C'est un bon 3 étoiles. Les commentaires et notes etaient incroyables, mais nous n'avons pas été de cet avis. Installations spa hors service, lits équipés de roulettes et donc branlants. Buffet ok mais rien de cassant. Chambres propres mais isolation phonique pas bonne et finition des chambres moyenne

Die Lage ist genial. Der Pool ist schön. der Spa Pool ist klein aber ok. Das Personal an der Pool Bar ist sehr nett. Was uns genervt hat ist, dass alle Schattenplätze (Sonnenschirme) um 8:30 schon alle besetzt waren.. und die Gäste erst etwa 2-3 Stunden später auftauchten. Schade, dass hier das Hotel nicht eingreift. Diese Bsetzerei nervt!

Das Reinigungspersonal hat an einem Tag die Türe offen gelassen. Jeder hätte reinlaufen können und einmal hat das Reinigungspersonal die Sicherheitslatte vergessen reinzuschieben.. da war die Balkon Seite auch nicht gesichert…

Buenas instalaciones. El personal del hotel super amable, resolutivos, me sentí super bien atendida. La habitación tenia vista a la playa y fue un gran plus. El desayuno buffet tiene muchisimas opciones, vale la pena.

Gostámos de tudo, a localização junto à praia, a própria praia com areia fina e branca e água azul turquês, as instalações, a limpeza e a piscina que foi excelente. A comida também foi muito boa, sempre com muita variedade e escolha. Apanhámos um dia de chuva e aproveitámos para experimentar o spa, que foi uma agradável surpresa. Adorámos o espaço, a sauna e todas as comodidades. No geral, tivemos uma experiência muito agradável e ficámos muito satisfeitos com o hotel.

O ar condicionado de um dos quartos não dava para regular, então acabamos de ter uma temperatura mais quente do que se desejava.

Hotel- škoda škoda škoda, taký krásny hotel s takou fantastickou polohou...ale ZANEDBANÝ! OKOLIE HOTELA: prístupová cesta lemovaná smetiakmi a kontajnermi ako v bejakom gete! Smrad špina OKOLIE NÁKUPY: Na každom krokubobchodíky so všetkým...jedlo, suvenír, nápoje , nanuky, nafukovačky, plauky.... POZOR NA OBCHOD vedľa hotela SPAR...Všetko predrazene proti obchodu oproti. Tri nanuky a jeden pringless 20euro.a tvrda doska na plávanie 32 euro...oproti v obchode stála 22 euro... PARKOVISKO- NEMÁ- DOSTALI SME POKUTU 2 X 50 Euro za parkovanie mimo biely čiary o čom sme nemali ako vedieť. IZBY- v hlavnej budove sa tvária ako rekonštruované, No 4hviezdy určite nemá! V kúpelke rozbitý fén, zkorodované sprchy a odtoky. APARTMÁNY s čiastočným výhľadom na more: po príchode hrozný pach zatuchliny a stariny. Špinavá terasa. Upratali až po urgencii na recepcii. Nechápem prečo nepripravia izby keď čakajú hostí?! Vyvetrať a umyť balkón....otvoriť závesy....moja matka sa tam ani nechcela ubytovať. Napokon vyvetrala a nasťahovala sa. Apartmán je priestranný a pár metrov od všetkého. Minigolf ktorý vidíte z jedálne je ošarpaný, ani sa nepoužíva. VIEM, ŽE MÁTE VEĽA TURISTOV, ALE HOTEL JE ZANEDBANÝ A VEĽMI PREDRAŽENÝ. SLABÝ MANAŽÉR, TREBA HO UŽ VYMENIŤ ZA NIEKOHO KTO CHCE ZVELADIŤ A NIE KTO HO UTOPÍ. NA NARODENINY DOSTALA MOJA DCÉRA 12- ročná flašu sektu....namiesto malej drobnosti... ka som si priniesla balóny aj ozdoby. Ale naša obsluha jej krásne zaspievala. A pozor do hotela aj na hotelový bazén môže prísť ktokolvek z ulice, nikto to nekontroluje, takže vaše zaplatené hotelové lehátka pri bazéne kludne vyižije aj cudzinec mimo hotela.. Stačila by jedna malá bránka na kartu!!

