Hotel Servigroup Pueblo Benidorm

Room , pool , cleanliness

Can’t fault

Location and view from the room. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Shower changed temperature constantly. Lifts didn’t always work properly. Pillows on the bed could be better.

Great staff and a great place to stay

Excelente; diversidade de alimentos a cada dia diferentes; funcionários excelentes;

Very clean and so close to everything

Staff and location

Nothing

Nothing they wouldn’t let me check in.

The whole expedience was disgraceful

The property has a variety of swimming pools and plenty of entertainment throughout the day music pumping absolutely loved it. They have a seating area and a very nice bar with Aircon. It really helped to cool us down. It’s very secure and safe and the children cannot escape.

The staff are fantastic. I have a child who is autistic and I asked for a ground floor if possible they said they couldn’t promise but they delivered and gave us a fantastic room on the ground floor. They took into consideration everything I said to them. I think this hotel should be four stars if not more ! . It is not like any three star hotel I was sceptical about staying as I must admit I usually stay in minimum of 4 star. The staff are attentive helpful kind well mannered the place is so clean , the pools are cleaned every night my children were very happy with the facilities and they cannot wait to return.

Clean, easy to get too, entertaining.

Nothing

Everything about this hotel was just fantastic l would still here again, l would highly recommend this hotel

There was nothing not to like, it was a wonderful hotel

Pool Clean staff frendly

Bathrooms quite small

Absolutely loved the pool , the bar next to the pool and the rooms were great too . Thought the service from the staff on reception was brilliant, extremely helpful

I didn't like that to eat at the hotel in the evening it was 30 Euro per head. I think that is very expensive considering you have already paid to stay at the hotel and are already buying drinks from the bar next to the pool Also no balls were allowed in the pool ? I think allowing a light , air filled ball should be allowed even if just a small one

Amazing and very accommodating

The rooms were spacious and location was perfect

Location. Staff.

Every day the staff were rehearsing for a show on stage at the pool. We had to listen to the same Michael Jackson songs on repeat for the whole week. It was very annoying and disruptive to our holiday. They could have rehearsed on the staff inside. It ruined our days at the pool.

It had everything it said on the Tin.

Friendly staff

Not enough staff working the pool bar through day long queues

Location close to the strip if you’re into that side of Benidorm

My friend found a human poo in his bed sheets, ants all over the room etc

Nothing

The staffs attitude and anger towards me when checking in.very old dated but the staff and everyone that works there are some of the best staff in the e love Ozzy, Daniel

We booked the Pueblo Benidorm in error but were very happy that we did. The hotel is on a great location staff are fabulous and very friendly and helpful. We make regular short trips to Benidorm. This time was the shortest only 3 days. We would definitely use this hotel again.

Like most hotels bars, etc, the Pueblo has a lovely inviting outside front terrace area, but wherever you sit, you are surrounded up by smokers. They also stand by the entrance to the terrace and the entrance to the hotel, so it is not as pleasant as it could be outside.

Excellent pool area - good beakfast

Good location and very clean. Good pools with plenty of sunbeds. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

The food was disappointing. Not a great choice and quite poor quality.

Great location, clean and comfortable room. The pool areas are easily accessible and plenty of sun beds and chairs. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Food was good with choices for all.

There isn’t anything I didn’t like

The location is excellent and easy access to the strip and to restaurants and bars and it is on thw flat

No issues wirh the hotel

El personal y las instalaciones

El grifo del baño

Location, excellent breakfast, very clean & pools not crowded.

Beds very hard, walls must be made of paper as I could hear every conversation from rooms either side. 1 or 2 lifts constantly out of use.

Great location, clean, great food and friendly staff

Property was great

Overall good value for money in relation to location, hotel rating and free breakfast

The staff was rude and unhelpful

The staff was rude

Great variety Good buffet.

Weather not good.

Block 4 level 1. Cleaner was ace! Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Ideally situated for our friends birthday from the strip

Everything you need for a few nights away with friends in Benidorm, breakfast is spot on 👍

Can be very loud with stags and hens but we didn’t mind this at all, just makes your holiday funnier but if your looking for a quiet hotel, this isn’t the one 🤣

Good central location

Room was small but clean

Stayed few times now always good

Everything in the hotel

Nothing

The location of the hotel was ideal and perfect for my group. The breakfast area was great and the facilities (including pools and bars) were brilliant too. A really nice hotel for the area and would happily return.

Maria on the front desk was absolutely brilliant & welcoming to the hotel. We found other staff members to be a bit rude & judgemental as we were in a big group of lads. Male receptionists didn’t have much patience for us nor did the male aerobics man. The female lifeguard was also great with us and enjoyed our banter I think!

Everything

Location of the hotel is really good.

Room was dirty and smelled of urine from the moment we arrived. Pubic hairs still around the toilet. Room obviously hadn't been properly cleaned. The noise at night with people coming into the block every 5/10mins resonates that loud that it made it impossible to sleep.

Beautiful

Great location

Friendly staff Clean room Good location

I wouldn't choose the 1st floor only because of the A/C units outside very noisy Ok

Excellent location Excellent staff Outstanding breakfast Refurbished pool area brilliant Great selection of drinks at bar Overall Outstanding value for money, we will be looking for an outstanding value for money. we will be booking for the same time next year

Can't find a negative

Location ideal. Great pool facilities and bar area Friendly staff. Easily accessible and great value for money

Conveniently located.

Extremely noisy around the clock. Doors slamming, large group of people shouting.

Good location

Breakfast wasn’t great. Shower was too small,

The location, friendliness of staff and nice hotel

Clean. Friendly staff. Great location

No facilities for making a hot drink

Location

Very 90s could do with bedroom refit

Nice, clean, not luxury by any means. However, perfect for a girls getaway.

Can’t fault it.

Basic but clean.Great location

Clean and good breakfasts and nice staff

Bit loud at night and the rooms were too warm, fine with the balcony door open but not good for the noise

Fab Hoyel, Very Friendly & Helpful Staff, Great Location, Good Price, I Will Definitely Stay There Again 👍👍
