Hotel nedaleko moře s moc prima personálem. Všichni ochotní a moc milí. Úklid probíhal každý den. Měli jsme doplacené večeře. Jídlo bylo moc chutné, na každou večeři bylo nějaké tematické jídlo (burgery, sushi, tapas atd.)

Kouření na balkonech! I po upozornění, že máme malé dítě a vedle nás pořad někdo kouří na balkoně a vše jde k nám žádná změna. Ale chápu, že nemůžou stát za dveřmi a hlídat ostatní hosté, zda zákaz dodržují. Ale hodně nás to otrávilo.

Super nettes Personal, haben alle ihr Bestes gegeben. Hatten Halbpension war ok.

Zu groß, zu viele Menschen, Zimmer hat nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprochen , was nutzt ein großer Balkon wenn die Aussicht auf eine Hauptstraße ist?

Einfach alles war perfekt! Die Lage (er Strand war nur 2 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt), die Hotel Ausstattung (Pool, Dampfbad, Jacuzzi) und das Essen war ebenfalls gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich - insbesondere FRANCESCA von der Rezeption - sie hat uns bei all unseren Anliegen geholfen und dank ihr war der erste Geburtstag unserer kleinen Prinzessin Aya, ein wunderschönes Erlebnis, das wie nie vergessen werden. Francesca hat uns mir der Geburtstagsdeko, Kuchen und vielem mehr geholfen. Nochmals HERZLICHEN DANK FÜR ALLES!

Nichts - alles war einfach perfekt!

Zum Strand über die Hauptstraße

Posizione eccellente, a 2 passi dal mare, con la fermata TIB quasi davanti e in una via piena di negozietti e ristoranti; il traffico di auto era sostenuto ma nonostante questo l'hotel era tranquillo e silenzioso. Buona varietà di cibo e ottima qualità; serate culinarie a tema (orientale, tex mex, ecc.) ma con grande presenza anche di prodotti locali (formaggi di capra, salumi, ecc.). Buona la colazione anche se molto più tendente al continentale invece che al dolce. Personale molto professionale, gentile e simpatico. Abbiamo avuto due piccoli inconvenienti (condizionatore che sgocciolava e scarico doccia lento) che sono stati risolti IN UN LAMPO (anche in meno di un'ora). IN complesso ci siamo trovati benissimo, anche oltre le aspettative.

Forse l'unica pecca, se proprio vogliamo trovarla, è nella scarsa varietà di dolci (sia la sera che a colazione, c'erano sempre quelli e principalmente mousse/budini, quasi assenti le torte) e di frutta (c'erano sempre melone, anguria e ananas, altra frutta poca e da tagliare/sbucciare, sembrava quasi per decorazione).

No geral, gostei de tudo. Tanto o pequeno almoço como o jantar apresentavam grande variedade de opções.

O frigobar do meu quarto, embora substituído, continuava a não esfriar bem. Tendo em conta os meus gostos, as opções no jantar relativamente ao prato principal ainda poderiam ser melhoradas um pouco.

La ducha salpicaba bastante fuera y hay poca luz general en la habitación

Das Essen war leider nicht ganz nach unseren Erwartungen. Die Auswahl an Gerichten war eher begrenzt, insbesondere beim Frühstück hätten wir uns mehr Vielfalt gewünscht. Auch das Badezimmer hatte einige Verbesserungspunkte. Die Tür war relativ klein und durchsichtig, schloss zudem nicht richtig, wodurch die Privatsphäre etwas eingeschränkt war. Insgesamt wäre es schön, wenn diese Punkte in Zukunft verbessert werden könnten.

Отель супер. В номере чисто, аккуратно. Мебель немного старая, но на это мало обращаешь внимание. Еда отличная, завтраки и ужины разнообразные. Отдельный плюс отеля - персонал. Это действительно профессионалы своего дела, готовые решить любую проблему. Вежливые, приветливые, что сразу располагает к себе. Расположение очень удачное. До пляжа Плайя де Муро буквально пара минут ходьбы. Рядом парковка, автобусные остановки, различные супермаркеты, аренда авто и велосипедов. В общем отдыхом довольна и однозначно рекомендую данный отель!🫶

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the beach. Everything was clean, tidy, and well maintained. The pool was also very clean, with clear, fresh water.

There was not much variety when it came to meat options at dinner. For example, we only came across chicken once during our stay, and it was being grilled and served one small piece at a time, which resulted in long queues of people waiting.