Din nefericire cineva a intrat neautorizat in camera noastra si ne-au fost sustrasi toti banii care se aflau in 4 locuri diferite. Acea persoana a cautat prin obiectele personale pentru a gasi locurile in care se aflau banii. Conducerea hotelului nu s-a implicat aproape deloc in rezolvarea problemei. Am facut un raport oficial la Politie, am inaintat o plangere oficiala hotelului si am trimis e-mail catre conducerea hotelului unde am cerut un raspuns oficial din partea lor. A trecut mai bine de o saptamana si nu au raspuns inca la e-mail. Singurul lor raspuns a fost verbal in care ne-au comunicat ca Hotelul nu isi asuma responsabilitatea pentru bunurile furate si ca ar fi trebuit sa platesc inchirierea seifului din camera. Unfortunately, someone entered our room without authorization and all the money we had—kept in four different places—was stolen. That person searched through our personal belongings to find where the money was hidden. The hotel management was almost completely uninvolved in solving the problem. We filed an official report with the Police,we submitted an official complaint to the hotel, and we have sent an email to the hotel management requesting an official response from them. More than a week has passed and they still haven’t replied to the email. Their only response was verbal, in which they told us that the hotel does not take any responsibility for the stolen goods and that I should have paid for renting the safe in the room.

La ubicación perfecta.

El horario de la cena no está pensado para españoles, no es aceptable que la cena termine a las 21:00. El mobiliario de los apartamentos podrían renovarlo un poco.

We had an amazing stay! There are two main reasons why I would highly recommend this hotel: 1. Staff: David at reception was absolutely amazing! His calm nature, kindness, positive attitude, and genuine hospitality really stood out and made our stay even better. A huge thank you to him! Our housekeeper was also incredibly thoughtful — I only regret that I didn’t ask for her name so I could mention her personally. 2. Location: The hotel is beachfront and, in my opinion, in one of the best locations in Playa de Muro. The water is incredibly clear and beautiful, and there is a large grassy area right in front of the beach with plenty of sunbeds. It’s the perfect setup for relaxing while being just steps away from the sea. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were great, with a good selection of food. The only small improvement I would suggest is to make sure all dishes are clearly labelled, as the names/descriptions were missing for some of the dishes.

Gostámos de tudo! A proximidade com a praia, a variedade da comida ao pequeno-almoço e jantar. A simpatia dos funcionários, em especial o jovem Félix que sempre nos serviu no restaurante, sempre muito animado e educado, fez de facto diferença. Vamos voltar !

A animação noturna no bar poderia ser melhorada.

Tolles Hotel mit direkt am Strand. Alles was man braucht ist in der Nähe. Restaurant, Geschäfte, Busstation, Autovermietung. Speisesaal und Einrichtungen sind sehr gut.

Die Liegen und Schirme am Strand mussten gemietet werden obwohl direkt am Hotel angrenzend. Wenig Schirme bei den Liegen auf der Wiese. Zum Glück hatte es noch Bäume. Umgebung beim Pool hätte sauberer sein können.

We booked a large room, but as regular guests they upgraded us straight to a suite. And that suite completely smashed every expectation for a four-star hotel. Beautiful, spacious, properly premium. Staff were pure gold – friendly, sharp, made everything effortless. Overall? Solid all the way. Nice pools, beach right there, clean and comfortable. Would return without thinking twice.

Aamiainen ja illallinen oli monipuolinen ja maistuva, erittäin hyvä ruoka. Ravintola oli siisti, tilava ja kauniisti laitettu. Henkilökuntaa oli riittävästi ja erittäin hyvä palvelu. Fixusti järjestetty, että sama pöytä oli käytössä koko vierailun ajan. Hotellin sijainti ihana, kun on rannalla ja pääsi uimaan helposti ja nopeasti. Hotellilla oli pari uima-allasta, jos ei halua uida meressä. Tulemme uudestaan ensi kesänä! Kiitos ihanalle Annalle hyvästä palvelusta vastaanotossa!

