The only thing missing was an extra pillow under the head. A person would need 2 pillows because, for example, if someone has high blood pressure, they need to elevate their head while sleeping.

Die Vorhänge sind zu kurz, man kann die Fenster nicht komplett abdunkeln. Der Fernseher hatte keinen Empfang und war daher nutzlos.

Location is great! The cleaning lady is sooo friendly, even if she doesn’t really speak English. The room was clean and had a kettle and air conditioning.

We stayed on the second floor, and we opened the window during the night. Unfortunately, the noise from the trams and cars made it difficult to sleep well. We only took a shower and didn’t want to use the air conditioning. They also didn’t provide slippers, toothbrushes, or other basic toiletries.

La ubicación, las instalaciones y la facilidad de hacer check-in y check-out. La habitación tenía un pequeño refrigerador. Hay un Spar justo a un lado y jsuto frente a una parada de tram al centro.

I didn't like anything. It was an indescribable mess. Mold on the walls. The paint was chipped on the walls. Two rusty iron tables next to the bed. The air conditioner next to the bed made an infernal noise. The towels were torn and rusty. The dishes in the kitchen were extra dirty. Full of dust. The fridge was left with bottles and other things left behind. Who was it from before? I contacted the owner and he told me that apartment 14 is the same as apartment 15. I don't really believe it. I paid for apartment 15 and got apartment 14. And in the evening another couple came to apartment 15. I tend to think that things are fake because there can't be two identical apartments. The furniture was old. Everything was dirty. It was a very bad experience. Considering that at €200 for two nights, the pipes on the ceiling were running all night. You could hear the water running. It was a very bad experience.

This apartment didn't deserve to be on this platform and it didn't deserve €207 for 2 nights

Świetna lokalizacja. Bardzo miła obsługa klienta. Komunikacja pomiędzy hotelem a klientem także w języku polskim. Zaraz obok bardzo fajny nowo otwarty lokal MORGEN Wszędzie blisko, do centrum miasta można dojechać tramwajem lub autobusem z pod hotelu attachè. Sklepy Spożywcze pod nosem, naprawdę miejsce godne polecenia 👌

В останній день змінився код для входу, нам про це не повідомили, добре, що люди виходили ми змогли зайти. Мало місця в номері Через відсутність реш було неможливо залишити речі у кімнаті або ще десь до заселення

De locatie is centraal en in de buurt van fijne bistro's. Er is wel openbaar vervoer, maar de ramen hielden het geluid goed tegen.

Het matras van het bed is iets verouderd. Ook was het niet helder in de signalering waar ik mijn tas kon laten voordat ik de ruimte in kon gaan, maar gelukkig was de schoonmaakdienst vriendelijk en kon ik rond 12:00 mijn tas alvast op de kamer leggen.

Lite slitet men helt ok. Lite opersonligt för ett hotell. Toalettstol var i vägen när man öppna dörren till toa.

The location of the hotel was fine. A little bit further away from the train and bus station but can be walked in 15-20 minutes. It has a tramway in front of the building which you can go directly to the city center. You also have two supermarkets right below you but remember that they close by 7pm. The room also has a working AC which helped us a lot for the summer heat.

The room which we stayed was very narrow, The WC was clean but needed better lighting and ventilation.

Pagamos el precio de 1 full bed pero en realidad son 2 camas individuales unidas y si disfrutan dormir en pareja cómo mi esposa y yo no es la mejor opción. Almohadas y colchón muy incómodos, nos costaron dolor de espalda los días que estuvimos en Viena No había recepción ni nadie que te informara nada con respecto a donde poder guardar las maletas antes del check in, el operador del celular se demora en responderte

no breakfast and no reception, but easy to find and check in due to instructions. we have asked for 1 room new towels on second day, and cleaner lady came and provide it. Parking was also at the location, and was reserved for us upon request. there was kettler, and tea bags, instant coffie and sugar. we had excelent communication

in one room there was not enough lighs in bathroom, and also window covers are somewhere not wide enough to darken the room totally, but these are just minor things.

