Excellent location right on the lake, just enough out of town to be peaceful.

We stayed in a junior suite right on the lake front, the room was beautiful, very clean and had the most amazing view. There was decking but the seats were bolted down, it was small and you couldn’t get down to the beach, steps would have been better and a patio, instead you had to come out of the room and walk around the property to get to the beach. Robes would have been a nice touch too. The lack of restaurant was also a disappointment but there was plenty to choose from within a 5 minute walk, I would definitely go back, it was excellent value for money.

Wonderful location with a walking trail along the lake. Beautiful lake. Deck was a nice size overlooking the lake. The room was big with a small sofa facing the lake, which was very nice to have. Coffee was available in the room, but I had to ask for enough for both of us to have 2 cups. The breakfast was great. Location was about 1/4 mile from town center. Parking is available at the hotel, but must be reserved in advance-highly recommended!! The staff was very nice and helpful.

The shower was extremely small-don’t drop the soap!! The water pressure was skimpy.

Czysto, cały personel bardzo pomocny i sympatyczny, śniadania urozmaicone, idealna lokalizacja nad samym jeziorem, przy promenadzie spacerowej, ale nie w samym centrum miasta, więc jest spokojnie. Do ścisłego centrum i portu, z którego odpływają promy bardzo blisko, 10 minut spacerem. Przy samym hotelu są również przystanki autobusowe i autobusy nawet przyjeżdżają i to o czasie! :) Bardzo komfortowy pobyt, polecam!

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit erstklassiger Lage. Bei unserer Ankunft erlebten wir einen hervorragenden Empfang: Obwohl wir zum ersten Mal hier waren, erhielten wir von Stefano ein Upgrade auf eine Junior Suite. Das Zimmer war fantastisch – geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit traumhaftem Blick auf den See. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, und die Bar lädt dazu ein, auf der Terrasse zu verweilen und den See zu betrachten. Alles war wunderbar.

I very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Its unique position on the lake shore meant I didn't have to go to one of the public beaches. It was a nice walk into the center (very close), both the reception and breakfast staff were very friendly, the breakfast was nice.

The room was a bit dated and on the small side for a couple if it was a longer stay (although good size for one person) and the wifi wasn't the strongest, but these were not major issues. I would only say that the check in time at 15.00 is quite late, but I got access to my room slightly earlier. Overall I recommend staying at this hotel, nothing beats the location.

View to the lake was amazing. Hotel has a nice, clean swimming pool with enough sunbeds, sunbeds are also by the lake promenade. Breakfast was tasty with enough choice and good coffee. Nice and helpful staff. Hotel has a good location close to the port and centre, train and bus stations are walkable, good restaurant and bar, clean and safe area. Not noisy during day or night. Nice lake promenade just in front of the lake. Room was large and clean.

On the room is just a small safe box (not laptop size) which doesn’t work, there was no key, no instructions how to use it. A small plastic bottle of watter was complimentary for two people every day. Don’t understand why one small for two, or better said: I don’t understand why plastic bottle everyday, it’s crazy to see so much unnecessary plastic waste every single day, especially in a country where tap water is perfectly safe to drink. The mattresses were quite soft and not particularly good quality. Even though we didn’t leave the towels on the floor, they were replaced every day by housekeeping.

Hôtel charmand et calme, merveilleusement situé près du Lac et à 15 min. à pied de la belle ville de Desenzano del Garda. Le parking privé et sécurisé était un avantage supplémentaire pour nous.

Le buffet de petit-déjeuner était toujours bien garni mais les aliments proposés ne correspondaient pas tout à fait à nos désirs (beaucoup de gâteaux et biscuits).

Location. Right on the Lake in a quieter section of the Promenade. Our room was a first floor walk-out in a small courtyard. Just walk down a few steps and we were in the Promenade. Only a five minute walk to the shops and restaurants, fort and ferry. Front desk staff was friendly. Bathroom was spacious.

I wish it had a full service restaurant on site. The bar has a light lunch menu but it is only served for two-three hours at a time when most people are out sight-seeing. Breakfast was fine, but not as many options as we typically have experienced throughout Europe. I wish it offered a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. It cost us over 200 euro for roundtrip taxi to and from Verona Airport.

Really well located, was an easy walk into town. Amazing that it was a lake front property meaning you could swim in the lake with ease. Rooms were spacious and it was lovely to be able to have breakfast outside on the terrace. The views were just incredible.

The rooms can be a bit noisy at times as the doors aren't very sound proof so you do hear people in the passage and hear when doors are closed etc

The location of the property was amazing. The swimming pool was great. The fact that it is directly on the lake was amazing. The majority of staff were super helpful and friendly, with the exception of one. The barman, Manuel, was super nice and always very helpful to us, which made our stay extra special. We had poolside service on our drinks every day, and we just loved everything about it. Everything was within walking distance and accessible from the hotel.

One of the employees on the front desk, who was a man, had a slightly surly attitude, and this was a little bit unhelpful with one of the people in our group.

