Although the room was a bit small, we didn’t mind it and really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay at Atipik again in the future! Note: There’s no elevator, so be prepared for stairs.
The shower head was a bit uncomfortable to use, but we managed.

Για το στάνταρ δωμάτιο θα πω, πως δεν ειχε πετσέτα προσώπου στο δωμάτιο, μόνο σώματος, ήταν λιγάκι παλιό και και αρκετά μικρό.Θα εκτιμούσα να υπήρχε διαφορετικό σαμπουάν και διαφορετικό αφρόλουτρο.

The room was extremely small. We had informed the hotel in advance that we were travelling with a big dog, but the room was so tiny that there was barely enough space to move around comfortably. We also tried the breakfast one morning, but there was nothing particularly special about it, especially considering the additional £11 per person. Unfortunately, the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Overall, we found the hotel overpriced and not worth the money.

Ma chambre au 3 ème étage ( je savais qu'il n'y avait pas d' ascenseur) mais j' ai eu la chance de croiser des gens courtois et très serviables: en arrivant c'était le monsieur de la réception qui m'a fait monté ma valise jusqu'au 3 étage et le deuxième était un voisin d'étage qui m'avait gentiment proposé de me la faire descendre 😊🙏

The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk from the heart of Annecy, where you can stroll through the charming narrow streets, enjoy the lovely cafés, browse local shops, and admire the beautiful churches. The lake is also just a short walk away, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. We stayed in a room with a balcony, and it was a great place to relax and enjoy the evenings. The only thing we missed was a kettle in the room for making tea or coffee. The hotel does not have an elevator, but this is clearly mentioned in advance, so it wasn't a surprise. We didn't try the breakfast, although it is available for guests. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Annecy.

Not enough coat hangers (only 3 supplied for 2 people on a 5 night stay), and a kettle would have been good. 3 euros for a teabag from reception was a disappointment!

The location was fantastic - easy to reach the old town and the lake, and the walk to the shops wasn't too bad either (it would have been OK if it wasn't for the heat).
I would have liked a lift (!) and would have appreciated a small fridge in the room.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Posizione ottima proprio a due passi del borgo caratteristico; non ha parcheggio, ma il parcheggio pubblico interrato è a poche centiania di metri, oltretutto hanno una convenzione per cui il notturno non si paga. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione (a parte) molto ben assortita sia dolce che salata con prodotti locali.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Nettes Hotel nah bei der Innenstadt. Alle touristischen Highlights sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parken im vorgeschlagenen Parkhaus hat funktioniert. Gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis.
Für einen ruhigen Schlaf sollte man Nachts das Fenster geschlossen halten.

Colazione buona anche se con poca scelta, però tutto l essenziale, brioches, yogurt, pane, salumi e formaggi, marmellate, Cereali e frutta. La receptionist davvero molto simpatica e gentile! Reviewed May 26, 2026Great location in the old town and a 5 minute walk from the train station Very simple clean and small room but very well maintained and with air conditioning. The staff were all very kind and helpful. For example I made my reservation accidentally for two people but I was traveling solo. At check in the clerk noticed and offered a lower rate. Excellent value.
No decaf coffee at breakfast.

Reviewed May 19, 2026Je reviens dans cet hôtel pour la dernière fois et pas la dernière. Le personnel est charmant, compétent et disponible. La chambre était petite mais fonctionnelle, la salle de bain nickel ! Petit déjeuner très varié à volonté. Je me suis régalée. Bref, j'ai encore passé un excellent séjour avec mon chien qui a eu encore plus de caresses du personnel par rapport à la dernière fois. Vraiment très heureuse de cet hôtel, je recommande à 100%

Recht kleins Zimmeer, kein Wasserkocher, kein Kühlschrank....Aber das war bei dem guten Frühstück nicht so gravierend
