Staff were friendly and welcoming. However, didn’t return my earrings that were on the sink.

Room was advertised as a deluxe room, it was small, breakfast wasn’t extensive to cater for gluten free. The towels or bed weren’t changed for our second night and the tea and coffee wasn’t replaced.

Room very small. Room LG 1, right next to the kitchen dining area and was so loud it felt like we were sleeping in the kitchen.

Nice location, 10-15 min walk from Victoria Underground Station. Modern decor, spacious triple room. Staff friendly.

Cleanliness could be better in the room, dusty in places. Could do with more hangers for clothes storage. No lift in hotel but wasn’t an issue for us with a backpack.

Very nice hotel in quiet location yet close to Victoria Stn & within walking distance of many tourist attractions. Staff friendly welcoming & very accommodating, room v quiet, v comfortable bed, v well equipped. Will definitely book again next time in London.

Bardzo udany pobyt! Największym atutem hotelu jest zdecydowanie obsługa – niezwykle miła, pomocna i życzliwa, dzięki czemu od początku czuliśmy się bardzo dobrze zaopiekowani. Hotel jest czysty, schludny i zadbany, a lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Duży plus za bardzo korzystną cenę w stosunku do jakości. Super udogodnieniem było również bezpłatne przechowywanie bagażu zarówno przed zameldowaniem, jak i po wymeldowaniu. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Очень маленький номер на 4 этаже - только для стройных и спортивных. Ночью довольно жарко. Кондиционер работал хорошо, но с ним есть риск простудиться. В целом без разочарований, учитывая цены в Лондоне.

The staff was exceptional! They did everything they could to make sure my daughter and my husband had the best experience. My family travelled to London to celebrate my daughter's 20th birthday, and the Portico was the perfect place to stay. They made sure that my husband and daughter were well taken care of and provided excellent customer service. The property is in a perfect location, next to Victoria Station, in a quaint neighborhood with a lovely park and easy walking distance to all they sights. Thank you Portico Hotel! This stay was ideal! Would book again.

Brilliant location for what we wanted to do.

Deluxe triple room was small. Obviously a double with a single bed added. Queried room and was told it had a balcony so deluxe…Pity we couldn’t put the mattress there…! About 4 inch clearance to get to one side of bed. Bathroom VERY small, at least it had a sliding door. Just enough room to use the toilet! Shower excellent.

Our room was very noisy all night. We were in one of the two basements rooms and were work up what felt like every hour with people walking back and forth in the foyer above, this was followed by the garage disposal vans early hours, followed by hoovering in the rooms above and then a fire alarm! (This was all whilst wearing ear buds!)

Chambre minuscule, nous avions une chambre de luxe pour 3 personnes, elle n’avait de luxe que le nom. Nous pouvions à peine nous retourner dans la chambre, nous n’avions pas de place pour nos 2 petites valises. Salle de bain également minuscule. Mais le pire c’est que je me suis retrouvée pleines de boutons, apparemment un insecte ou des punaises de lits. Drap taché, je ne vous parle pas de la saleté sous le lit. Le personnel est sympa.

Location was ideal for my one night stay. The single room was very small but spotlessly clean. The staff were really friendly and polite.

A great central location with a few different underground stations nearby. A super cosy little room with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Everything is clean and the staff is super kind and helpful. The breakfast is good value for the money.

The room was very small. No lift. They didn’t make the bed or take out the trash. The TV didn’t work properly so I had to call for help. I was bitten by a bad bug. I woke up with two red spots the size of small coins. It shouldn’t be listed as a hotel. Not a four star hotel for sure.

אין מעלית אבל הצוות עוזר עם המזוודות פשוט אחרי יום ארוך לעלות הרבה קומות זה מעיק . ארוחת בוקר עדיף לוותר שילמנו יום אחד ואין שם כמעט כלום עדיף לאכול בחוץ .

Really comfortable bed/matress and good location for Victoria Station about an 8 minute walk.