Snackbaari meni kiinni jo klo 16:00. Se olisi voinut olla avoinna klo 18:00 saakka. Omalla pienellä pihalla ei ollut juuri yksityisyyttä, ei ollut aitaa tms., mutta viihtyisä joka tapauksessa.

Ubicación.

La ubicación es ideal, tienen muchas hamacas en la zona del jardín enfrente de la playa. La playa está genial para ir sobre todo con niños. El spa está muy bien. También dispone de piscina climatizada.

Estuvimos en apartamento, están bien pero necesitan un poco más de mantenimiento. Los horarios son demasiado tempranos tanto para la cena como para la animación.

Πολύ. θόρυβος!!Καθόλου καλή ηχομόνωση,ένα πρωί ξυπνήσαμε απτις 6:30 γιατί ακούγαμε τον από πάνω να κάνει ντουζ...Ακούς τα πάντα ακόμα και το νερό που τρέχει..Ένα άλλο πρωί (προφανώς είχαν αναχωρήσεις)μπήκαν τα συνεργεία καθαρισμού στα δωμάτια και απλά χτυπούσαν από παντού!Τραβουσαν κρεβάτια...καρέκλες....ένας χαμός από πολύ πολύ νωρίς!!

Nos hospedamos en una suite muy amplia y cómoda con vistas al mar tal como describen. La playa de Muro es muy linda aunque dependiendo de la zona puede ser muy concurrida.

La falta de empatía del personal cuando nos quejamos porque una mucama se metió a nuestra habitación mientras nos estábamos duchando, atravesando el estar y la zona de cama. Durante el desayuno no te dejan elegir mesa, ai ellos quieren te mandan al rincon mas oscuro del comedor.

La cuisine du diner le soir etait de qualite et variée. La propreté dans les chambres est bien, le personnel housekeeping souriant et gentil. L' emplacement devant la mer est vraiment le point fort mais pour avoir une place a l hôtel ou sur la plage (payante) il faut s y prendre très tôt.

Le pire accueil et le pire check In que nous avons subi. Nous avons réservé 3 chambres 1 single et 2 chambres pour 3 personnes chacune et j' ai informé de l heure de notre arrivée. A notre surprise, le réceptionniste nous informe que nous avons 2 singles et 1 double. Le réceptionniste très incompétent, agressif et arrogant. Il ne voulait même pas regarder la confirmation que nous avions, il parlait sans aucun respect. Un autre réceptionniste un jeune a côté lui disait que nous avions raison mais pensant que nous ne comprenions pas l espagnol, il nous faisait attendre. Qd il a enfin voulu nous donner les chambres, il a imprimé plusieurs factures erronées.... et a la fin il a prétendu que l erreur vient de booking alors que la resa etait tres claire et aucune excuse de tout le comportement d avant et il s est meme permis de nous dire que tant qu il nous a pas donné les cartes des chambres, nous ne sommes pas des clients de l hotel. Les chambres n étaient pas pour 3 personnes mais pour 2, et il a dit je ne peux rien faire pr vous, ce sont le personnel d'étage qui doivent le faire ! Donc la premiere nuit on a gere comme on pouvait. Tres tres mauvaise expérience dès l'arrivée

Room was ok. AC was working but very little cold air.

Facilities outside, for the price wasn't worth it. To lie out on sunbeds, as we say in Ireland, "it was like a cattle mart" just sunbeds everywhere, too over crowded. Got hard to get sunbed, and not a hope with a cover. Stayed 1 night, (thank god) stayed 4 nights in sister hotel up the Rd a little, Grupotel Maritimo. Such a difference, smaller yes, but overall a much better hotel.

I like so much location of the hotel, which is on the Playa de Muro beach.. Breakfast and Dinner has various options for food/drinks so everybody should be satisfied with. Cleaner from Senegal was fantastic, she cleaned room professionally and was very satisfied. Animators were very nice and kids had a fun with them.

