The staff were so friendly. Food was lovely and had a fantastic choice too. Everywhere was so clean. Received a room upgrade and a free dinner for 2. This was our 3rd visit and definitely won't be our last.

The Hotel was an Oasis of calm in the middle of Benidorm. Staff were lovely, food was great and very fresh.

The hotel was immaculate everywhere. The pool area was great, calm & the pool was amazing . The staff were all friendly & helpful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from. Bedrooms & en suites were plenty big enough, clean & comfortable beds.Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location is excellent. Stayed b&b and the breakfast is fantastic. Room cleaned every day with fresh towels. Very helpful and friendly reception staff. 😀

People putting towels down on sunbeds but then don’t use them for hours. However you can find sunbeds scattered about to move.

Great experience. Despite being near Benidorm 'Strip' it was actually really quiet. Great access to the beach and ammenities. Reception staff were super friendly. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Room was great. Overall really enjoyed our stay and the value for money was 10/10

My one and only complaint about this place... We only let the cleaners into our room once. The one time we didn't put the 'no cleaning' sign on the door things went missing. Alcohol from the fridge, makeup and a few other things. Nothing major, no elecronics etc. But things which were very noticable. This is the only reason the hotel isn't 10/10 for me.

Very small gym with only 4 exercise machines, although we were bed and breakfast we started to eat out after a few days as the breakfast was average and often only just warm at best.

What a beautifully clean and tidy hotel 🥰 the staff are so welcoming and friendly from the cleaners to the reception staff, thank you to everyone at the Helios hotel for the best stay I’ve had in Benidorm!!! I will be back soon ❤️❤️

We have stayed here many times and love the pool area and the choice of food at breakfast and dinner is always very good...lots of lovely food.

We were given a smaller than usual room this time despite booking a long time ago. I also booked a twin room but got a double which we didn't really enjoy.

The hotel was clean and well looked after. The pool area was tidied often and the staff were all lovely and friendly. We booked room only but were given a complimentary breakfast which was really nice and loads of options available. The location is good, set back from the main strip so no noise but really close to everything still if you want it all at your finger tips! Overall a really good hotel and would definitely recommend and go back ourselves should we ever choose the area again.

The only negative thing I could find was that as with most hotels, there’s never enough sunbeds to go around!

Staff and facilities. Good selection at breakfast . Had a lovely massage however I felt the massage room was lacking .. some relaxing music and essential oils and aromatic scents would make the experience so much better

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Helios Benidorm! 🤍🌴 I spent three amazing weeks here and truly enjoyed every moment. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a lovely atmosphere. My room was cosy and well maintained, and the housekeeping was excellent. I would especially like to thank the entire staff for their friendliness, kindness, and professionalism. Everyone was always welcoming, helpful, and ready to assist. The food was delicious and varied, and I really enjoyed the SPA, pool area, and gym. The gym was a great addition to my stay, with everything I needed to keep up with my workouts while on holiday. It was lovely to be able to combine relaxation with staying active. The location is also excellent, with the beach and everything you need within easy reach. Thank you to the whole Hotel Helios team for such a wonderful holiday and for making my stay so enjoyable! 🤍 I would happily come back again and highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and memorable stay in Benidorm. ☀️🌊

Just spent 3 short nights at hellos hotel it is a fantastic hotel clean and modern just few mins slow pace from the beach first impression the reception was exceptional diago introduced not only himself but his colleagues aswell and explained everything in perfect english all the staff were friendly and helpful the hotel is also close to loads of places with tribute acts expecially sinatras and top of the town , hotel also has mobility scooter charging station area, i got the scooter two years in a row off secure mobile and they were both top of the range scooters they dropped and picked up at the hotel, I booked with ziptransfers and it dropped and picked us at the hotel to and from airport, and for prople that loves the market its only two minutes behind the hotel , this is my second time here and I will be back

Great choices available for breakfast, snacks and evening meal. Location was great for the beach, market and restaurants.

Complimentary drink with evening meal, eg a bottle of water would have been nice, but nothing else to complain of.

I like the woman that checked us in and generally the building felt like good quality

The staff were rude, victimised us, tried to get us to react and management made the position worse. As an example we were asked to move some plastic cups from the pool edge, which we did - but this led to a wave of staff victimising us and the General manager threatening to kick us out of the hotel. Fundamentally we had done nothing wrong, and then felt on edge for our stay. Totally unacceptable. We went for a quiet stay, and other guests were fine but the staff were aggressive and made the stay a nightmare. I would love Gordon Ramsey to visit them. I’m not convinced other reviews are real….

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Poolside is nice and quiet usually. Pool bar is good. Dinner is very good, breakfast has a big spread also. Room is comfortable with AC and balcony.

Entertainment could be better. The cocktails tasted like cleaning chemicals.

The hotel is located in a beautiful and quiet area. The staff were very kind and welcoming. Thank you to the entire team, especially Nataly and Luz. Even though I don't know everyone by name, it was always a pleasure to be greeted by someone smiling and hospitable, whether it was the housekeeping staff, reception, the dining staff, or the chefs. The meals were rich and varied; everything was fresh and delicious!

El desayuno excelente y de muy buena calidad. Y mi postre delicioso son los creps siempre calentitos. Y este año mi sorpresa el panal de aveja, insuperable desayuno en ningún otro hotel de Benidorm.Y el personal de hotel súper profesionales todo el equipo.Muchas gracias.

Room was spacious and clean and nicely equipped. Air con was dreamy and very quiet. Never an issue to find sun loungers (and there were 10 in our group). Food was lovely.

Would’ve liked a kettle and amenities to make tea/coffee in room. However you could hire a kettle/iron etc. That’s just me though. Overall, you really couldn’t fault the hotel.

Super trevlig personal, fräscht. Mycket att välja mellan på buffén. Vill ge ett extra tack till Luz och hennes värmande välkomnande varje gång i restaurangen som gjorde våran vistelse till något extra.

Het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam en wij vonden het eten en drinken bij het zwembad fantastisch

Voor ons was een minpuntje dat de kamers redelijk gehorig waren. We zaten dan ook wel tegenover de lift maar kregen veel mee van de geluiden op de gang. De kamers op zichzelf waren prima!

Lo que más nos gustó fue el buen trato. La limpieza. La comida. La ubicación.

Que teníamos unos vecinos arriba que no nos dejaron dormir dos noches. Nos hubiera gustado cambiar a el piso superior pero estaba lleno. El hotel intentó poner medios para ello pero no hubo manera.
