L’hôtel est très bien située La chambre est très bien décorée, les équipements sont bons, bel espace et jolie balcon avec très belle vue sur les montagnes Grand plus avec la piscine, et le coin spa + jacuzzi qui est un vrai havre de paix avec une vue époustouflante sur le mont blanc

The location was ok.

The pool had a naked man swimming in it and filming himself. All the hot tubs were over crowded. All chairs were taken so we didn’t even get to use any of the amenities on the top floor. We were very sad about this as that was the main reason we booked this hotel.

Locality is very comfortable and staff was wonderful.

We had a wonderful time. Fantastic location. We had a room on the 5th floor which overlooked the mountains. Highly recommended.

The only downside was our room had a seperate toilet but it didn't have a wash hand basin. We had to go over to the shower room to wash your hands.

It was comfortable. The hot tubs on the roof were great.

This was my third stay at the hotel and I love coming back so, so much! It’s such a beautiful and cosy place, and I absolutely love all the wood and how warm and authentic it feels — just perfect for the mountains. And a BIG shout-out to the whole team ❤️ Everyone is always smiling, so warm and friendly, and genuinely happy to help. Even though we stayed during super busy high season, they always tried their best to help with anything we asked and find a solution. You really feel so welcome, and all the little chats and smiles make it feel almost like coming back to friends. A special thank you to Farah, who is always smiling, so nice to talk to and just always there to help! And a HUGE thank you for the amazing flowers!! Such an unexpected surprise and it really, really touched us. And even the colours were somehow exactly my favourite palette 😍 Thank you guys so much again!! Already can’t wait to come back and see you all ❤️

Juste que je m’attendais à avoir une chambre vu seulement sur la montagne mais ça donnait sur une coure intérieure et fortes odeurs de nourriture à l’ouverture des fenêtres sinon le reste tres bien

Toplocatie in het centrum van Chamonix. De Spa op het dak is een meerwaarde. De sportmassage is ten zeerste aan te raden na een stevige wandeling.

De foto's van de kamer die we boekten kwamen niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Na een gesprekje met de receptie kregen we een andere kamer. Een geste waar we heel dankbaar voor waren.

I booked a triple superior room sleep 3 with a balcony for $3,000 They gave me a triple room standard, tucked in a corner without view. Much smaller in square footage. I immediately exited the room and walked downstairs to speak to the manager. To No avail. I spoke to him several times and for 3 days. The rest of my family could not stay there as it was too small. We found another hotel for them.

Great location. Friendly staff. Rooms comfortable and bright. Breakfast had plenty of choices with hot and cold food. Didn’t use the spa but it looked to have good facilities.

Very hot in the rooms in the heat, it would have been helpful if a fan was in the room rather than having to ask for one.

The location was very close to the train station and city centre. It truly was a perfect location. Nice rooftop jacuzzi, spa and bar with fantastic views.

Pessima esperienza dovuta all'addetto alla reception del turno del mattino. Non è stato di alcun aiuto ed in più sembrava molto infastidito dal trattare con mia moglie. Ha persino avuto la pessima idea di accusare il Comune di Chamonix e booking per i disguidi dovuti solamente alla sua incompetenza e mancanza di empatia verso la clientela.

El spa solo está permitido para adultos. Aunque fueron tremendamente amables y nos dejaron que nuestro hijo fuera. No tiene mucho sentido autorizar a los niños de 1030 a 1230 que es cuando normalmente estás fuera haciendo actividades…

Location incredible. Staff were so friendly, especially Farra at reception who has worked there for 16 years. The spa and pool were stunning. Love the history associated with the property. It didn’t feel old or tired. The rooms were kept extremely clean. We will be back.

La situation plein centre et la vue sur les montagnes

Drôle de 4 etoules.... Impossible d'accéder a la piscine le soir à cause de la météo - ce qui est tout a fait ok, mais du coup pas de facilité le lendemain matin - le spa ouvre a 10h (hyper tard!!!!), le checkout est a 11h.... On nous propose 30e par personne pour y rester!!!! A 5 ça pique. Surtout avec la nuit en micro lit..... Une chambre triple pour adultes avec un lit enfant - les pieds qui dépassent de 40 cm.... Et le personnel qui te dit droit dans les yeux "vous avez ce pour quoi vous avez payé"!!!! Non mais franchement retirez l'hôtel de booking si vous maltraiter les clients booking. Bref. On n'y reviendra pas.

Il giorno prima di partire ho chiesto la cortesia di poter mettere in freezer dei piccoli refrigeratori per il mio frigo portatile. Mi è stato risposto che par ragioni igienice non era possibile. Nessun albergo della stessa categoria in tanti anni ha mai rifiutato tale richiesta.

L’hôtel en lui même est un bel établissement au coeur de Chamonix. La chambre était confortable, propre avec un petit balcon avec vue sur le Mont blanc. La piscine et le spa sur le toit très propre et bien entretenu. C’est un endroit tout à fait charmant et proche de tout.

