but very well equipped, though worth noting there is no dishwasher. The staff were also fantastic: extremely friendly, very responsive, and spoke perfect English, which made everything very easy. Overall, a great base for a stay in Nice. We’d happily recommend it.

Excelente localização e ótima acomodação

Отличное месторасположение, в двух шагах от набережной. Рядом есть кафе, магазины и всё необходимое. В апартаментах очень чисто, в каждой комнате кондиционер, есть все туалетные принадлежности и всё, что нужно для комфортного проживания. Есть лифт. Читала отзывы что у некоторых гостей были сложности с получением ключей, когда рецепция закрыта. Мы подошли к двери рецепции возле номеров, позвонили в звонок и девушка сразу пришла, хотя это было уже после 20:00. Персонал был очень доброжелательным и отзывчивым. Мы остались довольны проживанием и с удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова.

This hotel is great for the price point and location. It is in walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and public transportation. Some things to note…it is hard to find. The entrance is right next to the SFR store. You will have to carry your luggage up some stairs. It is not accessible by car. All that being said, it is a great hotel for the price point.

Overall cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Walls and doors were dirty. Shower needed better cleaning as well.

Location was perfect right in center of nice....hops, restaurants, theatres, the sea everything was there close by actually short distance from the aparhotel. The atmosphere was very pleasant, calm and to my surprise very quiet. The room was spacious with large bathroom and a kitchenette fully equipped. The room was cleaned and the bed was very comfortable. For the location of this Aparhotel I guess the price per room was right. During our stay the lift broke so we had to walk up 3 floors but the stairs case is very large so that was no problem for us.

Die Lage wir ausgezeichnet. Man befindet sich direkt im Zentrum der tollen Altstadt von nizza. Vom Balkon des Frühstückbereiches hat man den Blick auf die lebhafte Straße. Sehr gut!

Die Lage des Hotels war ausgezeichnet. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuss bei der Place Massena und von dort weitere 5 Minuten bis ins vieux Nice. In der Strasse vor dem Hotel (Fussgängerzone) hat es jede Menge Restaurants.

Die Zimmer wie das ganze Hotel ist gut fotografiert. Die Möbel und Dekoration sind lieblos zusammengewūrfelt und die Möbel haben ihre Möbel definitiv schön länger hinter sich. Die Dusche war eine Herausfordeung. Das Frühstücksbuffet in einem winzigen Raum ( sehr sehr eng Platz für 5 kleine runde Tischchen) war sehr überschaubar. Fürchte, Croissant, Confiture und Joghurt. Für 11€ haben wir aussen sehr schöne Frühstücke gesehen. Insgesamt hat für uns Preis-Leistung nicht gestummen. Schade.