Bett war super bequem, alles super sauber und praktische Einrichtung, um alles zu verstauen und zu zweit gut Platz gehabt. Bequemer self-checkin. Mein Mann hatte beim Auschecken seine elektr. Zahnbürste im Zimmer vergessen, wurde aufgehoben bis ich sie zwei Wochen später bei einem Tagesaufenthalt in Wien abholen konnte.

Bei den Fenstervorhängen hat eine Vorhangbahn gefehlt, dadurch konnte das Zimmer nicht vollständig abgedunkelt werden. Sonst war alles top.

Posizione ottima, con fermata tram e bus proprio sotto la struttura, fermata metro molto vicina (600 mt). Proprio sotto la struttura c'è un comodissimo e fornito supermercato Spar e un negozio DM. Camera pulita, aria condizionata auto regolabile e ben funzionante, massima disponibilità del personale, anche senza la presenza di reception in loco, rispondono tempestivamente ai messaggi e danno la massima disponibilità per qualsiasi esigenza. Ottimo staff e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Siamo rimasti soddisfatti di tutto. Nulla di negativo da dire.

Sul sito ci sono mille foto di camere, non sai quale sarà esattamente la tua: e infatti a noi ne è capitata una con la moquette (io allergica). Il bagno cieco senza ventilazione, polvere e ragnatele tra il letto e il comodino, un asciugamano macchiato, una tenda sporca (tipo pomodoro). Ho segnalato subito le problematiche alla struttura per email. Mi hanno risposto dopo 3 GG senza prendere posizione. Incommentabile. Abbiamo lasciato la struttura come da prenotazione il 4° giorno, e nel pomeriggio la struttura ha riscritto, dicendosi disponibile al cambio camera. Ironico.

Tramvay durağı otelin hemen önündeydi. Otelden mesaj ile ütü rica etmiştim ve unutulmamış odanın içindeydi. Marketlere çok yakın. Mini buzdolabı , klima var. Kahve çay ve kettle var.

Daha temiz olabilirdi. Silme ve toz alma konusunda geliştirilebilir.

Well located between the city and the main train station. There are bus and tram stops right in front of the hotel. The room was spacious, had air conditioning and was clean.

The rest of the building looks a bit shoddy, but it’s functional.

-Smidig incheckning, man får allt på mail. -Mini-kyl -Väldigt bra AC. -Ligger ganska centralt för priset.

-Högljudd bilväg precis utanför. Störde sömnen rätt mycket. -Badrummet var inte särskilt bra städat, det var fortfarande kissfläckar på toalettsitsen när jag kom dit.

Не сподобалося ставлення персоналу до прибирання.Попросили освіжити номер,але були замінені рушники,сміття не викинули з ванної кімнати та з туалету.Другий раз залишили табличку на дверях з проханням прибрати,але це було проігноровано

Location close to airport and great facilities and pool

Staff on arrival at front desk made the checking in process harder than it needed to be. Booked the night before we arrived to enable early checkin but was advised we would only have room until 12pm then would have to check out and checkin again at 3pm? Then there was lack of communication to advise when other rooms were available.

Otoparkının ücretli olması Bize gönderilen Mail de otopark ile ilgili bilgilendirme detaylı açıklama yapılmadığından ilk durumda sorun yaşadık. Ama orda bulunan kat görevlisi bizimle ilgilenip sorunumuz çözdü.

La ubicación es excelente, justo en frente está la parada del tranvía que conecta con el centro, además tiene cerca varios supermercados. La habitación y el hotel estaban súper limpios. La atención del personal tanto por Booking como en persona ha sido excepcional, en especial la ayuda de Adriana.

Es una pena que no dispongan de recepción y que justo en la entrada al hotel esté el cuarto de la basura ya que huele bastante. No tienen persianas en la habitación y entra la luz del sol todo el tiempo.

Super place to spend the time before late night flight. Fabulous pool area. Restaurant was good and staff friendly. There is also a spa offering massages (extra cost)

There were a few things unavailable at the restaurant like milk so no lattes etc could be made. I thought this was a bit strange - couldn’t they send someone to the supermarket?

Breakfast buffet is fantastic. The pool area is beautiful and a great massage / spa.