La ubicacion del hotel es excelente. En la mejor zona de playa de Muro, a 100 mts de la playa.sobre la avenida hay buses que llevan a todos lados.Tuvimos que alquilar el parking del hotel xq la calle siempre estaba llena. El personal es sumamente atento y proactivo. Contratamos desayuno y cena. Ambos, muy variados y con productos frescos y bien presentados. El gym, pequeño pero muy completo y muy limpio.

Podrían tener dispensers de agua en distintos lugares del hotel. No habia ni en el gym

En el exterior cerca del hotel no habia bares buenos ni una tienda eroski cerca para ir andando. Solo Spars. Todos los bares de la zona sin aire acondicionado, lo cual en verano es imprescindible.

Lo que más me ha gustado del alojamiento ha sido, sin duda, la magnífica atención del personal, siempre amable y atento. También destaca su ubicación, muy cercana a la playa, lo que resulta muy cómodo. Además, el spa es un punto a favor, ideal para relajarse y disfrutar aún más de la estancia.

Como aspectos a mejorar, sería recomendable actualizar y modernizar algunas de las instalaciones del hotel. Asimismo, se agradecería una mayor variedad en la oferta gastronómica, especialmente en las comidas, para ofrecer más opciones a los huéspedes.

Everything was good!

A lokáció nagyon jó volt, és a teljes személyzet kedvessége abszolút kiemelkedő. Fantasztikus csapat dolgozik a hotelben.

A szobák már régimódi hatásuak, az erkélyen a két napozóágy nagyon koszos volt és fürdésnél a tusolóból mindig rengeteg víz folyt ki.

Food, pools... everything was great

È stata davvero una fantastica vacanza, io e mio marito ci siamo sentiti accolti fin da subito, staff accogliente partendo dalle reception Lucas e Francesca ci hanno dato un sacco di Consigli utili ed informazioni per il nostro soggiorno. Lo staff del ristorante e del bar tutti super gentili e simpatici. La struttura e ben tenuta pulita , ed accogliente. Ottima posizione proprio su platja de muro, basta attraversare la strada e si è sulla spiaggia, fermata del bus sotto l'hotel. ( Consiglio di noleggiare uno scooter , l'hotel ha il parcheggio uno gratuito e uno a pagamento) Le camere nel complesso sono semplici, funzionali non abbiamo avuto problemi. Nel complesso davvero tutto ottimo consigliamo vivamente.

Das Personal ist super! Alle waren sehr höfliich und es herrschte eine schöne Stimmung. Das Buvette ist gut, mein Zimmer war okei. Ich würde wiederkommen.

Super Lage, 100m vom Strand. Tolles Personal, sehr freundlich. Essen war gut, da ist für jeden etwas dabei.

Die Zimmer sind altmodisch. Das Doppelbett hat zwei Matratzen die immer auseinander gehen. Eine leere Minibar (nur 2 Wasser). Ein alter schwacher Föhn. Alte langweilige Poolanlage. Abendprogramm eher klein gehalten und nicht sehr unterhaltsam. Getränke musste man extra bezahlen beim Abendessen. Kaution hinterlegen für Handtücher. 5 Euro am Tag Miete bezahlen für den Safe im Zimmer.

-camera destul de spatioasa, confortabila -balcon mare, cu sezlonguri si mobilier de terasa, de la balconul-terasa se putea urmari show-ul din fiecare seara -entertainment show destul de bun, care se incheia la 23:00, deci orele de odihna se respecta. -piscina mare -prosoapele de plaja se iau de la receptie, la orice ora. -locatie aproape de plaja de Muro -personal foarte prietenos -restaurant placut amenajat, cu 2 terase afara. -mancare buna, diversitatea nu era mare, dar mancarea - gustoasa -parcare privata, contra cost, 11E/noapte, dar se pot gasi locuri de parcare gratuite pe strazile de langa. -loc pentru fumat special amenajat, deci nu se fumeaza la balcon si nu este deranjant fumul de tigara la terase, la balcon. -acces relativ rapid cu masina (intre 40-60 min) la toate plajele de pe insula. -hotel frumos, neaglomerat, raport bun calitate-pret. -Recomand cu caldura pentru sejur mai mare (noi am stat doar 3 nopti), si cu siguranta zona de Nord a insulei este mult peste zona de Sud (Magaluf, Palmanova)

O hotel está na praia, é só atravessar a rua. Os funcionários são muito bons, muito simpáticos, és tratado como familia. A insonorização do quarto é muito boa.

A comida tem pouca variedade, acho que é o ponto fraco, e claramente algo a melhorar. A porta da casa de banho transparente não me pareceu que fizesse qualquer sentido.

