For the price they charge, the bedsheets and towels could be better.

Die Durchlüftung des Zimmers war schwierig, d.h. es war durchgehend extrem stickig.

The hot tub has recently been shut down by the city, and removed, due to the drought. Not sure if/when it will return. But the sauna and pool are still operational.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Goede locatie, proper, vriendelijk personeel. Heel goed in orde. Men kan ook gebruik maken van zwembad en sauna tegenover van het andere hotel.
Het was een redelijk warme kamer maar er stonden wel 3 ventilatoren dus dat hadden ze ook allemaal voorzien.

Nothing was any trouble for them. Bit pricey for that actual room guess you are paying for the location and the staff make it better

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Struttura centrale, posizione perfetta per visitare a piedi la città. I ragazzi della reception dell hotel accanto dove si faceva il check in e il check out molto simpatici, ci hanno offerto il caffè.
Il check in alle 16.00 è esagerato anche se ti tengono i bagagli sia prima che dopo il soggiorno. Stanza quadrupla al 3 piano senza ascensore, molto piccola, se fossimo stati 4 non ci sarebbe stato sufficiente spazio. Aria condizionata arrangiata con un condizionatore portatile rumoroso, impossibile tenerlo acceso di notte. C'erano anche due ventilatori per fortuna, non si sapeva come spengere il led, abbiamo dovuto staccare la spina. Piccolo problema con il lavandino risolto immediatamente dalla gestione. Esageratamente costosa per quello che offre in realtà.

Tutto. Lenzuola e federa dei cuscini in acrilico, reti e materasso scadenti. Stanza x 3 adulti, il terzo letto era una brandina dove non ci stava neanche un bimbo di 10 anni. Se poi rapportiamo tutto al prezzo, 496 euro per due notti, direi che é una vergogna. Senza parlare del bagno, minuscolo, e tre ventilatori troppo rumorosi. Armadio vecchio e fatiscente, stanza non molto pulita, telo da bagno microscopico che neanche un puffo riusciva ad asciugarsi.

There is no lift and this must be emphasized as the reception man would not help us lift our cases down a narrow winding staircase from two floors up when it was time to leave. The bathroom was very small.

No AC in warm humid weather wasn't comfortable. Two fans in the room helped but could only do so much. No air extraction in bathroom so it got very humid. Mattress was much too firm (hard) for us (and most older people with joint pain).

Just a bit noisy with people loud above and street below but nothing a little earplugs could resolve.

Il parcheggio non c'è (anche se era scritto) e a differenza di altre sistemazioni dove viene scalato il ticket del pagamento parcheggio qui nulla. Tengo a precisare che in Svizzera il parcheggio costa quasi come la notte in hotel (40€ al giorno)

El calor en la habitación a pesar que nos pusieron 4 ventiladores para tratar de contrarrestarlo pero fué muy difícil dormir. Cabe aclarar que ninguna de las habitaciones que hemos estado en suiza tenía aire acondicionado. No es un problema de este hotel en particular

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Ubicación excelente, personal muy amable, camas muy cómodas. Ofrecen café gratuito.Habia aire acondicionado portátil en la habitación y nevera, que agradecimos muchísimo con la ola de calor. Además con la piscina y el spa, nuestra estancia fue fantástica.
El precio, pero es Suiza.

Staff had dreadful attitude. Like they are running a youth hostel/prison whilst charging about 500 euros per night ! No lift in the hotel annex which was also across the street 25metre away from the main hotel.

Todo el personal encantador: proceso de check in, ventajas por alojarte en la ciudad como bus urbano gratis, café en la recepción del hotel que está enfrente, posibilidad de dejar las maletas tras check out, uso de piscina del hotel...
El acceso por escaleras empinadas a la habitación muy incómodo, el baño pequeño y súper antiguo, el lavabo está fuera del baño. Tienen ventiladores básicos que para nuestros días de calor fueron insuficientes.

Neljane tuba oli väga väike, üheks ööks OK, aga pikemaks peatumiseks sooviks rohkem mugavusi. Toa aknad avanesid vastu tänavat, mis oli öösel suhteliselt lärmakas. Konditsioneeri ei olnud.