Furniture was very old and not progressing to the current guest needs. E.g. I was missing TV in the sleeping room, furniture was old. Evening program was sometimes very bad - like from 90's in last century. E.g. Salsa, Abba... Reception is full of the chaos. E.g. I paid price in several installments (due to the credit card set up) but they mixed payments and asked for the double payments... No apologize at all.

Alguma confusão relativamente ás mesas para as refeições. Falta de informação relativamente a um custo com as toalhas para a piscina. O mesmo para o SPA, cuja indicação é que estava incluído. Preços das bebidas e comida excessivo. Raramente o staff se esforçava para entender português.

One of the staff member at the check in, was very misbehaving. He even threatened. The person at the breakfast was very impolite. Crockery was not cleaned and even broken.

Servicio de bebidas deficiente en el snack bar, te lo sieven con vaso de cartón un cocktaiel de 10€, los desayunos no ofrecen cosas típicas de Mallorca como la sobrasada y las ensaimadas. El gel/champú de baño de calidad muy baja.

Le falta un poco de mantenimiento a las instalaciones, dado el óxido que puede producirse por estar cerca del mar. Me hubiese gustado que tuvieran un servicio de cambio de toallas de playa más fácil, dado que solo se pueden cambiar dos días en concreto y en un horario reducido.

The rooms were decent and we had an ocean view.

The lobby smelled and is dated and depressing. The hallways are dated and have no AC.

Sincèrement tout! L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, avec sa plage magnifique, l’eau turquoise, belle et chaude. La piscine top. Notre chambre appartement super confortable et spacieuse avec balcon. Une salle de sport pour faire ses petites activités. Le buffet est top et alors le personnel super gentil et aux petits soins. Nous faisons tout particulièrement encore un remerciement au maître d’hôtel. Amélioration éventuelle des bouteilles d’eau plus grande. Un frigo dans la chambre un peu plus performant.

Scarsa pulizia, cibo abbondante ma qualità da rivedere

Het uitzicht op zee en de prachtige ruime kamer en badkamer, en direct aan het strand. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Het ontbijt in de ochtend, rommelig en veel was niet lekker of doorbakken/vet ondanks de ruime keuze…het terras en de binnenzijde zijn aan vernieuwing toe met 4 sterren.

The only good thing about this hotel is its proximity to the sea.

The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. The hotel has no parking, and parking in the area is extremely difficult. I specifically asked the receptionist where I could park, and later I saw €100 parking fines being issued in the exact spot where he told me it was okay to park. There were ants on the tables in the dining room. After we pointed them out to the staff, they refused to move us to another table and actually expected us to continue sitting and eating at the same table with the ants. Also, they had broken glass on the floor where everyone is going with flip flops Breakfast was extremely disappointing, with a poor selection of food that looked anything but fresh. There were rotten tomatoes, cucumbers that looked like they were from last season, cheese that looked like it had been left uncovered in the fridge for a week, and the salmon had a strange aftertaste. If you’re looking for a normal, enjoyable vacation, do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel.

Directement face à la mer avec un espace gazonné rempli de chaises longues pour relaxer. Le buffet le matin et le soir est bon et varié. Le snack-bar est bon pour le midi aussi. Stationnement facile dans les rues avoisinantes.

L’air climatisé dans la chambre ne fournit pas assez par rapport à la chaleur extérieure.

El horario de la piscina (cierra a las 18:00 h) es muy pronto si vuelves de una cala y la cena también tiene que ser antes de 21:00h

Localização, profissionalismo e simpatia dos funcionários. Qualidade e variedade do buffet do pequeno almoço e do jantar. Variedade das atividades diárias e da animação noturna.

La piscina, las actividades para niños, la limpieza (Mary la limpiadora nos trató genial), el desayuno, la salida a la playa

Horarios no españoles (cierra el buffet de cena a las 9), no hay nada de comer en el bar, el gimnasio está hecho polvo (pesas oxidadas y paredes cayéndose)

Strand ist TOP, wunderschön. In der Nähe sind viele Shops, Restaurants. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sehr vielseitiges Frühstück.