The location was great for a in between accommodation. Definetely not a place to stay when visiting Bali but as a in between, before flights stay is just perfect. Nice, big and clean pool. Spa. The restaurant food is amazing, the best prawn pasta I have had in a very long time!! The staff is incredibly friendly. I had breakfast included in my booking but because I wasn;t staying overnight since my flight was 11.30pm, they made a breakfast box to go for me to collect at checkout. ❤️ Will definetely book again.

My room didn't have hand towels, I could have asked for one but I was only there for a few hours so couldn't be bothered. I mean, not a major issue but worth noting. :)

Very good access to public transportation (tram, bus, underground). Spare & Bio (stores) are exactly next to the hotel & two Caffè & bakery are on the opposite of the hotel, good choices for breakfast with economic prices. Clean bed & room, good air-conditioning, refrigerator & elec. kettle. We accommodated at the south-face room and enjoyed the sun & natural lighting. Finally, Kind staff.

Too firm/hard pillows. Hairdryer was out of service. Bathroom floor was dirty & dusty. Toilet type was terrible & too unusual. The luggage storage is only available from 5:00 pm, and it's not mentioned in hotel description at the Booking.com. just when you book the hotel, you will find it in booking confirmation email. The bad smell could be felt in main entrance lobby & floors corridors sometimes!!!

Nem működött a légkondicionáló és a felajánlott csere szobában nem, volt felhúzva az ágynemű, valamint a szobában voltak szana-széjjel a takarítószerek és a porszívó.

Propre, calme, devant station de tram, à 4 stations du vieux Vienne. Climatisation. Literie correcte. Possibilité petit-déjeuner à proximité.

Pas d'accueil, pas de personnel... La TV ne fonctionnait pas mais pas vu de personnel pour le signaler. Pas de volet ou rideau bien occultant donc lumière permanente la nuit, tradition du pays ?

Localização muito boa com ótimas opções de transporte na área para todos os lados de Viena. Vários restaurantes na vizinhança com boas opções.

Uma questão pessoal e não relacionada a este hotel: o fato de não ter uma receção me incomodou, não repito mais hotéis contactless.

La ubicación del hotel en una zona tranquila y bien conectada al centro, la chica que limpia muy amable, el cuarto muy bien con todos los servicios funcionando perfectamente y muy limpio. Check in automático con código muy cómodo

El edificio estaba en renovación entonces no había personal en el lobby pero respondían los mensajes en booking muy rápido.

Gran relación precio/calidad. La ubicación es muy buena, se llega caminando desde la estación central (10 min) y se puede ir caminando a todas las zonas turísticas. Hay bastante oferta de restaurantes cerca. La zona es tranquila, cero ruidosa y el sistema de self-check-in nos funcionó muy bien. La climatización de la habitación también es buena.

Bardzo udany pobyt. Hotel czysty, komfortowy i świetnie zlokalizowany. Obsługa była miła i pomocna. Zdecydowanie polecam i chętnie wrócę przy kolejnej okazji.

The room was surprisingly spacious compared to many hotels and hostels I have stayed in across Europe. There was plenty of space to move around comfortably. The property was very clean, and all the necessary facilities were available. I was initially a bit concerned because it was a self-check-in property, but the instructions were very clear, easy to follow, and the whole process went smoothly without any issues. The location is excellent, with both tram and bus stops nearby, making it very convenient to get around the city.

Szczególnie chciałybyśmy podziękować pani Adriannie za jej życzliwość, zaangażowanie i serdeczne podejście do gości. Dzięki takim osobom pobyt staje się jeszcze przyjemniejszy. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel i chętnie wrócę ponownie.

כניסה למלון בשירות עצמי כלומר צריך להכניס קוד לדלת כניסה ואז לחדר. מיקום נחמד ליד תחבורה ציבורית. חדרים ענקיים מיטות נוחות בלילה היה שקט. יש חניון ציבורי בשבע דקות הליכה ב- 25 יארו ביממה

זה לא אשמתה של המלון אבל לא יודע עושים שיפוצים בכביש והסבי אותי אפשר לחנות ליד המלון ולהוציא את הדברים מהרכב צריך לחנות יחסית רחוק ואז ברגל ללכת למקום שוב זה בעיה של עיר ולא של מלון. כלפי מלון מסך של טלוויזיה קטן וגבוה רמת הניקיון לא הכי טובה מצאתי פה ושם שיער.