The decor was a teeny bit tired and lots of stairs.

I liked the style of the room and the comfy bed and the location. Free WiFi was great. The staff were very nice too. It was exceptionally great value for money.

The TV didn’t connect with my phone and didn’t connect to internet. So I couldn’t watch films. Make sure you bring a laptop if you want to watch something. I wish the restaurant had a window. It would have been great to have ant least one non caffeinated option in the room, so bring your herbal teas with you.

The property was a close walk to many things. Besides that unfortunately the room was so small said it was for 3 people but could not walk around in the room , did not refresh towels or toilet paper.

It’s in a fantastic location and there is a ton that is easily walkable.

It’s an old building and you can hear all of your neighbors. The carpet in our room was old and the windows didn’t close right. This caused bugs to come into the room.

I absolutely love this hotel, staff are so friendly, perfect location and the smell as soon as you work in - WOW!

Nous avions réservé, d’après Booking, une chambre Deluxe dans un hôtel 4 étoiles. Or, il s’avère que la chambre est minuscule, surtout pour trois personnes. Nous ne savons même pas où mettre nos valises. De plus, un morceau de métal ressortait de chacun des lits et a blessé ma nièce. C’est totalement inadmissible et dangereux. Nous sommes extrêmement déçus de cette chambre et de la qualité de l’hébergement, qui ne correspond absolument pas à ce qui était annoncé sur Booking. cet Hôtel ne vaut pas 4 étoiles !!!

Ci sono stati problemi con l'utilizzo della carta dopo la prenotazione e hanno comunicato con noi in modo rapido ed efficiente per risolvere il problema. Sulla prenotazione fatta tramite booking era indicata una camera a un piano alto con vista sulla città, ma al nostro arrivo ci hanno dato una stanza al piano terra di buone dimensioni ma buia e con un affaccio su un cavedio; quando sono andata a farlo presente alla reception all'inizio erano sorpresi perché di prassi loro non specificano a quale piano può essere la stanza assegnata (probabilmente è una cosa di Booking) ma si sono comunque adoperati per darmene un'altra. A posteriori forse ho sbagliato a chiedere di cambiare perché era al quarto piano senza ascensore (7 rampe) ed era più piccola rispetto all'altra, ma non mi sembrava corretto chiedere di cambiare ancora. Bagno ampio con grande doccia, buona qualità dei prodotti di cortesia, abbiamo fatto pulire la stanza (lo devi chiedere lasciando il cartello fuori altrimenti non lo fanno). Nella nostra camera non c'era spazio per l'armadio. Per noi non è stato un gran problema perché avevamo solo tre zaini piccoli che per soggiorni più lunghi non avere dove tenere le cose sarebbe complicato. I letti erano comodissimi e anche il terzo era un vero letto e non un divano improvvisato come spesso mi capita. Aria condizionata ok. La distanza da Victoria station varia a seconda di cosa devi prendere: 500 mt per il treno, 750 per metro Verde e Gialla, 900 per metro azzurra.... Abbiamo fatto colazione in hotel perché le vie limitrofe sono prettamente residenziali. Secondo me il prezzo è onesto (10 sterline a testa), l'offerta non è ampissima ma per quello che serviva a noi è stata più che adeguata. E sono stati così carini da offrirci quella del secondo giorno. Il quartiere, nella parte tra la stazione e Pimplico, è carino e con diversi locali e supermercati.

Le scale per i piani altri sono davvero ripide. Non è una sorpresa perché viene detto molto chiaramente e loro sono anche disponibili a dare una mano con le valigie, ma alla fine di una giornata a camminare tanto quando arrivi lì davanti sembrano infinite!

Top Lage: fußläufig zu Victoria Station oder auch Buckingham P.alace. Ruhige Straße, viel Gastro und kleine Supermärkte in der näheren Umgebung. Personal äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Aufgrund der kaputten Lüftung in unserem Bad wurde uns das Frühstück nicht berechnet.