Nous avons eu une déconvenue en fin de séjour. Lors de notre arrivée, nous n’avions pas visualisé la situation de l’hôtel qui est dans la zone piétonne et nous avons alors demandé si il était possible d’avoir un parking. (Cela dit, j’ai revérifié et il faut fouiller pour trouver l’information dans les commentaires de clients par exemple.) La personne de l’accueil, nous a dit oui et nous a donné un tarif de 25 euros pour le séjour. J’ai demandé si il était possible de charger ma voiture et la personne m’a dit non. Nous étions en double file et j’avais juste envie de ne pas gêner le trafic avec l’hôtel d’en face. Cela m’a cependant semblé raisonnable et j’ai accepté. En fin de séjour, j’ai reçu ma facture ou l’on me facturait deux nuits pour 60euros. J’ai fait valoir que je n’avais pas été prévenu de cela mais la personne à l’accueil m’a finalement pressé pour payer. Bon il y avait du monde et je ne voulais pas forcément faire de vague. Cependant, après en avoir rediscuter avec la personne qui m’accompagnait et qui avait bien entendu le tarif de 25 euros pour le séjour. Je suis revenue pour demander un geste commercial. L’assistant manager a refusé en me disant qu’aucun remboursement n’était possible et m’a demandé d’écrire. J’ai donc envoyé un mail et la manager m’a rappelé. La conversation n’a pas du tout été bienveillante et il à fallu que j’y mette fin. Cette personne m’a précisé qu’elle connaissait bien son personnel et qu’il ne pouvait se tromper. J’ai ensuite demandé par mail, quel était le médiateur de la consommation auquel l’hôtel était rattaché. J’ai eu deux réponses ou l’on feint de ne pas comprendre. Alors oui c’est bien d’avoir une direction qui soutient son personnel mais tous les clients ne sont pas des manipulateurs machiavéliques! Renseignez vous donc au maximum sur l’accès en voiture à l’hôtel au moment de votre réservation.

Location, good WiFi and lovely patio. Love being in the middle of Chamonix. Very short walk to most cable cars, gondolas and trains.

The room we booked, 8 months before we arrived, was different in the pictures and square feet than the one we were put in. I’m overall very happy with booking on this platform, but you really need to stand your ground if something’s not correct once you arrive. Lots of excuses by staff but finally admitted the discrepancy.

L’amabilité du personnel (responsable de l’hôtel et propriétaire), les petits déjeuners dont les pains au chocolat sont congelés, la bouilloire de la chambre qui avait été utilisée pour de la fondue donc inutilisable, la demande de lits séparées non traitée, un 4* est censé avoir une climatisation mais ce n’est pas le cas, pas de place sur le parking, pas de bouteilles d’eau à l’arrivée, réception non atteignable depuis la chambre, 2 chaises sur le mini balcon alors que nous étions 3 adultes, on nous a dit qu’on nous emmènerait une chaise de plus, nous en avons jamais vu la couleur

La situation dans le centre de Chamonix. Le calme de la chambre. Le petit déjeuner avec un bon point pour le jus d’orange frais obtenu directement de la machine.

L’absence de climatisation. Chambre à27°.

L’emplacement était parfait, parking juste à côté. Le spa sur le toit avec vue sur le Mont Blanc juste sublime.

L’eau du jacuzzi méritait d’être plus chaude et les serviettes ainsi que les claquettes manquaient.

Fijn hotel op een prachtige locatie. Goede bedden en heerlijk ontbijt. We hadden een plek in de parkeergarage bijgeboekt voor 30,-/nacht. Heerlijk verse juice d’Orange. Fitnessruimte en een geweldige spa, haman, sauna, zwembad op het dak, dat was echt relaxt.

Het was allemaal prima, maar van een 4 sterren hotel verwacht je net iets meer. Wij hadden uitzicht op de binnenplaats.(zie foto) Geen airco op de kamer. Wel een ventilator. Ingang hotel beter omschrijven qua vindbaarheid. Je moet de inrit hebben bij de kerk ( druk op knop hotel) scrollen naar “Park Hotel” en dan bellen ( dat zakt de paal in de straat) en kun je voor het hotel rijden ( laden / lossen) of voor inrit parkeergarage.

Wonderful location close to the train station yet away from the noise and main streets. Spectacular rooftop spa with a great lap pool, hottubs, and saunas. Large room and spacious bathroom with tub. Very comfy bed and pillows. Excellent staff. An easy walk everywhere.

There was no AC and it was staggeringly hot in the room on the sunny side of the hotel. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan and stayed very humid.

- aucune climatisation ( 30 degrés quand on arrive dans la chambre) la chambre dispose d un petit ventilateur mais cela nous a obligé à dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte ( donc réveil hyper tôt à cause des bruits de la rue + lumière du jour). A presque 300€ la nuit.. une climatisation me semble indispensable - 24€ le petit déjeuner. Prix assez onéreux pour ce qui est proposé + 6€ pour avoir une omelette ... totalement aberrant ( dans le centre du village des formules + complètes sont bien moins chères ;)) - le parking garage est à 30€ et doit être libéré à 11h le jour du Check out. Je vous laisse calculer le prix du parking ce jour là... 30€ pour l hotel + 30€ dans le parking public pour pouvoir finir notre journée sur Cham. On ne ns a rien expliqué à notre arrivée Attention : fort petit pour les suv

Location is absolutely perfect. The pool has a wonderful direct view of the mountains, you swim and you're looking at the French Alps in front of you, it's a beautiful and memorable experience. The spa is open and available for free. I LOVED the breakfast !! There is a generous and good variety of options to eat, with delicious and local ingredients. You feel the real Alps Mont Blanc atmosphere in the hotel.

moquette dans la chambre chambre avec vu sur un toit terrasse avec clim à 5 metres donc impossible de dormir fenetre ouverte salle de bain riquiqui baignoire vieillotte et pas de chaine M6TV pour regarder match de foot (ma femme aime le foot) ou jouait la France. Le manager de l'hôtel est intervenu pour regler ce probleme mais sans résultat. J'ai demandé un effort commercial au manager comme petit dej offert mais il m'a dit on verra celà demain matin. et le lendemain matin il n'était pas là (en fait il savait qu'il serait absent) avons dû aller dans un café ou était retransmis le match et la France a gagné Chambre bien petite pour un 4 étoiles

The property doesn't have air conditioning, but still remains comfortable with the mountain breeze.
