Location was excellent! Staff were awesome!! Sauna was good; another degree or 2 hotter would have been ideal. Providing thick towels in the pool area was a nice.

Jacuzzi was not operating due to cost of heating water. Our room was “very” close to the elevator so we could hear it on a regular basis.

Bathroom was very very small. Hot tub was not available and pool was not heated as I was told.

We loved the outdoor pool, clean, great temperature for the summer. Coffee machine in the reception was brilliant, staff friendly and helpful. The luggage drop facility meant we could go and explore before checking into our rooms. Location is fantastic, walkable from the main station and close to the river. All considered and especially for the location the price is good value. Take away next door was a bonus!

The 5 bed room was quite cramped and basic with 3 teenage children. For not that much more the 8 bed suite was much better value, more spacious and comfortable

The location of the property - about a 12 minute walk to the train station, and very near the river and many restaurants, was great.

The bed against the wall is so awkward when there is a need to get up in the night. Very thankful to have air conditioning, be aware it is very noisy.

We felt very welcome and the hotel was great! Centrally located and comfortable with an excellent coffee machine in the reception area.

All is ok except No bathroom lock so my toddler keeps on opening the door but not big issue. Also i wish therr coukd be bidet.

Great location, great facilities. You can walk to all the attractions in Lucerne. A bonus is the pool and sauna. I highly recommend this place.

Nos tocó en la habitación del ultimo piso y era muy calurosa. Habia aire acondicionado pero hacia mucho ruido por lo que que por la noche tuvimos que dormir con la ventana abierta

The hotel was about a 15-minute walk from the train station, which was very convenient. The beds were comfortable, and I was especially pleasantly surprised to be greeted by cool air conditioning when we arrived, especially on such a hot day. That truly made my day and made our stay even more enjoyable! The front desk staff were exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and always willing to answer our questions and provide great recommendations. The hotel also offers free coffee to guests, which was a nice touch. There was a microwave available for guests to use in the main lobby, which was very convenient. There is also a supermarket less than a 10-minute walk from the hotel, making it easy to pick up anything we needed during our stay.

I am tempted to score this higher, as i have no complaints, the beds were comfortable, unlike any beds for the rest of our stay! The room was air onditioned as well as had wide oening wincow for the cooler nights. The pool wasa welcome relief zt the end of some hot days touristing lol. Itwas clean, and the staff were very friendly. Location was excellent. It ixnt what i would call 5 star in looks, but it does check the boxes otherwise.

Portable air conditioning was very loud. Did not realise that the small room is only ideal for an overnight stay. You need to book one of the bigger rooms if staying more than one night

L’hotel mi ha veramente stupito, dall’accoglienza di Sandy, al front desk, alle camere spaziose con bagno davvero enorme, e terrazza arredata per vivere anche l’esterno Peccato non sia attrezzata per il servizio di colazione, sono sicura che sarebbe top

Nulla, ma se posso dare un consiglio, forse cambierei il materasso della 203, e il Wi-Fi nelle camere ha un segnale molto debole, ma sono piccolezze!

Hard to find anything to dislike.

Staff were wonderful, position was excellent and comfy room. A really nice place to eat two doors down from the hotel. Looks like a random Turkish burger pizza place tucked away with no view. The best burger ever!

Curtains could have been just a bit wider to cover the light from outside a bit better in the morning

De mogelijkheid om wat drinken te bestellen aan het zwembad was beperkt, maar wel kan je altijd wat de receptie halen en meenemen naar het zwembad.

Unfortunately there is no breakfast.

Hotel was centrally located to the Lucerne old town- walkable from the train station and to the main sites. We had a comfortable night’s sleep after our flight to Switzerland. Staff were very helpful at the front desk and went above and beyond to answer our questions. Pool was great for a refreshing dip, and the outdoor area near the pool was relaxing.

Rooms and bathroom were a bit small but it was certainly fine for a short stay! Really good value for the location.

The staff were lovely and friendly. Nice and quirky hotel with good music in reception, always a happy greeting and free coffee was a massive plus! Room was clean, air con was great and beds really comfy. Location was perfect and after quite a bit of research, I think this is great value for money compared to other hotels nearby. Would absolutely visit again, thank you!

Nice location, coffee and espresso machine 24/7 in the lobby

On a very hot day, hotel had a/c, but our room was at 45 C, because someone had put the a/c unit to heat to 45C and had disconnected both hoses.

Great location right next to the river. 10min walk to the train station was manageable. Clean room despite feeling a bit dated with simple furnishings. Room was a decently large size. Bed was comfortable. Very polite and friendly staff. FYI there's a microwave in the lobby you can use but only while the front desk is open.

The aircon was pretty weak during the day when it was very hot outside. Thankfully it was cool enough at night time. The shower isn't the most comfortable to use but this isn't a big deal.