Lüftung im fensterlosen Bad ging nicht. Unser Zimmer war im Untergeschoss, etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Very compact and small rooms, no fridge, not all of the staff are friendly (the younger one is hard to communicate with), it is a walk to reach the nearest underground station.

The room was very small.

I was thoroughly impressed with how peacefully quiet it was seeing it was in a big city and on a ground floor, Also, the cleanliness of the place. I was especially moved by the thoughtfulness in pre-cooling the room on the hot summer evening before my check-in Alos, pre-booking my taxi for me in the am when I was ready to go to train station.

I had a kettle in my room in a cupboard. There wasn’t a socket in the cupboard and the socket next to the bed didn’t seem to work, I had to boil the kettle on the floor which didn’t seem that safe

Фанатам Гарри Поттера понравится, каморка в 7м² - это очень странно, но ожидаемо (почти как чулан под лестницей). Отель уровня 2*: нет прачечной, тапочек, халатов. Нет ежедневной уборки номера (хотя, может, это мне так "повезло"). Поломанная сантехника. Ну и если номер на 3 или 4 этаже, то подниматься прилётся пешком.

Non avevo grosse aspettative visto il prezzo pagato! Classico albergo inglese in zona residenziale tranquilla, camera pulita e funziinale, letto comodo,bagno con doccia, piccola finestra con una bella vista su London Eyes ed Elizabeth Tower, pulizia e personale gentile.

Non c’e’ l’ascensore e la scala per salire e scendere e’ stretta e scomoda specialmente per il 4* piano, non consiglio a persone anziane! Moquette per terra e sulle scale! Stazione metro molto lontana.

Only downside is we were in an underground room which was not disclosed anywhere, so when you open the curtain, you are met with a metal wall and no natural light comes in at all

Good location, and aircon!. Staff kind to let me change and store luggage as i arrived early. I was off to Gatwick early the next morning so good hotel for that.

My room was a shoe box, my feet stuck out of the end of the single bed. I had to open my case on the bed , and the cupboard doors blocked my ability to get out. I was also on the 5th floor and had to carry cases and guitar up 5 narrow flights..

Location and staff were great.

Para acceder a la habitación hay que subir 101 escaleras, una habitación en planta 4, un altillo con una ventana mínima que da a un muro sin apenas pasar luz, un lavabo que tienes que entrar de lado para poder acceder y una habitación con tres camas sin caso alguno. No creo que tenga más de 10m2 la habitación con el baño

En revanche la chambre est à revoir, nous avions pris une chambre pour 3 personnes qui étaient minuscule à peine la place de se déplacer avec des sacs ou valise. Les chambres sont très mal isolés on entends tout ce qui se passe dans la chambre mitoyenne. Mais ce n’est pas le pire le pire c’est est la propreté : pleins de poussières, mon drap présentait des taches suspectes. Et pour couronner le tout je me suis fait piquer dans l’hôtel et mon médecin m’a dit qu’il s’agissait de punaise de lit.

Fantastisk service hele døgnet, fine værelser og rigtig god placering i roligt område.

Понравилось расположение, рядом с вокзалом Виктория, удобно приехать и уехать в аэропорт, ездить на метро по городу. Время заезда и выезда удачно совпало с моим прибытием и отъездом. До некоторых достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком. Недалеко магазины Sainsbury's и Tesco, много кафешек. Улица относительно тихая. Персонал приветливый, откликается на просьбы. В номере самым нужным оказался кондиционер, так как было очень жарко в городе. Всё, что было заявлено, присутствовало, утюг и доску можно попросить на ресепшене. Душ работал замечательно, напор и температура воды нормальные.

Хотелось бы более тихого закрывания дверей, может быть, доводчик поменять, так как некоторые гости не утруждают себя придержать дверь при закрывании. Хорошо бы ещё холодильник в номер. И матрас обновить.
