Unser Zimmer lag direkt neben einem Motorenraum und wir konnten die gesamte Nacht nicht schlafen. Als mein Mann mitten in der Nacht runter zur Rezeption gefahren ist, sagte man ihm, dass man sich am nächsten Tag darum kümmern woll, was uns aber in diesem Fall nichts gebracht hat. Auch ein Umzug in ein anderes Zimmer war nicht möglich, da das Hotel ausgebucht war. Es war eine Zumutung!!

Very short walk to the marina, restaurants, and shopping quarter. Roughly a 20-minute walk to the beach. - Comfy beds - Very clean everywhere - Minibar is well stocked (to pay for) - Breakfast has a good selection, nice seating, very minimal places to sit, but not a big hotel, so it was no problem - Very quiet at night, no disturbance - All staff were very accomodating and pleasant
The rooftop bar is closed on Sundays and Mondays, so i would like to come back to appreciate the view! (it was mentioned in the info) - No kettle in the room Nothing else to add!

Pra ir de carro fica em rua estreita e às vezes difícil de parar para descarregar as malas. Tem um pequeno estacionamento logo em frente. Eu consegui lugar, mas não é possível reservar. Um tanto apertado para manobrar também.

WiFi not good - The on & off internet - & when I Checked out to complain about it the lady in reception told me they are having a problem for couple of days now about the WiFi but didn’t inform us at all during the check in. All the rooms is not sound proof - you can hear all the things they are doing on the other side. Breakfast was so expensive but it’s not worth the price . Phone not working - as I was trying to ring reception.

El recepcionista Alberto profesional, con todo lo que conlleva esa palabra.

Las instalaciones necesitan una reforma, parece que sea un 3 estrellas. Las habitaciones las hacían muy tarde, después de comer íbamos al hotel sobre las 15:00 para descansar y casi todos los días teníamos que esperar porque todavía no habían hecho la habitación.

La malísima idea de que no existan persianas, en una ciudad con tanta luz como es Málaga.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026No me gustó nada este hotel que no debería tener más de 2 estrellas, en cuanto a instalaciones, servicios y personal, deja mucho que desear. Demasiado caro para lo que es, no lo recomiendo.
No me gustó que en pleno mes de julio y en plena ola de calor el aire acondicionado no funcione en las habitaciones, no te dan ningún tipo de solución, simplemente que tienen una instalación antigua y el sistema de aire acondicionado no da para más, lo que no enfría la habitación y tienes que dormir con la ventana abierta, lo que supone molestias de ruidos, calor y demás. ¡Mirad otras opciones mejores!

It looks like it was just renovated but cheaply done. The shower was very tight with the soap holder and towel rack. Also the sink was on an angel with was awkward. Dry little counter space as well. I also requested a breakfast to take with me on the day I checked out, as it was early morning. Nothing was prepared and I had paid for my son and I with nothing to show for it. Little disappointing.

Hotel verfügt über eine schöne Dachterrasse. Doch leider war sie nur selten auf. Wir hatten bei unseren Aufenthalt nur einmal die Gelegenheit dort was zu trinken.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Lokalizacja świetna,do głównego portu 10mim spacerem, stare miasto i główne atrakcje równie blisko. Mnóstwo restauracji i kawiarni na pobliskich uliczkach. Do stacji pociągów czy metra 5 min . Pokój przestronny ,.wygodne łóżka.
Niestety słychać wszystko z korytarza oraz sąsiednich pokoi. Ściany w pokoju wymagają renowacji.. Śniadania monotonne , codziennie identyczne. Jajecznica bardzo słabej jakości (z proszku ?). Jak na hotel 4 gwiazdkowy przydało by sie to ulepszyć.

El bar de la azotea necesita bastante "cariño", ya que su mobiliario está viejo y sucio, además de que el aspecto en general de la zona no es muy amigable para tomar una copa y disfrutar. Además el personal en dicha área debe prestar más atención a los detalles, vasos no muy limpios, no ofreció servicio de mesa, por lo que tuvimos que levantarnos a pedir, etc.

Reviewed Jul 30, 2026Just arrived back after a 2 night stay. What i feel important to say is that the staff were all very nice and professional and this review is not a reflection of them at all. However - this is in no way a 4 star hotel, I’d say 2 at best. It’s not in the best location, fine to walk into the city itself, but off the main roads and quite dirty around the streets. The main issue was the roof top bar - this is not open at all on a Sunday or a Monday - to use pictures of it in advertising and not make it absolutely clear seems deceptive (they added a printed out sheet to an information board on the lift after we complained) , a bit like the pictures of the hotel, they are not at all what it looks like in person. The breakfast area is tiny, the reception is a desk by the front door and there are a few steep steps to get in. The room was ok - the view was of rooftop sheds and into people’s apartments, there was a strong smell when we got in and it seemed to come from the houses, a few recreational cigarettes I think.. our safe didn’t work, and the aircon was not great. We were also placed right next to the lift. I asked to move rooms but were told that they were full… The rooms and hotel were clean and I think it must’ve had a recent refurb. There was no spy hole in the door. We complained to our third party booking company, who tried for 2 days to get hold of the management to no avail. They also advised that they were not aware that the bar was not open 7 days a week. That company have refunded us half of the hotel fee. We eventually did manage to go and see the rooftop as our flight was delayed (they can store your luggage) and it was lovely - which made it even more maddening that we were denied the opportunity to enjoy it. There are so many hotels in Malaga - we had quite a few to choose from and I would honestly not recommend this one at all. We are hoping to find somewhere that we could use for regular visits and this was not it

Safe not working, repair man called out, couldn't fix Breakfast not included for the price Airconditioning , no instructions in room and staff said we didn't need to touch anything but it was far too warm and hard to sleep as not a comfortable temperature. Not related to the hotel but about the beach, so sad and disppointing to see how filthy the water was wheb , plastics, wrappers, general rubbish, needs a clean up!

When we ventured out we put the ‘can you service our room’ sign on the door, this was usually from 11am until around 2pm, when we got back the room wasn’t serviced, then when they came we had to go and sit downstairs. Would make more sense to do the rooms while people were out. We noticed that other rooms had similar issues.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Poloha blízko centra a stanici metra priamo na letisko. Personál veľmi milý. Izba je dosť priestranná a čistá. Postele pohodlné. Kúpeľňa má sprchovací kút. Nič nám nechýbalo. Raňajky super, veľa ovocia, výber mliečneho sortimentu, pečiva....

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Amazing friendly staff, very helpful and accommodating. Clean and modern rooms, housekeeping were so helpful with great amenities in the room including coffee.
Aircon available in the room, but very weak which wasn’t an issue for us as the rooms were cool anyway despite the warm weather :)
