Nice pool with plenty of sun beds. The breakfast was lovely and all the staff were very friendly. Can’t fault it! Would definitely stay here again.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Ideal for our group of 15. Rooms all on the same floor, rooms had what we needed for the price. Pool was great, managed to get beds each day with no hassle no matter what time. Massive screen for sports fans. Location was few minute walk to the beach and not far from the strip and the clubs which was exactly what we were after.
Staff were not the friendliest however they were dealing with lots of people all the time so could understand to a degree. Check in staff seemed very stress on our arrival. Cash only in the bar BUT there is a cash point in the hotel so was easy enough to sort!

Check in could have been a bit quicker, as it does take a while especially when there is a queue.

Room - air con cannot go down under 17 degrees, when we visited the temps were in hight 30's room was cool but could have down with lowering the temp. Balcony is nice but couldn't sit out was too hot. Nice room however loads of black hairs all over bathroom so hadn't been cleaned properly. Housekeeping did tidy it every day but first impression the room could have been cleaned better upon arrival. Also be careful as the doors you have to bang to close they are not like other hotels where swing completely shut. Downstairs bar only take cash - which I don't understand as the top bar take card and cash so if you are poolside and have no cash you have to go up and down the stairs. Some staff are friendly others not so, they wont go out of their way to help you found the bar staff quiet rude at times.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Muy buena la atención de los trabajadores, sobre todo Manolo, un gran profesional. Nos trato de maravilla tanto en el desayuno como los días que picamos a mediodía. Las habitaciones y baños muy limpios.
El hotel esta muy bien respecto a la relación calidad-precio, pero las habitaciones que dan a la calle dan a la zona de pubs que es un poco escandalosa. Es el único pero que podríamos poner.

This hotel is extremely overpriced and absolutely not worth the money. Hostels are much better than this. At night, it was very noisy with people screaming and drunk guests crazy shouting, making it difficult to sleep. The room had almost no facilities—no refrigerator, no basic amenities, nothing that justifies the price. The swimming pool was decent, and honestly, that was one of the few positive things about the hotel. Most of the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. The only exception was an older gentleman working in the breakfast area, who was by far the kindest person in the entire hotel. Everyone else treated guests poorly. The breakfast was also very disappointing, with poor quality and very limited options. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. It is far too expensive for what it offers, and there are much better places to stay for the same price—or even less.

A szoba felújításra szorult volna és nem volt tiszta, egy ilyenre kauciót kérni nem korrekt, a depozit visszatérítése nem kijelentkezéskor történik, hanem később, ami szintén nincs rendben.

The pool area was vibrant, clean and a fun place to be. The receptionist who checked me in was absolutely amazing and even though it was late at night she was still talkative and joyful.
Everything was brilliant. Nothing I didn't like.

The reception staff were a nightmare. The would not listen when you tried to speak to them and took ages to check people in. Cash only in the hotel is not very convenient in this day and age and particularly when sitting around the pool. The pool view room was also extremely noisy during the day.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Al llegar le pedí al recepcionista que por favor me dejara cargar el móvil porque se me había apagado para poderle enseñar que tenía la reserva hecha. El insistía en que no le salía la reserva y yo solo quería encender el móvil para poderle mostrar la reserva que tenía… lejos de eso cuando sacó la caja de cargadores se fue en contra mía y me quitó el cargador de mala manera diciéndole a mi amigo que a él si lo dejaría estar pero a mí no. Cuando en ningún momento le falte el respeto lo único que quería era poder descansar enseñar la reserva hacer el pago y ya. Se puso agresivo y me trató mal verbalmente, llegados a ese punto viendo cómo se comportaba me rebaje a su nivel. Tuvo que venir la policía y le explicamos la situación y ya en el coche cargando el móvil le enseñé que si tenía la reserva pero aún así salió el recepcionista a chillar que no nos iba a dejar entrar. Por culpa de esa persona dada las horas nos tocó dormir en el coche, el nombre de él según el( Javier) porque no quería darme su nombre completo para dar la queja. Es una pena que en estos puestos existan personas con el ego tan alto tratando mal a personas que necesitan una ayuda. Espero se tomen medidas con esta persona.

Reception were not welcoming, rude and try to earn money off you ordering taxis for you. Get them cheaper flagging one down yourself. No fridge in the rooms and air conditioning didn’t work 2 days of my stay.