Come prima cosa la struttura ottima per posizione e servizi poi la reception fantastica grazia a Francesca e Lucas gentili e disponibli ma un plus il fatto che parlassero italiano,dopo 7 anni di Maiorca e la prima vta che trovo una reception che parla italiano. Grazie anche allo staff di sala e del bar ci hanno fatto sentire a casa con gentilezza e simpatia ma soprattutto professionalita! Vorrei segnalare anche lo staff delle pulizie ragazze fantastiche sempre tutto pulito e profumato. La struttura e dotata di tutti i confort e le camere sono ampie e confortevoli ,per il cibo tutto buono vario e abbondante e non mono nazione (tedesco) palestra e spa piccole ma complete di tutto anche alla.partenza disponibilita di doccie e cambio pulito. che dire sicuramente lo consiglio.a tutti e ci torneremo sicuramente.

Das Zimmer/Bad (Badewanne) vom 09.-11.07. hat uns gut gefallen aber das vom 18.07.-19.07. hat mir noch besser gefallen, weil es dort eine Dusche gab. Da wir nur einmal Frühstück hatten und ich hauptsächlich zum Frühstück Obst, Joghurt und Nüsse esse, hätte ich gerne noch anderes Obst gegessen, z. B. Bananen, Pfirsiche usw. Was ich sehr lecker fand, waren Walnüsse, die gab es aber leider nur als Deko zum Käse :-) der auch von großer Vielfalt und äußerst lecker war. Für uns steht fest, wir werden das Hotel weiter empfehlen und sehr gerne nochmal wiederkommen! Ein großes Lob an das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal! Liebe Grüße aus Hamburg

Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren gut bis sehr, die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. Besonders zufrieden waren wir mit der Lage des Zimmers, wir hatten Zimmer Nr 326. Abendsonne, weg vom Verkehr und von der Abendunterhaltung. Das hatten wir angefragt, danke für die Erfüllung unserer Wünsche. Wir kommen wieder!!

Fahrradcenter im Juni geschlossen, das war schade. Ansonsten vielleicht etwas mehr Abwechslung beim Frühstück mit den Brötchen und den Broten.

Decisamente 4 stelle sono troppe per questo hotel. Il personale alla reception non è del più simpatico, cassaforte a pagamento, nessun set di cortesia in camera (no caffè, te). Pulizia sommaria della stanza, non è stato cambiato lenzuolo per una settimana. Colazione mediocre, ampia a vista d'occhio ma tanta quantità e bassa qualità. Pochi sdrai nella piscina in rapporto agli ospiti. Purtroppo abbiamo avuto la stanza a piano terra vista strada per cui nessuna privacy.

Das Essen war vielseitig, üppig und sehr gut! Das Zimmer war recht klein, für mich als Alleinreisende aber ausreichend. Schwimmbad klein und überschaubar. Die anderen Angebote des Hotels habe ich nicht genutzt, da der Strand nur 2 Minuten entfernt war!

Der Balkon führte zum Parkplatz und zu den Mülltonnen, was man nachts oft gerochen hat, bei offener Tür! Es war dann auch Straßenlärm zu hören. Vorteil war, dass es nicht auf der anderen Seite noch näher zur Straße oder zum Pool war, dadurch war man tagsüber vom Lärm verschont. Die Frühstückszeiten waren mir zu spät, wenn ich an Tagesausflügen (vor 8.00 Uhr) teilgenommen habe (morgens ab 8.00 Uhr Frühstück)

A comida era muito boa, e variada. Os funcionários sempre bem dispostos e divertidos. O hotel em si era muito bom e estava muito bem localizado.

A piscina podia ter tido mais manutenção. No ultimo dia da nossa estadia a agua estava muito suja, especialmente na piscina das crianças. Podia ter tido mais animações para as crianças, ou até mesmo para os adultos.

Top service van een top team geleid door een ervaren en super vriendelijke manager. Ik heb al in veel hotels verbleven in het hoger segment maar de vriendelijkheid en ontspannen sfeer van het personeel heb ik zelden gezien. Ook een dikke pluim aan de mensen van de keuken, elke dag een gevarieërd menu toveren dat bovendien heel lekker is.. respect!

Especialmente las zonas comunes, tanto piscinas como bar, restaurante, terrazas...los espectáculos por las noches también muy buenos. Fuimos en régimen de media pensión y nos gustó mucho el buffet de desayuno y cena. Genial la terraza de la habitación.