2 Liegestühle und Schirm sind am Strand Kostenpflichtig 21€/Tag. Hotel ist ziemlich alt. Renovierungsbedürftig. Der Aufbewahrungsraum für Koffer war nicht abgeschlossen. Der Tresor hat nicht funktioniert. Kein Trinkwasser in Zimmer. WLAN sehr schwach.

La ubicación, el trato , la comida y sobre todo la chica que nos limpiaba la habitación Mari, que siempre nos hacía sentir especiales con sus detalles de las toallas, mi hijo estaba ilusionado cada vez que entráramos en la habitación.

Pequeno almoço e jantar muito variado e farto. Quarto confortável com varanda. Próximidade com a praia. Espaço junto à piscina e respetivo apoio de bar. Possibilidade de usufruir de espreguiçadeiras em espaço verde situado entre a praia e a piscina Simpatia e disponibilidade de todos os funcionários.

Definitely not a 4-star hotel — a huge disappointment This hotel is in desperate need of a complete renovation. In its current condition, calling it a 4-star hotel is simply misleading. Either renovate it properly or remove at least one star. The entire property feels extremely old, worn out and poorly maintained. The furniture is outdated and heavily used, public toilets are dirty, mirrors are rusty, and there are broken or damaged things everywhere you look. Even the dishes in the restaurant were often poorly washed. The spa was another disappointment. It is only switched on after 3 p.m. and apparently only if you specifically ask reception to do it. Even then, our requests were sometimes ignored. The showers are broken, some functions do not work at all, and there is rust on the taps. This is certainly not what I expect from the spa facilities of a supposedly 4-star hotel. The gym does not open until 8 a.m., which is already inconvenient for anyone who wants to exercise before breakfast. Although it stays open until late, children are constantly running around and playing inside among the equipment. This is a basic safety issue that the hotel apparently does not control. The gym itself is very mediocre and poorly equipped. Even the pool maintenance is badly organised — they were cleaning the swimming pool at around 10 a.m., when guests were already there trying to enjoy their morning. The air conditioning throughout the hotel is extremely weak. On our first day, our room also had a strong sewage smell. And perhaps the most shocking part: there is a toilet/sewage smell even around the reception area. Walking into the reception of a 4-star hotel and being greeted by that smell says a lot about the overall condition of the property. The location is probably the only thing here deserving four stars — the hotel is practically on the beach, which is obviously a big advantage. But guests are not paying only for access to the beach.

Une chambre magnifique une suite avec un canapé et 2 télévisions Le personnel très agréable qui nous a surclassé en vue mer Super ambiance le soir avec des chanteurs et super ambiance autour de la piscine avec beaucoup d'activités Les prix du restaurant sont très abordables ce qui est très appréciable et très rare à Majorque La plage est vraiment très belle et très accessible pour tout le monde y compris pour les jeunes enfants Bref c'était un sans faute nous sommes restés juste une nuit avec beaucoup de regrets on aurait aimé y rester beaucoup plus longtemps

The food was good.

The room was not cleaned good enough. When we checked in there was a hair ball on the chair on the balcony. And during our stay i saw more hairballs in the corridors.

Piscine agréable mais bondée y compris de gens qui ne séjournent pas à l'hotel. Proximité de la plage.

Petit déjeuner peu qualitatif, salle extrêmement bruyante et personnel désagréable. A éviter! Chambres spartiates sans équipement. Pas de parking sauf celui de la plage publique. C'est la guerre pour avoir une place, y compris avec les employés de l'hotel qui s'attendent pas conserver leurs places.... les clients peuvent aller voir ailleurs. Rien autour pour manger sinon des pizzas, snack ou burger.... ça ne ressemble pas à lEspagne.

Escolhemos o hotel pela sua localização em cima da praia e correspondeu às expectativas. O serviço, simpatia, o pequeno almoço, jantar e o spa acabaram por elevar a experiência.

We had a wonderful stay. The beachfront location was perfect, the beach was beautiful, and our children loved it. The half-board meals were excellent, and a special thanks to David at reception for being so kind and helpful.