Quite expensive for the facilities overall but maybe that’s just Desenzano. Tiny safe (though reception happily looked after laptops). The private beach doesn’t feel very private as you are next to the public walk way.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer bzw. die gesamte Hotelanlage punkten mit Sauberkeit. Toller Außenpool mit gemütlicher Bar.

Zimmer ohne Balkon, direkt an der Straße - eher für Gäste die nicht viel im Hotelzimmer verweilen möchten. Die Zimmer waren etwas hellhörig, sodass Schritte und Gespräche aus den Nachbarzimmern bzw. vom Flur deutlich zu hören waren.

The hotel was very well appointed, clean and fresh. The pool was great, it was difficult to swim in the lake with the rocks and stones underfoot. The staff were fabulous particularly Stephania on the reception desk! The perfect spot to catch a ferry to nearby Sirmione for the evening when the crowds had left. Handy to have a train station nearby.

It was a bit of a trek into town in the heat but it was good to be away from the hustle and bustle.

Hissen 1 våning ner med trappor. Jobbigt att bära. Poolen saknade något att hålla sig i. Vissa fick sätta sig på trappkanten så de inte föll.

Отель отлично расположен, пожалуй, лучшее расположение в городе . По утрам в номере слышно шум волн, классное ощущение. Собственный пляж. До центра города 10 минут пешком. Персонал очень дружелюбный. Есть парковка. Вокруг большое количество ресторанов на разный вкус и кошелек. В соседнем доме справа мишленовский ресторан, слева прекрасная траторрия с простой и вкусной едой.за очень приемлемые цены. Очень рекомендую. Отель немного требует ремонта ☝️но это его не портит. Завтраки отличные. Можно позавтракать и внутри ресторана и на открытой террасе с видом на озеро

Stefania was very welcoming and extremely helpful. Manuel and the other staff were very friendly. The location is amazing. The Pool is beautiful and well maintained. Enough away from the main centre to make it relaxing yet walking distance to everything.

Our room was renovated and very modern. Parts of the hotel are a little tired.

The staff were exceptional. Elements of the hotel were a little dated but the feel was homely and the bathroom was modern and spotless. The bed was very comfortable.

Great space, staff were extremely helpful and hospitable, lovely pool although a bit cold. We were in family room which was two rooms, one huge bed and one sofa bed. Huge bathroom.

Sofa bed is small for two people and were woken up early by noise of people going to breakfast as was right next to reception area.

Ideale Lage an der Uferpromenade, nur wenige Gehminuten ins Zentrum. Das Zimmer war sehr groß mit vielen Abstellflächen bei einem längeren Aufenthalt. Großes Bett und bequeme Matratze. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Personal in allen Bereichen super freundlich ! Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt !

Wir hatten 1 Superiorzimmer mit Seeblick gebucht. Das Zimmer lag im EG. Vor unserer kleinen Terrasse liefen regelmäßig Leute vorbei, wodurch die Privatsphäre eingeschränkt war. Die Uferpromenade und der Strand in Hotelnähe haben uns nicht überzeugt. Beide Bereiche wirkten teilweise ungepflegt, und auch das Wasser des Gardasees machte keinen besonders sauberen Eindruck.

Tolle Lage direkt am See und über Promenade ist der Ort in 15min zu Fuß erreichbar, freundliches Personal, Anlage Pool, Bar, Restaurant sehr schön und sauber.

The fact I could not have stayed longer

We had such a lovely stay here and genuinely don’t understand some of the negative reviews. All the Stef’s (the reception staff all seemed to be called Stef!) at reception were wonderful and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The pool is fantastic, with beautiful views over the lake, and having direct access for a swim just outside the gates was a real bonus. Our room was impeccably clean – honestly one of the most thoroughly cleaned hotel rooms we’ve ever stayed in. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, and we felt very well looked after, especially by Manuel at the bar, whose friendly service really stood out. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Lake Garda.

The rooms are a little bit on the smaller side but why would you be wanting to spend time in the room in Lake Garda anyway

Schönes neu renoviertes Zimmer, angenehme Größe, sehr sauber. Frühstück war in Ordnung. Die Lage am Seeufer war auch toll, über die See- Promenade gelangt man in 15 - 20 Minuten bequem zur Altstadt von Desenzano.

Unser Zimmer (Nummer 37) lag direkt neben dem Frühstücksraum und war sehr hellhörig, sodass man während der Frühstückszeit deutlich gehört hat, wenn Tische und Stühle verschoben wurden. Die Grüne LED von der Stromverteilung im Zimmer war sehr hell. Nichts für Gäste die ein absolut dunkles Zimmer brauchen.

Super Lage, das Einzelzimmer sehr klein, der Koffer hat geöffnet schon keinen Platz mehr. Das Band dafür sehr neu und schön. Großes Buffet zum Frühstück. Tolle Terrasse mit Bar und super Blick auf den See

Kein richtiges Brot beim Frühstück. Nur Toast oder so kleine Aufbackbrötchen die aber sehr trocken waren. Leider keine Trennung auf der Terrasse zu den anderen Zimmern

Sehr wenig Deutsch gesprochen. Preis Leistung nicht gerechtfertigt. Pool Reinigung ungenügend, teilweise verschmutzt. Bad viel zu klein.