Mejoraría el mobiliario de las habitaciones. Al menos la nuestra tenía los muebles viejos, sobre todo el módulo donde iba la nevera. El mantenimiento de algunas cosas también. En cuanto al baño, estaba reformado y nos fue cómodo pero mejoraría la limpieza, sobre todo de la ducha.

Un singur lucru nu mea plăcut. Patul nu a fost matrimonial, dar 2 paturi lipite, care foarte ușor se deslipeau… practic trebuia fiecare să doarmă pe patul lui…. Sper pe viitor să adauge chiar paturi matrimoniale.

Zdecydowanie kantyna/restauracja. Mam porównanie do sąsiednich hoteli międzyinnymi Grupotel Maritimo. Kantyna jest za mała, jest zbyt mały wybór mięs. Miałem wrażenie, że tylko produkty węglowodanowe jak pizza i pasty są serwowane. Mały wybór, długi czas oczekiwania, podział na grupy kto kiedy je, oraz brak dużej przestrzeni, kolejki i ścisk podczas wyboru posiłku. Dla mnie ogromny minus. Miałem też wrażenie, że w restauracji/kantynie wszystko odbywa się w ogromny pośpiechu. Ledwo co skończyłem a talerz już znika. Czułem pośpiech personelu. Pokoje lekko socjalistyczne, jest tam duże pole do popisu.

Місце розташування по відношенню до пляжу і доступність . ( близьке розташування автобусної зупинки ) . Сподобався ресторан і обслуговування персоналом. Щиро дякую їм за роботу.

Неввічливий персонал : коли вітались з ними , говорили дякую, не було ніякої відповіді. Особливо недоброзичливі жінки на рецепції. Не прибирали номер, прибирання заключались в зміні рушників і виносу мусора. Тільки після того як поскаржились адміністратору, почали прибирати номер.. кожного ранку було неможливо дихати в номері через сморід з вулиці ( смерділо каналізацією). Цей сморід відчувався не тільки в номері, але і в ресторані зранку. На протязі дня не відчувався.

As instalações eram óptimas, tudo super organizado, os quartos confortáveis, ficámos num quarto com a varanda virada para a praia dava para ver um pouco o mar, e estávamos mesmo perto da praia, menos de 5min a pé. A comida foi sempre agradável e muito variada. Um ponto muito forte e importante para nós foram os funcionários que eram incríveis, todos muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Foi a primeira viagem do nosso bebé de 1 ano e ele estava sempre super feliz e a gostar de toda a atenção que lhe era dada, é mesmo um ponto alto da nossa visita. Em especial Teresa e Adrián de quem o nosso bebé gostou imenso e foram sempre incríveis com ele! De certeza que se voltarmos a Maiorca será com todo o gosto que ficaremos novamente no hotel!

Sauberes Hotel mit gut gelauntem, freundlichem Personal. Gutes Frühstück usw.... Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Loved it. Very elegant hotel that runs very smoothly. Amazing location 1 minute from the beach. Nice food. My room was facing the back and it was extremely quiet and comfortable. Enjoyable pool with jacuzzi. Didnt use spa but seemed nice.

Limited pool chair space (but I always found). The buffet food and drinks could have better descriptions on the labels to understand ingredients.

Honestly, not much. The only thing we truly appreciated was the proximity to one of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca, especially convenient when traveling with a young child. Breakfast and dinner were good, but…

On Booking it says that the hotel has an “indoor pool”: THIS IS NOT TRUE. There is only a small tub inside the SPA and, when I pointed this out at check‑in, I was told that “that’s the one”. I then asked to leave the hotel because it did not match the description, but I was told I would have to pay a penalty of one night: €300. Truly unacceptable.All drinks are charged separately, which is quite disappointing considering the cost of the stay.Breakfast and dinner were good, but the menu repeated itself every two days and, for the first time, I noticed how much of the leftover food from the previous evening was being “reworked” and reused. The cleanliness of the dishes also needs improvement: among the “clean” plates and cutlery, there were often dirty ones. Even the fondue sticks had been put back with chocolate stains still on them. Most of the dining room staff were friendly, but sometimes too quick to take your plate away before you had even finished eating. On the first evening, I even had to pay for a bottle of water with the POS using my left hand because I was holding a kebab in the other and had my mouth full — zero patience.Lastly, no entertainment or activities for children, which is a real shame considering the area and the type of guests.

Everything was amazing, for the moment we entered the hotel, the staff was amazing, cleaning ladies as well, the drinks in the hotel are great, they are cheap and they do not cut down on alcohol!! They speak multiple languages and are eager to help with everything. The food, oh my God the food was fantastic! We will for sure be back!! The rooms are clean and well maintained. The best hotel so far!
